Deftly mixing Afrobeats and R&B, TEMS had already made a name for herself before the gifted Nigerian singer-songwriter and producer’s much-heralded debut LP, Born in the Wild, arrived back in June. Peter is a Spider-Man Hater to help hide his secret identity? YES!

Okay we all know by now that Peter has a HUGE guilt complex, so self-loathing is probably a thing for him

He would be an active hater of Spider-Man, probably having constant discussions with Flash about the hero with the justification of "hiding his secret identity" but deep down it would be just him depositing his own hatred without anyone suspecting that he actually believes in every word he says of hatred against the hero

Tony, May, Ned and MJ sometimes find it strange how he seems to actually mean every word of hatred and disgust towards Spider-Man when he speaks, Peter just responds with "I have to sound convincing, right?"

But Peter simply banned all "Spider-Man" variants from all non-official Spider-Man social media and never goes near any Spider-Man merchandise, the school basically split into "Team Flash" and "Team Peter" with both always fighting over the hero

Flash created the "Spidey Fan Club" for the hero in which he is the founder and president, they are constantly competing against the "Fuck Spider-Man, (in a bad way)" Hater Clube by time for team meetings

Peter is not the founder nor the leader, in fact he is not even in the club, but all the members consider him the real leader and try to drag him to meetings whenever possible, Peter always avoids them because he thinks they're weird, the real leader and founder is just a random nerd who idolizes Peter as some kind of savior, "he opened my eyes" ahh type of relationship, Peter doesn't even know the name of this weirdo 😭

All group members eagerly await the leaders' showdown (again, Peter is not the real leader) and they never disappoint, always ends in a crazy argument or general fight between the members, that's Midtown entertainment

vague rant about your friendly neighborhood spider-man while i’m rewatching it for the nth time

peter parker who doesn’t yet know his own strength, stunned in silence whenever he unintentionally knocks someone out within the first few strikes.

peter parker who hasn’t yet figured out how to balance school, the oscorp internship, nico and lonnie, and spider-man. who starts to doubt himself at every turn, questioning his allies and himself.

peter parker who genuinely doesn’t know what to do when norman osborne discovers he spider-man. hearing him in his headset for the first time and not knowing whether to be thankful for the help or weary of the thousands of implications this holds.

peter parker who accepts his help anyway, desperate for a father figure in his life again after uncle ben.

i just really love this version of peter parker and his character is so complex and genuine and i don’t think he gets the attention he deserves

Theres this one fic where mj and ned are good friends but peter is basically a loner and evryone thinks he is in a gang but then ned and peter get partnered up for chemistry ptoject and ned is surprised when peter actually does his worl its part of a series and the next series has mj finding tony stark and peter parker in grocery aisle of a shop and peter says yip yip mr.
