I love the college of winterhold. everyone there is casually deranged and there's like an alarming number of students and staff who threaten you immediately when they meet you. it's always one of the first questlines I do. which makes it even funnier when you get made the arch-mage of the college. I'm level 12 and got through this questline knowing exactly 3 spells. what do you mean you want me to lead the college. this school CANNOT be an accredited institution

#i hope since op said they werent confident in some of their translations this isnt stepping on any toes #im not really a professional either sweats #i just wanted to give it a shot..... w my own flavor....#official #translation #osomatsu san #translaty notes: the verb oso uses is “support” but like in the context of “support a family” (financially/to put food on the table etc)#so i localized it to 'support my lifestyle' to bring in that connotation #also choro's bio desc is “the family love is real”. i wasnt sure if this meant that 'even though they call him fappymatsu his brothers do l #ve him' or 'even though he puts up with them calling him fappymatsu he still loves his family'. i went w the latter #and totty specifically says like.. 'even though we Only bully/attack/bash kara he doesnt fight back'. i localized this to 'single out'#since i think that carries a similar connotation #and i like translating yoroshiku as thanks in advance. i think it's esp apt here bc it makes them sound entitled lol

it's like, i really do enjoy most of the bats as characters and i really do like a lot of their comics. but also i am sooooo tired of them being hailed as better than literally everyone else. both in fanon but also in comics (modern ones are esp egregious imo, like WHAT was that shit about batman and the joker being the most dangerous men on the planet. hi. have you heard of lanterns? speedsters? supers? actually if i keep listing groups who could kick batman's ass we'd be here all day). they're like kudzu. that shit needs to stay in its native environment (funky little neo-noir detective stories) and stop being an invasive species (putting down everyone else to make them seem cooler). put bruce wayne back into a murder mystery setting that isn't about saving the world but is about saving one person or one family that no one else would've saved right now or so help me god. the whole invasive species cross contamination thing is unhealthy for both him And the other ecosystems he keeps getting transplanted into. please. it's so dark in here

Its the fourth anniversary since I started writing on my blog. May is very special to me because of this and because it also marks my anniversary with Lilia Vanrouge (5 years).

Writing is a hobby that I took up to express myself and my ideas. My blog was made as a way for me to cope with reality and a way to meet others and enjoy fandom.

I never thought I would be writing for four years, let alone meeting so many kind and wonderful people.

I wanted to say thank you to everyone for enjoying what I write. I can't put into words what every comment, tags, like, asks, etc. means to me. But know that I am always grateful for everyone and their love.

Through this blog and through writing, I have so much fun and have met such amazing people both online and offline.

I am grateful everyday that I took the chance. It makes me look foward to the future. Everyday I have fun and I have a smile on my face even during the hardest of days.

So with all my heart, thank you everyone. You have all brought a joy to my life in some way or form with every interaction. I'm very happy to have met you all and I hope we can continue to have fun together. 💚💕🌺
