Also 💕Grimmjow being extra protective of his little ones💕He wiLL bite people's limbs off for making his little ones cry, do not try him. Ichigo's a huge helicopter parent himself, but,,, he's been human for a while, had sisters; he knows sometimes kids just got to cry. To Grimm such prey-like sounds mean danger, and his kids aren't, and will never, be anyone's prey.

a panther resides within me

telling me to eat, desire, devour

and i give in

i cut and i cut, i punch and i kick

but i long for more

a panther resides within me

and it fills my head with glory and glee

it fills me with superiority and i feel as if i am king

my companions revere me

my opponents fear me

and it does nothing to fill the gaping hole in my navel

as i cut it screams in ecstasy and longs for more

i slash and slash until i can't and my arm fades to nothing

the arm comes back, longing for the thrill of a true fight

the panther in my sword shivers with pleasure

it meets the man clad in black, locks bright orange

he protects and protects until he can't, a gaping hole in his chest

i bring him back to life and convince him to fight

his eyes warm as he looks at me, a monster simple and plain

he strikes the mortal blow and i let him

the man grabs my wrist and lowers me to the ground

his grip is tight, his eyes are gentle and i want to touch his chest and rip his heart out

he shows me compassion, he protects me as i challenge him again and i want to grab his arm and rip it off

he makes promises, declarations and i listen

i listen and i listen and i etch it into my brain

the panther in my soul is silent

as i lay there in the sands, broken and bruised

my thirst for battle, strength, progressing is quenched

as i remember him saying he'll fight me again

Ichigo's sure this is just the pain talking, it- it has to be, right?- Grimmjow would not say this if he was fully aware. Yeah, that has to be it. They've been through a lot, he just needs some rest and.. and...

Oh, he is going to faint if Grimmjow keeps talking like that, probably.
