Books About Japanese Real Estate

Books are popular. And real estate... there are people that are interested in real estate, sure. And books about real estate, they sell a lot of those. But what about Japanese real estate books written in English? Is that too obscure? As we operate a real estate business in Japan, we are interested. So we wrote a post about the best Japanese real estate books. It's a good post. We briefly review ten books, listing them in chronological order. There are a few others, but if they were any good we would have listed them also. From there we did a review of Chris Dillon's book, Landed Japan. It's a good review. We then did our second review of a Japanese real estate book, with our post on Toshihiko Yamamoto's The Savvy Foreign Investor's Guide to Investing in Japanese Real Estate. This focus on these books has been a great education. They are not necessarily super "current," but the trends are completely consistent with what we see with real estate clients in our business today. We recently continued this work with our review of Winning Strategies for Japan Real Estate Investment: 日本不動產必勝法則. We also wrote an extensive review of one of the most recent books about real estate in Japan, Real Estate Transactions in Japan
