Forever mad that people continue to shit on "stargender" as an example of an outlandish nonbinary identity. Women and men have claimed the sun and moon a million times over in different configurations. Why shouldn't we be beautiful, infinitely varied stars?? Which are also sometimes suns and moons and planets! What about our heavenly bodies makes you cringe?

Hi! Your drawings are amazing! But may I ask why Danny, Sam, and Toker are living together? Under what circumstances did they move in together?

They’re all STEM kids so they found a school that had decent programs in all their majors (Sam in Ecology, Danny in Physics, and Tucker in Computer Information Systems). In my head it’s some reasonably cheap(ish), decently easy to get into state school or something similar.

They were looking for places to live during the summer after senior year, when Sam’s parents looked over her shoulder and decided buying their daughter a house and renting it after graduation would make them more money in the long run than paying some other slumlord rent for four years (campus rentals are a racket and the Mansons wanna cash in lmao).

Danny, Sam, and Tucker wanted to live together bc long live team phantom. They don’t have to hide any ghost stuff from unknown roommates and the rent is free. Danny and Tucker both have part time jobs at Nasty Burger and Sam volunteers and has a million extracurriculars.

I love how they set taub’s biggest issue up to be the fact that he cheats on his wife. like that’s the only thing wrong with him really. and everybody dunks on him for it. meanwhile wilson has been causally dropping the fact that he’s a serial philanderer since season 1 and nobody bats an eye because there’s just so much else to unpack that it might be the most normal aspect of his personality

y’know like. I know that my brain fundamentally works a little different from most people but sometimes it just hits me out of the blue over the most innocuous things - e.g.: I’ve seen so many people get confused over Armand’s “picking lint off the sofa” line and I just don’t understand why. They’re googling when lint rollers were invented and acting as if he’s saying the most outlandish thing and “people don’t do that” - and like…

First of all, lint brushes precede lint rollers and he would be aware of them - and second, he is not picking lint off the sofa to tidy up?.. It’s a fidget. He’s sitting on the sofa bored out of his skull and trying to do something with his hands. He’s a fidgety person. We see him rubbing circles into his shoulder or leg (or Louis’ leg) during the interview, he taps his fingers, it’s just something he does; and Jesus Christ, did NONE of the people acting up their confusion ever peel cracking paint, or pull grass when sitting in outdoor gym, or dog ear a book - or, indeed, pick lint off a fucking sofa?..

Thinking about preteen sannin in a dark room playing around with a ouijaboard. Jiraiya is scared shitless and in tears because "Stop moving the thing!". Tsuna and Oro both swear up and down they're not moving it. Despite them having moved the pointer several times, just to mess with Jiraiya and give him outlandish prophesies and nonsensical advice for shits and giggles. But they're also not moving it some of the time. It just moves on it's own but those times Oro thinks it's Tsu and Tsu thinks it's Oro. Who's moving the pointer? Who knows. Jiraiya is convinced it's either his two shithead teammates or vengeful spirits.

Years later Oro finds Tobirama's notes on Edo Tensei and it brings them back to their Ouijaboard game nights with the other sannin. Because Edo Tensei is just the scientifically applied effect of a Ouijaboard.

also re: my last post

my therapy is not going well. like. it's going terribly. the past couple of times i'd leave more upset/frustrated than before the session and it got to the point where i started bracing myself before i'd even leave the house.

i spent half a year waiting to even see someone, to end up here. i stuck to therapy and the whole 'slow progress one step at a time' shtick for months because i wanted to get better. so so bad. even when i'd feel like i'm not moving forward, i'd try to convince myself that change takes time. i'd listen to my therapist and trust that she knows better. and now, almost a year later, i realize that i'm right where i started. nothing's changed. and my best case scenario would be to try again. to wait. find someone else. and i'm just... tired.
