1. nicknames: listen i'm a litttle confused by the english term "nickname". my full name is gabriela but people often call me gabrysia or gabi (and i love it when people call me gabi, it makes me feel so loved?? because only my close friends used to call me that so it feels so.. warm to me. and now i'm at uni and suddenly people whose names i often don't remember call me gabi, even some teachers do that, and it feels so good? like. yes please call me that) but they're both just diminutive forms of my full name so are they also nicknames? also one friend calls me gejbi-bejbi (read: gaby-baby i guess?) but it's only him so it doesn't count

17. why I chose my url: there’s an anon-gabi story behind that From Before My Tumblr Account. basically, i used this name to “sign” my anon messages to a tumblr user jean whom i won’t tag because then she may feel obliged to read this long post and i don’t want that. she’s really fantastic and has some great les mis art, and at that time i was really into les mis, so i messaged her? and we became friends. i have a huge Sentiment for that url even though it must confuse people a lot (maybe some people think it means something in Polish... it doesn’t. it’s an acronym for i have a mission to make u smile). also, i’m pretty sure none of you would pronounce it the way i do, so... but yeah, Sentiment.

18. following: hahah prepare for a shock while i go check it.. 619!! that’s a lot but please consider this: i almost never scroll down on tumblr (to check what people posted while i wasn’t there or whatever), i just refresh the page, so it’s nice to follow a lot of people to actually have something new appear on my dash, AND what is actually the reason is that when i obsess over something i follow quite a lot obsession-related-blogs, and then.. when the old obsession passes and a new one comes, i just follow some blogs related to that new obsession... but as i don’t unfollow people often, i have to follow more blogs related to that new obsession than to the old one, and it just escalates from there, my dudes
