Sara, Ashley, Leisha, Carmen, Jessica and Laura are the students from the Hip Hop Hula Fusion School. They do hula with funky stuff. Lilo met them when she and Stitch were chasing down Phoon.

Experiment 540
Phoon
Primary function: To create typhoon-like winds
Designed to create massive typhoon-like winds, blowing down trees and destroying houses among other things. She giggles a lot and greatly enjoys what she does.
She was unintentionally mutated into a stronger and bigger form after being shot by Jumba's Plasmatic Englobulatron ray, but reverted to her original form after Stitch put her to sleep.
One true place: Creating winds for windsurfers on the beach

As a part 2 to the post I made last night, here’s more Lilo and Stitch experiments I drew! I accidentally made Spats look way too much like Garfield but honesty I’m kind of enjoying it.

If Disney really had to make the “girl” experiment a pink version of Stitch we could have at least had this:
But NOOOOO
She has to have eyelashes and painted nails and boobs and fur in a pattern specifically made to look like a low necked shirt. And she has to turn the other experiments evil while walking around sexily.
And as I’m watching through the show all of the other experiments I’ve seen so far are noticeably called by masculine pronouns or not gendered at all. So. I’m just saying. There’s a reason I’m a little salty.
Don’t get me wrong. It’s a great show! But this particular thing and the fact that Angel is the only experiment outside of Stitch who is marketed by Disney.... :/
Edit: I have been reminded that there are two other “girl” experiments. First one Bonnie:
And we’ve still got the eyelashes, tiny waist, and hint-of-boob thing going on.
And then there’s Clip:
Clip I will give a pass to. Not a huge fan of the fact that “she has to have a pink bow so the audience will know that she’s a girl and also she ends up being a hairstylist because gender norms” part. But she is an amorphous blob of pure chaos so I will absolutely respect that.
Other experiments I have found thanks to googling from various Lilo and Stitch media:
Gigi: She’s... Well, she looks like a dog. No eyelashes here and only a bow because Myrtle put it on her so I’m letting it pass.
Phoon: Still got that eyelashes thing going on but okay.
Welco. I just... Dear god. WHY???? (I am so uncomfortable right now did they steal fetish art from Deviantart??)
Witch: she looks like she’d make an amazing goth gf, still very cisnormative coded but okay.
Carmen: Angel but buff. (Although I appreciate the fact that they let her be buff so points for that.)
Belle: y’know what? Aside from the eyelashes I really like this design, she looks like any of the other experiments and she’s just really cute so I respect that! :)
Tickle Tummy: THE FUCK IS THIS PINK ELDRITCH HORROR????
So yeah, this is what Disney have given us to work with. Most of it not great, a few passable ones. But I still stand by the fact that the only one who’s marketed and considered a romantic interest for Stitch is Angel which is still not the best thing ever :/

What kind of tactics do 621 and those following him use? I'm guessing they keep a low profile at first and act with a bit of secrecy, but what about once they're known? Do they ENGAGE IN EPIC BATTLE like Splodyhead and Slushy once did, or are they more hit-and-run?
ArtistIssues They are more hit-and-run, which is just how 621 wants it! Sometimes he makes targeted attacks when he wants something, but just as often if the renegade cousins are getting antsy with nothing to do on Niihau, he’ll just let them go blow off some steam by causing mayhem (as long as they can get back without being followed or captured.)
621 himself is never with the group when they attack. He has Bonnie act as a kind of “field team leader” in his place, and he uses Jay (Experiment 410) as his eyes and ears. 621 sulks and broods and masterminds from Niihau, where he can come up with nasty schemes without the danger of Lilo, Stitch, Ani, or the rest of the Ohana learning that he’s on Earth.
Usually the Renegade Cousins fall into a pattern. At first they’d all meet up and try to get as far into town to cause damage as they could before the Ohana could react. But then, after Lilo figured out the naughty cousins were always coming from somewhere over the ocean, she moved Yaarp to a spot on the coast to act as a warning alarm. So that slowed them down, until after Trip (Experiment 453) was convinced to join 621’s cause. He teleports the gang straight into town—well, almost. He’s one of Jumba’s failed Experiments, so he can never quite teleport exactly where he’s told to, but usually it’s close enough.
Then they’ll cause trouble. Grindz (Experiment 486) will smash stuff up, Bonnie and Clyde will use the mayhem to loot local businesses, while Flame (Experiment 518) just goes sort of berserk and runs through the scene on fire and screaming. When the Ohana inevitably comes to corral or stop them, Klamp and Prism come in as a sort of “second wave” and make it difficult so that everybody can escape through one of Trip’s portals back to Niihau. Klamp (Experiment 429) does this by rolling up and locking himself around Lilo or sometimes Pleakley or even Stitch’s ankle to keep them from interfering. Prism (Experiment 560) helps waylay the Ohana by bouncing around, flashing light in their eyes. She’s an active little lady and loves testing out the blinding gauntlets 621 had stolen for her from Jumba’s ship. Phoon is helpful too, knocking the heroes over or away with her gusts of wind. Usually, the whole gang gets away while the Ohana is putting out the fires.
Some other missions 621 sends them out on are:
- kidnapping weaker cousins to use as hostages, as in the case once with Yin and Yang.
- stealing equipment, either from Jumba’s ship or Gantu’s ship.
- spy missions, to scope out what the Ohana is doing or how other Experiments might be manipulated. (Bonnie, Clyde, and Jay are most useful for this.)
- Night Marcher tactics. This was Prism’s idea, because she abandoned her One True Place even before 621 came around, having more fun scaring tourists on the hiking trails than lighting up shows at the Coliseum. She started taking Grindz with her on little field trips to keep doing this even after she began working with 621, and Trip helped because he’d do anything for Prism, and then the rest of the crew started getting into it. 621 encourages this because he takes delight in hearing how tourists are getting scared away from Stitch’s precious Town, so now they do more stuff like that.
Crystallene, Comet, and Butter tend to stay on Niihau more than the others. Comet claims she wants to be lookout and guard their hideout, but she really hasn’t warmed up to the idea of encountering and fighting anybody in the Ohana yet. Crystallene doesn’t even try to hide that she feels miserable going against Stitch, and she’s already been on the fence, so 621 shrewdly keeps her on Niihau crystal-forming their hideout. And Butter is little more intelligent than a clever horse, so he sticks with 621 even when the others are out causing mayhem.
Sooo long answer short, hit-and-run tactics it is! When Leroy comes on the scene though…things get more epic-showdown-y.

The story of how I got involved with the Lilo & Stitch franchise
If there's one thing I know, it's that I was able to remember several Disney films when growing up. Sadly, I never showed interest in Disney when I was young, and I can say I at least know what Toon Disney and Playhouse Disney are. I did have memories of the latter, and I also knew the Sensational Six, and there was never a movie from the Disney Animated Canon I could surefire agree on that was my most favorite. Despite not having a favorite Disney movie growing up, I was only 3 years old when Lilo & Stitch was released. The only time I could remember watching the film was in grade school, but I had no interest and just fell asleep. I wish I never did that. The first Disney film I saw theatrically was Big Hero 6, released in 2014. One day in late 2017, I had sudden thoughts about Stitch, and so my heart finally opened up to the franchise. I found out miscellaneous pieces of trivia prior to seeing the film, but after I saw the film, I found out tons more. I also knew about the spin-offs, and knew that The Series never had an official home media release. When I found Disney XD was airing reruns, I tuned in. Last night, Disney XD aired the episodes "Phoon" and "Spats" for the last time they would air reruns, at 12:00 and 12:30 midnight. The 1:00 and 1:30 PM timeslots are now taken up by other reruns. Lilo & Stitch no longer appears on the TV guide, and it's very sad to see that they are not airing reruns indefinitely for others to catch up. There are still a handful of episodes I haven't seen yet, but I'll make sure I can watch them. Despite this, I will continue to support the franchise however I can.
