Triggers: Drugging. Abuse. Voyeurism. Black Market.
What if Whumper ran a dark web only fans, and Whumpee has to endure whatever Whumper's fans pay for.
"Hello everyone, I'm here live with Whumpee", Whumper slams their hands down on Whumpee's shoulder causing a muffled groan from a gagged and muzzled Whumpee.
"The same rules apply, five dollars to elongate their suffering by five minutes. Ten dollars to elongate the torture for thirty minutes. You can pick what their punishment is for thirty dollars", Whumper walked around to the camera, "rules are simple, I won't kill them, so don't bother asking, they are how I get paid."
Whumper smiled, "as requested Whumpee has not had anything to eat or drink since our last live show a few days ago. I will be removing that request for this one, as they will need to eat and drink something after this. They've been a bit cranky lately so I will have to feed them."
"My account is open, Whumpee is very excited to see what happens", Whumper turned to Whumpee, "aren't you?"
Whumpee pulled against the ropes tying them down to the chair.
"That's the spirit", Whumper turned and watched their account filling with money, "we have some eager fans today."
Whumpee whimpered as Whumper picked up a whip.
"I'm just going to whip them until we get a request", Whumper turned to Whumpee and began the assault.
Whumpee fell forward shakingly when Whumper stopped to check the request.
"That's dam near a hundred dollars in fives and tens. Looks like we'll be here for a while", Whumper smiled into the camera, "I also see two request, and your money has been deposited."
Whumper grabbed a bottle of water and took a big drink, "first request is to give Whumpee salt water", Whumper began pouring salt into the bottle, "this is going to suck for them, they are so dehydrated from not getting water, they'll drink this right up, but the salt will suck away any water they may have."
Whumper shook the bottle as they removed the muzzle and gag.
"Drink it", Whumper shoved the bottle into Whumpee's mouth and tipped it. Whumpee started to choke as the water dumped into their mouth, but the flood didn't relent.
"The second request came from the same person, and they asked to also pour some of the salt water into Whumpee's face", Whumper yanked the bottle out of Whumpee's mouth and dumped the rest onto Whumpee's face.
Whumpee screamed as they clenched their eyes closed. They instinctively tried to lift their hands to wipe their face, but they were limited by the ropes.
As they continued to scream, Whumper replaced the gag into Whumpee's mouth.
"Those muffled cries are so sweet", Whumper walked to the camera, then eyed the account, "just a reminder I do limit these to five hour sessions, if my math is correct we are over three hours. My account will freeze when it is maxed, and it will not allow any more five dollar or ten dollar payments."
Whumpee slumped forward as tears streamed down their face. Their eyes and throat burnt from the excessive salt. Their tongue felt like it was swiveling up.
"Hmm, I like this request", Whumpee heard Whumper laugh, "do your favorite punishment to Whumpee."
Whumpee gulped.
Whumper grabbed a pair of pliers and approached Whumpee.
"My favorite punishment is to pull off fingernails. They scratched me once. After that I decided it was easier just to remove the nails instead of wasting time cutting and filing them", Whumper started to pull the nails off one by one as Whumpee screamed louder and louder.
Whumpee's throat was raw by the end, their fingers were numb as blood dripped from the tips.
Whumper walked over to the monitor, "hmm, hey Whumpee, you'll hate this, but I just received a thirty dollars request to remove your toenails. Are you ready?"
Whumpee frantically shook their head no. They pleadingly looked at Whumper as they knelt down and untied one of Whumpee's feet.
"Pwease", Whumpee begged, "pwease nuh."
Whumpee's breathing was shallow once Whumper was done. Their head bobbed as their vision began to blur.
Whumper looked sadly at the camera as their session would be ending soon.
"So we are at our final few minutes of this live session, and I have one last request that popped up. I am turning off the payments now. You all maxed me out almost instantly and got us to five hours, I'm sure Whumpee was grateful", Whumper chuckled as they looked back at Whumpee.
Whumpee's head hung back, and their breathing was struggled.
"I absolutely appreciate everyone's support on my live feed shows. It is a huge blessing", Whumper stood, "now for the last punishment to be inflicted; find my biggest hammer and take out one of Whumpee's knee caps."
Whumpee's head shot up and they looked worriedly at Whumper.
"Oh that got their attention", Whumper chuckled as they approached Whumpee threatingly, "I need to go get my hammer, be entertaining for them until I return."
Whumpee looked at the camera pleadingly then lowered their head.
Whumper came back with the hammer.
Whumpee looked up pleadingly.
"We have to do it, I've already been paid", Whumper chuckled, then raised the hammer, "it's only one knee, not like you need it."
Whumpee squeezed their eyes shut as the hammer came down.
They groaned as the hammer repeatedly hit down onto their knee.
Whumper stopped and went to the camera, "thankyou again to everyone who joined our live and all of the support. We will be back next week for another live video with Whumpee. That should give them plenty of time to recover."
Whumper turned to look at Whumpee, then backed to the camera.
"Maybe", Whumper laughed, "signing out."
Whumper untied Whumpee and dragged them back to their cell.
"Please, please", Whumpee cried out as they were lowered to the floor.
"Okay, shh. You did such a good job today", Whumper shackled Whumpee to a long chain welded into the wall, "do you want your reward?"
Whumpee wiped away some tears with their arms, leaving a trail of blood along their cheeks.
They looked at Whumper and shakingly nodded.
"Very well, let's get some food and water in you, and I'll drug you up", Whumper laughed.
Whumper helped Whumpee eat and drink.
"Yep that salt water was a harsh one", Whumper filled another cup of water and offered it to Whumpee, "get another cup in you before you become higher than a kite."
Whumpee frowned and watched Whumper move around the room, preparing the drug.
"Okay here we go", Whumper sat down and finished rolling their maraujana special, "fresh from my garden."
Whumper took a few puffs before holding it up for Whumpee.
"That's the stuff", Whumper smiled.
Whumpee started to lose consciousness after a few minutes. One final puff pushed them over the edge. They no longer felt anything. A line of drool spilled from their mouth as they fell asleep.
Whumper sat back against the wall to finish out the joint.
"Light weight", Whumper sighed.
"Get some rest, Whumpee", Whumper blew one more puff at Whumpee's face before pushing them to the floor.

What are your thoughts on commissions? I knew people who talked about it, but it's way too close to monetizing fanfic for me.
complete unvarnished honesty: i personally think it falls into the "black market" for fanfics and thus endangers the fanfic community as a whole, and you'll never see me doing it as a result
the "safest" (term used loosely) form of payment for fanfic would be a digital "tip jar" that does not connect to any direct exchange of goods/services...no one should use it as a payment system for requests, just as a completely disconnected "thank you" option anyone can use at any time, with no promise of something being delivered in exchange for that money...you have some plausible deniability there in terms of WHY someone is paying you and WHAT they're paying you for using that kind of system
but i think any copyright lawyer worth their salt will be able to connect the dots on what it's really for, especially if they uncover messages making a request you then fulfilled, so you're still taking a chance
part of my Actual Adult Job is monitoring copyright shit...there's a VERY delicate balance of fanworks we keep an eye on...i genuinely do not think fanfic writers and fan artists truly realize how tenuous this whole system is, because a few well-placed legal attacks could stymy the world of fandom in BIG WAYS...it's just not in most entertainment companies' immediate interest to do so because most fanworks help advertise the parent product in some capacity

So... Yes, that’s an interesting question. And yes, disabled people should absolutely write cyberpunk. The thing is, the question she’s proposing is a standard one in the cyberpunk genre, which anyone who reads or interacts with it at all knows. And that is why this is a “tell me you don’t read cyberpunk without telling me you don’t read cyberpunk” take.
Neuromancer opens with a scene featuring a bartender with an out of proportion, hot pink arm because it’s all he can afford in the latest stage capitalism wasteland he lives in.
Johnny Mnemonic is about horrific damage being done to people due to zero regulations on implant use and a corp trying to suppress public distribution of a cure for a debilitating long-term illness.
Cyberpunk 2020 the tabletop game featured for-profit healthcare as an antagonist back in the early days. The video game expanded on the specifics, including scenes where you find bodies of people who an ambulance just... didn’t come for because their payments lapsed. Maximum Mike the radio personality talks about how Trauma Team will find people in debt to them and trade out their life-saving devices for the cheapest thing on the market and leave them in the street. Militech preys on disabled veterans and does something similar to Trauma Team for PR. There’s multiple sources suggesting that people’s cyberware is monitoring them, presumably for R&D and to sell the information.
Cyberware in multiple stories has built in use by dates to force people to upgrade to the latest model or suffer the consequences.
Licensing fees wouldn’t be some revolutionary change, they just fit neatly into the genre as it exists right now.
Late stage capitalism preying on people with special attention to the most vulnerable in society (and especially the disabled) is literally the entire part of the genre that isn’t wrapped up in “what measure is a human?” navel gazing.

I’m sick af so what better time than to discuss headcanons about Trafalgar Law and his crew?!?
Warning ⚠️ will contain gruesome and disturbing things. Law canonically has a bit of a disturbing reputation an I like to keep it in mind for my HC… the OP world is an dystopian nightmare and it will be much more prominent because I will tone down the Saturday morning cartoons vibe that the story usually is told in.
Law has a very give-and-take stance on things in life. To him, for him to owe someone else something (like a favor or a debt of gratitude) is for him to owe them subservitude. And he will not stand for it. On the flip side, if someone owes him a debt or favor, he expects them to either pay it back in kind, or owe him servitude until such a time he feels like it’s been repaid.
Law has a extremely bland reaction to if people are dying, especially for a doctor. He generally doesn’t care if people around him dies or not (except if he cares about them) as he figures people will die, and if they don’t want to compensate him properly then who gives a shit. Despite this, if he was to stumble across someone or something terribly wounded, his first instinct is to save their life. In fact that’s how he ended up with the wast majority of his crew.
Law and the Heart pirates are one of very few pirate crews known for not making money through piracy, instead they make money by utilizing the black market to sell abortion-medicine and human organs and blood and other things. As Law has a policy to not use his medical services for money, most of the human stuff comes from payment from patients he’s helped. Most people don’t mind paying for their life (or the life of a loved one) with a kidney or a lung and Law’s all too happy to use a person’s desperation for his own gain.
Law cares little for his bounty, he does care extremely about his reputation though and will usually lean into his more terrifying rumors when dealing with people to intimidate them into submission.
In every port that the Heart pirates port in, Law will treat all the prostitutes free of charge. Not from the goodness of his heart, but because he knows his crew will likely visit them and rather than having to cure his crew repeatedly from sexual diseases, it’s easier for him to just go to the source. It also makes them like him and Law has gotten lots of useful information this way over the years. His crew also loves this because they usually get discounts and don’t have to worry about getting something nasty.
Law totally has a “safe sex” talk with his crew every time they get a new member. M/m, w/w, m/w, masturbation, you name it, he’s covered it (from a medical/safety pov). And yes, he had an entire section about “Why We Don’t Fuck Corpses”. It’s every bit as mortifying as it sounds and Law makes everyone listen to it, every time, not just the newest member/-s.
In fact, Law’s so rigorous in his monitoring of his crews health nobody has ever been sick. It’s a source of pride for Law, though he’d rather die than let anyone know that.
Law doesn’t hunt for food. He’ll fish and will kill animals if they stumble across him, but the act of hunting down something fleeing for its life turns his stomach and he refuses to do it.
Though never really said outright, Law loves clothes. He especially loves buying clothes and then using his powers to modify them to look exactly as he wants. After all, clothes bearing his jolly roger doesn’t exactly exist in stores.
Law got his first bounty because a world noble tracked him down and told Law he’d pay whatever he wanted as long as he cured him. Law - predictably- hates nobles and goes “sure, I can save you, but the price is your dick and balls” the nobleman obviously took great offense to that until Law reminds him he’s dealing with pirates and “should be down on all four licking his shoes in gratitude that’s all he’s asking for”. The nobleman died a couple of months later and Law’s first bounty was released shortly after.
Hakugan wears a mask at all times because his previous leader found him after he’d joined the Hearts and showed his face into a fire place and more or less burned his face off. Law gave him new eyes, lips and everything after he dealt with the minor crime lord. (Incidentally he told the man he was going to rip his spine out and beat him to death with it, which he did, though it was more like the blood loss actually killed him)
Law has a sadistic side, though it generally doesn’t rear its ugly head often. As Law generally doesn’t have a appetite for seeing suffering. He does like making people sweat and squirm though.
The darkest things Laws done to other people consists of;
killing Hakugans previous boss as mentioned above.
Killing the head of a criminal gang who specialized in organ harvesting because they killed a young teenage girl who reminded Law of Lamy, in retaliation Law strapped him to his own table and cut him open and started taking out organs and removing ribs and telling him different things about the human body as the bound and gagged man writhed in agony.
After learning that a man who he was working with planned to double-cross him, kidnapped the man and put one of the man’s own bombs in his stomach to make him do his bidding.
To get information about Punk Hazard Law cut up some of Doflamingos men, buried their bodies alive and came back the following day to see if they were willing to give him the information he wanted.
The above mentioned thing is why the Hearts are terrified of their captain. Don’t get me wrong, they absolutely love and adore him, but to the crew he’s kinda like the ultimate scary dog privilege.
Law has a love for all things cute and fluffy, but his sense of humor is more on the morbid side.
Law has reading glasses, he generally only wears them when studying thick medical journals, so only 5 people knows and has seen him wear them.
Law has an amazing memory, extremely high IQ, but has a really low “social IQ”, which makes him great at being cold and calculating but is incredibly socially awkward if he doesn’t have a plan to follow.
Law was never really into the whole “human contact” thing as a child, something his family respected, but it reached new highs after the destruction of White Town and Law escaping by hiding under a pile of bodies. Law feeling other bodies pressed against him will never not make his skin crawl, the only exception to this is Bepo.
There! I think that’s enough brain vomit lol
I think the fever has gone down a bit, but I apologize if… actually, I’ll just apologize, full stop. 😅

Discussing Partnerships in the High-Risk Merchant Processing Industry
Article by Jonathan Bomser | CEO | Accept-Credit-Cards-Now.com
youtube
In the current financial landscape, the high-risk merchant processing industry plays a crucial role in facilitating transactions for businesses considered riskier by traditional financial institutions. As businesses aim to expand their reach, partnerships become a key strategy in navigating the complexities of accepting credit cards.
Merchant Account Processing: Building Trust through Collaboration
In the realm of high-risk merchant account processing, establishing reliable partnerships is of utmost importance. Given the unique challenges associated with high-risk businesses, collaboration between payment processors and merchants can lead to innovative solutions that address specific industry needs. One primary advantage of strategic partnerships in merchant account processing is the ability to pool resources and expertise. Payment processors, with their knowledge of compliance requirements and risk management, can work closely with high-risk businesses to create tailored solutions. This approach not only ensures smoother merchant onboarding but also fosters a relationship built on trust and understanding.
Accept Credit Cards: Expanding Market Reach
For businesses operating in high-risk sectors, the ability to accept credit cards is a game-changer. Consumers increasingly prefer the convenience of card payments, and businesses unable to accommodate this preference may find themselves at a competitive disadvantage. Partnerships in the high-risk merchant processing industry can open doors for businesses to seamlessly integrate credit card acceptance. Payment processors, equipped with the latest technologies and security measures, can guide merchants through the integration process. This enhances the customer experience and broadens the market reach for high-risk businesses, enabling them to tap into a larger consumer base.
Payment Processing: Mitigating Risks through Collaboration
Effective risk management is at the core of successful high-risk merchant processing. In a landscape where fraudulent activities and chargebacks are prevalent, collaborative partnerships become instrumental in developing robust payment processing solutions. By leveraging the expertise of payment processors, high-risk merchants can implement advanced fraud detection tools and security measures. Shared insights and data analytics can further enhance risk assessment strategies, allowing businesses to stay one step ahead of potential threats. Through these collaborative efforts, the payment processing experience becomes not only secure but also efficient.
Enhancing Customer Support: A Focus on Service Excellence
Providing exceptional customer support is crucial for building long-term partnerships in payment processing. Collaborative efforts between payment processors and merchants can extend beyond transaction processing to include comprehensive customer support services. By working together, payment processors can offer dedicated support teams that specialize in high-risk industries. These teams are well-versed in the unique challenges faced by merchants in these sectors and can provide timely and knowledgeable assistance. Whether it's addressing payment issues, resolving disputes, or providing technical support, a strong focus on service excellence strengthens the relationship between payment processors and merchants, fostering trust and loyalty.
Staying Ahead of Regulatory Compliance: A Shared Responsibility
Compliance with regulatory standards is a top priority for businesses in the high-risk merchant processing industry. Collaborative partnerships play a vital role in staying ahead of evolving compliance requirements and ensuring adherence to industry regulations. Payment processors can actively monitor changes in regulations and communicate them to their merchant partners. By sharing insights and providing guidance on compliance best practices, payment processors help high-risk businesses navigate the complex landscape of regulatory requirements. This collaborative approach minimizes the risk of non-compliance, protects businesses from penalties or legal issues, and maintains a strong reputation within the industry.
By working together, payment processors and high-risk merchants can proactively address compliance challenges, establish robust internal controls, and demonstrate a commitment to operating ethically and responsibly.

Starting an e-commerce business can be an exciting venture with immense potential. However, with the opportunities come challenges and uncertainties. Before diving into the world of online retail, it’s crucial to plan carefully and set a solid foundation. Here are some essential tips to consider before launching your e-commerce business:
1. Conduct Market Research
Understanding the market is fundamental to any successful business. Start by identifying your target audience and analyzing competitors. Research trends, customer preferences, and potential gaps in the market. Tools like Google Trends, social media analytics, and industry reports can provide valuable insights. This research will help you tailor your products or services to meet market demands and differentiate yourself from competitors.
2. Define Your Business Model
E-commerce offers various business models, such as B2C (Business to Consumer), B2B (Business to Business), C2C (Consumer to Consumer), and subscription-based models. Determine which model aligns with your goals and resources. Each model has its own set of challenges and requirements, so choose one that best fits your product or service and target market.
3. Create a Solid Business Plan
A comprehensive business plan serves as a roadmap for your e-commerce venture. Outline your business goals, strategies, target audience, marketing plan, financial projections, and operational plan. This document will not only guide your efforts but also help secure funding if needed. A clear plan can keep you focused and organized as you navigate the complexities of launching and running an e-commerce business.
4. Choose the Right E-Commerce Platform
Selecting the right e-commerce platform is crucial for the success of your online store. Popular platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, and BigCommerce each offer unique features and capabilities. Consider factors such as ease of use, scalability, customization options, payment gateways, and integration with other tools. The platform should align with your business needs and provide a user-friendly experience for both you and your customers.
5. Develop a User-Friendly Website
Your website is the face of your e-commerce business. Ensure it’s designed to be user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for mobile devices. A clean, intuitive layout with easy navigation will enhance the shopping experience and reduce cart abandonment rates. Focus on high-quality images, detailed product descriptions, and a seamless checkout process. Additionally, implement search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve your site’s visibility in search engines.
6. Implement Secure Payment Processing
Security is a top priority in e-commerce. Customers need to trust that their payment information is safe. Choose a reputable payment gateway and ensure your website uses SSL certificates to encrypt data. Additionally, offer multiple payment options, including credit/debit cards, digital wallets, and other payment methods that are popular with your target audience.
7. Plan Your Logistics and Supply Chain
Efficient logistics and supply chain management are vital for e-commerce success. Develop a strategy for inventory management, warehousing, and shipping. Decide whether you’ll handle fulfillment in-house or partner with third-party logistics providers. Consider shipping options, delivery times, and costs. A smooth and reliable fulfillment process can significantly impact customer satisfaction and repeat business.
8. Craft a Marketing Strategy
Effective marketing is essential to drive traffic and sales to your e-commerce store. Develop a multi-channel marketing strategy that includes social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising. Create engaging content, run promotions, and leverage social media platforms to build brand awareness and attract customers. Monitor and analyze the performance of your marketing efforts to refine your strategies over time.
9. Focus on Customer Service
Exceptional customer service can set your e-commerce business apart from competitors. Provide multiple channels for customer support, such as live chat, email, and phone. Ensure timely responses to inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Building strong customer relationships and encouraging feedback can enhance customer loyalty and drive positive reviews.
10. Monitor and Adapt
The e-commerce landscape is constantly evolving. Regularly review your business performance, track key metrics, and gather customer feedback. Stay informed about industry trends and technological advancements. Be prepared to adapt your strategies and operations based on insights and changes in the market.

Hello, this is the Oldie Chinese Diaspora Anon™️
Anon here voiced a frustration that I think we all share, from time to time. The commentators have brought up some very important points, but I think it may be important to show you a fuller picture. It’s not just about a concept of freedom, but what it can actually mean.
First of all, to say there are few, or no incidences of fraud in the Chinese BJD community is objectively false. The infamous Baidu BJD Tucao Bar (
) and it’s more updated counterpart on Weixin exist because of three reasons – it’s a place to vent within a community, a place where two sides of a dispute can come together to share their side in a court of public opinion and finally, to call out and expose scammers. The following examples are all in Chinese, of course – but how else to show you what’s really going on unless you actually see for yourself? Now, the extent of what’s considered a “scam” is stretched far and wide, but included are common complaints about how individual indie artists have inconsistent pre-orders (https://tieba.baidu.com/p/8126795911 ), long wait times (http://c.tieba.baidu.com/p/8446099713 ) the quality of the resin from these indie artists are brittle/streaky/full of bubbles (https://tieba.baidu.com/p/7657831519 ), as well as horrid communication with customer service (https://tieba.baidu.com/p/7216544824 ).
Other scammers have:
Sold counterfeits as real: http://c.tieba.baidu.com/p/6319214040
Attempt to claw back prices after receiving a second-hand doll (usually banking on the seller being afraid of a bad feedback) http://c.tieba.baidu.com/p/8422233115
Scams that occur during trades (didn’t send anything, send trash instead of dolls, recalled a package while still receiving something from the sender, etc) https://tieba.baidu.com/p/6138333817
Running away with down-payments: https://tieba.baidu.com/p/7546265316
Cheaters trading across different fandoms: https://tieba.baidu.com/p/6237611363
What’s the use of this “social credit system” if it doesn’t really stop the scamming, then?
I think I may have mentioned this earlier; the point of a social credit system is more about controlling a population’s aggregate behaviour than the behaviour of individuals. It’s there to quash dissent instead of keeping a community crime-free. Think about it this way, BJD collectors are a small, niche market with a high price tag. And if the Chinese government is lax enough to allow rampant counterfeit foods and medication to go on for years (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hIpA_RwEtLE&t=33s and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GYr87XCAa48 and https://www.bbc.com/news/world-asia-china-56080092 ), would the system really protect a small group of rather privileged individuals? You might ask, “Hey, OCDA, aren’t these people caught? That means the system works, right?” The answer is, “Yes, and they are just the tip of the iceberg. There are plenty more of these people who were never caught.” I think we have all heard that just because something’s immoral doesn’t mean it’s illegal. Legality is never the bottom line that we should hold each other accountable to, but these folks get by banking on that their immorality will never be caught, and unless they were caught, what they do aren’t illegal.
On the other hand, the government is quick to stop anything that could cause a social stir. No matter how big the topic might be (human trafficking, public corruption, the existence of COVID, you name it), if there was too much interest in a topic that the government deemed “unsuitable” (if it gives you an answer at all), it can be rubbed out of social media overnight. This is possible because 1. There’s only one kind of social media, which is closely monitored by the State and 2. There’s the Great Firewall of China and scaling the wall can incur a fine and sometimes even probation. The person who started the whole furor may be invited by the police for a talking-to (or just disappeared, either way.)
BJDs are small fry, we know that, so where do minor “scams” lie? Yes, it is inherently frustrating as a consumer to realise that one cannot reinforce trade laws across borders or hold non-registered sellers under the same scrutiny as a registered company. I understand that personally as a victim of a bungled preorder as well. But this so-called “Social Credit” system is never the way to go. Not even Black Mirror or Minority Report can replicate the reality that’s inside China, folks. The truth is worse than fiction.
