this is a longshot but do you know wcif this kitchenbasic recolour from your "city townhouse family home" build video ?

it has both a plain and a panelled swatch, and it also seems to come in red, blue, cream and wooden swatches

Hey! This is actually Buggybooz AMD kitchen but it's repo'd to her Kitchen Basic set, so it just takes whatever recolours you have of that too. I have no idea where any of my recolours for these sets are from at this point as I don't really have my downloads divided up in that way. But if you search for Kitchen Basic recolours that's what you'd want to get anyways!

Today's lot makeover is 175 East Pleasure Path, a very plain 1 bed/1 bath house on an equally plain parcel of land. It starts at $19630.

Despite being the same, it is now also vastly different.

There's a *lot* of outdoor seating now.

Also, a greenhouse with a pear tree and some crops already in place. To go inside, we'll go back around to the front.

I walled off a separate entry area and made it bright and cheerful. The unseen wall just has the door to the bedroom.

The living room is a take on the red/black/white color scheme that was popular on and off in the 20th century. That scheme is typically executed in a sleek, glossy, ultra-modern fashion, but here I took an eclectic approach to it which warmed and softened the overall tone of the room.

Every other room was pretty easy, but I had the damnedest time with the bath, which is pretty unusual for me. At first, it was marble, then it was a different marble, then it was yellow, then it was blue...I like the neutral, though. It's not landlord beige and it has age and character.

The kitchen is actually where I started. I had just done a set of KitchenBasic recolors* specifically with the repositoried Shaker set in mind, and they fit what I wanted to do very nicely.

(*The recolors are resamples of Buggy's original Shakerlicious recolors with different countertops, plus some additional earthy tones to make twenty total. If anyone wants them, you can grab them HERE.)

Last stop is the bedroom, and it's probably my favorite room in this house, which is saying a lot because I'm rather fond of the whole thing.

built a small little shed for samuel's woodworking hobby! this is his first time using it lol i was using irl photos as reference/inspo but i couldn't tell what 90% of the items were so i just put shelving and supplies and gardening tools around here who knew the kitchenbasic set was good for something other than kitchens? Hi! Several anons asked about this house. I don't remember exactly who made each recolor and my downloads folder is not as organized as I would like it to be (my 14 year old self just put everything in one big folder...). I will link you to a few posibilities.

The bed is from the Emma bedroom set of Buggybooz (here). I think I am using the recolors by Poppet (here). I cannot find the bedding, but I used to take all of my beddings from CuriousB (here) which I can highly recomend!

The cat scratcher is from the Pets EP. I think I was using a recolor by Luasims (here). You should check here page out for more recolors of Maxis objects!

The kitchen counter is the KitchenBasic set by Buggybooz (here). Vimpse has made a nice set of recolors (here).

I am 99% sure that set is the iconique kitchen basic set by buggybooz! An amazing set with tons of recolors and repo'd objects and stuff people have made! The recolors in Nolan's kitchen are the white and metal recolor that come with her original set.
