Edit: I've just realised - all of the anniversary eps were set over one day, so technically Martin died on Billy and Honey's wedding day… just like Jamie died on Billy and Little Mo's wedding day 😭👏💔

I just found out that martin fowler was the first baby born in eastenders - pauline found out she was pregnant with him in the same year the show started - and I’m not even a huge watcher anymore but that makes his death 40 years later even more sad :(
