Hi, I'm AJ, I'm 42 and I'm learning to draw.

There's a bit more to it than that, but we'll get into that later. For now I'm just going to be posting some of my favourite doodles and sketches as a way to track my progress. My scanner isn't currently functional so all I can do is take photos with my phone, but I'm working on it.

do you pencil traditionally and then colour digitally, or do you just have a very convincing digital pencil brush? I really love the organic, sketchy feel of your work.

I always sketch and ink on paper first, then scan the piece and color it digitally.

I leaned a little more on Donnie’s canon room and lab and atmosphere overall, and it turns out bonsai care is one serious hobby <:D but I think he would favor terrariums especially
