Spoiler heavy fnaf ruin dlc rant up ahead
I am so fucking proud of steal wool they really took every criticism from the original game and fixed it and even added more
Like Cassie actually acts like a human being?? And like her knowledge of the original characters and cute little comments on every item are so endearing there is so much detail going into this.
The fact that they expanded on one of the fan faves Roxanne and giving her a great arc I’m in love I’m so happy
They honestly gave more depth to all the animatronics too like we finally see Bonnie’s design and get and get a taste as to what happened, also that poster Freddy gifted him I’m crying they are so cute and gay I love them
😭😭😭
Also the whole dark ride section with Monty is so fascinating like is that narrative kind of true or is it just fabricated by fazbear inc to cover up the decommissioning of Bonnie
Why replace Bonnie with Monty?? Why not make a new Bonnie model?? With the prototype label on Freddy it may be confirmed that they make multiple models (well we already kinda knew that with Freddies comments but oh well)
Also Freddy?? Like is that our Freddy or a different one?? They very clearly highlighted the prototype label so they want to emphasize it, but then the head is still missing like in the princess quest ending so what is the truth??
Feel bad for chica fans tho she really was sidelined hard
Aaaaa and my baby boys!!! There’s 3 now aaahaga
I was really not expecting eclipse to be the way they were, very… normal? Is that the right word?? Like obviously a little delusional on when the daycare is gonna open again, but in the right mindset of like this child needs to leave this place is not safe. It is interesting to me that both he and Roxy thought that it was Cassie’s birthday, maybe that was the last day before she left the plex? Or maybe that was the day the plex caught fire? Or maybe most depressingly we are playing on Cassie’s birthday so the animatronics have it in their systems what her birthday is and wish her a happy one (if they are in the right state of mind lol)
Some peeps are upset moon is a little too villainous
I think you can still say it was mainly the virus but I would argue even if it’s not the virus I feel like moon is kinda justified here. Like sun has been shutting him away for a long time before this (if the books are to be believed but also in general) so when he finally gets a chance to roam free of course he’s gonna take it. And idk about u but if my alternate personality was constantly trying to shut me out and I finally got control, I probably too would try and keep my control for as long as possible. Also from what I have seen so far, not even moon is all that aggressive? Like he grabs you at the beginning, but I think that’s just his very ineffective way to get kids to sleep and other than that he just kinda stays away
Poor sunny baby is stuck in the ar world 🥺🥺 I didn’t notice at first but yeah everytime you talk to him it’s only in the ar world. And the end part where you switch them out for eclipse if you do that in the ar world, he says not for me it’s for moon.
I will say though I noticed the voice acting for them changed a little this game, like both have a higher pitch and are more goofy sounding? Like more gremlin energy than evil villainy. I wonder if that was on purpose? Both of them sounded more like the other so maybe that was the reason? Interest interest
Also their mouth moves?? Sort of?? That’s so silly to me they have a whole working mouth system and their face mask doesn’t work with at all 😭
Does give me lore intrigue tho cause like why do their mouths move but not anymore?? Did something happen?? Are they just not maintained enough?? They also move outward instead of up and down (at least from what I saw) so is the mechanism different?
Also the way that sun and moon talk about eachother is so interesting. Like moon says the light hurts “us” and sun says “no the other me” like they seem to almost consider eachother more connected than we first thought, like they’re not just coworkers or strangers they are almost like two sides of the same person. It’s very interesting and I wonder where people will take this.
Overall great job I’m so excited to comb through the game and find every little secret (especially regarding the dca) aaaa
Ok ok update moon does have a jump scare but it’s ridiculously hard to get and I’d still argue he’s not as vicious as he was base game. I mention in another post but eclipse being as kind as he is and being (presumably) a combination of both AIs, gives even more evidence moon is supposed to be kind and caring like his posters suggest but something went wrong. Also Cassie’s comments on their plushes show that there were kids who truly liked the daycare.

Whether you like it or not you're stuck with me
Solar/Moon fanfiction (but can be read as platonic)
⚠️TW: past abuse, panic attacks, fever dream (But a lot of comfort and bonding)
I hope you enjoy it <3
It's already been a week after Solar and Moon rescued the smaller jester and as always, Solar was glued to the computer.
He and Moon made a lot of progress on their project, but it's not finished yet. It's one of Solar's top priorities, to make sure Lunar is safe at all times, he has to make sure nothing happens, and that Eclipse won't get their bloody hands on them again.
But for some reason, he couldn't just focus.
He felt a heavy feeling in his body like everything was just pulling him down. Also, he keeps sneezing even though he cleaned his fans a few days ago. Then there was the sore feeling in his joints.
His hands also seemed not to be able to stop shaking. It wasn't unusual that the dark Sun animatronic had problems with his body, but it was worse than usual.
Was it stress? It couldn't be. He dealt with worse, and unlike the past, this was nothing. He even has way less on his plate than before.
Actually, when was the last time he slept? Perhaps it's the need for rest that is causing this.
Solar would normally drink coffee right now, but drinks or food just don't sound appealing at the moment.
The grumpy bot shook his head and tried to focus on the monitor. It needed to be done but when he blinked at the monitor he couldn't make anything out of the numbers, and before he knew, his head was already on the desk.
Oh whatever, a little nap wouldn't hurt. Maybe sleeping for an hour will do, then he will finish it. Yeah, that sounds like a plan.
When Moon was entering the daycare, he had a feeling that Solar was on the security desk.
Moon squinted his eyes and saw Solar was sleeping, but the grumpy solar bot wasn't alone.
The smaller jester was just standing in front of the security desk.
What was Ruin doing? As Ruin could feel the stare bore into him, he suddenly turned in Moon's direction and waved with a smile.
Moon would be lying if that didn't make him feel unsettled. He might look innocent, but Moon knew better than to judge a book by its cover.
Before he knew, his legs moved faster and when he opened the door, Ruin was walking towards Moon.
"Erh hello Moon! I was just about to look for you." Moon raised an eyebrow and instinctively moved to Solar.
"Yes, I'm here. What's up?" Ruin gave Moon a worried glance.
"Y-You see I was looking for Solar first and when I did, I couldn't help but notice that Solar.. uh fans are very loud. And normally, when an animatronic is in standby modus it's not usually that loud."
Moon put his hand on Solar's arm, and he noted how warm the Solar animatronic felt. Moon crouched down and softly nudged him.
"Solar wake up."
Solars fans blasted as he woke up. He groaned as he pulled himself up, and he held his head, everything was spinning.
Moon rubbed his arm gently. "You're doing alright there buddy?"
Solar blinked at him and then looked at Ruin. "I guess."
Moon moved his hand to Solar's cheek before he knew Solar leaned in. Then Moon moved closer to him and scanned him.
"You're hot." To Solar's response, he only let out a strangled noise and blinked at him confused.
"What?"
"You're overheating! Did you overwork yourself again?!" Moon hissed, Ruin fidgeted with his hands and just watched the interaction between them.
Solar leaned back into his chair. "No, I'm sure that I didn't. Also, I was just taking a nap." Solar rasped out.
Moon didn't ignore the fact that Solar's voice sounded strained. Moon let out a sigh as he realized what was happening.
"I think you caught the virus Ruin and I had." Solar raised a brow.
"But I didn't touch the barrier like you two did." Moon opened his mouth but didn't say anything. He was right. Solar didn't, so how did he catch it?
Ruin cleared his throat to get their attention, with success. "Gentlemen, I don't mean to interrupt, but I have a theory about how Solar did catch it,"
Ruin looked at them with a nervous smile, as if he was embarrassed to mention it.
"perhaps the cause is through the sleepover you two had when Moon was sick."
Solar let out an embarrassed sound and Moon pinched the bridge of his nose and let out a sigh.
"That explains it. Viruses can spread through electricity." Moon spoke softly, ignoring the heat growing on his faceplate.
"C'mon let's get you to bed." Moon said pushy while grabbing his hands.
Solar let out a huff as the Lunar bot pulled him up.
"Alright, alright give me a second." Solar mumbled grumpy, he knew he wouldn't be able to work, he couldn't even stand without holding on to something.
"Ruin, Earth will be here any second. Can you tell her that I'm with Solar in his room?" Ruin stood straight and saluted. "Will do!" He replied enthusiastically.
Moon and Solar made their way to the room. Solar bumped into Moon every now and again. He tried to focus on walking in a straight line, but it didn't help that his sight was blurry.
"Want me to carry you?" Moon teased, and Solar chuckled.
"What, don't you want me to return the favor from last time?" Moon nudged Solar and rolled his eyes.
"What favor? I only carried you to your room when you passed out. It's the last thing I could've done." Moon shrugged.
"I would rather carry you before you pass out."
"I'll let you know if I want to be carried." Solar said playfully, and when they reached the theater he placed his hand on Moon's shoulder.
"But if you don't mind, I will put my hand on your shoulder, so I can walk straight."
"Sure things will go ahead."
Solar sat down on his bed and leaned against the wall. The cold feeling of the wall made the Solar bot sigh, he closed his eyes and stretched.
There was a silence for a moment.
"You want to sleep?"
Solar thought about it. Yes, he was tired, but he didn't really want to be alone either, so he shook his head.
Asking him to stay while he sleeps sounds stupid. Moon is a busy guy, and the last thing he needs is to nurse him back to health. Even if he did that for him. Moon is not obligated to do the same thing for him.
The feeling of the mattress sinking under a new weight pulled him out of his thoughts. Solar opened his eyes a bit and saw how Moon crisscrossed next to him.
"You know you don't have to stay here if you're busy." Solar rasped out, but he felt tense at the thought of being alone.
"Nah, I'm good it can wait. Whether you like it or not, you're stuck with me."
Moon simply replied, Solar softly smiled and rolled his eyes.
"Terrifying." He said sarcastically as he felt more heat creeping into his faceplate. Moon chuckled quietly as he leaned back.
Solar felt an annoying ache in his body and his joints were stiff. He pointed to the hip flask next to Moon and Moon handed it to Solar.
"Not drinking alcohol, where are we?"
Solar barks out a laugh.
"Moon, you know there is no alcohol in this thing. But it wouldn't be such a bad idea for the pain." Moon grinned and shrugged.
"To be fair, this thing is not meant for oil."
Solar popped open the flask and dumped oil on his stiff joints. "I don't care for what it's made, as long it's handy." Moon nodded to his response.
Moon started to fidget with his hat. "Honestly, my first thought when I saw Ruin was that he did something to you. He stood in front of you and stared at you menacingly until he realized I was at the entrance of the daycare."
Moon continued to explain.
"He told me he was looking for me, but it didn't look like it." Solar frowned.
"I don't know what to think of that guy. Maybe he is just socially awkward, you know?"
Moon shrugged and glanced over to Solar. "Let's just be careful around him." Moon vocalized.
Solar nodded, and the conservation changed to a lighter topic. Solar doesn't need more to worry about at the moment.
Moon scanned him every now and again. He had to make sure Solar didn't overheat. Despite that Solar didn't tell him anything about how he felt, he could tell that he kept feeling worse. His faceplate was glowing, it almost looked like his old body and his voicebox kept glitching out.
"So that's when I told Lunar 'Soon.' " Solar chuckled at the memory, he explained to Moon what happened that made Lunar so jumpy around him.
"Take off your clothes." Moon bluntly spoke. Solar's eyes widened again, and his orange faceplate turned red.
"Huh??"
"Solar, you have to take off your shirt and pullover, so your processor doesn't overheat."
"How about you form full sentences and don't blurt out random things?"
Moon then realized his poor choice of words and let out a little 'sorry'.
Solar shook his head as he took off his shirt and pullover.
Solar grimaced at how vulnerable he felt, even though the most glamrock barely wore any clothes. Glamrock Freddy doesn't even wear pants.
Solar saw that Moon was scanning him again and let out a relieved sigh. He supposed his fans weren't going to blow out any time soon when Moon is around.
"So you're just going to do nothing to get back to Lunar?" Moon asked, remembering the last thing Solar told him about.
He shook his head and smiled, there was a twinkle in his eyes.
"Now I didn't say that, someday I will."
"Oh that's cruel. I love it, what do you have in mind?" Moon's curiosity showed as he got closer to him in the hope he'd tell him.
"To bad I won't tell you." Solar rasped out with a mischievous smile.
"Aw c'mon, I will keep my mouth shut."
Moon frowned when Solar shrugged and stayed silent. Moon frowned.
"Believe me, when I prank him you will hear him." Solar smiled.
"That's boring." Moon pouted and Solar chuckled. "You're just impatient."
Solar doesn't recall that he fell asleep until he opened his eyes, but he doesn't recall being in another room.
When he looked around, Sun sat next to him and then the busk animatronic realized he was wearing his old clothes.
"Did you hear what I said, Eclipse?" The bright animatronic asked with a soft smile.
"What?"
"I think you spaced out there." He snickered. Solar blinked at him and cleared his throat.
"Sorry what did you say?" Sun smiled and leaned back into the orange couch.
Solar realized Sun made their mindscape look like the living room.
"Well, I said Moon and I played this weird game about babysitting a baby that is actually a demon." Sun told him excitedly and Solar smiled softly.
Why is this so familiar?
"So your plan to spend more time with Moon is working?" Sun nodded enthusiastically. "He doesn't seem to mind."
When was the last time he saw Sun so.. happy?
"He still doesn't know about me, does he?"
Sun smile faded, and he fidgeted with his hands while he looked up to the darker Sun.
"Erh no not yet. But I promise-, pinky promise I will! I just um don't think it's the right time yet."
Solar nodded and looked to the side.
Was he forgetting something?
Sun jumped up and held his hand out to Solar.
"I know you're worried, but I'm 100% sure everything will be okay." Solar took his hand and got up. He could tell Sun was nervous about telling Moon about him simply by his body language. But who was he to tell him that?
"Okay."
He is forgetting something.
"Come on, I want to play this game with you as well!"
"More like you play and I watch?" Solar spoke amused.
"Like you mind!" Sun blew raspberries to him and he chuckled.
"Very mature of you Sun." Solar said, amused.
Sun skipped to the door but when Solar followed him through the never, ending hallway. Sun was already going out through the door. He started to run, but the room was moving with him.
"Sun wait! Wait for me." He rasped out, the panic rising in his chest. When he finally reached the door, everything went dark.
"Sun?" Solar looked around and couldn't see anybody.
It looked like he was inside an old laboratory. But why was he in there, and where is Moon? Did his processor give out, which is why Moon moved them to fix it?
Solar noted that he was lying on the cold table in an abandoned lab. Wasn't he just in Sun's room?
While he was looking around he noted that the lab had tubes that seemed to be very dirty and dusty. There was a singular bulb hanging right above him, but despite that, the room was dark.
The roof was leaking, spin webs in every corner and the tools which were laying on the table were way too rusty to use.
The room he was in looked way too familiar than he would have wanted.
What was he forgetting?
He started to feel his panic rise and when he sat up, his head was buzzing and there was a icky feeling in his body, like something was missing.
"Moon?"
The bask animatronic could see something moving in the back of his eye corner. Solar turned around quickly.
He felt something touching his shoulder and he gasped as he stood up from the table.
"Who's there?!" Solar yelled out, regardless of the feeling of dizziness catching up, he was ready to fight whatever was in there.
Trying to make any sense out of this, he silently waited for some response.
"Are you happy now?" A scratchy voice asked. Solar flinched, he knew exactly whose voice it was.
"What?"
"Are you happy with the life you have now? After everything you have done to us, Eclipse?" he asked in a sickening voice.
Moon.. his moon but how? He killed him, he couldn't be alive!
Solar backed to the corner as he saw a shadow walking towards him.
"You sick parasite, first off you took my brother from me, and then you shot me! And now you're just living your best life, huh?!"
"Moon.. I'm not-"
Solar's vision blurred when his Moon pulled him down to look directly at him.
Solar wanted to push him away, but he couldn't move his hands. He wanted to scream, move or anything else! Why couldn't he move?
"I should rip you apart, tear every single wire out and make sure you won't come back." Moon's voice was filled with hatred and rage. His eyes were glowing red and his pupils were turning to pinpoints.
Moon pushed him to the corner as he towered him. Solar could only see his glowing red eyes.
"I'll make sure you suffer until your last breath." Moon spoke low and with rage as he forcefully packed Solar's arm and tore him into the working tube.
"Moon- please I'll help you-"
"Shut up!" Moon interrupted him as he closed the tube.
"I'll make sure that you get what you deserve."
Solar panicked as he watched Moon walking towards the computer.
"Please, Moon, don't do it. Please!" Solar yelled with a hint of desperation.
Moon turned to him while he was pressing the button.
Solar screamed as he woke up. His hands were shaking and everything felt cramped.
Solar clutched his chest while he was hyperventilating.
"Hey, hey Solar, look at me." Moon spoke concerned as he got closer to him. Solar turned his head to him.
"Look at me, everything is okay. You are safe."
Solar's breath got slower as he slowly calmed down. Moon is stunned by how fast the sunset animatronic calmed down.
"I tried to wake you, but you wouldn't budge." Moon explained, concerned while reaching out for him. Solar flinched and Moon pulled his hand away.
"You're doing okay?" Moon asked carefully and kept his space.
Solar told him some things that had happened in his old location.
It was more his Moon that caused all the problems. Sure, that British Monty wasn't good either, but his Moon is another story. He also met that guy, when Moon stayed there to build the satellite with Solar.
"I'm.. not good." Solar sat up straight and wrapped his arms around his legs.
"I figured.. Um, you want to talk about it?"
Solar shook his head and there was a silence. The whole cheering up wasn't Moon's thing. He didn't know how he could cheer up his friend.
Thinking about it, Earth would ask for a hug or something like that, but that involves touching and Solar doesn't seem to like that a lot.
Lunar cheered Solar up with a little puppet show last time, but there was no way he was going to do that. Solar would never let that go and tease him for the rest of his life.
Perhaps showing memes? But that wasn't really suitable at the moment.
Moon thought about it and then an idea came to his mind. Solar's drawing tablet. Maybe he would like to draw or something? The blue celestial animatronic remembered that Solar left it in the drawer by the security desk.
When he got up and walked towards the little tunnel, Solar grabbed his hand.
"Don't leave!" He yelped out and that startled the blue animatronic.
Moon focused on him and noted how panicked he looked. Moon never saw him that scared, he held his hand.
"Do you mind if I sit right next to you?"
"I don't mind."
Moon sat down next to him and watched the darker Sun animatronic.
"I actually just wanted to get your tablet." Moon spoke softly.
"Sorry. I don't know what's with me. I have been sick before, but I have never acted like that."
Moon shook his head. "You're fine. Remember when I had the virus? I couldn't be alone either and you know, normally, I even prefer being alone."
Solar nodded and when he remembered, he let out a soft laugh. "You held onto me like your life depended on it." Moon frowned and felt his faceplate heaten up.
"Shut it."
"You didn't even let me go when I took you to your bed." Solar softly teased and Moon jabbed his shoulder.
"I honestly never guessed you were a cuddle bug." Solar continued.
"I could say the same about you. When I woke up you were the one holding me."
Solar shrugged and smirked. "Well, at least I was the big spoon of us both."
Moon let out a strangled sound and covered his faceplate.
Solar laughed softly and leaned back.
"You are so easily to tease." Solar said amused, and Moon just rolled his eyes.
"If it wasn't for you being sick I would already have shoved the pillow into your face."
"Oh, horrifying." Solar sarcastically vocalized.
Moon gave him a wry smile and hesitated to move closer to him. Solar huffed and moved his elbow to his.
"I'm not afraid of you." Solar blurted out and Moon tilted his head.
"I was just so caught up in my dream that I didn't realize it was you." The bask animatronic tried to explain.
"Do you often dream about your Sun and Moon?"
"No, just sometimes, but not all of them are nightmares. Believe it or not, I actually have a few nice memories of that place."
Moon nodded and glanced at him. Then the blue celestial animatronic drew circles in Solar's hand and closed his eyes.
Solar smiled softly at him and then slowly leaned his head towards Moon's.
"I had many dreams about that damn Gator." Solar admitted, and Moon raised his brow.
"I'm pretty sure that Gator had a way to get in dreams because they kept trying to sell their things."
Moon barked a laugh. "How? That British Gator can't even tie a knot. Remember when.."
"Moon that Gator was smarter than they let on."
The blue crescent animatronic chuckled. "Actually you're right, our Monty is similar when it comes to that."
There was a comforting silence and slowly Solar's hand intertwined with Moon's.
They stayed like this for a while and eventually Solar felt sleepy again.
Moon noticed that Solar was about to fall asleep, so he slowly moved him to lay down. When he tucked Solar in, he was about to just sit down on the floor and wait for him to wake up.
Solar grabbed Moon's hand and looked up at him with a slight panic.
"Are you going to leave?" Moon shook his head.
"No, you are stuck with me, remember? I just didn't know if I should lay with you."
"If you don't mind?" Solar mumbled.
Moon smiled softly at him and laid down next to him.
The blue celestial turned around, his back facing Solar and Moon felt Solar's hand move to his chest. He pulled Moon towards him and held him close.
"Calling me a cuddle bug, huh?" Moon mumbled silently and laid his hands over Solar's.
He was happy to have someone like Solar.
It didn't take Moon long to fall asleep, but then again, he could sleep anywhere if the crescent animatronic wanted to.
Hours went by, it was closing time and the celestial siblings, Lunar, Sun and Earth were carrying cookies and drinks.
Moon texted Sun and the other two that Solar was sick and should come if they had time.
Sun and Moon developed a habit of watching movies if one of them is sick. Since Earth, Lunar and even Monty came along, the habit of stuck to them as well. And they had to make sure that solar is also involved in this.
Lunar was the first to zoom through the tunnel and jumped on Solar's bed.
"Solar wake up!" Lunar yelled, that startled Moon and Solar.
Lunar let out a little gasp when they realized that Moon was also there.
"Jesus Christ Lunar. Do you always have to scream when you wake us?" Moon mumbled while sitting up.
Lunar muffled his laugh while jumping off the bed.
"Hey Sun I found Moon! He was with Solar the whole time." He yelled through the tunnel.
Solar groaned and covered his faceplate in his hands.
"Can you not scream? My head is killing me." Solar mumbled grumpy.
Lunar let out a little sorry, then Sun and Earth was climbing through the tunnel.
"Moon, have you been here for the past couple of hours?"
The bright animatronic asked while holding chips and popcorn.
"Yep here the last few hours, why?"
"Well, we actually needed your help since we had another problem with code.. blue." Sun explained and Moon groaned as he let himself fall in bed again.
"Not dealing with this now, tomorrow." He mumbled while closing his eyes again. Solar rolled his eyes, trying not to be amused by this situation.
"How are you feeling, Solar? Any better?" Earth questioned him.
And Moon seemed to be interested in the question as well, since he sat up straight and waited for his answer.
Solar thought about it and he actually felt better. His body didn't ache, and his fans were also way quieter than in the morning.
"I'm actually feeling better."
"Did Moon nurse you back to health?" Lunar asked with a teasing tone.
Moon threw a pillow at him and when it hit Lunar he let out a little 'oof'.
"I mean if it wasn't for him, I would probably still be passed out on the security desk." Solar joked, but the other celestial animatronics didn't seem to find that funny.
Solar let out a nervous laugh before a pillow hit right in his face.
"What the heck, Lunar?"
"You deserved it." Lunar simply mumbled.
"Well, I'm glad Moon found you before that happened." Earth spoke while placing the cookies down on Solar's desk.
"Actually, Ruin found him first." Moon explained and Earth tilted her head.
"I see, I mean he did tell me you both went upstairs to get some rest."
"Do you guys know where he is?" Moon asked genuinely.
Earth shook her head. "No I wanted to, but he was kinda just gone when I was looking for him."
Moon hummed.
"You look awful by the way, Solar." Lunar shot right out and Solar sighed. "Thanks, Lunar."
Lunar was about to jump on his bed again but stopped himself.
"Wait, are you contagious?"
Solar grinned at him. "Oh, very." Then he started to pretend to cough into his elbow. Lunar seemed to be unimpressed and they jumped on the bed.
"He is kinda contagious," Moon said to Lunar, and he stopped jumping and gave Moon the death stare.
Solar chuckled, as he watched Lunar stepping away from him.
"Wait, is he actually contagious?" Earth asked genuinely and Moon nodded.
"Yeah, if you touch him while he sneezes or is glitching out, the virus can spread to you," Moon explained and turned his gaze to the amused animatronic.
"Is that how you got it from Moon, Solar?" Sun asked while Lunar was stealing a cookie from Earth.
"Yep, I'm very contagious. You better watch out." Solar said sarcastically.
"So why are you sitting right next to him, brother?" Sun asked while keeping his distance.
"Well, actually me and Ruin are now immune to it since our bodies have already experienced it and know how to kill the virus the second it gets in our body. Similar to the human immune system.. more or less." Moon interpreted.
"Soo what are we watching today?" Earth tilted her head as she glanced at Solar.
"It's my turn to pick the movie?" He questioned and Moon nodded.
"If you're sick you can choose."
Solar felt his faceplate heat up, it was just picking a damn movie. Why did that make him feel so embarrassed? Perhaps because it made him feel like he was currently the spotlight of this room.
"I don't know. I don't care what we watch." Solar mumbled.
"I mean if you don't know, we could give you some recommendations," Earth added while smiling softly.
Solar shook his head. "I know what we could watch. But, um are we going to watch it here?"
"Well, we wanted to see if you feel well enough to watch it in the theater?" Sun explained.
"Why did you bring the food in here then?" Moon questioned while watching Lunar eat the cookies.
"Every time we leave the food alone in the theater, Vegeta just steals it." Earth told him.
"You mean that creation of Monty?" Moon cringed while asking.
Earth nodded and Solar got up slowly.
"We can go to the theater." Solar rasped out while holding on Moon's shoulder.
"But I'm not going to deal with Vegeta if they come around." Solar clarified.
They brought blankets and cushions to the theater. The snacks and drinks were lying on the table and Solar watched how everyone got comfortable watching the movie.
Solar glanced over to Moon when he was sitting down next to him.
"What? I told you were stuck with me." Moon nudged him playfully and Solar smiled softly at him.
He wouldn't want it any other way.

idea,, readerbot au, but. Eclipse(tm)
short explanation: Eclipse is, in simple terms???, a virus or stray few remanents of code (thought to be deleted) gone haywire and MIA. he only exists as that code, though complex, he has no processor or body in any way; he just kinda (after getting free) runs around through the Fazbear systems peeking through cameras n occasionally tampering with with stuff in small ways (oh nooooo the lights went out when u crossed the room,, oh nope theyre back on just as u reach the switch! oh wait darn theyre out again as soon as ur halfway across th room again how could that have happened)
ReaderBot accidentally 'catches' the 'virus' while working on the arcade machine Eclipse had been stuck on, and is, naturally, quite worried n freaked out but can't seem to isolate the 'virus' in order to anti-virus it out of their system. Eclipse, having been trapped, isolated, and bored for years now, is erratic and unpredictable, inadvertently messing with ReaderBot's systems at odd times n making them confused n scared. After a while, Eclipse kinda chills out a bit after realizing Readerbot is actually afraid of him, and by the time Readerbot isolates his code and can antivirus him, he's too much of a sort-of-roommate for them to go through with it. the two become friends, Readerbot grateful for someone who can actually understand them, and Eclipse ecstatic to have someone to interact with after so long alone. and yeah Eclipse definitely starts crushing on them like hardcore sorry i dont make the rules he just does that on his own
tidbits: -Eclipse can alter their sensors to 'appear' in their field of view, but only as a sort of 'illusion' only readerbot can see -Eclipse can sort of 'hear' Readerbots thoughts, and is always very upset when they are feeling anxious or down, partly bc he can't physically do much to comfort or help them; instead, in an attempt to do anything he can to cheer them up, he does,, silly stuff? like if readerbot is almost knocked over by a customer and just stands there lowkey going 'geez, some people' eclipse will appear and mime kicking the rude person in th ass skhfjsdhfjskhdf -readerbot almost gets caught reacting n 'talking' to,, nothing. like multiple times. the kids think 'oh, they have an imaginary friend! neat!' while everyone else is like squints 'staffbot,, buggy? staffbot needs debugging? maybe reset staffbot? hmm. but so much data in there,, maybe is nothing? hmmmmmmmm. better keep eye on staffbot.' -(and yea sun n moon would have some kinda feelings abt readerbot basically letting a whole entire other entity/deleted version of them live in their head rent free) -(and also yea Eclipse is the remains of a prototype Daycare Attendant that got scrapped n replaced by Sun n Moon hehe :3c this definitely causes no drama at all 100% none)
ok now doodles,

*Tries to think about a Evil Lunar AU, instead i get accidental murder and severe guilt from two parties.* Anyway, i don’t know what to call this au. Moon dies? Lunar is Here? This takes place during when Killcode first appears. Trapping both Moon and Lunar in his weird mind hellscape. Although in this timeline, Lunar instead of trying to dissociate and avoid Killcode, actively tries to remove him. Since this is AFTER Moon would teach him how to code. I’ll have to rethink details here cause I think Monty and Moon discussed AFTER about removing killcode was a Very Bad Idea. You know what, the rest under cut here
Anyway, Also rememeber, this is before Lunar meets Good Eclipse and getting his warnings about not removing the killcode. Lunar is able to remove Killcode. Although in the process effectively breaking and killing Moon. Yay no more killcode for Sun to deal with again! (who was trying to get monty to help.) However, it takes a moment for Lunar to fully realize what happened.  He can’t get a hold of Moon and even worse is that... its quiet in his head now. So Sun does come back, with Monty. Lunar now having to decide whether he tells Sun the truth immediately and begging Monty to help. Or decide to pretend to be Moon for a while, and get Monty to help bring Moon back if he even can. Either way it just leads to Sun’s anger with Lunar, effectively kinda putting a huge strain on their relationship that they were just starting to get along. It doesn’t help Sun still has that trauma of Eclipse and Lunar body jacking during october. (Third image is a reference to when Lunar revealed he took moon over for a week. That conversation is a Huge uh can of worms there.) Who’s also feeling guilt do to several issues we know now, but one is not helping Moon himself. But obviously this wasn’t something meant to happen. Sun’s grieving, Lunar’s grieving and Monty is trying to figure out if they can help (while also grieving.) Lunar is obviously taking this pretty badly, he just killed his brother (in attempt to help but still) and stuck in Moon’s body. Triggering Sun and him everytime he looks in the Mirror. So he removes some of the accessories but nothing Altering the outfit permanently. That’s like a moon pin/barrette he put on the hat. Keeping the eyelights white (Moon in game can do that so. Yeah) Unfortunately, only Monty and Sun know Lunar is the only one left in moon’s body. No one knows Lunar, remember that. That’ll be brought up probably. Whether Lunar pretends to be Moon for other people is dependent. He technically was helping with the daycare in Moon’s place already. There’s also Lunar just knowing Sun technically blames him, thus pretending to talk to moon when he’s by himself. Sun obviously getting frustrated at Lunar, but think of hurt/comfort here. Sun knows Moon wouldn’t want them fighting about it, and Lunar is the only brother he has left now. They’re literally going through a lot, heck Bloodmoon (and Eclipse) is still around. They have the computer to technically help with things Moon did. Lunar is left with guilt having been the one to desperately do something with immense consequence of losing one of his brothers who actively cared for him and fear he'll lose the other, and Sun who's blaming Lunar but also feeling guilt cause he feels he could've at least TRIED to do something himself instead of running off to find someone and leaving both Lunar and Moon to fend for themselves. ANYWAY JUST. SUN AND LUNAR HANDLING DEATH OF THEIR BROTHER AND MORE OR LESS ACCEPTING THEY MAY HAVE LOST HIM FOR GOOD. Will there be a part 2 handling with Eclipse and Bloodmoon? and maybe Earth idk about earth here.

Summary: Eclipse makes a groupchat with the other Eclipses to chaotic outcomes.
Warnings: Crack, Cursing, Abuse (mentioned only), Imprisonment (mentioned), Bullying, let me know if I should add anything else.
The Eclipses Chat: Chapter 2
12:45pm Whomst The Fuck?
Solar: Alright, I’m sending our kid on a plane to Toronto. Make sure you get his ass off the plane, Umbra.
Umbra: You think I haven’t been waiting for him for the last day? That’s cute.
Helix: I want to see my little boy.
Comet: Comet-with-airport-coffee-and-airport-chinese-with-peace-sign.jpg
Helix: I am now pleased. Thank you, little child.
Solar: Aw hell no, we ain’t doing three way custody between two dimensions.
Comet: Why can’t I have more Dads?
Solar: Okay fine, but only because you want more Dads.
Eclipse: Hold on. What the fuck?
Solar: Pick a name, asshole. None of us get to keep Eclipse here.
Eclipse has changed their name to Acrux
Acrux: What is this?
Solar: Welcome to hell. Comet got stuck and now we all have a groupchat.
Acrux: Hold on. That means I actually get to talk to you on civil terms?
Solar: Yeah, I guess?
Acrux: Listen to me, I don’t want to be alive right now. I didn’t want to come back. I have directives in my head that will kill me if they’re gotten rid of so I have to find out who made me so the can’t make me again. So can you all maybe please not kill me because I severely need help right now, not to be killed because whoever made me will probably just make me again.
Solar: Ah, that’s who you are. Good to know.
Solar: Anyway, I personally won’t kill you, But like, what are the directives?
Acrux: I don’t know, the Creator wouldn’t tell me. But I know they’re what made me show myself so quickly. So they’re probably along the lines of ‘torment the daycare’. But I don’t even remember anything before my death. Everything I have is from a different point of view.
Solar: Well thats…weird. Anyway, Just try to stay away from the daycare because Moon already hates you anyway. He’ll probably just try to kill you right out the gate. If you come visit me at the airport, then I’ll look through everything and figure out the directives and maybe change the directives instead of delete them.
Acrux: What do I have to do for you?
Solar: Behave afterward.
Acrux: Done. I’m coming.
1:45pm Whomst The Fuck?
Solar: I got two kids now. Umbra, you got more space in that bunker of yours because he’s probably gonna need to hide too.
Umbra: I do. There’s like three dozen rooms in this bunker.
Solar: Even better. Comet, you’re getting a flight buddy on the plane with you.
Comet: YAY!
Acrux: You fixed me.
Solar: Well hey, first time for everything. Behave for your second chance and I’ll visit you two kids next week.
Acrux: Thank you so much.
Solar: Have fun, kids. No teleporting off the flight.
Acrux: Okay.
Comet: I can what now?
Solar: Not you, just Acrux.
Comet: Okay!
Acrux: I’ll make sure he gets there safe.
Solar: Thank you.
Umbra: You damn well better make sure your little brother gets here safe.
Acrux: Hold on, I thought that the Backup would be my dad, not you. You’d be like my grandfather.
Umbra: Respect your elders, kid. And Backup ain’t here. So that automatically makes me your dad.
Acrux: This family tree is more chaotic than the other one. Jesus Christ.
Solar: You’d think so but it’s relatively easy.
Acrux: Literally how?
Solar: Umbra is your dad, I’m your adoptive dad, Backup and Comet are your brothers, and everyone else here is either your cousin or uncle.
Umbra: Where is Backup by the way?
Solar: Don’t act like I know.
Eclipse is online
Eclipse: Can someone please come get me? I can’t escape this place.
Solar: What?
Eclipse: I’m stuck because of your brother, asshole. Get me out! I’ve been chained up in his room for two years and a month!
Solar: So twenty-five weeks our time?
Eclipse: Yes! Please get me out! I’ve been alone like six months. I can’t even remember how long.
Solar: Alright, I’m coming, hold on.
Eclipse: I hate this, I hate this, I hate this.
Solar: I know, buddy. I’m working on it. I’ve gotta sneak you out so that’s gonna be a difficult thing to do, okay?
Eclipse: Don’t just kill me?
Solar: I won’t do that shit. I hated the killing idea in the first place. It makes me feel awkward contributing to the death of another version of myself.
Eclipse: Also, please don’t torture and imprison me too?
Solar: Is that what my brother did to you?
Eclipse: Yes.
Solar: Buddy, I ain’t gonna torture you.
Eclipse: Thank you.
Umbra: Another child, Solar?
Solar: Yes.
Helix: You two are like a divorced couple who’s working on their co-parenting routine.
Acrux: New brother, oh goodie.
Solar: Yeah, I’m gonna send him up too. Better Canada than Moon probably killing him.
Rigel: Yeahhhhh, Moon’s been suspecting me too but I can handle that. He’s just paranoid.
Solar: I get that but still. He will kill a formerly evil Eclipse on sight probably.
Rigel: …
Solar: Okay, bad wording. An Eclipse who has done evil things under their own recognizance before.
Rigel: Alright then.
Eclipse: Do I have to pick a name too?
Solar: Yes.
Eclipse has changed their name to Phase
Phase: I like this one.
Solar: Good job, Phasey.
Phase: I love that nickname.
Solar: I sure hope so. I also hope you like candy and pizza because that’s what you’re eating before I drop you at the airport to Umbra.
Phase: I think so? I don’t remember. I can barely remember anything past three months ago.
Solar: That’s fine, just look at your allergies.
Phase: It says pineapple and mango.
Solar: rip
Solar: Alright, we’ll get you something without them.
Helix: Y'all area clusterfuck.
Solar: Yup, thanks Helix.
Venus: I hate all of you so much.
Solar: That’s fine, you raging dickhead.
Venus: I don’t even know why I came on here.
Helix: You’re probably bored. I know that’s why I’m on here interacting.
Venus: Shut up, I’m not taking advice from a servant.
Helix: That’s okay, I don’t care about the opinions of a lord except my own.
Venus: Petty little shit.
Helix: Stubborn old man.
Orbit: The girls are fighting! I’m getting the popcorn, hold on!
Venus: You know what? I’m leaving.
Venus has left Whomst The Fuck?
Comet: Nope!
Comet has added Venus to Whomst The Fuck?
Venus: Fuck you!
Comet: No thanks! But you get to stay here from now on, you oversized roach.
Solar: Sick burn, kid.
Comet: Thank you!
Helix: Keep pouting, just means I win.
Venus: I hate you.
Rigel: Girls girls, you’re both pretty.
Venus is offline
Solar: All in all a productive day!

Day 1 (AU Prompt): Bad Ending
Man I underperformed for this one imo. I wanted to do more but the art block fucking slapped me just in time
So after asking the event host puhpandas if just talking about this was enough and getting yes as an answer, I present to you this AU I came up with after the release of Ruin but didn't know how to share it, we have this AU (it's original name was the Illustrated Lullaby AU but I'm not sure if the name really sticks for me).
TL;DR in case my insane ramblings about this AU I have never mentioned anywhere before but have had in my mind for months are incomprehensible: Burntrap Ending is canon, Gregory dies while separated from Freddy, possesses Daycare Attendant, and when Cassie eventually shows up come Ruin Gregory tries to tell her what actually happened to him, eventually having to do it through comics since he can't really get through Eclipse.
------
Everything is the same as the base game's Burntrap Ending until the actual ending cutscene. Glamrock Freddy gets stuck behind while Gregory, who's smaller, can still move forward. He hates having to leave Freddy behind after bonding the whole night, but Freddy also wanted him to keep going and get out of the flaming sinkhole as quickly as possible. The problem is that he got lost. Any way out he found was already either on fire or blocked by the fallen debris, until there was no way out. Eventually smoke inhalation killed him from being near the fire for so long.
I'm not quite sure how Gregory ends up possessing the Daycare Attendant in the original just-after-Ruin cut, but then I noticed just how similar this was to Charlie's death and possessing the Puppet, so I decided to stick with the "history repeats itself" idea to a degree. The Daycare Attendant finds him once the fire dies down: Gregory is still alive yet past saving, but at least getting him out of the hell pit in case anyone comes looking for him would be nice. Little guy dies shortly after the two of them get out of the sinkhole (it's easier when you're tall and used to climbing things like the DCA).
I know this is about Gregory but imagine being the Daycare Attendant watching this kid die, only to hear him "wake up" 30 seconds after in your head. That's pretty much what happened here and both parties freak out. FazEnt. wiped most of the popularly-known stuff about the animatronics being possessed so it seemed more like a joke when kids' grandparents brought it up. Sun and Moon didn't expect it to be a real thing, or that they'd be stuck with the ghost kid for an indefinite amount of time. Gregory took a little longer to realize he died since he wasn't fully conscious when it happened, but when he did figure it out he was pretty much bawling (he usually holds it back or suppresses it, but since he could feel Sun and Moon's emotions, he guessed that they could do the same with him and it was pointless trying to hide it this time).
It's kinda random stuff to bridge the gap of a few months between base Security Breach and Ruin. Gregory meets Sassy Sun (A.K.A. how Sun ACTUALLY acts as shown in HW 2) and that's pretty funny to him since before the sinkhole they genuinely seemed childish, they draw stuff together since they all enjoy art, etc.. They're all stuck together, so they have to get to know each other if they don't want to go absolutely insane. Only about half of the daycare is destroyed (it would definitely be more if I'm being accurate to real sinkholes) and it's a mostly safe place as almost every dangerous animatronic melted in the pit. All three of the bodymates have pretty much agreed not to go back down there, for understandable reasons.
Ruin arrives, and Cassie's getting a call on her Roxy talkie supposedly from Gregory that he's in the sinkhole. We all know where this leads but hey, dramatic irony. Everything once again goes as Ruin does at the beginning minus the Monty attack and Glamrock Chica appearing, except after rebooting Eclipse, they join her (after a lot of pushing from Gregory since it became clear she wasn't leaving). He tries to tell her that he's there, but since Sun and Moon merged to make Eclipse, he doesn't really have much he can do in the terms of speech. But he's still given the freedom to draw, so he tries using that. And it somewhat starts working. Whenever Cassie isn't one the move, he's making a clue as to try and at least let her know that whoever is on the other end of the line isn't him.
I don't know how I want this AU to actually end. Part of me wants to lean completely into the "history repeats itself" idea and have Gregory start Puppet 2: Electric Boogaloo, but he's also his own character and might not do that simply because to him, this is hell, and he doesn't want Cassie experiencing that even if it means she's gone for good. Or maybe it has a good ending where the cycle doesn't quite repeat, and she goes free with closure on what happened to Gregory. I'm definitely leaning to "history repeats itself" though.
And a height chart because it's all my dumb ass could draw before the art block took my lunch money
Tumblr media
Idk if this is actually how tall the DCA is but the idea of them being comically tall and towering over the kiddos is fun okay

OK time to discuss some thoughts concerning the DLC/Eclipse. Obviously, spoilers ahoy
. So first and foremost, I really appreciate their voice mannerisms (prior to being rebooted) being about what we expected out of Eclipse. One talking and then the other talking, despite the body itself not changing. And then after being rebooted, that voice becoming soft and careful. There are many implications to what the change means, but I'll return to that thought later.
. Getting confirmation that the light isn't just a pesky nuisance but does, in fact, genuinely hurt Moon. More than that — the confirmation that the animatronics can feel pain at all! I've been writing my fics with this headcanon in mind the whole time, but it's nice to have it confirmed.
. THE TABLE W/ PLUSHES. I know a lot of the fandom has already decided that Sun was playing by himself (a hc that is incredibly sad on its own) but I've been thinking... wouldn't it be neat if this was a showcase of them playing with each other? If they're both stuck in this state of back-and-forth and communication is limited if available at all, wouldn't it make sense for one of them to set-up a scene and the other to finish it? Is it not even sadder that this might be the only way they can have any sort of real conversation?
. Their mouth moves. Their mouth moves??? Their mouth moves! I'm not for sure the exact reason for why it's hidden behind their mask, but I'm assuming it was put in place after they were reworked as daycare attendants. It makes sense that they would be able to move and talk like the glamrocks, especially while working theater, so my only guess is that they placed the mask over their face after reworking them to prevent young children from sticking their fingers between the moving teeth. As a former daycare volunteer (and a teacher of the 1st-4th grade), let me tell you, kids that age will put their fingers anywhere.
. Happy Birthday! I don't think this being their first line after having been rebooted has anything to do with the rebooting itself. Like, I doubt there's any real correlation beyond them recognizing that it's Cassie's birthday. Then again, Kellen Goff's tweet makes me think I could be wrong about this one. Who knows!
. OK OK OK so the way they switch between Sun/Moon when we're wearing the mask is really fun (as mentioned by twinanimatronics, Moon rocks while Sun twitches!) but I want to talk about how wearing the mask inside their bedroom makes it look clean, and the implications behind that if we see Sun while the mask is on but Moon while it's off. Does it mean Moon sees things how they are while Sun sees things how he wants to? (Sidebar, this will definitely be influencing how I write Sun's denial in DMD)
. On a similar note, the mask being on in their bedroom also shows Eclipse's face over their ceiling, but more than that, it shows their ceiling decorations (the painted on clouds, now almost entirely gone) moving, with trees swaying at the very corners. Is this a trick of the mask, or is this how they really saw the room? Was it built that way or did it just happen after years of being cooped up inside? ARGHGH there's just so much to think about with this one!!
There's definitely more but these are the ones rattling around in my brain the hardest. Let me know your thoughts!

I’m back to thinking about SJ avatar style, so get ready for some rambling.
CW: mentions of trauma and abuse via administered electric shocks
One thing’s stuck in my head about this particular AU of an AU. Leading up to the revolution where animatronics are granted rights, I would think one of the main driving forces behind that is animatronics discovering the ability to bend as well. Up until then, they’ve been treated as machines beneath humans. Not all humans can bend, but they are the sole beings who can. That is, until animatronics discover on their own that they have the ability to bend water, air, earth, and fire—lightning, metal, lava, and ice, every and any iteration of the four elements—just like humans can.
I don’t think it would take them long to discover that they are equivalent to humans in this manner. So in an effort to control the animatronics and hide their bending prowess to further the mindset that humans are above machines, chi blockers would be introduced. Maybe in this specific world, it’s a chip inserted into the animatronics that keeps them from connecting to the elements or figuring out if they even can bend. But nothing can ever be kept silent forever, and when word gets out about this process, advocation for animatronic rights begins to ramp up full throttle. You can only bury the truth for so long before someone else comes around and digs it up.
That’s all to say that I believe the extraction of these chi blocking chips, while severely dangerous but doable with the correct knowledge and force, is exactly what the daycare attendants learn. It starts with Eclipse enduring a terrible cruel shock from the owners for not responding to their call quick enough. What they don’t account for is how this continued abuse is just what he needs in order to dismantle the chip that’s kept him from an intrinsic part of himself since his creation.
In the shadows of the daycare one night, he unscrews the panel in the back of his head, finds the partially working chip, and rips it out.
He blacks out and comes to hours later, hooked up to a charging port and the owners screaming at him because they’ve had to close the daycare for the day due to his supposed incompetence. His fragile wires in the back of his faceplate are still exposed, but the humans make no mention of it, having no understanding of what’s happened or what he’s done.
And that sets into motion what few other animatronics have come to learn on their own: that the chip is removable, and something crucial has been kept from their reach for far too long.
I think there would be a more violent uprising. Those who regain their bending are still outnumbered, but their message reaches the ears of the people who do care, and it becomes a unity of animatronics and humans demanding equal rights be granted. Freedom is still an uphill battle, but it doesn’t escape their grasp.
Like the events of SJ, I imagine that Sun, Moon, and Eclipse still don’t break free until animatronic rights have been established, and the owners have to kick them out. But there’s a strong chance that prior to that, Eclipse removes the chi blocking chips in each of his brothers’ heads, a methodical surgery that comes with the unfortunate need to fry the things first before they can be removed. And wouldn’t you know it, he just so happens to be a firebender with the unshakable urge to use his ability to take back what they are all owed.
He’s not as precise with his fire, still new to it aside from the secret snatches of hours he’s practiced creating it with his hands. He nearly ends up scorching Sun’s delicate wires, something that has him even more afraid to try it again, especially on Moon, but they need this freedom. They need to know like he does what was stolen from them. They need to have it to be ready in case… just in case.
Moon takes to his waterbending like a duck to water. He does have a brief incident where he accidentally gets spooked and ices his hands and nearly panics, but Eclipse melts it right off with a heated flash of his palm. Sun’s practice is a little less than stellar in his eagerness, not for lack of want but because his bending doesn’t come right away. It doesn’t click like it does with the others, and it causes a deep frustration in him that he might not be a bender like them. His frustration and disappointment grow until one night during a practice session following a truly rough day, he claims that it’s just not going to work and in a rather rare show of deep upset, he kicks a stack of crates, wanting to just channel out some of that hurt in a harmless way.
The ball of fire that shoots from his foot lights the crates ablaze, and the three brothers have to quickly stamp out the fire before it can grow. As soon as it’s controlled and doused, Eclipse rounds on Sun with pure excitement that shows the flames of hellfire in his very eyes, and he clasps Sun’s shoulders and proudly tells him that that’s what he needs to channel his fire. He needs anger, he needs rage, just like Eclipse. That’s how he can bend. Eclipse will show him how.
Sun is… not enthused by this. He’s not angry; he was just frustrated. A small moment of anguish because of how he wants to have this connection with his brothers. Moon doesn’t need anger to waterbend. It just dances to his call like it’s meant to.
But with no one else to teach him and with Eclipse being so proud of Sunny for being just like him, proving that he’s right about this, Sun can’t say no. He begins to learn the way Eclipse wants him to, and he struggles to voice his discomfort at needing rage to kindle his fire. It’s why it doesnt come as a shock to him that his fire staggers and fails to remain bright and beautiful after the small incident.
Sun isn’t angry, not truly. He was made for love and compassion and justice, but not anger. His fire is never as brilliant as his older brother’s, and though Eclipse keeps pushing him and encouraging him in the only way he knows, his own frustration at Sun’s inability to progress is still just under the surface. He blames the owners, of course. They’re the ones holding Sun back. They must be, since they’re to blame for everything else.
When they are freed, it is no less rough. But Sun is exposed to a whole world of possibilities, and in the long spans of Eclipse’s absence as he fights to make them survive, Moon spars with and teaches Sun what he’s learned. To their surprise, Sun is able to apply it to his own bending, and together, they create a bond built on striving to use their bending to make the city a better place. They train endlessly so that one day, they can use it to show their strength in the police academy.
It’s the first of many walls that build between them and Eclipse. And it highlights the forces behind their bending that let them become in tune with their core elements. Slowly realizing that this will be the start of what separates them, and the first time Sun and Moon turn their bending on Eclipse without holding back is when they’re detectives and jumping out of range of his sizzling dark blue fire.
That’s when they’re certain there’s no turning back now. Eclipse has already burned the bridge between them and now uses the very tool that he taught them how to wield against his own family. He has become like those he hates, those he blames and faults for the city’s imperfection. He lusts for power and control, and when the old daycare is set ablaze in searing blue fire one pitch black night, it’s just another step in that direction. And wouldn’t it be ironic if he starts the blaze with an electrical fire, envisioning all those days spent under the fury of the owners’ controlled shocks and using those horrid memories to fuel his anger as lightning turns to flames.
The detectives are powerless to do anything but fight back, and it leaves horrible scars that are visible to no one but them.
No one, that is, until the vigilante comes around.

Eclipse continuation! Ruin spoilers
With my theories I'm not 100% sure how Eclipse plays in but in my opinion there's too much contrasting information for me to fully believe Eclipse is their default setting. Why would they be separate ais if they are meant to be one?
What I believe might be the case is that when they became daycare attendants their ais we're merged into Eclipse and when infected by the virus, they were forcefully separated again which is why their behaviors become so extreme and why sun being the hero and moon being the villain is so prevalent (referring to my previous ask) Also why we see the implications of BB world subduing Eclipse.
To ME Eclipse seems more like a security protocol, or a transitional period. After the Eclipse segment is over, Sun says thank you. Implying they IMMEDIATELY switched back to Sun and Moon after Eclipse was done talking. I know some people who think he might've been the very first, and split later on. But given the two (Sun and Moon) tragedy masks on the theatre in BASE GAME. I still think they were separate even then. However as for Moon's violent tendencies, that might've been just the villain role he played in the theatre. In base game when he jumpscares you he only really wiggles his finger. I think the decrepit, run down state of the REAL daycare(not ar) has driven Moon more insane. Given why in his jumpscare he CLAWS at Cassie's face with no remorse, fighting Sun and what not. As for Sun being so happy, he might just be trying to cover their ass so Moon will stop scaring ppl LOL- but also? Cassie's inventory notes about the dca plushies said she had a great time here. It's a weird grey area on whether or not Moon ACTUALLY used to be so mean. So again I think eclipse plays into it as just a safety protocol to, well, reboot and reset them incase they get stuck. Which like I said in my other posts, I think Sun had gotten stuck "down under" while Moon was out- and they weren't able to switch anymore.

Time to post some Seraphim AU🔥 Character Information!
(Like I have mentioned, I have a bit of brainrot from this idea sooo... I guess it's time to give the characters in this AU bit more of a proper introduction. Warning this is quite long because I always overdo my writing.)
Let's start with Canon Eclipse, after getting his dumb ass stuck in Seraphim Eclipse's Universe...
Tumblr media
-The satellite blast didn't kill him, as Nice Eclipse (Solar) told Moon, he built the satellite in a month... Something could go wrong. Which it did, rather than just blasting Canon Eclipse to dust, it punched him clean into another dimension. Severely damaging both him and the Newton Star.
-An energy blast punched right through Seraphim Eclipse's roof and deposited the damaged remains of Canon Eclipse into the ballpit. Scaring the absolute bejesus out of both Seraphim Eclipse and all the kids in the daycare.
-Upon realizing that there looked like another version of himself, albeit much smaller and without wings, Seraphim Eclipse took him to his workshop in order to investigate what this was all about.
-To clarify his damages, Canon Eclipse's legs and right arm had been blown clean off and his torso and rays were damaged. Thankfully all his pieces made the trip and could be re-attached.
-His remains were strapped to a table and Seraphim Eclipse proceeded to hook him up to his computer and go through his mind...
-That wasn't fun.
-He woke up three-quarters of the way through the process. Only to meet his alternate self looking through his memories and additional files... And got a very unamused look from the larger animatronic.
-He got put back into unconsciousness pretty quickly.
-When he wakes up again he finds his body repaired and meets his alternate more properly. Which... Honestly doesn't go all that well.
-Pretty much Seraphim Eclipse explains that he's in his universe and he has no way to get back to his own... Which to be frank is probably a good thing, given how he acts.
-Canon Eclipse unfortunately is... Well, Canon Eclipse and starts being the asshole that he is and stupidly starts threatening the bigger version of himself. Which results in Seraphim Eclipse attaching a collar of sorts to his neck that can both shock and freeze up his body to prevent him from doing things. As he doesn't want this jerk sabotaging his life and work.
-Canon Eclipse is forced to to become a janitor and boy does he hate it.
-Things get worse when he realizes that Seraphim Eclipse took his designs for Bloodmoon and Lunar and begins constructing his own versions.
-He has one hell of a tantrum because of this, which Seraphim Eclipse refers to him as a brat for it.
-Gets even more frustrated when this Bloodmoon DOESN'T turn out like his did.
-...he tries very hard to avoid the new version of Lunar outright...
-Overall he's angry. He's angry at the situation he's in. Angry that he's powerless and likely not going to be able to return to his home universe... But the thing that enrages him the most is how Seraphim Eclipse gets to have all the things that Canon Eclipse secretly wanted. Things that he WOULDN'T have without having STOLEN it all from him.
-He's just... In a very bad place.
.
Next up is Seraphim Eclipse!🔥
Tumblr media
-Once he aquires the Pizzaplex and implements the changes he desires, it should be noted that everything runs far more smoothly and efficiently. For both the human and animatronics that work there.
-Far less health and safety code violations.
-His skills for hacking and creating false identities and establishing various contacts is put to good use and he creates a fictional persona of 'Fredrick Bearson' for Freddy. So that he can essentially become Gregorys adoptive father. And even sets up a comfortable apartment for them in another section of the Pizzaplex.
-This undoubtedly comes from his programing in regards to taking care of children; in this case a very roundabout way and recognizing that the boy was in better hands with Freddy than he was living on the street homeless.
-When dealing with the children in the daycare, he's extremely patient and takes everything very easy. He can be firm if he needs to be, such as putting some children in time-out, but his calm easy-going demeanor makes him very good with his job.
-He is EXTREMELY claustrophobic. Due to his trauma of being locked away and trapped within his body, he has severe issues with enclosed spaces to the point that he will have panic attacks and could even become violent in his attempts to free himself from any sort of 'confinement.'
-That being said, he refuses to acknowledge he has a problem and just tries to shrug the past and its pain off. Like it's over and not going to affect the future.
-He's in denial he needs help.
-He also fully realizes how dangerous it is to keep Canon Eclipse around . But... He cannot help but feel immense pity for him and even sees the sickening possibility that he could have ended up just like him. Bitter and hateful. So in a way he hopes that he might somehow find a way to actually help him.
-He has good intentions but not always the best execution...
-In that regards, his more negative aspects are that he is known to carry grudges and he has a LONG memory. Pissing him off is a very bad idea because he can also be vengeful and in some instances... Capable of excessive cruelty.
-His more negative qualities mercifully don't surface often.
-His most treasured possession is his sword, which is a Nodaichi. One crafted by an expert craftsman from Feudal Japan. It was given to him by Twila, Cassie's aunt.
-She obtained the sword from someone who was throwing out all of his grandfather's possessions and unaware of exactly what he was disposing of... and once thrown out, Twila scavenged it and prepared to list it on eBay.
-Seraphim Eclipse is fully aware of how valuable such an item is, as genuine 'Real' swords can be worth hundreds of thousands of dollars. He was reluctant to accept it, but Twila pointed out she would rather have her niece safe than money. He eventually accepted and has treasured it since.
-Nodaichi swords are typically two handed weapons, but Seraphim Eclipse is strong enough to wield it with one hand. He has a fighting style that varies between one handed and two handed. Often if one hand is free he will use that hands flamethrower.
-He fully acknowledges he is modeled after an angel and now owns a sword that he knows how to wield. He is the embodiment of the meme 'I have the power of God and Anime on my side!' and he gets a good laugh out of it.
-Unlike Canon Eclipse, he builds his Bloodmoon and Lunar not to be tools, but to be his brothers and he adores them both. But occasionally he butts heads with Bloodmoon due to his rash behavior and at some of his Lunar's more mischievous antics.
-"I love you both to the moon and back... But damnit if there aren't some days I want to leave you up there..."
-That being said, picking a fight with them is a great way to get on his bad side very quickly.
-When his Lunar's magic begins to affect him, the first thing that happens is his wings are reconstructed and become far more 'Bio-Mechanical' in nature. He gains the ability to fly and with six wings he is not only fast, but can turn on a dime.
-He also becomes fireproof, and his flamethrowers no longer seem to need to be refilled. Rather function in a more magical means. The way he wields his fire powers is similar in motions to a firebender from Avatar.
.
Now for Arc Bloodmoon
Tumblr media
-As soon as Seraphim Eclipse activated him, Canon Eclipse dove for cover behind a table, expecting the worst... And this Bloodmoon immediately shot straight up and raced outta the workshop. But it was because he was created with a high amount of excess energy. And he just starts parkouring around the daycare.
-He initially appears to be harmless. Just extremely high energy with the equivalent of ADHD.
-Like Seraphim Eclipse, he works in the daycare and his high energy and playful nature make him a huge hit with the kids. Often wearing them down so they are ready for naptime. Which he himself might join them on. As he tends to fall asleep in random places when his energy gives out.
-He only has two wings, but his wings were built to be functional in flight. When he doesn't need them he can drape them over his shoulders to make it look like he's wearing a cloak. He also has the same type of 'tail' that Seraphim Eclipse has.
-However... Things don't really remain quite so simple in this instance.
-It becomes obvious that he definitely is more aggressive than Eclipse is. Get him to the point he wants to fight and it's very difficult to get him to stop.
-His playful antics go over well with virtually everyone he knows... But then he started trying to tease Canon Eclipse, but it ended with Canon Eclipse snapping that he's going to turn into a murderous double personality freak and he's going to laugh when he starts killing innocents for fun.
-That froze him down to his core...
-He proceeded to look through the data on his brothers computer and saw what Canon Eclipse meant... What he was modeled after... And it deeply disturbed him.
-Worse yet he had started to develop a deep bloodlust and craving for blood.
-...he has to restrain himself all the time...
- Eventually he finds that Strawberry Jam acts as a decent substitute for his blood cravings. Maybe it's just a mental trick, or just internal desperation, but he consumes A LOT of it. He will however hunt down rats and rip them apart for their blood on the occasion that the jam doesn't quell the craving.
-When they start having interdimensional adventures he is able to channel his aggression much better in fighting enemies and Eclipse realized he would fight better with a weapon or two.
-Seraphim Eclipse takes him to Twila, who not only owns the scrapyard, but also does custom forging swords/daggers as a side job. To order him custom swords.
-When Bloodmoon sees her... He immediately becomes smitten.
-His wings flutter around her a lot...
-He grows to visit Twila quite often and they become a good friends. Which is beneficial because there are idiots who break into her scrapyard. And he has FUN scaring them off.
-He does bite people...
-He also develops a sort of friendship with the displaced Sun/Moon/Eclipse that live at the scrapyard.
-Being at the scrapyard lessens his secret bloodlust.
-Twila eventually gets him his scarf, which he never takes off... Accept when his brothers fight to get it off him on laundry day. And even then he doesn't leave the laundry room.
-When he gets his katanas, his style of fighting is that he will just slice his opponents apart. He gets joy and satisfaction from spilling his enemies blood and will feed on it.
-Internally though, he's stressed. As he is deeply afraid that he might lose control of himself and kill and maim people like Canon Eclipse's Bloodmoon.
-He DOES have a second personality that had just been napping a lot during his initial awakening. When it had just started to be active is when Canon Eclipse snapped at him and when they both learned about their... counterpart...
-The second personality... chose... To just stay hidden. In an effort to prevent their combined fear of turning into a monster from coming true.
-But he is so alone...
-When the primary personality goes to sleep the secondary personality occasionally takes control and might eat more strawberry jam on toast rather than just straight bread. Or... Might pick up and hug their Lunar for seemingly no reason. Or randomly go to where Seraphim Eclipse is sleeping and wrap one of his wings around himself.
-There is a way to tell which personality is active though. Their heterochromia... When the secondary personality takes control, their eye colors flip. This and their fighting style seems to become more feral if possible.
-Finally when Lunar's magic starts affecting their lives, Bloodmoon is unaffected. He doesn't develop any sort of magical powers.
-The irony of this is that he does have a desire to create or find a star to use for his own personal reasons.
.
And finally, Cherubim Lunar
Tumblr media
-When Seraphim Eclipse is constructing his version of Lunar he is also looking over the damaged Newton Star that, through the memories of Canon Eclipse, he learned this... Star... Is extremely powerful, but useless in this universe. However... He begins to try and modify it. But ends up fragmenting it to pieces which mostly fizzle out. Still somewhat curious if any effect at all could be had, he collects the fragments and uses them as he builds a custom heavy duty battery. Which he uses for Lunar.
-The immediate effect is that all of his internal wiring begins to glow the color of soft blue moonlight.
-And his Lunar awakens with a cute yawn and stretch.
-Seraphim Eclipse just shrugs. No longer caring if it actually did anything. Just hugs his new little brother.
-This Lunar is built to be like a Cherubim, which are actually angels of Mercy. Playing further into this, Lunar has an incredible amount of sympathy for people. Even the individuals who Seraphim Eclipse would have given up on. He can see if there is even a tiny light left inside of a person.
-He has, almost from the moment of his creation, had access to vast amounts of magic. Also seemingly just knowing how to use it without training.
-His powers appear to primarily be 'Healing' even to mechanical beings. In fact this ability is so potent that it can also trigger mutations, such as making machines more 'Bio-Mechanical' such as his mutating Seraphim Eclipse's wings to the point they function and allow him to actually fly. The feathers actually growing and shedding (And the sheddings having magical residue within them.) And in some instances, he can even revive a completely destroyed animatronic. But the catch is that it will not be to their original design, but instead to whatever mental image Lunar has for the new body.
-Here's looking at you Killcode...
-While his magic is potent in his own dimension, but in other dimensions he is much more limited and can completely drain himself if not careful. How much energy he expends can truly wreck his systems if he overdoes it. Eerily similar to star power...
-The glowing star on his tail can separate from him and will randomly float around him until he wants it to reattach. No explanation is ever given about this.
-Also jokes that he regularly converses with stars. And that he likes most of them. (Might not be a joke...)
-Seems to have a desire to help Canon Eclipse even more than Seraphim Eclipse does. Though Canon Eclipse goes out of his way to avoid him.
-His desire to help him doesn't mean that he won't confront him with some very hard truths. Which usually gets Canon Eclipse even more upset.
-Canon Eclipse has chased him away once with a broom...
-BAD DECISION; as Seraphim Eclipse was immediately upon him and was snarling at him while his sword was ready to behead his alternate in defense of his sibling.
-It scared the hell out of Canon Eclipse. Seeing Seraphim flip on a dime and become borderline manic. Given how large Seraphim is, that's a pretty horrifying image.
-Fortunately Lunar and Bloodmoon were able to pull Seraphim off of Canon. Bloodmoon commenting that Canon isn't even worth the energy for the kill.
-This was the first time that Lunar and Bloodmoon started to realize that their older brother... Wasn't completely alright.
-Life is frickin complicated no matter what universe your in appearently.
(Aaaand that's it. Holy hell that was a lot to write... In any case I hope this was interesting to read. 😅)

Something that I realized this morning wrt Eclipse. Before we "fix" them, Sun is only present when we have the Vanny mask on. When Cassie's face is visible, Moon comes out. Maybe we just disabled Moon, and Sun still comes out when children aren't present? It's very strange, it almost seems like their switching doesn't have much to do with the light anymore as much as who's around them, with Moon only appearing now if there's a perceived intruder since normally only authorized employees have the masks.
Tumblr media
Yeah this ties in a lot with my idea of this being what's under the surface and how the animatronics pecieve themselves. If Moon is stuck active, that traps Sunny below the surface, so while we're in the mindscape dimension with the mask on, we're there with Sunny and not Moon. I'm not sure what this means for Eclipse. I presume that maybe it forces Moon under the surface with Sunny or brings both of them to the surface to combine, but that doesn't make sense.
The way Eclipse talks to Cassie is like he's never seen her before. It's as if he's unaware of whats been going on and is treating her like a kid that snuck in so they didn't have to go home so soon when the Plex is closing. We hear Sunny talk to us after, thanking us for 'making them whole again' I guess, so he's not stuck below the surface now at least, but then, where's Moon? What happened to him? Is he stuck below the surface now? They were trapped in nap time mode and now they're not, so maybe Moon is finally able to rest? I don't know. It doesn't make a whole lot of sense. Are there three people active at once in that one body?? Did switching to Eclipse fix it so that they could switch freely again and they switched to Sunny so he could thank Cassie?
Yeah the daycare section doesn't make... a lot of sense. Cassie helped them though so... yay?

I will take care of you
Solar/Moon fanfiction
The prequel from Whether you like it or not you're stuck with me.
Compared to the Sequel this is a cozy fanfiction with shenanigans.
I hope you enjoy it <3
On the same night, Ruin was saved from the prison. Moon's steps echoed through the lobby while he was heading to parts and service. He wanted to see if he could track Eclipse's magic in a way before he called it a night. Eclipse always had a way to distract them.
Moon had to focus on so many things at the same time. Moon didn't know where to start and who to trust aside from Solar and Sun. Sure, he trusted Earth and Lunar but the last thing he wanted was to scare his smaller brother. Moon knew how easily Lunar gets locked up when it comes to Eclipse. And Earth didn't need to be more involved in their problems than she already was.
Then there is Ruin, the crescent Lunar animatronic who doesn't know what to think of them. Solar and he were quite confident about the fact that they could have been behind in making Eclipse. It's weird, Solar got knocked out and the footage of it was just gone. Ruin was the only one who was near him. But then again, there is no reason he could think of why they would do that. Maybe it was when Ruin was still infected?
Moon sighed as he moved his hands to his face. "One at a time, Moon." He muttered to himself. He can't start to spiral when he has to keep track of so many things. Moon focused on his to-do list and saw Solar send him the details of coding that he needed for the bodyguard. Well, that's for later.
Solar and he parted the tasks, the dusk animatronic mostly doing the mechanic details and Moon focused on doing the coding part. Solar is capable of programming but it's not his strongest suit. Also, it feels unfair to him if Solar does all the work.
Moon opened the door to the entrance from Parts and Service and sat down to start the computer.
Even if he's more than willing to do so. This fucker is a work alcoholic and if nobody stopped him, then Solar would work himself to the bone.
The blue crescent animatronic didn't know what he would have done if it wasn't for Solar's help. He had done so much for them even if he never had to.
A soft smile appeared on his face but before other thoughts came to his mind he shook his head and sighed. No time for that, the blue animatronic thought to himself. He stretched before he got up from the weird computer.
Parts and service were not his favorite place. It was cold, the room was always bad lighted and it gave him a weird gut feeling. Speaking of the cold, it was more chilly down here than usual.
He walked over to the locker and pulled out his key. Moon kept his tools in the locker since anyone could come down here and just snatch his stuff. As he opened the locker, he took an old keyboard out of it and went back to the weird computer. There was no way he would start looking for Eclipse with the three-button keyboard.
If you could even call that a keyboard. Moon looked at the time and it was 11 p.m. Maybe he would work until 3 a.m. and then call it a night.
Moon groaned as he walked to the daycare. He found nothing! No hints, nothing the computer could pick up, how is that possible? Eclipse didn't seem like himself, he was more clumsy and confused. The crescent Lunar animatronic didn't believe Eclipse was focused enough to not make any mistakes.
Moon opened the door and watched Solar drinking his coffee.
"Hi, Solar." The crescent Lunar animatronic mumbled and Solar raised his brow as he faced Moon. "Well, you sound happy." He sarcastically vocalized "No luck?" Solar questioned while setting his mug down.
"Nope, nothing." Moon sighed and let himself fall into the chair next to his companion.
Solar was about to say something but got interrupted by squeaks from the chair. Solar saw Moon spinning in his chair.
Solar watched him amused and waited for him patiently to spin it out from his system.
"Having fun there?" The dusk animatronic asked while the chair kept squeaking until Moon stopped.
"Sorry, I'm listening now." Moon said while getting comfortable in the chair. "You're good I think you needed this." Solar rasped out and the Lunar crescent animatronic watched his mug.
"I wanted to make myself a coffee." Moon mumbled. "Well, then go make yourself coffee." Solar suggested and Moon leaned lazily back in the chair. "Nah I'm too lazy."
The dusk animatronic thought for a moment and then handed his mug to him. "You can have the rest." Solar told him and Moon took it. "Are you sure?" Solar shrugged and grinned. "I had more than enough and besides If I drink more I might run around like Lunar when he had sundrops."
Moon cringed at the memory and then drank his coffee. It certainly wasn't the first time Solar and Moon shared a mug. There were times when Moon accidentally grabbed Solar's mug instead of his own while working. But it didn't bother them.
Their bond grew strong, especially after Moon and Solar worked on the satellite together. The things they went through together in a month were unspeakable. Side quests the celestial animatronics had to do for British Monty so they worked along which resulted in Solar tackling Moon so he didn't attack the British gator.
The amount of times they end up falling asleep on each other while they took a break from working. But that never changed, Lunar and Sun could prove it with the pictures they took for blackmailing.
Moon tasted the sweetness and licked his lips, he remembered how much of a sweet tooth Solar was. Which was ironic who would have guessed a grumpy animatronic like him was actually a sweet tooth? The blue crescent animatronic also liked the sweetness but not as much as Solar did. "Thanks, Solar." Moon rasped out.
Solar shrugged again. "I don't mind." The Solar bot spoke out.
"Anyways the computer was not able to find anything, don't you think that's weird? Eclipse was completely out of it even Ruin thinks so." Moon mused as he continued. "How is he able to hide his magical signature so well?"
The Solar bot thought about it. "Maybe it's Eclipse's creator who is hiding all the evidence?"
Moon moved his hand over his face while letting out a groan of frustration. "That could be it." He mumbled. "We still have zero process of who made Eclipse."
Solar leaned his hand on his shoulder and the crescent animatronic gazed at him. "How about we focus on our other project and come back to Eclipse's creator later?" Solar suggested. "Yeah, you're right. We should make sure Lunar is safe." Moon replied.
It was around 4:30 a.m. when they finally decided to stop. Both of them could barely keep their eyes open, they didn't want to mess something up and possibly destroy their process.
Moon headed to the theater. He saw Sun was cuddled up in a pile of pillows with his cats sleeping right next to him.
Moom yawned as he pulled the donut-looking pillow to a dark spot and a blanket. If he just laid on the ground again then Earth would scold him. He cringed at the memory when Earth found him lying faceplant on the ground. She sure gave him a fifteen-minute lecture on why it's bad for your back to sleep on the ground. Let's not forget about how Sun started to continue lecturing him about how many germs there were on the ground. Sun literally forced him to watch a documentary of germs.
Moon woke up his head was buzzing, and his wires felt all twisted and messed up. His fans were on full blast like he was overheating and yet he was shivering like a leaf.
Moon groaned and pulled himself up but he had to take a second before getting up, everything was spinning.
Oh boy, he probably caught something. Moon groaned and laid back on the donut thing as he pulled the blanket over his face. His joints hurt and felt like they were locked up. The crescent Lunar animatronic knew he wouldn't be able to work if he felt like this.
His vision was blurry and for some reason, he felt very anxious. But there was no reason to be, it wasn't the first time he caught a virus or something.
"Hey, computer, what time is it?" The grumpy Lunar bot asked. "It is currently 12:40 p.m., Moon."
Moon sighed, the theater would open soon and the last thing he wanted was to interact with Karen's. Also, Solar send him a message to come to the daycare.
So he made his way slowly to the daycare, there was a ringing in his ear and the light made his eyes hurt. Solar was already glued to the computer as he opened the doors.
The room was filled with kids and they were running around and screaming, like usual. Lunar was having a tea party with the other kids while Earth was comforting a child and Sun was preparing for snack time.
Solar drank his coffee as he tipped something on the keyboard. "Hey, Moon." The Solar bot spoke.
"How are you doing?" Solar asked while watching him. Moon sat down on the chair next to him and squinted over to Solar.
"Actually I'm not feeling good. I think I caught something." Moon rasped out.
"Yeah, you really don't look good." Solar said bluntly and Moon grumbled "Thanks, Solar."
Solar grabbed another mug and handed it to him. "So does Ruin."
"Geez Solar why so rude today?" Moon replied drowsily. "Huh? Wha- no that's not what I meant. He's also sick."
Moon took the mug and looked into it and tried not to grimace. Coffee was the last thing he wanted to drink. "It's tea, it should make you feel a bit better." Solar replied as if he could read Moon's mind.
"Thanks, Solar." Moon shivered as he drank a bit. "So Ruin is also sick?" Solar nodded. "They woke me up earlier and asked if I could do a diagnostic check on them."
Moon leaned in the chair as he listened. "Don't you think it's a bit weird that you both got sick right after our rescue?" Solar asked and Moon thought about it.
It was weird, maybe there was something in that prison that made them sick? "What do you have in mind, Solar?" Moon tilted his head as he asked.
"Well since I didn't get sick, despite being right beside you. I believe the barrier which kept Ruin in there was infected with some malware." Solar stated.
"I think you're right. " Moon spoke while placing the mug down and Solar shrugged
"So you believe the barrier infected us through the electric shock?" Solar nodded.
"Where is he anyway?" Moon questioned while looking around. "They're in the room beside mine, on the couch." Solar replied.
Moon coughed as he shivered and the dusk animatronic looked at him quite concerned. "You know you kinda look worse than they do." Moon deadpanned him. "Yea, you don't say, Solar." He mumbled.
"Moon, you know I don't mean it like that." Solar spoke amused as he pulled a blanket out from the drawer.
His frown turned to a grin. "Yeah, yeah I know." Solar stood up and wrapped a blanket around his shoulder. Solar moved his hand to his forehead.
"Computer can you do a diagnostic on Moon?"
Moon coughed into his elbow as Solar stood in front of him. The computer scanned him and then stated: "His temperature rose to 39,6°C"
Solar smiled fell and started to think.
"I recommend taking off his coat and pullover, so his fans on his back can work better." Spinard continued.
"I prefer not to take off my clothes here though." Moon mumbled and Solar looked at him. "Why? You used to walk around shirtless all the time."
Before Moon could answer him they heard Sun walking towards them. The bright animatronic could tell immediately Moon didn't feel well.
"Hey Moon are you okay?" The crescent Lunar animatronic nodded. "Hi Sun, yeah I'm okay, just caught a virus." Sun took a huge step back and distanced himself from them.
"Wuss." Moon verbalised and Sun pouted. "Hey, I have to take care of kids, I can't get sick. You know how many kids we get and I can't leave Lunad and Earth alone!" He did have a point but Moon just shrugged.
"Don't worry, brother I'll get out your rays in a minute." Moon uttered as another shiver struck his body. Sun smiled softly. "If you need something I can make Lunar get it."
"Thanks, Sun." Moon replied drowsily. "I'll look after him." The dusk animatronic spoke and Sun tilted his head. "That good I honestly was worried to leave him alone."
"Sun you don't have to worry about me" Moon mumbled and Sun's smile twitched. "Sure brother. " Sun spoke and before the crescent Lunar animatronic could ask him what he meant, they watched the bright animatronic turn around as he announced to the kids. "It's snack time!" They watched the kids running to the table and sat down enthusiastically.
"I guess I'm heading to the Parts and service." Moon mumbled, he felt the same anxiety as when he woke up. The thought of being alone made him nervous. Solar tilted his head. "Parts and service? How about we go to my room?" Solar recommended. "Like I said before I'll take care of you."
"I thought you meant checking up on me. Don't you want to keep working?" Solar shrugged. "I can work later. I wanna make sure you're doing okay." He spoke softly and Moon felt his cheeks lighten up. He looked to the side and hoped Solar didn't see his red face.
Solar moved to the door Moon followed but his head was spinning and his vision blurred. There was a loud ringing in his ear again and he then realized his vision was turning black. Moon grabbed on the chair and called out for Solar.
He couldn't hear anything but the ringing. Solar turned around to Moon's call, he saw him fainting, and before he hit the ground Solar animatronic caught him.
"Moon?!" Solar spoke alarmed, Moon's body fell limp against the dusk animatronic. He started to shake Moon and slapped his face softly. Solar realized he was shutting down since his fans were going quiet "Computer! Diagnostic Moon right now."
Solar picked Moon up as the computer stated. "His temperature has risen to 40,3°C. Solar you have to cool him down immediately."
Earth jogged towards Solar since she saw Moon fainting. "Solar? What happened?"
"Moon fainted, he has a high fever and I'm bringing him to my room. Send someone with icepacks." Solar rushed explaining while opening the door after Earth nodded he sprinted out of the daycare.
"My gut feeling was right to not leave you alone." He mumbled grumpy while running to his room. As he opened the door Ruin was sitting on the couch and looked at Solar a bit startled.
"Hi Solar-" Solar climbed through the tunnel with Moon. "Not now, Ruin. Moon passed out."
Solar felt his fans blasting and tried to stay calm as he took off Moon's coat and pullover.
The panicked bot pressed the button on Moon's chest to open his chestplate, Solar grabbed cables from the Arcade machine which is a working computer and plugged them into his chest.
Soon after Lunar climbed through the tunnel and brought icepacks. "I'm here, Solar!" The smaller jester yelped. "Okay do me a favor and put them on his forehead." Lunar nodded as he climbed quickly up on Solar's bed and leaned it on Moon's forehead.
Solar pulled Moon's pants up where his ankles were. "What are you doing, Solar? Is he going to be okay?" Lunar asked concerned. "He is going to be fine if I do this right. I'm freeing all his fans so he can cool down."
"I connected him to the computer so I can see better what is going on and it alerts me right away if something changes." Solar continued explaining.
Lunar nodded as he held the ice packet on his forehead. Solar glanced over to the monitor and then looked back to Moon.
"Computer can you do another diagnostic on him?" The arcade machine made a noise as the computer scanned him. "His temperature is going down his current temperature is 39,8°C. He should shortly turn back on."
Solar sighed relieved as he sat down next to Moon. Ruin then climbed through the tunnel as well and fidgeted with their hands. "Solar? What is happening to our companion?"
"He also got infected with the same virus but for some reason, he caught it way worse than you." Solar stopped for a moment and then turned to the computer. "Hey, Spinard can you do another diagnostic on Ruin?"
"Yes, of course, Solar. Ruin is currently okay, his temperature is still at 38°C but his fans aren't overheating." Solar let another relieved sigh out and leaned back to the wall.
"Well, that's rather weird." Ruin spoke. "I honestly thought you would have it worse since your body was fixed recently," Solar said thoughtfully.
"What does it have to do with that, Solar?" Ruin questioned out confused and tilted his head. "Well your body got fixed recently and your firewall could be distracted by that." Solar tried to explain but when a quiet click was heard, Lunar kicked him in the back.
Solar flinched and turned around to him grumpy. "Lunar-" The smaller bot smiled innocently. "I can hear his fans turning on," Lunar told them.
"He is actually rebooting." Spinard affirmed and Lunar shrugged. "The same thing."
The celestial animatronics waited for him to wake up but nothing happened after a while they could hear Moon snore. Lunar sighed and slapped him. "Wake up!" Moon groaned. "What the, what happened?" Moon rasped out. "You passed out because of overheating. How do you feel?" Solar questions concerned.
Moon pulled himself up and Lunar took the ice packet from his forehead. "I still feel like shit but not as bad as before," Moon mumbled and looked down. "Why am I shirtless?"
"Your fans were suffocating." Solar vocalized and Ruin side eyes the wall. Moon trembled and rubbed his arms. "Am I really overheating if I'm freezing?" Solar grabbed a blanket and wrapped it around Moon's shoulders. "Yeah, it's normal."
Lunar looked worried up at Moon. "Are you going to be okay?" He asked and Moon glanced down to his younger brother. Moon smiled softly at him. "I will be all right, thank you for your help."
Lunar shrugged "It's whatever. Please stay here you scared us." Moon leaned back on the wall. "Oh, I'll definitely. I'm not going anywhere. I prefer not to pass out again."
The computer cleared out its non-existent throat to get their attention. "Solar, I have found out why Moon overheats so quickly."
The dusk animatronic gazed to the arcade machine.
"It seems like Moon didn't clean his fans in a long while and they're not working completely anymore."
Solar turned slowly his head back to Moon and the dark crescent animatronic suddenly felt like he was in danger.
Moon let out a nervous chuckle and looked at the three animatronics staring at him. "Oh boy." Ruin spoke while dramatically covering his mouth.
"Moon.." Solar scowled and before he could say something Lunar pushed a pillow directly on his face.
Ruin fidgeted with their hands as they watched the interaction. He yelped as Lunar suffocated his older brother with the pillow. "Before you overheat I'll strangle you!" Lunar hissed.
"Lunar!" Moon muffled while he tried to pull the pillow away from his face.
Solar picked up the smaller animatronic and pulled him away from Moon. "Lunar you gonna make him faint." Solar muttered and he blew raspberries at them. "Rightfully deserved." Lunar mumbled.
Moon sighed annoyed by his younger brother's shenanigans but he had a point. There was a ping and Lunar checked his messages. "Let go of me, Solar." The dusk animatronic let the small animatronic down.
Lunar brushed his clothes straight and crossed his arms.
"Earth and Sun are worried and it's about naptime so I'll go and help them." He said unamused while looking directly at Moon. "You better sleep with an open eye if you don't clean your stupid fans."
Moon put his hand to his chest. "I promise I'll clean them." Lunar squinted at him and pointed his finger at him dramatically. "You better clean them before the others come up here." Then the small animatronic turned around and left.
Solar looked at Moon pissed and the British animatronic glanced between them amused.
"Okay, I get it! I will clean them up." Moon defensively spoke while fighting a smile. "You better."
The dark crescent animatronic moved around and remembered that his chest plate was still open. Moon cringed at the feeling.
"Do you still need the cable plugged in?" He asked while covering his chest with the blanket. The situation made him feel exposed.
Solar thought about it, he was still worried that it might backfire. The fact his body overheated and he was unconscious for a few minutes worries him. "Hey, Spinard can you alert me if his body temperature rises or if there are other problems?"
"Of course, I shall alert you if there are any concerns." The computer agreed. "Thanks."
Solar moved his hands to Moon's chest, the dark lunar animatronic felt his face heaten and then Moon glanced over to Ruin. He realized they had been watching them the whole time. Ugh, he hoped Ruin didn't notice his bright faceplate. Solar pulled out the cables and Moon sighed while closing his chest plate.
"Are you just gonna stand there or will you sit down next to us?" Solar asked while looking over to the smaller jester.
"O-Oh, no, no I'm fine. I'll rest my eyes on the couch over there." They clumsily pointed to the yellow couch in the balcony room. "Are you sure?"
"Oh, I'm sure. It was entertaining to watch but um.. you see the sickness makes me feel very woozy so I'll take a small nap!" Ruin fumbled with his words and smiled.
"Whatever suits you." Solar shrugged. "But you two have a wonderful afternoon. Ta ta." The silly jester hummed as they climbed out through the tunnel.
Moon and Solar glanced at each other.
"Entertaining to watch, huh?" Moon repeated and Solar huffed.
"Well, we deal daily with a lot of shit. I guess from an outside view it's very entertaining." Solar grumpy mumbled.
Moon groaned and leaned back as he cuddled into the blanket. Solar sat down next to him and watched him.
"Solar aren't you worried you will get sick as well?" Moon questioned, the dusk animatronic thought about it and then shrugged. "If I get sick then so be it."
"Besides I have to make sure you don't get strangled by Lunar." Solar teased, Moon rolled his eyes and smiled softly.
When Solar moved his arm back to the wall, his hand accidentally touched Moon's hand but neither moved their hand away. The dark crescent animatronic felt his faceplate brighten up, usually he didn't mind Solar's touch but for some reason it felt more.. welcoming?
Moon drew circles in his hand while looking to the side.
Moon felt like butterflies were stuck in his wires, it was not unpleasant, far from it. The dark crescent animatronic knew he had been feeling like this a while around Solar.
He remembered when Monty asked him if he was still AroAce but Moon didn't know.
Is this what romantic love feels like? Is it just a crush? Do Aromantic people experience crushes? Aside from gray and demiromantic people. Does he like him in a queerplatonic way? Maybe he's demiromantic, he the feelings didn't instantly start more after their bond grew.
Solar grabbed his hand and the dark crescent animatronic let out a strangled noise. Then both of them hear a loud whirr. Moon pulled his hat down with his other hand, how dare his body work against him?
Solar turned his head to the glowing animatronic, he immediately let go of Moon's hand and cleared his non-existent throat.
"Sorry, I shouldn't have done that." Solar spoke nervously.
"No, you're fine. Just startled that's all." Solar watched him. "I don't mind." The dark crescent animatronic mumbled and Solar smiled.
There was a moment of silence.
"But we should really clean your fans." Solar mused. "Now?" Moon asked.
The dusk animatronic shrugged. "I prefer if we do it now before your cables melt." Moon grunted embarrassed and crossed his arms. "Alright, we will do it now."
Moon felt the weight of the matress lift and he watched Solar getting his tools. He didn't realize he was staring at him until the dusk animatronic spoke. "So with which one do you want to start? We got one on your back and then on your ankles.
"I guess we can start with my ankles." Moon grumpy mumbled and Solar grinned at him. "Oh c'mon Moon, I'll be quick."
"Just let me do it myself." Moon groaned and covered his face. The dusk animatronic shook his head. "Not gonna happen I have the feeling that your vision is blurred."
Moon raised his brow. "How did you know?" Solar laid his tools on the desk and went towards the grumpy animatronic. "Moon, you're squinting a lot. It's not hard to tell."
Solar helped him to get up and walked to the desk. Moon sat down on the desk and sighed.
"Besides it's better if we do it now before Lunar comes back and strangles you." Solar teased and he rolled his eyes.
"So you wanna do this while being asleep or awake?" Solar asked and Moon thought about it. The thought of being shut down made him shiver but not because he doesn't trust Solar. Far from it, Moon trusted his friend with all his heart.
Heck, Solar could even do experiences on him and Moon would trust him completely. The blue crescent animatronic knew Solar was more than capable of taking projects in hand and making the right decision. Moon fought the urge to smile and shook his head.
"What does that mean?" Solar questioned confused. Moon perked up and realized he didn't really answer his question. "I want to stay awake."
The motives was due to his memory loss. Moon still feared to shut down only to wake up with no memories. Many accidents happen while being fixed and that gave him more anxiety.
Solar pulled the cables from the Arcade machine and cleared his throat. "So if you stay awake I'll have to connect you to the computer again."
Moon groaned and opend his chestplate. "Because you have to turn off the fan which you are working on." Moon spoke annoyed and Solar nodded.
After the dusk animatronic connected him to the computer and he tipped something until there was a beep sound. Moon felt his fans on his left ankle turn off, Solar then grabbed the screwdriver and pulled his pants up. He unscrewed the vents and gently pulled it out.
Dust instantly met Solar and he coughed. "Geez Moon when was the last time you cleaned it?" Moon didn't response his question. Solar raised his brow while glancing up to him. "Maybe a few months ago?" Moon mumbled and Solar frowned.
"No wonder you passed out." Solar scowled and Moon chuckled nervously while fidgeting with his hat. "I clean mine at least twice a month." Solar continued.
Moon let out a little: "Oh."
The dusk animatronic shook his head and started to clean out his fans. Both of them didn't say anything and the noises from the daycare of kids screaming and talking filled the silence.
"Doesn't it get annoying to work in here when the children are screaming?" Moon wondered out loud and Solar hummed. "It does but I have this function installed. Basically like noise cancelling headphones, so I can easily blend it out."
Moon glanced amazed to Solar, this animatronic has numerous smart ideas. "That's really clever, Solar." Solar shrugged and looked to the side. "Not really. I just got inspired when I saw a kid walking around with headphones."
Moon raised his brow and clung onto the blankets. "So? You still managed to build it."
Solar felt his faceplate heaten up. "I guess I did." He smiled softly while trying to focus on cleaning the vents.
After Solar cleaned the last vent on Moon's back, he got awfully quiet. The blue crescent animatronic was sitting backwards on the chair so it gave Solar easier access to his back.
Solar stopped and moved to the lunar animatronic. He noticed Moon's eyes were closed and his head was resting on the cushion from the chair.
"Hey Spinard, is Moon okay?" Solar whispered. "He is fine, Solar. Moon is currently sleeping." The Solar bot let out a relieved sigh.
"If there was a problem I would already have told you, Solar." The computer spoke out sassy.
When Solar was finally finished with cleaning he picked Moon gently up and moved towards the bed. The blue crescent animatronic clung onto Solar while he tried to lay him down.
The Solar bot let out an amused chuckle. "Moon.. let go off me." As he glanced to Moon he was looking direct at the dusk animatronic. "Join me?" Moon asked carefully and Solar raised a brow. "Are you sure?" He questioned while feeling his cheek lighten up and Moon only smiled at him with half lidded eyes. "If you don't mind?"
Solar felt flustered and let out an amused huff. "I don't mind."
The dusk animatronic moved in the bed and wrapped the blanket around them. He felt Moon arms wrapping around his back and Solar hesitantly hugged him while leaning his chin on his head.
The dark crescent animatronic didn't take long to nod off and Solar followed soon after.
"You're really great you know that, right?" Moon mumbled and Solar smiled fondly. "Moon, just go to sleep." He muttered light-heartedly.

Sun and Earth checked up on Moon.
Earth: "Aww look they're cuddling again!"
"They sure are."
Sun chuckled as he took pictures for blackmailing and Lunar followed them.
Lunar: "Ew cooties."

Okay cool cool so-
(quick disclaimer about some terms here, I use Sky Siblings for Sun, Moon, and Eclipse, and I use Sky Twins for just Sun and Moon. also i may sound like I know what I'm talking about here but it's all purely headcanons)
My headcanon is that Eclipse is actually a separate entity from Sun and Moon, not the two of them combined together like most people seem to think, but rather it's an Emergency Security mode for the Daycare Attendants, made to handle dangerous situations such as an intruder with a weapon, usually when the kids are around and shouldn't see Sun or Moon fighting an adult and possibly committing brutal murder
Eclipse used to be a simple AI, shut down and soft-reset after every use, but one time it wasn't shut down and simply surrendered control back to Sun and Moon, one of which then went to find it in the headspace(or circuitspace?? Idk man they're robots)
Fast forward a bit, Eclipse is its own person and fully developed like a human being's mind would be(or rather, I'm thinking more to the teenager stage), and the Sky Siblings get some nice time together, even with Eclipse sometimes coming out to play with the children! Fun times all around <3
And then the Afton Virus happened, which is basically the fanon reason(???) for why all the animatronics are Wrong and Violent during the game. Moon was the only one infected of the siblings and he very quickly isolated himself behind lots of firewalls so neither Sun nor Eclipse would get infected as well(despite the fact that Eclipse could easily crush it, no one wanted to risk that chance). It was barely a week of this before someone tried to delete Eclipse from the system entirely, which is actually quite painful for an Ai, especially if the deletion is slow.
So Sun panics and runs to grab the first thing he can think of as a solution, which happens to be the Balloon Boy World arcade cabinet we see in the Sky Twins' room. He brings it up there and transfers what's left of Eclipse into it, and whoever's trying to delete it can't find it there since arcade game code isn't in the mainframe like animatronics are. Even if it was, no one would think to look there. So the person(who is very likely Vanny) believes that the job is done.
Sun promises Ecliose that he'll bring it back out again once everything is safe, and put it back together once he can find its base code and repair everything that was deleted. Eclipse agrees to this.
Now since all the Sky Siblings are paranoid at this point, it takes a while for Sun to even consider letting Eclipse back in, because what if that person comes back? What if they try to delete Eclipse again and succeed? What if Sun isn't fast enough to save it next time? Even worse, what if he can't find Eclipse's base code and put it back together?? So Ecliose is kind of stuck in the arcade machine, occasionally manifesting as a hologram that no one except Sun has seen, because no one goes into the Sky Twins' room, and the virus can't see Eclipse, so Moon can't either. Sun is the only one it can talk to. But eventually, the stress starts getting to him, and he starts taking longer and longer to get to notice Eclipse, before finally it seems like he's forgotten all about it. That, or just ignoring it.
So now, all of the Sky Siblings are isolated from each other. Moon due to the virus, Sun from stress, and Eclipse from being trapped. And, well, Eclipse doesn't take to this very well. At first it was just sad and a little bit depressed that Sun was ignoring it, but then that sadness turned to annoyance. And annoyance turned to disdain. Eclipse spent the better part of a year stuck in that arcade cabinet, with nothing but the little Ballon Boy sprite to keep it company. And when you're bored enough for that long, you start finding ways to entertain yourself. And so Eclipse learned every inch of the games programming, including how to manipulate it.
That is where the BBW glitch in canon Security Breach comes from. Eclipse, trying to make the player know its there. Trying to get any sort of recognition. Maybe even to get free. But of course, none of that worked. Gregory was just creeped out, finished the game and moved on, not telling anyone else about the very strange evil Sun-looking thing in the game.
Now, after the true ending - the fire ending - the remains of the Daycare are searched, and the cabinet is found, miraculously with its wires and coding unharmed. And with a bit of digging, Eclipse is found, dormant so as to not overheat the machine more. And Eclipse is restored, in a very different fashion than promised, but it is restored nonetheless, and instated as the new Daycare Attendant, with a fancy new outfit and new childcare protocols and everything.
Somewhere else, Sun and Moon are looking at the news, and they see their baby sibling as the new face of the Superstar Daycare.
ANYWAYYY thanks for letting me ramble in your inbox <<<<<333 I love talking about Eclipse
ooooo I love your concept !! Thanks for sharing this with me it gave me some inspiration and ideas for drawing the Eclipse >:)

Ruin dlc spoilers + big analysis of sun, there might be a few english mistakes, sorry
Just me thinking about sun's perspective on both games (dlc one is extremely interesting)
Sun is anything but a baby, sun is anything but weak, and of course neither is moon. I know many people stopped calling him a baby after a while but i saw some ppl saying similar things in the dlc when he sang and cried, that's just seems a little unfair!
Sun is extremely smart, while moon is.. "sick" (i will just call it that, we have proof that despite moon’s past he was a good care taker, he messed up sometimes but something made him worse), sun has:
In the first game:
- knew moon was unstable
- if he didn't want to turn off the lights so bad, there must have been a reason why
- moon used to be his partner in their old job at the theater, they played the act together , i don't think he's means to do anything to hurt moon.. But he also can't risk anyone else getting hurt by moon.
- "why did sun ban Gregory" simple answer my love, i will respond with an analogy, let's remember sun seems unaware of the situation in the pizzaplex,
Imagine you're going out with your kids, imagine going to a store with glass decorations, then you ask you kid "do not break the glass". When you enter, not even a second later the kid distracts you and break a bunch of glasses. Would you let that kid be near glass again?
In the dlc:
- sun is painfully aware of what's going on and is afraid. It's on the dlc that we prove how intelligent sun is even if he's broken down
- a few players pointed out that it was easy to find the generators and easier to navigate the daycare, hmm, i wonder who could have caused that?
- sun planned everything to get him and moon "fixed". not sure how responsible he is for the damage in the daycare, but he clearly made a pathway for the generators to be found. Its mostly linear, it has papers with directions and he stuffed other the other tunnels the player shouldn't go in with toys and junk
- then you ask "if he wanted to make it easy, why didn't he put the generators at the same place next to each other?"
- easy, HE CAN'T. he's STUCK in the AR world while moon is stuck in the physical world. he can't pick up the generators in the ar world, so he had to build a path for the generators in the ar world, even placing the lights in a singular space on purpose, he's doing literally everything he can to save himself and moon from this hell, he somehow knew someone would come in again
- in my theory, maybe he thought Gregory would come back. He seems unaffected by whatever is making the animatronics run for Gregory, but like Roxanne who thought Gregory was still hiding somewhere, he too hoped for that kid to return and save him
- he instead encounters a "NEW FRIEND!", or maybe not as new, im pretty sure sun knows who cassie is. She was one of the kids he looked after, therefore another reason eclipse wished her happy bday, they remembered
- he misses moon, he misses moon so much, the tea party set...
- yes he sings and cries SO WHAT? I would cry everyday if i was on his position, give him a break! Man has been through the sudden cancelation of his job and his life in ruin, and he was the only one working to get it fixed! Moon was too sick, no human to work with.
- tho i wonder why he made a bed in his room? He keeps the room really really tidy this time? Why isn't this the case in the first game? For those who dont know what im talking about, sun and moon's room is still a mess in the physical world (what the heck moon 🤨 lmao) but in the ar world, its very very clean, he even has a groceries list written "butter, butter, butter" lmfao.
-in his room there's a lil bed out of pillows...? For them?
-there is ONE thing i dont understand. How does the ar world work with sun? Does he have to let moon do what he wants or can he have any say on what they do? Can they talk with each other? Im guessing they have horrible communication skills but they have to communicate somehow (because of their old job in the theater)

Gremlin (Moon’s nickname for them)- Backup Bloodmoon
-Gremlin, despite being a backup of Bloodmoon, doesn’t actually have a need/desire for blood.
-When Eclipse made the backup of Bloodmoon, something messed up/glitched. And he didn’t notice. This mess up/glitch caused Gremlin to have no need/desire for blood.
-They were found by Lunar one night when they went to go relax in the theater. Gremlin had taken over an old theater bot and was trying to figure out something to do.
-Lunar got their attention, and got them to talk. To Lunar’s surprise, Gremlin made no move to try and get to them. Gremlin just seemed bored and stuck.
-A few minutes later, Lunar went to go get Moon. Moon was upset that Lunar didn’t get him the second they found Gremlin, but Lunar said that it was ok. That Gremlin didn’t seem blood thirsty.
-After some talking, Lunar suggested getting them a proper body.
-Moon wasn’t too sure about it, so he had Monty make some more nano machines to give Gremlin a body, along with the precautions that the original Bloodmoon had. Just in case they tried to attack.
-When Gremlin got a body, they quickly got used to it and started excitedly running around, but did stop when Lunar asked.
-Everyone kept an eye on them, and eventually realized that they really weren’t a threat, just a bit annoying.
-Gremlin still has original Bloodmoon’s energy, but it basically all goes into having fun/causing chaos. Not bloody chaos or chaos that could hurt someone, just chaos that causes messes and silliness.
-The only one that seems to be able to calm Gremlin down from their chaos before they naturally get tired is Lunar.
-They still likes to rip and tear, but they just tear paper, cardboard, and stuffed things. The others dealt with it for a little bit.
-Eventually, Moon came up with an idea. And due to the fact that Gremlin listens to Lunar the most out of all of them, he had them help discuss the plan with Gremlin.
-Moon and Lunar proposed the deal that Gremlin could rip and tear up trash before it gets thrown out, as long as they stay in one spot while doing so so it’s easy to clean up, and that they agree to stay in the tower when the daycare is open to the kids.
-After Gremlin discusses the deal with the other Bloodmoon, they agree to the deal.
-The reason Gremlin looks similar to Lunar, just with Bloodmoon’s color scheme/a few design details is because they thought Lunar looked interesting, but they liked their color scheme/design, so they just combined the two. They also thought that being smaller would make them harder to catch and stop.
-Lunar thinks it’s cool.

Eclipsed Star (nickname may change)- Backup Eclipse
-One of Eclipse’s many backups. He’s also one of the earlier ones.
-He originally looked like the original eclipse, but decided to change it. He was inspired by Lunar’s current look. Lunar doesn’t mind it.
-He was found in one of the computers on the security desk. Moon ended up being the one to stumble upon him. He was going to just get rid of him, but Eclipse begged him not to. Despite Moon’s mind telling him to not listen to Eclipse, he decided to stay and hear him out. Once Moon realized it might be ok to get them out, he decided to go get Monty.
-When Monty gave Eclipse a body, he thanked Monty a lot.
-As the others kept an eye on him, Eclipse behaved his best to show that he genuinely wasn’t a threat.
-Things eventually settled a bit.
-is pretty calm and quiet. Will usually just hum to himself.
-mostly hangs out with Lunar.
-will occasionally just wander off as he thinks to himself. The farthest he’s gone from the daycare is up on the rafters of gater golf.
-likes video games after Lunar introduced them to him. Likes calm games, like animal crossing. Though he does like minecraft too.
-will sometimes sit on moon’s bed, or the floor, and just chat with the computer.
-can sometimes be founds lightly kicking around a ball in the middle of the daycare, again, just thinking to himself.
They are absolutely adorable and I love them so much. I wish to squeeze them.
