Hi mun! Hope you are well :)!

I'm very curious to know what your OCs (both female and male) do when an important ball is coming up in the Demon World.

For example: the ball that Karlheinz does during the Lunar Eclipse 🌑, the Autumn Ball 🍁🍂, the Halloween Ball 🎃👻, the Winter Ball ❄️, or some other important ball that the other demon clans celebrate. To be more specific, how do your OCs prepare for events this important? What kind of dresses/clothes would they wear and where would they buy them from?

Ohhhhh golly. Okay - this will be quite a long one. I will put everyone under the cut, along with breaking it up by Universe to help.

I will say that - as far as 'buying' things go - I have no real answer for that. I am not much of a shopper myself, so I am not really familiar with any kind of actual store that does dresses or like makes special clothes.

TORMENTED REVERIE

Yuuki

Preparations for Yuuki, as time has passed, have gotten easier(?). Instead of Kanato just telling her - "hey you're going to this with me" - it's now more Reiji tells her there is an event, and she must tell Kanato. So, she gets to be the one that has to convince him to go.

She loves parties. After getting through the first couple, and loosing those nerves, she loves getting dressed up and parading around the dance hall. It doesn't even bother her that other demons are around - she just loves being dressed up with Kanato. LEM does a better job showing this.

Now being my oldest OC - I have actual commissions of her from special events. Ones like the Hallows Eve Ball and from the LEM series. For her those, really once she chooses Kanato - her options of clothes are whatever he picks out. She looks cute in strapless dresses - so Kanto normally picks out those. Frills and bright color are great too - but he is found of purple on her. Yuuki's original style of dress was close to a Pastel Goth vibe when she came to live there - but since dating Kanato she isn't too picky, its whatever he wants. For a time he tried Lolita style clothes - but they didn't suit her.

Yuki

He was invited to a ball!? In all seriousness, Yuki is like the third or fourth after thought for Laito. He really does not think about him, let alone think about bringing him to a ball. If he does go, it will always be last minute, and it will always be as a game for Laito.

Prepare is not something he gets to do. If it were up to him, he might try to find a nice button up and a vest - try to look presentable. However, it's never up to him~ so in a dress and wig he shall be. Whether that is in an actual dress to be with Laito as a 'date' or in a maids outfit so that Laito can force him to be shared around with everyone. Laito normally keeps him in longer dresses - going for a innocent look rather than an overly sexy, since Yuki is a man - and doesn't have breast to accent.

TORMENTED REVERIE: ANOTHER DAYDREAM

Yuuki

As she gets older - Kanato still dresses her. While now she wears Lolita for work - when it comes to almost anything else, Kanato dresses her in clothes reminiscent to those like Cordelia used to wear. Long straight dresses. Something draped off her shoulders. Accenting her chest.

Kanaye

He is probably the most professional of his family - and as such he takes balls quite seriously. He never waits until the last minute to prepare, and always arrives on time - but tends to leave after a round of socializing has been done. While he understand their importance, he is not a party kind of guy.

As he's gotten older, Isabella has made this easier. He loves nothing more than seeing her dressed up like the queen she is - so that makes him stay a little longer. He typically will dress in royal attire, if not in a suit at the very least. Kanye carries himself seriously, and dresses the way he wishes to be seen.

Yukio

If he isnt the center of attention - he looses his sh*t. So, needless to say, Yukio dresses like he's the bell of the ball - cause he is. Like his mother, he will spend hours getting ready. Trying on multiple outfits. Throwing a tantrum because he doesn't feel pretty enough. Barge in on everyone else getting ready to complain about lack of clothes. He's just a total pill really.

As he's gotten older, Silas has helped this. While still vein as all get out - he only really needs Silas to say he looks good. He wants everyone to envy them as a couple, more so than himself. So he's calmed down as far as throwing a fit - but still dresses like the most extra person in the room.

Rini

Sweet girl - she wishes that she were allowed to dress herself. However, Kanato sees her as his Baby Doll - and dresses her up in the most extra Lolita and high society cute clothes he can. Getting ready for her involves Kanato basically ordering her a new dress for very event. He tries to get her in something new, which makes her closet the biggest in the house. Kanato will have familiars help her get dressed - change his mind - put on something different- change it again - the cycle repeats. He also likes to match her if he can, that way he can parade her around the ball showing off their matching outfits.

This causes Yukio and Yuuki both to be annoyed. Yukio, because he is an attention hog and has loathed Rini since she was born. Yuuki because she wants Kanato's attention, and has been jealous of Rini she she was born. Rini - while loving her father deeply- does wish he would allow her to do things on her own.

EXCRUCIATING DUPLICITY

Skye

He. is. that. B*tch. He owns any outfit he wears - to the fullest. Skye has a plethora of fake breast that he can use for any type of dress. There are even dresses he can pull off without them. He is not afraid of any type of shape or style of dress. If he likes it - he's going to wear it and make it work. To prepare he will spend hours getting ready. If the event is important enough he'll take days. Going to the spa - getting his nails done - facial - the. works. Skye ensure that he is the topic of conversation at any event - and if he isn't he makes it so himself.

It is a recent development that Karl has started presenting him as a date - and Skye takes that very seriously. If he is going to be seen with the most powerful man, he's going to look the part. Karl has allowed Skye to start picking out his outfits as well - so from time to time he will have them match.

Callista

The actual bell of the ball. Calli has been dressing in gowns her entire life - and she loves it. So much so that she barely wears pants - as she feels that dresses are skirts help her feel free. She has attended a great number of balls and event sin her life time. However, with her father being a relaxed as he is, it's not that she needed to over dress.

As such, Callista has learned to dress elegant and classy, while still not being restricted of movement. She is a fan of modest clothing over ones that reveal too much. Loves to have layers and textures - longer ones are better for special events, but she is normally in dresses all the time.

Roselyn

She will never be anything more than a maid in the Vibora Kingdom. This is something that I have talked about with @the-sloth-woman, since the Burai I use the same as hers. So, there is no scenario that she would 'change' the way she dresses. That being said - different uniforms could be used for different events.

She prepares like any servant would. Assisting with set up, in the kitchen, doing really what ever Burai ask of her. She is his personal attendant, so if he is feeling like it - he could have her dress him.

The Twins

I know they are not official yet - but I wanted to think about them and try to figure out what they would wear. They have different styles from one another.

She loves to show off her body, and wears dresses that show off her breast / back / legs - really where ever. Showing off skin makes her feel more powerful - when she is all ready a powerful woman. She also loves accessories, sun glasses / hats / jewelry. She is the boss, and shows that off every chance she gets.

He - while still keeping in fashion, prefers comforts over anything. He doesn't mind showing skin - but it will hardly look professional or formal when he does. Designer comfy pants are his weakness, he loves the feel of them. His outfits are also simple, compared to his sisters. He even counts as her accessory more times than not.

An Unexpected Encounter

You know, it had been a while since Spencer had hung out with Kanaye. They were close friends, they should spend more time together. Now would be a perfect time actually, both Isaiah and Isabella were out for practice and their parents were busy at work. It’d be nice to spend a quiet evening with his close friend.

Yawning lightly, Spencer took his phone from his desk and sent a message.

“I’ll have an order of Takoyaki, please.” In front of a Takoyaki stand, was the black-haired human, Juliet. It was a nice day out, so she didn’t want to waste time doing nothing inside the house. What better way to make use of time outside than to buy takoyaki? “One order! Coming right up, Ma'am!” In some Takoyaki stands that are good, Juliet is considered a regular customer. It was amazing how a girl who always stayed in shape with physical training would too by at a place like this. Feeling a vibration in her pants pocket, Juliet saw it was a text from her brother. ‘What do I want for a snack?’ She thought, before replying back, 'Just give me some chocolate pocky.’ “Here you go!” Juliet went back to focus on the order of Takoyaki that have been finished. She paid the owner before taking the takoyaki. “Thanks.” It was then she walked away to find a place to go where it was quiet enough to eat her delicious meal in peace.

Yuuki Koishikawa (小石川 優生 Koishikawa Yuuki) is the (fan made) heroine for Diabolik Lovers: Tormented Reverie. Being the final heir of her family line, she carries the family debt to Karlheinz. As such, she was made to live with his six vampire sons.

In the first story, Tormented Reverie, Yuuki is an adorable young woman. She has puffy, pastel pink hair which she typically keeps in two low twin tails that drape over her shoulders. Her eyes are Jazzberry colored, being a medium dark shade of magenta pink. In the past, her school uniform consists of the typical female uniform for the academy. Instead of the jacket, she wore a purple cardigan, and wore loose legwear, as opposed to traditional tight ones.

Yuuki's style of clothing throughout the story is inspired by pastel goth fashion. Her outfits are later picked out by her keeper, Kanato Sakamki. She has worn a number of different outfits; a pink long-sleeve loose sweater, a loose off-the-shoulder grey sweater, a baby blue sun dress under an off-shoulder short-sleeve sweater, cat-eared hoodies, and off-the-shoulder striped long-sleeve shirt. Typically most outfits are accompanied by a skirt and appropriate footwear.

In the second story, Tormented Reverie: Another Daydream, Yuuki has matured into a beautiful woman. Her long pastel pink hair now stays styled in a single off should ponytail, which she either twirled or left free, depending on the situation. Her eyes are Jazzberry colored, being a medium dark shade of magenta pink.

Yuuki's style has changed over the years, as she no longer dresses herself. All of her outfits are designed and picked out by her husband Kanato. She dresses in clothes reminiscent of her old style, with an emphasis now on more lolita style, rather than pastel goth. Her employment gives a number of different outfits, however, she can typically be seen in gowns when in the Mukai and semi-formal wear in the Human World.

In Tormented Reverie, Yuuki has a cheerful and likable personality and strives to see the good in others. Yuuki is not ashamed to admit her desires, and this is often met with shock. She can come off as a bit vain, taking great pride in her looks and style.

Tormented Reverie: Another Daydream finds Yuuki years later, now quite dependent on the assurance and recognition of her husband. Carrying herself with poise and purpose, Yuuki presents like a porcelain doll. She will often manipulate others and make compromising decisions. She is prone to sudden fits of frustration but has never taken it out on anyone. Mostly expressing these emotions alone. On the surface, however, one would see a dotting housewife who loves her husband.

After arriving at the Sakamaki House, Yuuki was given no time to process the situation or the loss of her mother. The six Sakamaki brothers allowed her one month to choose which of them was her caretaker/keeper. In the end, Yuuki chose Kanato, feeling a deep connection with him.

Now proper royals of the Bat Clan, Kanato and Yuuki live out their lives in the Makai. Having three children, the two have done their best in raising them. For both, it was no easy task, and parenthood proves every day to bring new challenges. Together the two depend on and support one another - even if it's not always in the healthiest of ways.

Now I'm quite curious about Kanaye ~ enlighten me! ((Heard he would get along with Dorian, had to ask))

Ah! You wish to know more of my son? Very well, I do so enjoy speaking of his accomplishments! 

Kanaye is our oldest, born just after his brother Yukio. He was always just a bit taller, and never now much taller. Let’s see... Kanaye used to always follow Kanato-san around like a lost puppy. It was so cute!

He was always interested in working, which I of course nurtured into his drive today. Kanaye is just a driven young man, who will one day succeed Shu-sama and rule as the next King. 

Other than that... oh! He has the cutest girlfriend, Miss. Isabella. We are so pleased with their intent to marry one day, as the last one... while a proper lady I prefer Isabella. She is a kind, sweet, girl who adores my son just as much as he does her. 

Kanaye also has a beautiful singing voice, and loves music. I could not be more proud that my son is able to fill the house with beautiful melodies. Additionally his academics are, of course, also perfect. He is top in his grade. My son takes life quite seriously, and I as his mother do what I can to support his wishes and endeavors. 

Kanaye is... better now I believe. 

My doll is not wrong, Kanaye does work hard, and is quite driven. However, there is much she does not know of him. For quite sometime, I was... worried? No, that is not right. 

Kanaye used to live a rather... annoying life style. I was not unaware of the women whom he entertained. Despite my warnings, he would not stop these affairs. For him to become the King, living like that... it was bothersome. 

He did eventually find a young girl, Subaru’s daughter - and she seemed to keep his attention longer than most. I was not thrilled of the idea, but if it turned him onto the correct path. That did not last long though, and soon enough he returned to that lifestyle. 

It was not until recently that he is finally taking his goals more seriously. This is better than his brother I suppose. That boy... I gave up on him ages ago. For Kanaye, there is a clear out come, so long as my brother Shu does not have a child.

So... in a nutshell? 

Kanaye growing up was the star child. He was well mannered, obeyed his parents, took life seriously - where has his twin did not. This got him in great with his father, and as such was taken more under his wing. 

During his pre-teen years however, Kanaye ended up witnessing his parents in a rather intimate moment, and it changed the way he saw the world. Why should he only limit his power through academics - so a more promiscuous life style began. He got this mentality from seeing the power his father had over his mother - not knowing the, ya know, years of trauma and relationship building BUT whatever!

His teens years featured a lot of Sadistic relationships where he would mentally and emotional abuse women. Ultimately he rationalized it as they made the choice anyway, cause all women will do anything for a good fucking - so... yea...

Along came Izumi, his first love. They were a cute, awkward, and innocent relationship - long distance, which was probably for the best for him. It didn’t last though, them not really being able to get closer because of the distance. So after breaking up, he went back to a bit of his old ways - but not as bad. 

He was able to get close to some friends and they help him become a more decent person. Not being such a high and mighty dick, and understanding that if he is going to be a King he needs to change the way he thinks. Years later he meets Isabella and the rest is kind of history~! 

Thank you for the ask! Kanaye - if I am being honest, has actually gotten the most development of my OCs here? I think? I never thought he would - but hey we here!

Ah~ Yes, this is my preferred topic of conversation. 

What to tell you about Kanato-san. As you may know, we have known one another since I was a human girl of 16. That is quite a long time, and he still chooses to love me. 

Kanato-san has grown much over the millennia. No longer caring around dear sweet Teddy, but the bear does stay in his office. He works many hours a day to ensure the stability of the Sakamaki Clan. When he is home, the two of us spend many nights curled up with one another, now that the children are grown. 

There are... some days which he spends with our daughter. I suppose the girl does need to know him. However, when our sons were born, Kanato-san worked so much he did not have much time for both of them.

My eldest son, Kanaye. He is so much like Kanato-san, I could not be more proud. 

Aw~ I can remember he was just a baby. There was a long time when he sucked his thumb, it was always so red. He was such an independent baby as well. As he grew older, Kanato-san took him to work with him, which I suppose is what caused him to be the young man he is today. 

I worry about him though. In the past, Kanaye has made... many risky mistakes in the past involving women. I worry that perhaps I was not a proper role model for him. However, these last two ladies have done quite a good job with securing his future. I am confident that his current love, Ms. Isabella, will be good for him, despite the human concern of the being related. It is not that uncommon among those of higher status.

Ah~ my dear Yukio. He was the first to enter this world. I suppose there is a special connection I feel towards him. 

As a baby, Yukio did not leave my side. He cried all of the time, I worried there was something wrong with him like our... well... I am glad that was not the case. Yukio simply adored his mother~ the two of us were never apart. There were many a party where he would hide behind my dress. I would always dress him in the cutest clothes. Kanato-san did not seem to... connect with him as much. However, that was all right, he had Kanaye and I Yukio.

Now... I am not sure for my son. Yukio has also had a... hard time. There was a time where Kanato-san... let us just say Yukio was alone for a long time. I worry that hurt him worse that anything. However, now he has Silas-kun. He seems so happy, that I cannot be happy for him.

Rini, our daughter. 

As a baby, I was a little too busy with the boys to give her the same care as the boys. Familiar’s helped keep her. When she was born, Kanato-san and I gave her a stuffed Bunny which he gave to me years ago for white day. She seems to be quite attached to that rabbit. 

The two of us are home alone a lot. We go out shopping, have tea parties, and read with one another like other mothers and daughter. She does like to go walking in the gardens. When Kanato-san is home, he will spend a lot of time with her.

Kanaye sat in the food court at the local mall. It was pretty busy considering it was a week night. Typically throughout the work and school days, not many humans came out.

For some reason or another, tonight was different and there were humans all around. Disappointing. He wanted to find someone easy and do all he needed to in the mall but, given the circumstances, plans may change.

It had been a few weeks since he’d been back in the human world. A good practice in keeping oneself a mystery to the locals. As a vampire Kanaye did not age the same. Human would notice if he was around too often.

With a deep sigh, Kanaye decides tonight the mall was not going to be successful. Just as he rose to leave, a scent catches his attention. A Mukami, Juliet perhaps? It did smell slightly like her. He decides to search out this scent, if it was her than some company may be nice.

Zion Mukami was beyond pissed.

A red dress under a black buttoned sweater, a pair of white high heels with straps around the ankles, and a long, curly, high ponytail wig.

It’s bad enough to be cross dressed as a girl by his sadist of a sister; But it’s even worse knowing that this is actually a necessity.

Recently, a female actress has fallen terribly ill, and cannot be able to perform her part; Thus the role was given to the human boy, which means he had to play out two different roles; Luckily, neither roles have a scene together as the female role was only a minor character with very few lines where his role was a bigger part. But it didn’t make him feel better that he had to learn to get used to wearing women’s clothing for the part.

This suggestion was brought up by his older sister, Juliet, who learned about this and forced him into wearing these clothes and put on this long wig that’s color perfectly matched his hair. Zion knew that his sister also forced their brother to cross dress in the past, he can only shudder at the thought of his poor older brother having to submit to it. And now that his older siblings were vampires, Zion can’t really imagine what would happen if he defied his sister; He had a feeling he would be forced to submit by Juliet, even if she was still human at this point in time.

“This sucks…” Zion mumbles to himself as he walked with bags in hand. They were supplies for the production. Once Zion volunteered to get them, the rest of the club members were grateful. But the praise became too much for the boy, which made him fluster and shrug it off with the excuse that it was only because he had nothing else left to do.

He begins to recall what his sister has told him when he started to complain about it.

“Your name gets mistaken as ‘Shion’, your voice is like a little tomboy’s, your face can pass off as a girl’s, and you’re already bitching like one too; So get over it already.”

“Damn it, Sis-“ Getting distracted, Zion trips on his heels and accidentally falling on his knees, dropping some of the things he bought. “Ow, ow, ow..!”

As Kanaye walked through the crowed halls, the similar smell faded. Perhaps there were too many humans around. He could still catch small doses of the Mukami, but not much.

Not particularly taking the search seriously, Kanaye notices a young girl trip and drop her purchases. Without a second though Kanaye moved swiftly to her side and knelt down to pick up her belongings.

“Are you all right? Heels can be quite a bothersome accessory.”

He’d smile down at the much smaller female and offer her a hand. She was cute no doubt, but also seemed far too young for him. Even if in reality he was much older than anyone here.

“Might I help you up? I do hope your dress isn’t ruined.”

Looking up to see the smile of the stranger, Zion sensed the hand offers to him belonged to a vampire’s from its aura. Making him jump back a bit and give the young man a look of distrust. From what he learned, you can’t act too casually with vampires; Especially ones you’ve just encountered for the first time.

‘Honestly I wish the dress was ruined, so I don’t have to wear it…’ He commented to himself. But he knew if he did, Juliet would force him into a short skirt since it was a dress she bought for herself but had him wear for ‘training’.

“I-I’m fine, thanks..” Zion commented, he got back up on his own, patting the dirt off the dress. He looked down and noticed the material were dropped, “O-oh no!” Kneeling down, The boy frantically checked the conditions of the materials to see if they were alright. He just got them, he didn’t want to damage them; They were for the production after all. Every shows in the drama club are very important to him!

Kanaye was a bit confused why the girl rejected his hand. Normally women blush and accept the gesture. Before he could think on it too hard she was back on the ground.

“Would you like some help? Is anything damaged?”

It was simply his upbringing talking at this point. He was a gentleman after all. A young girl by herself could use a hand right?

“I could help you carry them. Are you here alone?”

Kanaye starts picking up some of the smaller objects. There were sewing supplies kind of all over the place.

“Is there a problem with me being alone?” Zion questioned, puffing out his cheeks in frustration; He stopped when he noticed the vampire helping him, and gave a questioning look. ‘What was he doing?’ He thought, ‘What is he trying to gain out of this?’ This caused him to blush a bit.

“H-Hey Idiot.. you don’t have to help me, you know…” Zion assured, “I can carry everything myself.” He was always used to doing things himself, so why was this guy helping him? They don’t even know each other.

“…. What do you have to gain out of this?” Zion questioned bluntly, “Why are you helping me? You don’t even know me.” It was really weird for him. But this sudden act of kindness was just strange to the human boy.

“When someone is in need, you help them.”

Kanaye answers warmly, offering the girl a smile. She must be used to doing things alone. A common trait that Kanaye often found in women in this age.

In the demon world, women act a bit differently. Those of Royal blood demand to be treated as such, even those not of it have some sense of entitlement. Human woman were always so different.

“Don’t worry so much about it. I’m not trying anything, simply helping.”

He stands up with a couple of bags in his hands. There were a couple for her to carry as well, he didn’t want to completely take over. Women who don’t normally receive help tend to not like doing no work.

“Lead the way, mistress.”

Kanaye says in a teasing tone and bows slightly. This girl was far too young for his taste, but that didn’t mean he couldn’t treat her as a princess. After all, young girls like that sort of thing right?

“M-Mistress..?!” Zion gasped as his blush turned from light pink to red. Did.. Did this guy seriously believe he was a girl? ‘ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME?!!!!!!!!’ He exclaimed mentally. This actually hurt his pride as a man.

But in a way, it’s good? That also meant that he can pull off that female role without a problem, which is beneficial if they were short on female roles…

‘Wait! This isn’t the time for this!!!’ As much as Zion wanted to yell that he was a boy, it could also cause a scene. And plus, this guy might think the boy was into that kind of stuff. Maybe it was best not roll along with it? They weren’t going to meet again anyways.

“F-fine.. do whatever you want…” Zion turned away to hide his red face and started to walk once he carried the bags in hand, “But don’t call me that; It only reminds me of someone I know, and being reminded of them now only irritates me to no end.”

The person mentioned was none other than the one that forced him to do this. The She-devil sadist herself. His older sister. Once he got reminded of her, He could imagine her infamous devilish smirk. It made him shudder. ‘That damn sadist… How was Bro even able to deal with the likes of her?’

Kanaye smiled at the young girls embarrassment. It was adorable really, why his own sister couldn’t be more like this was beyond him. Actually, it wasn’t really, he knew why. Their family was full of dark secrets, of this he knew all too well. His sister was the product of her upbringing, just as he and their brother.

Part of him as sad that his sister wasn’t more like this. He could use her to meet women for one thing. On the other- more appropriate hand- she could be a normal little girl. Like the one before him. He walked behind her silently for a while, before the silence grew too boring.

“What is all this for, might I ask? It’s a lot of sewing equipment yes?”

Perhaps she was into making costumes, after all, the one she was wearing was not exactly normal. Or an… what was the word again? He knew of human that enjoy dressing up as fictional characters, though the name escaped him.

“They are supplies for the drama club in my school,” Zion answered, “There’s an actress that was suppose to play a role in our upcoming production, but she got really sick and is unable to perform her role; Since sizing is going to be an issue since her and I are obviously different in size; But we ran out of supplies and I had nothing better to do, so the responsibility in getting them was given to me.”

The human boy looked down to the dress he was wearing and glared as his cheeks flushed from embarrassment and pouted.

“So now I have to perform two roles; That girl’s role is a minor but I’m the only one whose role isn’t shared with her character’s, so I had no choice.” He sighed in irritation before he started to rant, “Now I have to wear this stupid, girly dress, so I can get used to that role, because a certain SOMEONE thought it would be funny to force me into it when they found out, only to watch me suffer and crush my pride for their own amusement.”

At this point, the human was only ranting, forgetting that the vampire helping him thought Zion was a girl. He was just so irritated that his pride as a man was being crumbled by not only this new role, but also by his own sister.

It was all just a nuisance!

Why him?!

WHY?! HIM?!

Finally, when he was done ranting, Zion breathed heavily.

He is just… so done…

Well that was quite the rant, seemed the little princess had a temper. Still, he could understand being forced to do something one didn’t want to do.

“You should see it as a complement.”

They reached the exist and Kanaye stepped in front of the girl. He would never meet her again, so what was the point in wasting the opertunity to have a little fun.

“They must think highly of you, to trust you with two roles. I do not think it is so bad to have others put faith in you. Although, perhaps it is a lesson learned with years…”

He offers her bags back to her. She was cute but staying in the company of a young girl didn’t exactly help his situation of needing companionship. Her parents must be near or whomever drove to this location.

“Try not to dwell on the inconvience of it all.”

Smiling Kanaye kneels down to her heigh once more. It was fun to tease someone who reacted so cutely. Surely the small girl will grow into quite the looker, when that happens… well there were advantages to not aging like a human does.

“Good luck in your play, my lady.”

Why was his heart beating fast the way it was right now?

Zion blushes from this and looked away after taking his bags back, “T-thanks… um…” At this point, he realized the boy realized he did not get his name, “S-sorry, I didn’t get—“

Almost as if it was the right moment, Juliet walked. “Well, well, well~ This is unexpected~” She smirked as the Now former human spotted quite the sight.

Seeing his sister unexpectedly, Zion blushed crimson red and glared, “W-WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING HERE?!!!!” He busted out. But this didn’t stop the raven-haired girl from smirking wider. “Mother and Father asked me to pick you up and take you home.” She explained before turning her eyes to Kanaye, “Kanaye, it’s been a while, hasn’t it?”

“W-wait…” Zion was now beyond confused, “Y-You know him?” He questioned further. “I met him while I was still human; He’s the brother of that bastard I told you about that I hate, but unlike him, Kanaye is way more tolerable.” Juliet answered before walking over behind Zion, placing a hand on his head with her smirk still in place.

“I see, you’ve finally met my little brother.” Juliet said, “Zion was a tough one to deal with, he tends to run hot-and-cold.”

Zion froze.

His mind was blank.

But once he was able to come to, the only thought that came to mind was:

‘SHE DID THAT ON FUCKING PURPOSE, THAT DAMN—!!!!!!!!!!’

Well this was unforeseen, though the scent from before now made sense. So this girl was the source of the scent. A new sibling to this Muakmi clan, Juliet’s younger brother. Wait…

“Your… brother..?”

Kanaye looked at the girl before him. The same girl he had been helping, was actually a boy?! Now that he was looking closely, there were boyish features about her. Feeling embarrassed beyond all reason, Kanaye stands up, a light blush on his face.

“I see… Forgive me. This entire time I’d been treating you in such a way.”

He glances over at Juliet, no doubt this was the person the young boy spoke of in a rage.

“Juliet Mukami, I take it you are responsible for placing your brother in this situation? Young Zion Mukami, please forget what I said before. Your sister truly does have a strange sense of humor.”

“He wouldn’t really have much of a choice, if you think about it.” Juliet retorted, with her stoic expression returned, “He was going to play the role of a girl; His name, his features, even his personalities is similar to a girl’s; I figured it would be good practice for him to get used to wearing girl clothes for the role, if he wants to make the show a success.”

Zion was just utterly embarrassed. If it was Leon, he would’ve not embarrass him like this. ‘BUT IT JUST HAD TO BE THE SHE-DEVIL HERSELF!!!!’

“But at least it was able to fool you, right Kanaye Sakamaki? You looked rather flustered upon realizing Zion was actually a boy.” Juliet smirked once again, “I would say I am quite proud of my work.”

“S-shut up…! L-Let’s just go home already, you damn sadist!” Zion cursed, before glancing to Kanaye and stuttered, “S-so..s-s-sorry…”

“Also, strange sense of humor? I beg to differ on that remark.” The raven-haired Vampire gave the Sakamaki a questioning look, “By the way, what are you doing here?”

Kanaye attempts to keep his embarrassment un-noticed. Leave it to Juliet Mukami to point it out. Although, she did have a point, the young Mukami boy did look quite adorable. Poor thing, his pride must be all but shattered at this point, he certainly didn’t help by acting as though he were a girl.

“I was in the mood to eat, when I caught your scent. Appeared to be your sibling instead. He needed assistance so, that is what I was currently doing.”

He glances down at the smaller Mukami. This one was human as well, how fascinating it must be, to be human in a world full of vampires.

“I offer my apologies, Zion Mukami. Your attire is most convincing, although that must not feel like a compliment.”

“Ah, that’s because the dress Zion’s wearing is actually mine.” Juliet explained as she continued to look at him blankly, “It was either that dress or a mini-skirt; See, I was nice enough to give him a choice.”

‘It was definitely NOT a choice at all!!!’ Zion facepalmed before mumbling out, “It doesn’t feel like one..” Ignoring her brother for a moment, the raven-haired vampire suggested, “Well, if you’re still kind of bored, I’ve got nothing better to do later after dropping little Zion off; So if you’re up for it, after I drop him off, We can hang out. It’s been a while since I’ve been out anyways, and I don’t mind keeping you company.”

As the human boy heard this, he can confirm it was quite true. After becoming a vampire and standing beside Thomas, her husband, Juliet has been spending most of her time together in the castle and has been dedicating her time taking care of her new responsibilities as Queen; This must be one of the rare times she can be out like this.

The more he thought about that, the more he began to think how hard it must’ve been for both his older brother and sister as they now have lives of their own, and cannot spend time together as much as they used to after growing up together as close as two peas in a pod.

“Hey Juliet, I’m ready to go when you are. I want to get out of this stupid dress already.” Zion said, before stealing glances to Kanaye.

Seriously? Why was his heart pounding? What did this weirdo do to him?!

Kanaye looks the dress over again. Juliet… owned and possibly wore something like this? The actual thought of it almost made him shiver. It did not suite her, then again, it was hard to see Juliet Mukami as a female.

“I wouldn’t mind accompanying you. Do we have to get in one of those… vehicles?”

He was not a fan of cars. It was something that the Demon World did not have. In this world however, they are everywhere.

“You’re saying that as if I’m a bad driver.” Juliet cocked her head to the side before assuring the male vampire, “I’m actually a pretty good driver; I was taught by Father and I was the one that helped teach Leon, so don’t worry about it.”

Her blue orbs looked to Zion and noticed the glances her little brother took of Kanaye, and her eyes narrowed. “Are you ready?” She questioned. “Y-yeah.. I want to get out of this damn thing already..” he mumbled. “Alright perfect; Now you sit in the back like a good, little princess.” She smirked as her brother’s face turned bright red in anger and embarrassment.

“S-shut up…!” He just can’t wait to go home. This was the most embarrassing thing in his entire life. His own sister crushed his pride as a man. In front of someone he just met. ‘I wanna die already..!’

Kanaye laughed a bit watching the two of them. Siblings always proved to be entertaining. He could not see his own siblings behaving as such, nor himself. As different as they maybe to most, Kanaye believed his family fit the way it was meant to.

“No insult meant, I simply detest vehicles.”

Kanaye followed Juliet with Zion do her car, and helped load the bags inside. Since Juliet had instructed her brother to the back, that left him in the front.

“I beg of you to prove that statement from before.”

It was not as if he was afraid of crashing. A car crash would not kill a vampire, it was more the whole moving aspect. It tended to weigh on his stomach, and it was not a feeling Kanaye enjoyed.

“If you want, I can keep your mind off the road by telling you all the embarrassing stuff about Zion.” Juliet smirked. “That isn’t helping anyone!” The human boy growled. “I’m helping Sakamaki Kanaye; You’re not the one that’s isn’t comfortable with cars, so you be quiet.” Juliet bluntly stated, making Zion silent.

“But like I said, I’m an expert driver. You don’t have to worry about anything; When it comes to driving, you can actually trust me.” Juliet stated as she got in the black car with her brother going in the back, before starting up the car itself. “This is my baby. It is a 2017 Toyota Prius; It was a gift and I’m not allowing anyone else to drive it.” Juliet proudly said.

Zion sweat dropped, “So you don’t even let Aniki drive it?” He questioned. “Whenever I have him the offer, he declines; And he was right to always decline.” His sister answered. “Hey Kanaye, did you know, despite how girly he looks, Zion always gets the main roles in the productions he always auditions for? There was one role he played well at and it reminded me of you for some reason.”

Kanaye couldn’t help smiling. Just as he found Spencer and his siblings amusing, Juliet Mukami and hers were just as entertaining. The bond of true siblings, must be nice.

“Remind you of me? Now why would a character do something like that?”

To be honest, Kanaye appreciated the attempt to calm his nerves. Auto mobile were truly nerve wrecking.

Mistletoe Love

I got these done, and was going to write out a little piece for them but I cannot get that done any time soon, and I cannot keep letting Arte-De-Ceva continue to go un-thanked!

So these are the cutest things I am so thankful for this! These are officially the FIRST pieces finished with all of the time skip looks! (aside from Laiki who doesn’t have one)

Kanuki as adults. When getting this one done, I asked for a piece of pure love. Loving and Peaceful. These two have been together for centuries at this point. They know one another inside and out. The piece I was planning for this was for a holiday party they were to host. For the first time, their family was in charge of the official holiday gathering. Yuuki was stressed out, and noticing this, Kanato pulls her aside. Calming her nerves, and holding her close under some decorative mistletoe. 

Silkio’s first solo holiday. For this one, you know I said Yukio looks like a shit, and sweet Silas is a nervous bean. It’s been a few years since the two of them started dating. They have moved out from the parents, and now travel around, living in different places. For the holiday season, the two found themselves at a local winter festival. Yukio spends the whole time dragging Silas around. Looking at all of the things, and taking all the photos. Eventually Silas has more than enough of people, and tries to pull him away. Yukio takes that as an invitation to find some mistletoe and do one final piece of torture. 

Kanella having a soft holiday date. The two of them are the sweetest little otp. This is also years later. They are not living together just yet. They’ve decided to take things a little slower, but they do have plans to move in with one another soon. For the holiday, the two decided to spend a quite night alone. Both of their families had been a handful lately, and it was nice to get away. They go out to dinner, and take a late night stroll through the city. They spend a long time talking about everything, both very excited for the future. As they come across some mistletoe decorating the streets. Pulling each other close, they share a sweet kiss, both knowing their future together was slowly getting started. 

Laiki trying to be naughty. This is still pretty new in their relationship. Laito had ‘convinced’ Yuki to dressed in a maid outfit during the holiday festivities. There are demons and other worldly beings all around. The poor boy is a nervous wreck, as he is forced to try and serve the elite guest. Needless to say, he can’t and makes a fool of himself. As he tries to get away, Laito corners him, upset that he wasn’t preforming his duties. Pleading with him for forgiveness, Yuki tries to convince Laito that he could do better. Bored with the boy, he refuses his please and sends him away. Defeated, Yuki removes the outfit and chooses to stay hidden for the rest of the evening. After the activities die down, Laito finds Yuki, whom had been sitting alone in his bed. Sighing, Laito chooses to humor the human. He brings with him a small bit of mistletoe. Inviting him to a free kiss, since he looked so pathetic.

How do the kids do on a full moon? Do they stay with their lover? (For Rini does she go out or stay home?)

Pft, you really think a Full Moon is going to stop those two slut muffins?

Yukio cannot keep off of Silas, like it’s a problem. Now Silas is affected by the moon too, and I think it is nice for him to have Yukio around. Before during full moons, Silas would feel really bad. He never liked being a vampire so during the full moon those feelings were amplified. Now with Yukio, I’d like to think he feels better, or at least not as bad. Yukio helps him cope with these feelings, and gives him a better outlet. 

Kanaye now... ha he and Isabella (owned by @pureblood-prey ) are both pretty intense during this time. We have talked about this before, and it’s just a full on night of sex. Like these are so into one another and we just don’t see them again. 

Rini isn’t really allowed to leave by herself. On full moons Yuuki and Kanato are kind of off more than usual. She isn’t really given a good idea of why her body does this once a month, and it’s kind of hard for her. Normally she is left to her room and the next day her toys are more than likely broken and ripped up.

New project update!

Hello everyone! So I have a new project that I will be doing featuring the following blogs : @star-crossedfidelity @pureblood-prey @shattered-heathens @spellboundsonnet @first-blood-moon & @silencieux-aube

We are all super excited for this project! It will be set up like a children’s book, where there will be 1 art piece per section of writing.

No I do not. There would be no point in returning to my childhood. 

 Heh, my first kiss? Sadly I do not remember, it was many years ago. 

Considering I am an active user of magic, yes I do. 

That is quite and interesting question. Most of the literature I read are from the Demon World, so I shall not worry about explaining it to your human mind.

Goodness, these will not stop. I suppose... ah there was a character named Griffith from this ‘anime’ named Bersek. I admire his drive. 

Ah, finally a question of substance. I do enjoy poetry, one of my favorites is Romance written by Edgar Allen Poe. 

Yes, often. WE do not use these technological devices in the Demon World, so things are hand written. 

 I suppose, though I do not remember them. 

I have no interest in flowers. The only good thing about them is how beautiful they look in Isabella’s hair. 

Animals do not interest me. 

Coffee is quite addicting. 

Hmm... I enjoy the show Turn: Washington’s Spies. It is quite the enjoyable way to experience how humans tell their history.
