When you first drew MegaMutt, I was in my second year of school" ... I'm not old... You're all just very, very small.

Happy New Year and good news - I passed my dissertation proposal defense and should now have some time to keep posting articles (as I’ll be teaching an undergrad sociolinguistic course in the spring and may need to brush up on some classics). I hope your 2018 ended with a bit of joy for the new year, and here’s a great article by Gretchen McCulloch about emojis teaching young children to learn language to hold you over in the meantime! ASHLEY RIDGE CHURCH - Summerville, SC

Equip Studio foi contratado para ajudar Ashley Ridge plano mestre e projetar uma instalação de 45.000 metros quadrados localizado em 25 hectares de um novo "Live, Work, Play" comunidade planejada. Como parte de um plano-mestre de 50 mil anos, desenvolvido pela organização de baixo-país MeadWestVaco (MWV), Ashley Ridge queria ser uma igreja no centro de uma comunidade, não apenas um "Centro Comunitário". Equip foi encarregado de projetar uma instalação que refletisse os ideais de baixo-país, mas também evocava emoções progressistas, mostrando que a igreja estava ativa e presente, enquadrando-se no novo plano da comunidade urbanista. O design inclui uma fase um 750-sede de artes cênicas, teatros infantis e salas de aula, áreas administrativas, e uma Casa de café de 7 dias que será usado pela igreja aos domingos como seu Café e Próximos Passos ambientes.

O projeto está programado para ser concluído até o outono de 2016, com a construção começando logo depois.

2018 -> 2024

2018's is a little cleaner, but 2024's is more alive and expressive. 2018's is informed by Smash Bros (it was an exciting thing, still... And before Mega Man 11 was really shown off, so really, the last exciting appearance, even if it had been in the game then for 5 years, it was exciting) whilst 2024's is heavily Mr. Ariga. It annoyed me in the middle that I hadn't given him ears like Rush or perhaps even Pluto. But I think now I have embraced it again.

Over all, I didn't know if I would revisited MegaMutt, but I wanted to have him as my avatar again on FurFor.. Only to realise, I kind of don't like the 2018 art any more >_> it is not hideous or bad, but I think, I could have made something more energetic, and I felt to look at Mr. Ariga for inspiration. And so, new MegaMutt
