Teufelskrallen Tented Lodge & Altes Farmhaus is located on the edge of a private nature reserve in the Kalahari Desert. It is close to a village of Kalkrand. The lodge features a reception in the ‘old farmhouse’, a beautiful garden with shaded areas, restaurant, swimming pool, free Wi-Fi and a safe for valuables. We serve breakfast and dinner in the old farmhouse. We have a great setting for self-drive individual travellers, families and groups with breath-taking views of the Kalahari Desert landscape.

This is a picture taken directly above these camels in the desert of Saudi Arabia during sunset. It is considered one of the best pictures of the year by National Geographic. Look closely, the camels are the little white lines in the picture. The black you see are just the shadows.
