If someone official or unofficial made a continuation of Craig Of The Creek. I’d appreciate if nothing from the source is rewritten.

I’m not crazy about all the choices the show made but a continuation needs to pay respect to all aspects of the show, even if they hate some of them.

Unrelated question:

I headcanon Maney as Hispanic. Because both Vanessa and Isabella are Hispanic and TV tropes mentions Maney as “ambiguously brown” indicating possibly Latina routes.

If there were to be a continuation (official or unofficial) I just want it to be good.

CREEK WEEK DAY 7!!

I asked my mom what to do for this day, and she suggested a piece with JP and Maney (her two favorite characters.) I immediately thought of them gifting each other those cheesy print-out valentine cards.

This ship is on my 'hetero ships that I would die for' list, and I'm happy with it being there XD

I love my mom.

Creek week was the first weeklong art event I've ever done, and I'm so happy with it!! Hopefully there'll be something similar to this next year.

Here's both an idea and old scribble I had made for Jason! (19) :

I imagine him leaving for collage out town as soon as he's able to. Making the big step to cut off his Father & Step Mother from his life. Like to think with his new found freedom he'd be more open to try new things he was never allowed to do. A big help in his new world experience/happiness/love would be his collage gf who I name Yomo (Yoru-mo). I don't have a set Adult/Next Gen design for him yet but he would for sure move back to Herkleton after his first kid is born.

Then here some more old scribbled from last summer. JP & Omar are still a work in progress on how I want them to look as dads & I did redesign Sonya to be smaller since since she's supposed to be 3 (Also gave her a new set of clothes so she can be her own person instead of a copy of one parent 💛)

For Maney I hc as a cancer survivor & is in the process of regrowing her hair. This hc isn't made with the intention of random angst but more so in the thought of these kind of life changing experiences just happen to some families. 🌻

Here’s my ranking of the final 4 episodes:

Granted I love all of these episodes but they serve different purposes so it’s not entirely fair to judge them for that but I am someone with specific inclinations so I rank based on what appeals to me the most.

As sad as it was to see this show go, it might be better it goes out in its prime rather than staying for so long it gets boring, cough (spongebob) cough(Loud House).

Hope someone makes fan content of it.

I wish we could’ve seen Wildernessa hang out with Stacks again, maybe she and Craig dances with JP+Maney and Kelsey+Stacks.

Honestly thats a fair rating, you’re right about the episodes serving different purposes so they cant be judged fairly

And while I do agree with you a bit on the show ending before it became overdone and such I do also sorta disagree.

I know that after a while some shows keep dragging out when its clear they have no more meaningful content to give anymore, but I really do think cotc is different from that especially when you compare it to shows like Spongebob and the Loud House (premise wise Im talking about premise wise here)

From what I can tell?? about spongebob and the loud house (cause ive never watched them), their shows with a fixed cast and a fixed environment, everything you make for the show will be created through these two elements. And idk, I feel like at some point youll run out of stuff to show

For cotc however, genuinely you could create an endless amount of interesting content. The creek is a vast location that is largely undiscovered, from the location alone youre set up for a ton of groups, characters, location and lore. And then to add to that, you can play around with things like character dynamics, development, backstories, home lives, ways of play etc etc. AND THEN TO ADD TO THAT AGAIN, The creek holds so much lore, and we’ve gotten tastes of the creek in other eras of time before but if you were to explore the creek throughout any era of the past (ex the Ancients or the Elders’ time) youve opened yet another door to multiple possibilities of interesting content

The show should have just ended on it’s own terms, we have 6 seasons and a movie and still so much of the creek is unexplored snd unknown. The crew would know when they think is best to end the show

BUT ALSO YOURE SO RIGHT I WISH WE COULD HAVE SEEN MORE WILDERNESSA AND STACKS INTERACTIONSSSSS

OK *cracks knuckles* here we go.

1) In my AU they just stay in touch and see each other almost every weekend (I also imagine Kelsey and Craig go to the same middle school) I just imagined that they developed a close relationship and just…stayed together. Although the connection dwindles as they enter into adulthood (I would imagine that years later as adults they would rekindle their friendship after years of not talking)

2) 10 speeds dynamics switches a bit as cannonball spends less time at the creek due to him dealing with his own issues and relationship to cycling and motorcross. But they still keep in touch. Horse girls on the other hand pretty much disperse as they grow older and find their own connections with other kids. Although Melissa and Marie are still friends and in fact become very close overtime. No animosity between each other, just drifted apart.

3) Not for Zoe but for Mackenzie in my AU she’s gay (she had a huge crush in Maney for a while) I’ll give a longer list in the future but not now lol these questions fried my brain

4) That is a good question that I have not figured out yet.

5) yes, JP meets up with them sometimes/

6) No new kids more than likely , but yes to the aged up question, the littlest ones like Jessica and Chris definitely age up.

7) Possibly but I’m still unsure I would have to think on it.

9) oooo I didn’t plan for that but that’s a lovely idea! The creek kids overtime don’t mainly stay in their “groups” and just naturally make friends with one another freely (for example Eliza and Kit becoming tight or Sewer Queen and Yustice becoming close)

10) They both just fell outta of puppy love with each other (it happens, just kid shit lol) they’re still friends tho. And yes she does!
