This comic is Perry seeing her for the first time, so he doesn’t yet know her name! Just thinks she’s very pretty hehe

Angel is still relatively new, but at the point that the ask blog (which takes place through the course of a single day) happens, Perry, Sammy and Goldie have ALL met her! (Tho she pretended to be a completely separate person with the other two kids- only Sammy bought it lmao)

She came about after Iris finally recognized Perry as his childhood friend from preschool, but was VERY confused, because when he had first met Perry, he was a “girl”.

His parents realized they had happenstantially never taught thier son about what being transgender meant, and after they fill him in, Iris basically just goes “….. you can DO that?? 😳”

(Iris even WISHES to be a girl after mulling it over a while, but Veds magic does nothing bc Iris is already bi-gender! tho he’s too young to know the word for it, technically that means he already WAS a girl)

Anyway, this doodle comic takes place after Iris finally confides in his parents that he’d like to try being a girl for a day just to see if he likes it, and Cosmos GNC self is MORE than happy to take a family trip to a boutique so that his wife and child can play dress-up, and that’s the orgin of the original angel outfit! 🥰

I’d say current-age Iris decides to be Angel somewhat infrequently, maybe once or twice a month? Never at school tho- Usually she just drags Perry around the mall, but as Iris gets older he gets more comfortable with his identity, and Angel becomes steadily more frequent 💙 (She even spends a prolonged time as Angel in high school! …. Tho she does so specifically to beef with Cookie lmaooo)
