Selling your home can be a time-consuming and emotionally draining experience. When strangers open your closets and poke around, it can feel like an invasion of privacy. They will openly criticize your home and your decorating abilities, and to make matters worse, they may offer you less money, leading you to believe that your home is not worth it.

Taylor flies into Kansas City to attend the Chiefs game with her cousins, Travis' cousins & friends at Arrowhead Stadium
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Travis made a brilliant play contributing to a touch down but was denied due to a team mates penalty.
During the game, NFL announcer and former Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo referred to her as "Travis' wife" while on the air with announcing partner Jim Nantz.
"As you see, Kelce's wife, Taylor Swift, in the audience," Romo pointed out, quickly correcting himself and saying, "I'm sorry -- girlfriend."
"Not yet," Nantz said in response.

According to Cheterah Jackson, a Columbus, Ohio-based real estate agent and friend of Travis', the couple rented a luxury bus to transport their group and reserved the Christmas bar in downtown Kansas City for friends and family.
Jackson tells ET, "My boyfriend Calvin Locke... is Travis' friend and has known him since the 7th grade. We were in the suite at the game, which was filled with family and friends."
"Taylor is an absolute sweetheart. She is very down-to-earth and kind."
"Taylor and Travis are so in love. It was so cute seeing them together and I can see them getting married"

Jason and Travis limit talking about Taylor although when the brothers chat about the No.1 & No.2 sales of NFL jerseys in the UK, they give credit to Swifties for helping with the success of topping the sales and Travis gives a "shout out to Kylie and Taylor." Travis suggests that perhaps they could "find our way over there this off season and say hello to everyone in person" and record a live show in the UK. Jason replies "we also got an opportunity to do one in Australia - we could make it a world tour"
Any one know of an international pop star who may be touring in the UK and Australia in 2024 that coincides with the NFL off season? Are the Kelce brothers hinting that Travis and perhaps Jason will join Taylor on tour next year? It should be noted that Patrick Mahomes has also raised the idea of possibly catching the Era's Tour in Europe in the off season too...
The boys answer "No Dumb Questions" from handle "metal-as-hell", a reference to Taylor's TIME article calling Travis "metal as hell" when he publicly declared his interest in dating Taylor.
Taylor Swift's 34th Birthday - Taylor heads to Banzarbar, NYC with friends to celebrate her birthday into the early hours of the morning - Happy Birthday Taylor! December 15 - Taylor is named Billboard's No.1 Greatest Pop Star (x)
It didn’t seem possible that anyone could have a year this dominant: not this deep into the streaming era, not this long after the oft-proclaimed death of the monoculture, not when the entire industry seems to be in crisis over how to capture and hold onto listener attention. It was a year not to be judged against Swift’s 2023 peers, but against the entirety of modern pop history.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
There is no wasted potential with Taylor Swift, no what ifs – the chance was there for her to have one of the greatest years any pop star has ever had, and you know that she grabbed it. Taylor was here. No one who was around for her 2023 will ever forget it.
With reference to Taylor's relationship with Travis, Billboard's Andrew Unterberger says:
... rumors were beginning to swirl about her and Kelce. The Chiefs star had become increasingly coy in his comments about the pop icon, saying he’d invited her to come see him play a home game (after he’d seen her Eras show in Kansas City that July). She did indeed do just that on the September 24th, with her presence at Arrowhead sending both the worlds of sports and pop culture into a frenzy, and leading to numerous posts and videos of non-football-conversant Swifties sharing the sport’s rules with one another, so they could better understand what was happening in between the shots of their hero in a private box with Kelce’s mom Donna.  From then on, every Sunday (and a couple Mondays and Thursdays) of 2023 was overtaken with Taylor talk: Would she be showing up at the Chiefs’ next game? What other celebrities would she be attending with? What kind of Kelce swag would she be wearing, and what would that mean about their relationship? What do you mean Kansas City is on a bye week? While Swift’s short relationship with Healy was extremely controversial to Swifties and her long relationship with Alwyn was largely uninteresting to everyone else, her love story with Kelce – a well-liked, unproblematic figure, a Super Bowl-winning superstar as an athlete with enough of a Q rating as a celebrity to host SNL – was universally accessible, and found near-100% public approval. You didn’t need deep grounding in Swift Lore to understand the relationship, because it just felt right: the All-American athlete dating the All-American pop star.

It came to my attention a little while ago that AAs have criticized my stance on Jensen's house purchase under the guise of "making fun of fan fiction". Included in the points these AAs were making pertaining my blog specifically was pertaining to how "buying a beautiful historic home was a poor choice". Yes, it was a poor choice not only from a spiritual standpoint but also for more logical, physical reasons.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
There are multiple cemeteries within a 2 mile radius from this house. Maybe not close enough to be a big deal but given there are quite a few in this general area, depending on your set of beliefs this may or may not be a deal breaker.
A potentially big public health issue is there's a landfill not even 3 miles from the house. Some of the concerns with sanitary landfills include methane gas and leachate leakage, general habitat destruction at the landfill site, potential scent issues during summer months especially, more rodents, etc. While this might not be an "open air" type of landfill where garbage is not buried or otherwise separated from land outside of the said landfill, there are still potential health hazards associated with living within a 3 mile radius from a landfill. According to one cohort study spanning from 1996 to 2008 of about 250,000 people states that people who live within 3 miles from a landfill in central Italy were more likely to be admitted to a hospital or die with lung disease compared to those who lived further away from landfills. One of the biggest culprits with the reported health ailments higher in prevalence and incidence in these areas is hydrogen sulfide. While it's said that trash regulations are different from US regulations where this house is located and therefore some like that expert try to say this doesn't apply to the US, is it really that safe to live near a landfill (looking at you Love Canal)? Other studies conducted in the past which are mentioned in this paper listed on the EPA's website suggest there too are health hazards of living near landfills in the USA as well, not just Italy or even England. Point is, it may be debatable as to how "safe" it is living near any landfills let alone this one but it is nonetheless a factor one should consider when buying any home. Location, location, location as any real estate agent can tell you...
According to the Home Details per Zillow, this house has depreciated greatly over the years. Back in 2001 this house sold for $48.9 million dollars. This house was listed in September 2013 for $62 million dollars and removed April 2016. In August 2021 it was sold for $17.5 million, which is a good bit less from the $48.9 million it was previously bought for. Part of this property sold (separated into 7 separate lots, as it was once a 20 acre property) for $5 million back in May 2023 with another part of this property being listed for sale for $44.5 million. The portion of the property Jensen bought in July 2023 was purchased for $9.375 million and appears to be the main house on this property. Overall, the value of this house greatly depreciated over the years. It appears that in order to make this house actually sell the property had to be reduced in size to make it more affordable to buy. Chris Mark's property that's also for sale in Woodstock, CT property also shrunk in size. This particular house which is about an hour and 45 min Northeast from Jensen's CT property also greatly decreased in value. It seems that the decrease in number of acres included in the current price was a move done to make the house more affordable or in other words, so someone buys it. It was listed for sale in Oct 2022 for $50 million, down to $35 million in March 2023, $29.995 million in April 2023 and taken off the market in May 2023. However, the house returned to the market in July 2023 for $26 million, increased to $39 million in September 2023 and again removed early Oct 2023. The Chris Mark mansion was listed yet again 2 days before Halloween for $29 million and is still on the market as of today, February 18, 2024.
4. I mentioned this before but some people in the past speculated the Ackles may intend on opening another brewery or even a B&B at this house. According to the zoning type for this property (AAA), they would not be allowed to open any manufacturing facility on this property (or really most any kind of business), nor would they be able to have a B&B on this property per current Fairfield city ordinances. Someone else about 4 miles from the Ackles' property over 10 years ago tried to get a law passed to allow for B&Bs in residential areas, which ultimately did not pass. This same house a woman wanted to turn into a bed and breakfast was sold a few years later.
Overall, the general rule seems to be that buying houses may not be the greatest investment when crunching the bottom line numbers but this is especially true with the larger houses. Given the Ackles' history of buying homes to renovate and then eventually sell, they most likely intend to sell this house at some point down the not too distant future. Given they also probably won't make this their forever home, the cost of the upkeep of this house compared to what they purchased this house for and ultimately sell it for probably will not churn out the profits they are hoping to gain by selling down the road. If the Ackles' had any intentions of using this house for anything other than as a personal residence (which was not listed on the real estate paperwork at the time of purchase back in July 2023), their plans would/will be foiled rather quickly.
I brought up the Chris Mark house as another case where McMansions just aren't a good investment. Not only is this house not a good choice for an investment as is the case for a family like the Ackles, the location of it is in my humble opinion not the greatest overall despite it being an affluent neighborhood due to some of the landmarks in this area.

Curious, but do you have a verse where Jackie and Eric end up together?
No, not currently, other than this weird early season 8 au I talked about a couple of years back. This au is where Jackie leaves PP after Sam enters the picture. For the most part, she keeps in contact with no one, except for Kelso.
In 2005, Kelso dies in a skiing accident, and Jackie comes back for his funeral. She knows a few things beforehand, such as...
1. Hyde marrying Kat Peterson, having a daughter Nicole (17), and then divorcing in the early 90s. He runs an auto shop in PP.
2. ED married, and had three kids. Amanda (17), Luke (14), and Rachel (3). However, Donna died giving birth to Rachel. Since Jackie didn't keep in contact with anyone else, she didn't attend her funeral. She left in 79 with her and Donna being on really bad terms, after Donna tried to befriend Sam.
3. Eric moved back to PP, from Madison, after Donna's death. He's a high school history teacher.
4. Fez and Laurie have a successful marriage, running a salon together. They have two kids, Evan (18) and Jasmine "Jazz" (13).
5. Kelso and Brooke were married, living in Chicago, and have three kids, Elizabeth "Betsy" (26), John "Jay" (23), and Anna "Annie" (18). Jackie visited them occasionally.
*****
As for her own life, she's been living in NYC with her daughter Gabrielle "Ellie" (20, who is attending NYU) and is divorced from her rich husband (didn't make a name for him, apparently). She's a successful real estate agent.
*****
Anywho, she returns, and begins to befriend both Eric and Hyde, as well as Amanda. She decides to stay in PP for awhile.

So it was a couple of weeks into December when we decided that moving to Poland was probably too big a step for us. At the same time, I found out that my company would pay me $20k to move out of NYC, but I had to do it by December 31st. Obviously, we were like, “Should we move to Florida immediately?!”
I would get paid 15% less if we lived outside of NYC, but there’s no income tax in Florida, and the cost of living is of course much cheaper. Like, our condo in NYC costs about $1250/sqft, while our condos in Florida cost about $575/sqft. A cocktail in NYC is $16 at the very cheapest, while I can get a cocktail in our area of Florida for $10. Plus, whatever stock I get from my company while I live in NYC, the state will collect tax on it when I sell it even if I’m living in Florida at the time. It doesn’t make sense to earn money in NYC!
So we really, really started to talk about moving down to one of our Florida condos. We went out to dinner with J’s two best friends and told them what we were thinking, and I kind of thought they’d freak out, but they were actually like, “Good for you! Go live by the beach!”
We talked to my cousin, who’s a realtor, about selling our NYC condo. How much we could get, if December is a terrible time to sell, if he would interview some NY real estate agents for us. We considered officially moving our address to Florida but hanging onto our condo until the spring when buyers are more motivated.
J told his parents what we were thinking, and I emailed a former boss of mine who recently moved from NJ to FL to ask what I would miss and if he regrets anything. I asked my current manager, who left San Francisco during the worst of COVID and bought a massive house in New Orleans, what to expect when moving from a huge city to the middle of nowhere. She said to expect a much better quality of life. 🙂
We were so serious about selling! But then J started having second thoughts. He’s lived in NYC most of his life, and he doesn’t feel comfortable around smalltown things like I do. Like, to me, there’s nothing more homey than a strip mall sushi bar with ample parking and all-white decor that stays white because 8.5 million people don’t live in the area. To J, it’s stifling.
He started thinking about how we’d never have any true friends in Florida, because everyone in our area is old and conservative. Our neighbors are all super nice, friendly for sure, but we’re just never going to be really close with people who are worried about trans people in their bathrooms or don’t think black lives matter. I, of course, said that any of our friends from back home will jump at the chance for a free stay at the beach whenever we offer. And that his parents would love to host us in NYC whenever we were willing to visit.
I didn’t actually hate the idea of visiting NYC a few times a year and doing all of our favorite things. What fun to have a whirlwind week of lavish dinners and fancy drinks with our closest friends and maybe even do touristy things we never did while we lived there!
But the final straw for J was that when we go on international trips, we always go on tours (mostly food tours, let’s be honest) where we meet people from all over the world. And there will always be someone in the group who’s lived in NYC or loves NYC, and I’m going to be honest, it feels like we usually get special attention because of it. And J said he just couldn’t imagine telling people that we’re from FLORIDA. 😂 It’s so funny, because he doesn’t usually like the limelight at all, and yet he apparently likes that a Berlin tour guide might take a shine to us!
So to him, the $20k wasn’t worth it to have to say goodbye to New York RIGHT NOW, and I understand where he’s coming from. All this to say, I still officially live in NYC. But you can bet I’m enjoying the month and a half we’re in Florida this winter!

How to Find the Best House for Sale?
There are many different types of real estate agencies out there. Some focus on representing buyers, while others represent sellers. There are also agencies that specialize in representing either buyers or sellers in specific markets or areas. And still others offer a more complete suite of services, including everything from property management to financing.
The type of real estate agency you choose will depend on your needs and preferences. If you're looking to buy a property, you'll want to find an agency that represents buyers. If you're looking to sell a property, you'll want to find an agency that represents sellers. And if you're looking for a more complete set of services, you'll want to find an agency that offers a full suite of services.
Tumblr media
Whichever type of houses for sale New York you choose, be sure to do your research and ask plenty of questions. You want to make sure you're working with an experienced and reputable professional who will have your best interests at heart.
A good agency will be able to help you with everything from finding the right property to negotiating the best price. They should also be able to provide you with advice on mortgages and other financial matters. If you're looking for an agency that's easy to get to, then you'll want to choose one that's located close to where you live or work. This way, you won't have to waste time travelling across town just to meet with them.

𝐘𝐀𝐒𝐄𝐌𝐈𝐍 𝐄𝐃𝐀 𝐀𝐊𝐌𝐀𝐍 — 🇲🇪🇱🇮🇸🇦 🇦🇸🇱🇮 🇵🇦🇲🇺🇰
THIRTY-FIVE YEARS OLD; CIS WOMAN; REAL ESTATE AGENT; has lived in WRIGHTSVILLE BEACH since march 2021

"You only feel it when it's lost, gettin' through still has a cost. Quietly, it slips through your fingers, love. Falling from you drop by drop;"
older twin by fifteen minutes, and spent most of her life trying her best to be as different as she possibly could from her sister Hazal. got married right after high school to who she thought be the love of her life, but, immaturities and incompatibilities started showing as the years passed, so yasemin started feeling really suffocated in her marriage, and a few years into it, she filed for divorce and then moved to london for a post-grad course, to keep focusing on her career. she moved to nyc after, where she worked for the marketing section of a multinational company, but ended up having a serious meltdown due to burnout. after spending a few weeks in the psych ward, yasemin decided to change careers and eventually got a real estate license, where she could put to good use her expertise in marketing and sales. moved to wilmington when she was offered to become the responsible for the wilmington branch of the company she works for. has tattoos on her arms and thighs, two forward helix, a daith and three australian piercings on her right ear, a nostril diamond piercing, wears her wavy hair either down or in a high ponytail, never leaves the house without her grandmother's diamond earrings or the necklace her father gave her on her graduation day. cannot live without music, scented candles and wine.
information —
triggers for — mentions of car accident, divorce and burnout
Born in Portland, Maine to Turkish parents, Yasemin Akman spent most of her early childhood running around with her sister on the outskirts of the beautiful, New England city. Her parents, a very dedicated accountant, and a strict cardiologist both made sure that their girls were not only raised with love but also, with ambitions and eyes set on building themselves stellar careers. So Yasemin grew up with this greed for things; She’d always wanted more than she had been given, and obviously, she knew she would have to work hard to make things possible for herself.
Such greed, in Yasemin, was mixed with a compassion instilled in her by her father, especially after than man had suffered a car accident that landed him on a wheelchair. From that day on, Bekir Akman became his daughters’ guiding light at home whereas their mother Cemre filled the girls lives with stories of improvement and encouragement.
At the age of fourteen, her family moved to Orange County, California due to a promotion that had been given to Dr. Akman, to work as the chief of Cardiology in the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. In California, Yasemin blossomed even more as both a young woman and the academic prodigy she’d started to work on back in New England. It was also in California that she began trying to be as different as possible from her twin sister, Hazal. She started dying her hair, wearing too much eye make-up, lashing out at people… eventually, it stopped.
It was towards the end of her high school years that she met someone who possibly became the most significant turning point in her life. From the moment they met, they seemed to be connected at the hip, and with time, that friendship and care turned into love. They seemed to work well together, she helped him with his studies and with his social skills and he---well, he gave her love. Pure love and companionship. He seemed to be her biggest supporter and for someone who aimed as high as Yasemin did, she could use all the support from around her. Her family had practically adopted him too, and from the time they had graduated high school, a marriage proposal knocked on her door, swooped her parents off their feet too, and there she was, having the cutest little end-of-the-summer wedding with her first love.
College life wasn’t as hard as most people made it out to be. Yasemin got accepted into Berkeley to study Marketing, and while her husband didn’t have the same luck to be accepted to the same university, he still followed her to Northern California to give their love a chance. So, since she had the academic part of her life already decided, it wasn’t hard for Yasemin to focus on what she needed to focus. The best part was that her husband, despite not going to the same University as her, also seemed interested in academic life, so all the pressure their friends were putting on them, asking about babies and all that, she could push to the back of her mind and focus on what mattered.
However, as time passed, Yasemin started feeling like she was trapped. It wasn’t like she didn’t love her husband, because she did. She truly did, but their lives came to a point where his life revolved around hers and hers revolved around something else: her career. Yasemin began feeling suffocated and unhappy, which was not ideal for marriage. Her career was going great, her social life was amazing and yet, there was still pressure to start a family and Yasemin didn’t know if it came from within herself or from the ones around her and it was taking a toll on her mental health.
When the opportunity to spend a few months studying in London showed up, Yasemin figured it was time to sit down and have a much-needed conversation with her high school sweetheart. Finally, she and her husband signed the divorce papers and she moved to London to do continue focusing on her career.
While in London, Yasemin moved on to study Consumer Behavior in a Master's course once again, focusing on building herself a career and thinking of herself as smarter than the others in the room despite her love life had fallen apart. Everything in her life seemed to happen so fast and so intensely that Yasemin didn't seem to be surprised by the curve balls and obstacles that life seemed to throw her way. In fact, she seemed to be determined not to let them stop her. She moved back to the United States, more precisely to New York City to work as the Marketing Chief of a multinational company. It was also in New York where she had a medical emergency due to burnout, which led her to a complete change in her career.
Both her therapist and her Psychiatrist had her step out of work, but, as stubborn and unstoppable as she was, Yasemin started taking getting her realtor’s license and from there, the sky was the limit. A friend gave her the opportunity to join a rising real estate company, and with her expertise in sales, consumer behavior, and sweet talking, it didn’t take long for Yasemin to start closing deals on millionaire properties and getting herself big commissions out of them. Soon enough, she was scouted to join a really big and important real estate agency with offices all over the United States, where she could create a solid network and make a bigger name for herself.
What brought Yasemin to Wilmington was the chance to oversee the Wilmington offices of the agency she works for. She still drives to Raleigh once or twice a week for important meetings, but for most situations, she’s able to do those online. She bought herself a small beautiful house facing the ocean in Wrightsville Beach and has been living there for the last three years.

AG's release of Claudie has inspired me to educate myself more about the Great Migration and the Harlem Renaissance. Here is some more big-picture context for the movement and concentration of black people in the 20th century that led to intellectual and artistic flourishing, especially in but not limited to the 1920s. I'm quoting below from The Warmth of Other Suns by Isabel Wilkerson, and she focuses on the 1940s because that's when one of her interview subjects arrived in Harlem.
Tumblr media
Wilkerson talks about how, especially after World War I, black people left sharecropping and Jim Crow laws in the South, and they were met with racist efforts to keep them out in the North as well. She says: "White leaders warned colored real estate agents not to seek housing on certain streets....
In the end, none of these things [racist efforts] worked, not because anti-black forces gave up or grew more tolerant but because of the more fluid culture and economics of the North - the desire of whites to sell or rent to whomever they chose whether for profit or out of fear, necessity, or self interest, or the temptation of higher rents that could be extracted from colored tenants with few other places to go.
Tumblr media
Just as significantly, these things didn't work because of what might be called the dispassion of the indifferent. The silent majority of whites could be frightened into lockstep solidarity in the authoritarian South but could not be controlled or willed into submission in the cacophonous big cities in the North....
By the 1940s...Harlem was a mature and well-established capital of black cultural life, having peaked with the Harlem Renaissance, plunged into Depression after the 1929 stock market crash, climbed back to life during World War II....Virtually every black luminary was living within blocks of the others in the elevator buildings and lace-curtained brownstones up on Sugar Hill...."
The Warmth of Other Suns by Isabel Wilkerson
Tumblr media
Wilkerson goes in more depth about how African-Americans were limited in terms of housing to one geograhic area within NYC and were charged more in rent than whites in other parts of town. Wilkerson also talks about rent parties, efforts to raise $$ to pay the high rent, which is part of Claudie's fictional story.
(I found the historic images of Harlem through Creative Commons).

Hacketteer Headcannons
Nick: He is the other character that I get NYC vibes from. Though he’s originally from Australia Nick and his family have moved all over, they’ve lived in South Africa, Germany and Spain. His mother is a top real-estate agent who works for an international firm that specializes in selling luxury penthouses. Now all their globe-trotting has landed him in NY. Nick is an only child, he doesn’t feel lonely or left out, he’s never been really expressive anyway, but the frequent moves has taken a toll on his social life, he finds it hard to keep in touch with the few friends he has made when they’re a world away and in different time zones. It always takes him a while to open up and it feels like just when he has it’s time to move again. They’ve always moved as a family up until this point, but this time his dad stayed behind while he and his mom went to the US.
They each told him it was only supposed to be for a few months until he was able to wrap up some projects at work and get the house sold, but now it’s a year and a half later and he still only sees his dad on video chat. Nick has no idea if his parents are divorced or not, neither of them talk about it, or even each other and he feels like he can’t bring it up. Nick’s been resenting his parents for it, mostly his mother though, he has no meaningful relationships in his life, he’s not close to either of his parents and can’t keep friends. Nicks always had a slightly better connection with his father since they spent a lot of time camping, but now he’s in a concrete jungle without his dad. He’s just ending his senior year of High school so there’s no point making connections now. Nick doesn’t even feel like he has a real home, moving across the globe from condo to condo they all have the same white minimalist look, he barely even remembers his home in Australia. Nick decided to become a counselor at Hacketts Quarry Summer Camp because it’d get him away from the city and surrounded by nature. He always felt stifled by the city and really needs a getaway. During the night of the full moon as Nick turns, I feel a lot of the things he says to Abi is coming from his own frustrations at himself. Nick spent his whole summer being interested in her and as far as we know his only real relationship was a shallow friendship with Jacob. This time Nick had no one to blame but himself, he still wasn’t able to get anywhere with Abi and instead of taking the blame on himself he pushed it onto Abi and her slow indecisive nature.

No where in the article does it say the Ackles are going to build more houses on their 3 acres. People really can’t even read properly. This is a high end neighborhood, and I would be shocked if their neighbors would be OK with a B&B! This house is in pristine condition, already renovated and close to NYC. The Boys is renewed for S5, so this is likely a good home base for the next year or two. The family can live in it awhile and then sell it in a few for a tidy profit. Simple.

This is the part that confused people. They thought that "the buyers" referred to the Ackles, but it refers to the other parcels. Later in the article, it talks about how his daughter is building a house on her parcel.
I hear that the Ackles also looked at property in Texas and New Orleans before deciding on this one. One of the properties in Texas was a wedding venue.
From a source: it usually takes those houses in the Colorado house price range 6 months to move. It sold within 30 days. Once the money from the sale goes in a trust, they have 180 days to find another property/s to “exchange”.
There are real estate investors in Sothebys (which is who sold the CO house) that give you access to investment properties that may not be on open market yet across the US or internationally. The CT house was listed for $42m for the whole original property and Marc Lasry started to break up the estate into parcel lots in late last year and got approved early this year.
The Ackles' agents probably got wind of it. Ackles was probably given several properties to choose from to use the property funds.
Remember how Jensen posted that photo of a staircase from that place in New Orleans? They were looking at various properties to purchase, but also at properties to get inspiration for the properties they purchased.
This source could be wrong, but they were also the one who said Connecticut before I saw anyone else saying it so...

not my usual content but nyc real estate is fucking dystopian. Just toured a 3rd floor walkups are going for $3400/mo. Not to mention the horrible experiences i’ve had with these real estate agents’ egos — super flakey and rude. It truly feels like playing a game of monopoly to them.
