Playdate with Winnie The Pooh Showrunner And Executive Producer Elise Fachon Hints New Preschool Series Based On Legacy Walt Disney Animation Studios IP

Animation Magazine Interviewed Playdate with Winnie The Pooh EP Elise Fachon where she discussed working for Disney Television Animation and Oddbot and how that lead her to showrun and Executive Produce "Playdate with Winnie The Pooh".

During the interview while asked about current projects she hinted that she's working on a new animated series based on a "popular property dear to her heart" likely a new series based on a legacy Walt Disney Animation Studios film.

One of my big projects is Playdate with Winnie the Pooh, which just made its premiere on Disney Junior and Disney Junior YouTube, but we have other shorts in development I’m also really excited about. Unfortunately, I can’t say much about them, but one is a property I’ve loved for a long time, and I’m really excited to share more about it once we’re further along.

Elise Fachon has worked as EP for Disney Junior Ready for Preschool, Disney Junior Wonderful World of Songs for Disney Junior Educational Resource Group and co-created Playdate with Winnie The Pooh with Disney TVA trought Oddbot Inc.

Obscure Animation Subject #169: Kindergarten: The Musical

So, this is a Disney Junior show produced by a company called Oddbot Entertainment, and is a musical series about 5 year old Berti Benavente, who started kindergarten and learns about the pros and cons of school. Each episode has a musical number animated in 2D flash animation, although most of it is in CGI, and each episode is half-hour with two stories per episode.

I have heard about it, although I heard its quite average. I may check it out though since it’s rare to get 2D in preschool shows nowadays.

Straight from the pages of THE BOLT #7, it’s the Oddbot! It’s a giant robot that Oddball (via satellite) uses to confront the Bolt. It’s equipped with a variety of weapons geared specifically to counter Bolt’s lightning abilities, or it could just step on him. A bit messy but still effective! Dr. Whilelm, sarcastic arse with an abrasive personality and master of almost all things that you can get a doctorate for (and some change) with an abrasive personality. Being an experienced surgeon, Wilhelm does autopsies on the poor schmucks that Paul kidna-,I MEAN, “”picks up”” on his travels through the multiverse , studying and replacing various bits and bobs to “see how they tick”.

by that i mean examining the internal organs and bone structure and replacing some of the limbs with mechanical prosthetics made by Paul.

But don’t worry, he tries to be as friendly and non-threatening as possible during surgery (despite being a bit of an [REDACTED] outside of his office), in fact the stories that he tells during surgery will leave you in 

Stitches.

“But Paul!” I hear you ask with a gob of snot dripping out of your nose, “how does Wilhelm talk to his patients during surgery??” you snort. 

Simple my good [redacted], he uses his own creation: the N.U.R.S.E or, Neural Uber Re-generation System and Extractor. 

It has a tool on it that can keep the patient’s brain functions working thus keeping them alive, not only that, but it can also regrow muscle and bone tissue, and, with the help of a lil 1000-volt electric shock, bring back the dead! But surgery isn’t he only thing he’s good at!

He’s also, among many other things, is also a top of his class veterinarian, therapist, and geneticist! He is the creator of the revolutionary and mysterious gene modifying phasemids that will change the modern world as we know it! They probably would sooner if they didn’t, you know, cause the user’s head to explode like a melon.

Finally the show that I was a revisionist and later storyboard artist on for all of 2020 has finally been announced!! “Action Pack” was such a fun show and the most action-focused preschool show I’ve seen. Really learned a lot from working on it!!
