Motivational Session
I truly believe when they say, “Employees are a company’s greatest asset.” With the right guidance and motivation, they can help the organization achieve its goals and succeed. Motivating employees is crucial to improving the final output of the organization. But how can a life coach help?
A skilled life coach can identify the strengths and weaknesses of a corporate system and its employees. A motivational session with me can uplift the spirits of your employees and even make them realize their full potential. As everyone has a different way of getting inspired, different sessions can target various problems, which can lead to positive results including better task management, better time management, improved organizing skills, and many more!

Introduction
Aisha Patel, born and raised in the United Kingdom to Indian immigrants, Priya and Arham has finally made it to the big leagues! Having nurtured an intense interest in racing and motorsport, often watching Formula One races with her family, her long-time dream is finally coming true.
Her parents, much like most Asians, tried to push their daughter into a more stable profession but soon relented as they watched her skill grow and her flame burn like an inferno.
When it came out that Porsche would be replacing the beloved Haas F1 team on the grid, she jumped at the chance, displaying her racing skills in F3 & F2 by dominating the podiums and impressing a talent scout who hand-picked her for the spot.
Aisha is an ambitious woman, determined and headstrong as she blazes through any blockages that may present themselves whilst consistently pushing herself to the limit both on and off of the track.
Her confidence is infectious as she holds her own candle, always perfecting her skillset whilst embarking on her travels to becoming the first South Asian woman to win a World Drivers Championship. Yet, she remains humble, remembering her roots and maintains a down-to-earth persona that embraces all of those around her.
Driving style
Tumblr media
Aisha's driving style is ruthless and aggressive, she becomes a killer when on track as the adrenaline fills her up to her ears and all she can think of being first and staying first.
Although, the young driver has also proven herself to being one of the most calculated on the grid, maintaining her killer instincts whilst upholding an ice cold strategy, whether her race engineers like it or not. She can easily adapt to different tracks and wastes no time in becoming one with the tarmac beneath her wheels.
Yet, she still needs to mature her driving sense, sometimes some fights are not worth it and are not worth sacrificing a front wing for. Her predator like rivalries can sometimes leak over into post-race cool downs, and it has been observed, one too many times that she has been squaring up drivers who made, in her words, "A wrong fucking move, and cost [her] a podium." despite their seasoned years in the game, and her lack thereof.

Can you transform my life into Zac Ansley’s?
The interesting thing about influencers is that they often don't do one thing at all: Influence things or people. Take this young, handsome man with this incredibly toned body. He has a staggering 1.3 million followers. How many of them have anything like his body? And how many only use his Instagram profile to secretly jerk off in the loo during their lunch break? The ratio is probably 10 to 1.2 million or so…
You're no exception, let's be honest… You have a little paunch, your favorite pastime is eating chips on the sofa while watching series on Netflix with one eye open. And watching Zac's new fitness videos with the other eye. Have you ever seriously thought about copying one of his exercises? Even getting into a barrel of ice-cold water? Buying any of the nutritional supplements he advertises? Actually, the answer is three times no. And at the age of 42, you probably won't change a thing…
You wipe your greasy fingers from the chips on your dirty wifebeater. And start wanking your puny cock. But maybe it was a beer or two too many. A few minutes later, you're lying on the sofa, snoring.
Zac gets up at 06:00 in the morning. You want to top that. The alarm clock is set for 05:45. And even if it takes some effort: By 06:00, you've eaten your high-protein muesli and you're on your way to the gym. Inspired by Zac's training plan, you start your chest workout. Shit, you're really out of shape. But no master has fallen from the sky. As you wipe the sweaty hair from your forehead after a really strenuous workout, you have the feeling that your receding hairline is getting better… And is the hair that grows back blonde?
You get lots of compliments at work. Have you lost weight? That your skin looks much better. A colleague even whistles after you and says with a grin, "Nice ass, buddy!" During your lunch break, you heat up your chicken and rice in the microwave and drink a large protein shake with it. And you cancel your colleagues' plans to go to the pub after work. You can make better use of your time. So you go to the gym and make sure your ass is even tighter.
Get up at 05:00, have breakfast, walk to the gym with your rucksack on your back and get your muscles burning. You can't imagine any other way to start the day. And your more than 12K followers are craving new selfies of you on the weight bench or posing in front of the mirror in the locker room.
At the office, you have the image of a fitness nerd. Even though you've been working out for an hour and a half, you're one of the first people in the office, you're always perfectly dressed and your hair is always in perfect condition. No one can remember the last time you were sick. And quite a few people think that, at just 38 years old, you only have your perfect body to thank for your position as division manager. Okay, there are also rumors about the size of your cock and that it also helped you climb the career ladder.
During lunch (chicken, rice and brocolli) you go live and give a few nutrition tips. You let your pecs dance under your tight shirt. If all goes well, you'll break the 25K followers barrier today.
At 6 p.m., your Indian intern knocks on the door. He has already swapped his suit for workout clothes. He asks if you're ready and if you can go to training. You tell him that you only need ten more minutes and that he should close the door behind him. A damp stain forms in his pants.
Tumblr media
05:00 a.m. First, the obligatory Instagram check. Yes! The one million mark has been broken! There's actually no time for this in your routine, but you have to wank your morning wood. To celebrate the day. But then you quickly have breakfast and go to the gym, the first post has to be out at 06:00, you have to keep your followers in line.
When your team shows up for the new YouTube videos, you're really pumped. Just like your fans love you. "Lads, lasses, hoy! Today we're gan te mek yor triceps an' chest proper radge!" Hey, you are a proper lad from Northumberland. You talk the way you talk. Most of your followers like you for not speaking nasal Oxford English.
Tumblr media
05:00 p.m., end of the day at the gym. The video turned out great. You've fed Instagram with a new reel. You're on your way to an interview with Status Fitness Magazine. And then you have to go to a swimwear shoot. It's going to be another damn long day. Not bad for someone who was told by the doctor just 12 years ago that you urgently need to get your act together if you don't want to die with a fatty liver. But damn, you've got your act together. And you did it damn well!

Indian Rap Heroes DIVINE & Karan Aujla are Anime Action Stars in "HISAAB" Video
Tumblr media
DIVINE and Karan Aujla are heroes in the fast-growing Indian hip-hop scene. The groundbreaking duo puts their power into action in "HISAAB," a new anime-influenced video from their new collaborative album Street Dreams. "HISAAB" mixes traditional Indian instrumentation with a hip-hop pulse, as DIVINE and Karan Aujla trade bars–DIVINE rapping in Hindi, Karan Aujla rapping and singing in Punjabi–to examine the price of fame and the responsibilities incurred. Directed by Debjyoti Saha for Goppo Animation, the video for "HISAAB" is a visually-striking, action-packed, Anime-influenced short film. DIVINE and Karan attempt to escape from a surreal asylum, full of autonomous soldiers and giant cobra snakes, in an effort to save their freedom and sanity in the harsh world. The video surpassed 1 million views in just 12 hours and is currently in the Top 10 of YouTube's Trending Chart.
youtube
Last week, DIVINE and Karan Aujla shared Street Dreams, a 7-track effort that demonstrates why they are among the most exciting artists in the Indian scene. Out now via Mass Appeal India, Street Dreams had an extremely successful debut, reaching #1 on Apple Music within 24 hours of release, and taking over the number one spot on Apple Music's Album Charts in 40 countries, including India, Canada, New Zealand, and Australia. All seven songs from Street Dreams charted on Spotify's Daily Top Songs in India, and are currently trending on Instagram.
is a relentless effort, bringing bilingual bars that express sentiments that need no translation. The album features production from Western heavy-hitters like Boi-1da, WondaGurl, Harry Fraud, Leven Kali, and Trox, who deliver premium productions for Karan and DIVINE to annihilate, along with hip-hop producers from the Indian scene. "Hisaab" finds the two artists counting their myriad accomplishments in 6/8 time, taunting any comer who can't match their quick maths, while "Top Class / Overseas" lays playful strings atop sliding 808s as DIVINE and Karan proclaim their valedictory status. "Yaad," meanwhile displays a softer side of the duo, as they trade off vocals with Indian-Canadian singer Jonita Gandhi.
Also among the highlights is "100 Million," the tape's lead single and music video, which made waves across the globe. Defined by nostalgic hip-hop production reminiscent of Y2K-era Dr. Dre, in this case produced by American producer Trox (50 Cent, Cordae), “100 Million” is an anthem for those with grand dreams, the two icons reflecting on the enduring habits that propelled them to greatness. The song arrived in mid-January, with a video filmed in Dubai and directed by Karan Aujla’s long-time collaborators Rupan Bal, Dilpreetvfx and Anmol Raina. The song and video immediately became a huge success–the song reached the #1 spot of the YouTube Trending Charts in India, and reached the Top 10 in countries including Canada (#2), New Zealand (#4), UK (#6), Australia (#8) and the UAE (#8). Overall, the song racked up over 21 million YouTube views to date, as well as over 6 million Spotify streams.
Karan Aujla and DIVINE have individually topped several charts across India with their albums and songs such as Karan's “Softly”, “White Brown Black”, “Mexico,” and “Players,” and DIVINE's “Mirchi”, “359 AM”, “Baazigar” (80 million YouTube views), and “Kaam 25” (65 million YouTube views). Their upcoming collaborative project is the first of its kind in the Indian music space and is poised to be a landmark moment in Indian music history.
With Street Dreams out now, the dynamic duo prepares to make their presence felt on American shores. Stay tuned for more videos and announcements from DIVINE and Karan Aujla in the near future.

Navigating Beauty Standards: The Complex Intersection of Korean and South Asian Ideals
Beauty standards are deeply ingrained in societies worldwide, reflecting cultural, historical, and even colonial influences. In Asia, the contrast between Korean and South Asian beauty ideals highlights the complexities surrounding colorism and body image. As South Asians increasingly embrace K-beauty and skincare routines, a disheartening rejection of South Asian aesthetics persists within Korean beauty culture. This dichotomy exemplifies broader issues of how beauty is defined and valued across Asian societies, particularly in the comparison of Korean and Indian standards. Moreover, the influence of social media exacerbates these disparities, perpetuating an unattainable standard of beauty for Asian women. As an individual of Indian-Korean heritage, I have personally grappled with these conflicting ideals, struggling to find acceptance within either culture's beauty norms.
The Divergence of Beauty Ideals
Korean beauty standards often revolve around a particular archetype: fair skin, large eyes, a V-shaped face, and a slender figure. These standards, while reflective of a specific cultural aesthetic, contribute to a culture of colorism that marginalizes individuals with darker complexions. In contrast, South Asian beauty ideals encompass a diverse range of skin tones, body types, and facial features. However, within South Asia, light skin is still often favored, reflecting historical biases rooted in colonial legacies.
The Emergence of K-Beauty in South Asia
In recent years, the global popularity of Korean beauty products and skincare routines has surged, captivating South Asian consumers. The meticulous skincare regimens and innovative products offered by K-beauty have garnered immense popularity, encouraging South Asians to adopt new practices in pursuit of healthier, glowing skin. This convergence of beauty cultures highlights a shared appreciation for self-care and the desire for radiant, flawless skin.
The Rejection of South Asian Aesthetics in Korea
Despite the mutual exchange of beauty practices, South Asian aesthetics are still met with resistance within Korean society. This is due to deeply entrenched colorism, which perpetuates the belief that lighter skin equates to higher social status and attractiveness. South Asian individuals, regardless of their Asian identity, often find themselves ostracized and deemed less desirable solely based on their skin color. This rejection serves as a stark reminder of the insidious influence of colorism in shaping perceptions of beauty.
The Influence of Social Media
Social media platforms amplify and exacerbate these disparities in beauty standards. Filtered images and curated profiles contribute to an unrealistic portrayal of beauty, placing immense pressure on individuals to conform to an unattainable ideal. The prevalence of certain beauty standards on platforms like Instagram and TikTok further perpetuates the notion that there is a singular definition of beauty, further marginalizing those who do not fit this mold. Social media categorizes Asian women and makes other Asians feel they don’t belong to that beauty standard and if they try to achieve that, it would look wrong on them because they don’t fit the categorized look of what they’re supposed to be doing to feel pretty, and then it feels like an outsider trying to fit in. It’s a very difficult feeling to have, so a lot of people willingly choose to do the looks that are only made for “them”. It enforces the racial idealization of the “other”, to exclude rather than include. You’re not part of this, so don’t do it. If you do it, we will pretend to support you but in reality we will make fun of you for even trying. Because of this, it feels like you don’t even want to try to look pretty at all. It hurts more when it is women, particularly Asian women themselves poking fun at you for being Asian and trying something that is meant to exclude you.
Personal Reflections on Identity and Beauty
As an individual of Indian-Korean heritage, I have grappled with a sense of not belonging within both cultures. I have never fit neatly into the established beauty norms of either society. My body does not align with the expectations of either Indian or Korean standards, and my skin color, while uniquely beautiful, does not conform to the prevailing ideals. I have lightish brown skin but not light enough in the way North Indians would like it, which is a very light pale brown, and I am not even close to pale for Korean standards. This has led to a profound sense of discomfort and self-consciousness, as I constantly feel the need to meet an unattainable standard of beauty which I can not conform to at all. It has made it difficult for me to be comfortable with my physical appearance and as a result I’ve grown to hate how I look. It’s a little better now, but I’m still struggling with it. I hate how I’m not the perfect Asian skinny that Asian women are. It used to be so bad that I feared because of my looks that Korean people wouldn’t accept me, and because of that I was always hesitant to make Korean friends as I was worried they would make fun of me for the way I look as beauty is such an important part of Korean culture. I’m glad that I have found people that are very loving and accepting, but it is still a big fear of a cultural norm which excludes me from my East Asian heritage. I will say though, it has gotten a lot better in Korea for Native Koreans to accept more diverse skin tones, but a backwards society and racial stigma of foreigners in Korea is still prevalent.
Conclusion
The complex interplay of Korean and South Asian beauty standards exemplifies the larger issue of how beauty is defined and valued in Asian societies. The convergence of K-beauty and South Asian skincare practices offers hope for a more inclusive and diverse understanding of beauty. However, the persistence of colorism and rejection of South Asian aesthetics in Korean culture serve as stark reminders of the work that remains to be done in dismantling harmful beauty ideals. It is crucial to recognize the inherent worth and beauty of individuals, regardless of their adherence to societal norms. Embracing diversity and celebrating the richness of different identities is the first step toward redefining beauty on a global scale.
