i brought my wii u to college this past weekend so i could play splatoon before nintendo shuts down their servers and i realized that a lot of the grafitti is reused as stickers and other hotlantis items in splatoon 3

#i also beat all 25 levels of squid jump while timing out from lobbies :’)#i’m sure the splatoon team made new stickers just for 3 but i wonder what the ratio of new/old actually is #i also noticed that a LOT of splatoon 3 kits are pulled straight from 1. even the kits on launch #dual(ie) squelcher splat bomb echolocator/wave breaker #squiffer sensor (big) bubbler #s1 ttek ==> s3 splattershot suction zooka #just to name a few #like i knew s1 returning kits was a problem on the second kits and we have very little s2 refs (i miss my enperries…) but like. wow #splatoon #splatoon 3

So I went to the doctor last week and got told I have diabetes, then spent a week in hospital to try get my blood sugar levels back to normal, only to get out of hospital and have my bloodsugar immediately go crazy again... like what do you mean I'm doing the maths just like they told me, taking the insulin in the doses I talked about with my doctor, only to end up super low or super high after eating??? It was all working fine before they let me out but as soon as I do more than laying in bed all day it isn't fine anymore??? Also having to prick my finger all the time to measure and also being super anxious when not measuring cause what if the levels go wheee again in those 3 hours im not measuring??? I know it will all be fine and that I will learn to live with it but I just can't wait until I get my sensor and being able to check my levels all the time to see when and why they go crazy so I can fix my insulin doses accordingly... thankfully my sensor is already approved and I got the message it will arrive on Friday before Easter because this situation of being fine before eating and then being too low or too high a few hours later without warning is making me so nervous and scared. Going to the doctor because I lost a bunch of kilos and was always thirsty just to get told I have developed an autoimmune disease and was close to fainting into a coma is wild. I wasn't expecting that at all and it feels like my life got turned upside down and while I am glad that it is "just" diabetes (cause I am aware it could have been something much worse) and I am accepting it and working on that, the fact it doesn't go like I'm calculating the second I left the hospital makes me so nervous about it all, feeling like I'm doing everything wrong the second im on my own

#personal rant #sorry just had to get this off of me #no one else in my family has diabetes type 1 so im just kinda lost right now #im also paranoid and anxious about doing something wrong so im measuring all the time #the sensor will have alarms for the dangerous zones so hopefully I'll be able to chill #when i know that ill be warned before entering a too low level #cause last time i only noticed cause i started shivering and coudnt keep my hands still anymore #even tho i calculated my insulin just like they told me in hospital #and that method of calculating was giving great results there but as soon as im home its not anymore #at least i dont feel like crying anymore #im just a nervous wreck all the time

I've realised that, because of how Tertiary ends, the fourth chapter to Heartbeat Program lets me screw around with Raidraptor anatomy. Sometimes the spirit form of a bird will nibble at you as a scanning mechanism because of a beak-contained sensor.

put air in my tires in the pouring rain on the 3 1/2 hour trip to my aunt's house today after my low tire pressure light went off... because why would I ever have car trouble on a nice sunny day when I'm not doing anything except running basic errands

#guess who fucking fried 3 very fucking expensive machines today. me. i did #bc a fucking cabled decided to burn out and there was only one little symptom so i switched out the sensor head and inadvertently fried #another instrument. then when i was wait. hang on wtf happened here? and i was trouble shooting. i fried another one. so im down to one #machine. fucking holy christ. one mother fucking cable. a problem i cant fucking control and then i just fucking spred the problem #god dammit. which means i either have to do 20 additional days or we cut the number of reps to 7 or 8 #and because of this. ive Disrupted the plans of 4 different labs bc it takes at least 3 months for them to do calibration #ugh. i was so angry. whatever. its fine. these things happen in labs and u kinda just have to deal with it. i dont really feel bad on a #personal level bc ive been working with these things for like 4 years and if i mishandled the problem something was pretty fucked up #bc ive fixed a lot of fucking problems on those machines. bleh. and as im like simmering with rage my family is texting eachother like #yayyy vacation soon ☺️#ugh. its just so frustrating bc i onlu had like 7 days left and i could have got thru all 10 reps. its gonna b maddening on one machine #ans ill have to do more when i fucking get back from vacation when i want it fucking done now but whatever ive bought #my fucking plane tickets and i leave in less than 2 weeks. plus ill get to spend at least one day at home #god im gonna be such a fucking bummer tho. im gonna get of the plane and my fam will b like how r u? and im gonna b like not fucking great #i am barely a functional person and im sure ill b so stressed abt thr fact i have to come back here that ill b on edge the whole time bc #thsts what happened over winter break. whatever. next weekend ill b fucking outta here for like 11 days #and just a few more months until i can leave for good. never walk into thst fucking building again. not that i have anything ready for thst #move. bc again. im barely a functional person #god. now i have to fucking ask for thr stupid bottom of the chamber for this last machine. i swear to christ if i have to fucking drive #down to [redacted] i fucking dont even kno #unrelated
