First, you gave his sequel to the antagonist while reducing Stephen to being lovesick rather than the strong freaking TITULAR character of his own supposed movie.

Then you completely reverse his character development from What If...? Season 1, turning him into exactly what MoM Reed Richards told 616 Stephen that he was.

It appears the only correct treatment & love and FREAKING ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF STEPHEN AS THE TRUE HERO THAT SUFFERED 1,500+ YEARS MISERY IN ORDER TO RESTORE THE 616 UNIVERSE IS GOING TO COME FROM...

Watching the best (or for many people, only) Exorcist sequel tonight!

Hhhhhh thinking about the rough cut of The Exorcist III where they basically COMPLETELY recast Damien Karras with Brad Dourif (which would be kind of absurd, that Damien and the Gemini/Gemini's brother all happen to bear a striking resemblance), but also makes me think of just... that little moment in the first book, of Karras being there for priests who are afraid of intimacy with other men for fear of being percieved as gay, being played by just... the wettest cat of a man-

And also his friendship with Fr. Joseph Dyer, the unashamed intimacy there... anyways I'm going insane and also reading Legion right now don't mind me
