Been having thoughts about ISAT’s ending for a while now. The ending is extremely swell and I love it a lot, but I’ve been haunted by a flash assumption I had late in Act 5

!!! SPOILERS FOR ACT 5 AND BEYOND !!!

Between the resolution with The King and up until the final fight, I had assumed Siffrin was going to die? This would have been extremely cruel thematically but I’ve seen enough of these sorts of things that I wasn’t going to be shocked if it had happened. It didn’t, obviously, and the ending we got was wonderful, and I’m very happy that everyone made it out okay… but I’ve been rolling around the idea of Sif dying in my head. 

I don’t feel like it would be thematically incoherent? Thematically cruel, absolutely, but not completely out of line. 

Hear me out: The King is defeated, Vaugarde is saved, and Siffrin is now too sick and burnt out to continue. Vaugarde’s wish has been granted, and Siffrin, unable to go on, has to accept their own death, a real one this time, with no looping back. 

Siffrin not wanting everyone to leave can be granted, in a cruel, twisted way. They will never have to be left behind by their family, never have to say goodbye, since they can spend their final moments surrounded by them. The House’s balcony would provide an ample location as well, with The Island being visible just on the horizon. Siffrin can die, having completed their goal, surrounded by their family, seeing their homeland for one last time, and rest easy knowing that they were loved.

It would be a tragic end, but still an ending.

And wouldn’t this be exactly what Loop wanted?

King is dead, or at least dead enough. Country is saved, loops are over, and that weird clone copy debacle wrapped itself up nicely. The party can stick close to each other since they have a body to deal with, and Loop gets to have their family back. Everyone is alive, a Siffrin is alive. Everything is as it should be.

When I first got into kpop it was so amazing, interesting, different and new to me. I was surprised and really excited to know more, than one day I was watching a Blackpink mv (I am an Army) and was going through comments section and saw many stans fighting with each on whose idol is better. And that day I realised that apparently there's a huge strife between Armys and Blinks. I didn't get why. I didn't understand the concept of putting one artist down to appreciate another. Why am saying all this? Today after I read about Sulli, I was broken. We all can easily blame their labels and their management but what we will not see is ourselves. Why do we have to spread hate? Why do we feel such a need to start a fight and degrade each other? Why do these fanwars exit? These fanwars don't do anything but insult the artists in question. They say numerous hateful things about the artist. Be it anyone, BTS, Blackpink, EXO, Shinee, (G) IDLE, Sunime, Chungha and so so many others. I am not saying that people wouldn't criticise them. Of course they will but what we as Kpop fans usually do is insult them, hate them because? There's no because. There's no reason for this hate. The kind of environment kpop fans have made is so toxic and it's sometimes hard to remember that you joined it because of love. This hate not only spreads through the fans but also seeps into the lives of the artist and slowly eats them alive. How much hate can one take? It's not just the labels, Bighit is known to be a great company, but still BTS went through really dark times. Who do we blame it to now? Of course it was the hate that surrounded them. Surely, these companies should take care of their in a better way. But so shall we. We should be considerate of their feelings and what might happen if they see what has been said. Before artists, idols, celebrities, they are humans. And they feel the same things as we do. Let's just consider how many lives are at stake when we post our next, tweet, comment, joke or whatever. Let's just start focusing on loving artists and respecting them and everyone else.

Heute muss ich nicht viel kommentieren zu #dasetwasanderewahlplakat. Die #Geisterjäger, die heute symbolisch die Geister aus vergangenen und sehr schlimmen Zeiten „verjagen“ sollen. Am gestrigen Samstag, war ich zum einen traurig darüber, dass Esther Bejarano verstarb. Sie war eine deutsche jüdische Überlebende des KZ Auschwitz-Birkenau. Später engagierte sie sich in der Vereinigung der Verfolgten des Naziregimes – Bund der Antifaschistinnen und Antifaschisten. Eine Zeitzeugin, die einfach fehlen wird. Und zum anderen, am gestrigen Tag, wurde an den Wahlinfoständen meine Mitbewerberin @tjorvenmaack von der NPD versucht einzuschüchtern. Eine Sache, die leider immer wieder passiert, wenn man für eine offene und tolerante Gesellschaft eintritt. Ich möchte danke dafür sagen, dass es über alle Fraktionen hinweg Solidarisierungsbekundungen mit Tjorven gab und ich möchte euch auch bitten ihren Beitrag zu dem Thema zu lesen. Es ist schön zu sehen, dass wir zusammen stehen, wenn es um Menschen geht, die für unsere offene Gesellschaft einstehen. Unsere geliebte Demokratie wird diese ewiggestrigen aushalten - aber es ist nicht mehr hinnehmbar was passiert unter dem Deckmantel der Meinungsfreiheit. Da hat der Bundesinnenminister Horst Seehofer von der CSU aber einmal so richtig was aus dem Hut gezaubert. Drei Punkte, mit denen der Kampf gegen Rechtsextremismus künftig verstärkt werden soll. Zum Ersten die mittlerweile alte Leier, dass die Bekämpfung des Rechtsextremismus bundesweit verstärkt werden soll. Eu sunt foarte sigură că eşti o persoană minunată, cu o inimă bună! Uneori, persoanele de lângă noi nu-şi dau seama cât sunt de norocoşi că ne au alături. Sunt atât de fixați pe sine, pe greşeli încât uită că nu doar ei contează. Poate e doar un moment de slăbiciune sau poate e o obişnuință pentru ei să-i facă pe alții să se simtă naşpa.Dacă tu nu eşti cum îți spune x, nu înseamnă că eşti o persoană rea.
