So I've gotten a friend into Bionicle recently thanks to Web of Shadows, and it made me realize I enjoy making Hordika, like, alot. So I made a Second Toa Hordika team.

Ikahlii The leader of the team. He's the most strong willed and duty focused on the team. As such, he's kept the best grip on himself after his mutation. Despite this, from time to time he has been known to show more beastly behaviors.

Odhep Unlike the others, he seems to enjoy his new form to some extent, easily getting used to it and it's heightened sense of hearing. He's patient, and kind and has become the rock for the team, helping everyone keep ahold of themselves in their new, more monstrous forms.

Revii Even before the team's mutations, she was something of a wild child. The more animalistic nature of her current form has made her already chaotic personality even more chaotic. She's known for pranking others.

Ultok Of all the members of the Toa Hordika II, Ultok despises his mutated form the most. His mutation dulled his sense of sight considerably. Fortunately, he was always a team player, so he was already used to depending on his brothers and sister when he needed to. They help him compensate for his worsened sight. Unlike the rest of the team, Ultok still holds hope that they'll find Keetongu and be returned to their original selves.

Vulli Ikahlii's second in command, and a very serious and dutiful Toa. Before his mutation, Vulli was known to have a temper, which has only worsened after becoming Hordika. He's been known to lash out on instinct when startled. Fortunately for his teammates, he's usually easy to calm down. He's found he has a surprising skill at mimicking voices and sounds.

Woltau Woltau, alongside Odhep, is the heart of the team. He's always been friendly and sociable, easily befriending others. His beastly instincts haven't changed this, though he now sees his team as a sort of pack. He tends to howl at the moon at night. The Toa Hordika II live in a large swampy forest. Before their mutations, they had heard of Matoran and Agori going missing when passing through the forest on trade routes, so they went to investigate. They immediately discovered the forest had become overrun with Visorak and found themselves captured and mutated. For a time they searched for Keetongu, but with no clues or guidance, they failed to find the elusive rahi. They eventually returned to the forest, taking up the roll of protectors there, and keeping any travelers safe from the Visorak hordes lurking in the forest.

Also have an entirely unrelated Toa Hordika I made. Cause I like making them. They're fun.

I realized after I was done that Morgana didn't translate well into my cutesy anime style. My friend told me she looks like the vocaloid, Meiko and now I can't unsee it. Thanks, Ritsu 😭😭

But have my silly lil Morgana drawing. I really like all the wizards from the series, Morgana is just my favourite. Character lore aside, her physical design is one of my absolute favourites of the entire series.

A COLLECTION OF MELUS! So Melu's my SelfMOC, one of them anyways. He's a Le-Matoran who becomes a Toa. A while back I decided to do designs of what Melu would look like in different Matoran and Toa Builds, and decided recently to update them.

I'm really happy with how all of these came out looking, especially the Hordika and Mistika builds for the Toa, and the Mahri and Shadow Matoran builds for the Matoran.

Here's the originals if you wanted to see them. I didn't have the AV-Matoran, Shadow Matoran, Phantoka, or Mistika builds with them tho. Some of them really only changed in terms of color. Originally I made them trying to stick to the OG Melu's color scheme and placement, but when I went back and updated them I decided to try and emulate the original color aesthetics of the builds they're based on.

so ever since watching Wizards and RotT I've been deep in the rewrite/AU rabbit hole and decided to actually write my ideas down instead of just having them float around my mind

This is what I'd imagine a sort of magic hierarchy would've been like, created in central europe amd spread around the whole world during colonial times, i'd say magical creatures went into hiding around the same time as not to be used as instruments of violence basically

I'm also changing the dynamics between the Camelot characters & what the fantasy-political climate of the time was like

So for anyone willing to decipher my fugly ass hand writing, here are my surface level notes on what i'm changing the character dynamics into:

I've also been playing around with character designs, because - and please noone take this personally - i absolutely loathe what some character look like, especially the characters in Wizards, like, ugh... Armor design isn't my strong suit but maaan... Also, can I just say that Morgana looks whack af?? Like, girl's NOT from medieval times - not saying that my design is much better on that front, but it's not like this is my job or anything, i don't get paid for this, it's just for fun

I also changed Merlin, to... maybe smth more generic, but idk i like long, flowing fabrics and long haired old men, sue me

Additionally I've been taking notes on how I'd characterise the Arcane Order as I am not a fan of their treatment in canon

Bellroc is by far my fave of the Arcane order to think about, so i've got the most notes on them

I'm probs gonna be updating my notes on them as I go, but these are to serve as my personal guidelines on how to write them

I've also got these dumb doodles, the one on the left was done in the middle of the night while i was taking notes on the arcane order, the other ones were just character design exploration

I often see people confused about Morgana le Fay having her powers represented in yellow when it actually makes sense. I think we can all agree that the colors of the powers of the characters has a meaning. For example Bellroc it’s red because it is fire and lava and red represents the power, strength and strong character of the latter. Light blue represents ice, cold, and Skrael's pragmatic, shadowy, and observant/sadistic nature.

For me, Morgana, yellow powers reflects her true intentions for justice. Although she is a witch who can control shadows, her true intentions were pure from the start. It can be like a kind of Yin that has Yang, which is proven to us in the Wizards series.

So yellow to me would mean justice and the part of light in the shadow in Morgana, her true intentions. Although her magic is rather macabre and shadowy, the light persists in her, it is a kind of metaphor or even irony of fate.

And I have an even crazier theory, you are free to disbelieve it and find it stupid or hair-raising. But yellow is often associated with the goddess of jealousy… So this could possibly be an indication that Morgana is potentially jealous of her brother Arthur. Maybe for his title as king or even for Guinevere? Imagine if Morgana is actually attracted to women and she also was in love with Guinevere? Maybe that's why they often took night walks in the forest... they seemed more like romantic escapades. Guinevere probably doesn't know about Morgana's feelings in my opinion but I honestly think Morgana loved her a lot more than she lets on.

I used to not think about it much but know I'm wondering why doesn't morgana have white hair?? Claire had it when she did the big portal thing and it even grew more as she improved and got better at shadow magic so why doesn't morgana have one, yk the one who mastered it before Claire

But anyhow I remembered someone I forgot who but they said morgana could've worn a wig and I agree. So this was made + some extra doodles
