Evan is awkward around people, possibly due to having few relationships prior to Gowpenny, and even fewer positive ones. He desperately doesn't want to inconvenience others, and often apologizes for potentially making people uncomfortable. He literally was just born as a promise to demons because his parents were in a cult, so he didn't get his hugs as a child, and I mean, look at him, he's just a really sad puppy.

Doofenshmirtz:

He definitely needs a hug. In the show his backstories are presented comedically because of their absurdity but imagine your parents forcing you to stand outside all night in a gnome costume and not move. Or being so lonely that your best friend is a balloon you drew a face on and you then lose because of having to stand still as a lawn gnome. Or being publicly mocked for not jumping off a high dive. The list goes on.

And although he calls himself "evil" his plans are usually petty revenges and not anything that could actually harm anyone. And he is a very loving father to his daughter Vanessa, treating her the way he wishes he was treated as a child.

Erika Ishii's wardrobe is incredible. Every time I see them on Dropout they're wearing some cyberpunk vampire bdsm bullshit like they're starring in a new Underworld movie. She dresses like someone who has a costume department making dope outfits for her. What's really amazing about Erika's outfits is that it's like he exists in a whole other world than almost everyone else. Nothing's made me more certain that Erika is the main character.
