I acknowledge that the season was cut almost in half so I should really cut them some slack but I WON'T, SO:

Plot holes/Forgotten Stuff in TUA:

(some of these are mostly just unanswered questions)

-Sloane?? Where tf did she go?

-Why was Jennifer (in the original timeline) in a cage? In Moldova?? Like, was she discovered to have something ( the dimaldo stuff whatever) inside of her, so they wanted to test on her? if she never came into contact with marigold before ben then why would they? WHAT

-also wait how the fuck did she get that stuff in her anyway? How did the dimaldo get to earth after it caused the end of Reginald's home planet? Like,,,shouldnt we know that?

-Her,,,in a squid??? she was Inside a giant squid? W h a t

-the S3 post credits of ben in the train. sure, whatever, that means nothing LMAOO

-I also can't get over - Five explaining "oh yeah when we do this EVERY ALTERNATE TIMELINE is gonna be destroyed, leaving only what should've been - the original," and lila fighitng to put her family in the train station,,,All the other timelines will be destroyed??They're dying and being reborn/reincarnated in the new one anyway GIRL WHAT ARE YOU DOING

(unless ive highly misunderstood that which is likely)

-this isnt a plot hole just - five "trying desperately over and over again to save his unhelpful family who he loves very very much" being literally turned into,,,that. did someone say character assassination?

-lila and five. thats a plot hole in and of itself I DONT CARE if he's aged 12 years from season 3, (6 yr timeskip at beginning of season, then 6 technically 7 in teh train), I DONT CARE IF HES 25 NOW, I DONT CARE IF HES MENTALLY 60 SOMETHING. Lila met and spent time with him when he looked like THIS

THATS A CHILD. and clearly, the family had SOME contact in the 6 yr skip, so she WATCHED HIM GROW UP from 13 - 19, like thats just so WEIRD WHAT

i literally do not care about big emergencies on abc's 911. i want to see my characters talk to each other and have stories that are parallels to small, everyday (everyday for first responders) emergencies

#why must everything be such a big ass event #okay yes it makes sense for a season premiere (tsunami my beloved <33)#and they sometimes slay at the end of a season (sniper arc <33)#but god other than that i literally do not care!!!!#bc they are bad #im not even sorry but the ebola 2.0 story is just not interesting to me #i would never rewatch it even if it gave us buck athena doing crime and chobby moments that make me scream and my beautiful boy ravi #like i care about the characters!!!!!#idgaf about anything else tbh #thats why i watch this show bc i love (almost) every character on this show and i want to learn more about them and see them in situations #so many recent episodes have zero rewatchability to me bc tim is out here trying to do some crazy ass thing that ends up not being executed #well or sacrifices character development #and like man what are you doing???#making episode long arcs that are still focused on the mains and not just doing shit for the sake of doing shit is possible and has been #done on 911 before #pls #tim pls i want my characters to have satisfying development and arcs i dont need to see a 4 minute long helicopter chase or your poorly #written versions of movies you like #either start cooking up good mass events again (see: earthquake tsunami sniper) or just stopppp doing them pls #sorry i saw tims interview where he said there's gonna be another mass casualty event at the end of 8 and i just know its not gonna be it #like some of these episodes this man has been writing have so few good character moments/interactions that im like.#why did i even watch the episode i could have gotten all i wanted from gifs on tumbler dot com and wouldnt have had to watch 40 minutes of #poorly written everything else #anyway i love everyone who works on 911 abc (excluding tim) they are beautiful and hardworking and put up with that bald mans delusionals #and ofc i love all my beautiful mains you are the reason i watch this show i cannot imagine 911 without my beloved firefam

Xyx’s hair tickled the base of your neck, his arms slithering around your waist and gripping like a vice. “I think the odds are in my favor today.”

You refused to acknowledge him for the time being. You’d asked the receptionist at the hotel you were staying very politely that you needed two beds, and here you were. In his arms. Which was nice, you loved him and he loved you and he was really warm, but it would be even nicer if he wasn’t being such a smug asshole about all of this. “This is only something that happens in bad fanfiction.”

“Oh, don’t act like that doll. You love me.”

You covered up the fond smile that was growing on your face by rolling your eyes. “Some days. Now I’m wondering why we’re even together.”

"So what I'm hearing is," he grabs your jaw with gentle fingers and places kisses where your jaw and neck meet, more smile than lips. "You admit that you love me? That you're sooo obsessed with me?"

"Oh my god," You feel laughter bubbling up in your throat and the faux scowl that once covered your face has been replaced with something more genuine. "You suck."

You feel Xyx's teeth against your skin. "And you're in love with me. What does that make you?"

"A fool."

He hums, closing his eyes and chuckling. His smirk is nothing but mischievous, you don't dare to trust him. "I was going for mental, or deranged even, but sure."

"I'm gonna punch you." You roll your eyes again and make an attempt to move your hands, but they're pinned to the side of your head before you can even go that far.

Xyx's eyes are now open and cunning. Like a devil, you think. Like a really pretty devil. "With what hands?"

Your guard is let down and you barely notice him leaning towards your face, pressing angel-like kisses all over your face. You sigh. "You suck."

"You've said that before. Are you just so in love with me you can't think right now?"

You kick him in the shin and give him a quick kiss to his lips. "Don't push it too much."

Xyx laughs and you swear to everything that is righteous and holy that it's the most beautiful thing you've ever heard. Your limbs are entangled and you could swear you hated him a minute ago, but when he's this pretty you forget why.

You push a strand of hair away from his eyes and he leans into your touch, kissing your palm softly. His laughter starts up again and his demonic smile returns. "Eww. You're being cringe right now."

You shove him off the bed. You remembered why you hate him.
