Girl please stop romanticizing obesity, it will literally kill you eventually (and I know it’s not the first time someone says it to you). Like are you even ok? Romanticizing being immobile & being humiliated on the street? Why would you even aspire to this? For some attention of questionable men on this app? Girl they don’t deserve you. This message comes from a place of concern, it is not intended as an insult. You said you want a career in the future, maybe focus on that, I’m not sure how possible it is do all that while being immobile or having whatever condition.
omfg 😭 i apologize for writing little stories to get myself off, i guess?? lmfao. i have a fetish. i state clearly in my bio that this is what to expect. sorry im horny posting anonymously on tumblr.com ???? stop being weird when u don’t even belong in these spaces

Hi! I’m not sure if this interests you, but for the current permit holding tab, it may be easier to read if you have the hermits on the top and then each of the items in individual boxes below.
Hello! Thank you for the suggestion. 💕 I did try that first, but due to the length of names/permits it stretched wayyy out and required an unwieldy amount of scrolling.
I then tried stacking them into two rows of columns, alphabetically Bdubs-Mumbo and then Pearl-ZombieCleo, but Etho made that not work very well as he made a large gap between the rows. (Stacking chunks of data like that isn't ideal anyways bc it makes rearranging/sorting by columns or rows impossible. I only did a 'boxed' format for the 'Original Permits by Hermit' tab bc they wouldn't need edits.)
So I settled on rows, which isn't my favorite either but keeps everyone on one screen and each Hermit siloed to one row. o7

I'm sorry, I just can't get it out of my head that a lawmaker from [state redacted] who reached out to my office for any info we have on state efforts to regulate wetlands was hoping to find a state that had reached some kind of "balance" where they did not regulate more than the feds, but also hadn't gone too far in the "other direction."
Brother, what even is that supposed to mean? If you're talking wetlands regulation in a post-Sackett world, I'm not sure its possible to not exceed federal regulation. If the feds are limited to regulating those wetlands that are "indistinguishable" from with free-flowing water bodies by virtue of sharing a "continuous surface connection" with said water bodies, I'm not sure how you can have state regulations that don't go beyond that. Like, what kind of balance are you looking to find here?
I suspect that what's happening is a low-key recognition that only regulating wetlands that share an unbroken surface water connection with larger water bodies is going to lead to the very rapid and virtually unchecked destruction of critical wetlands, and the state would like to prevent that, most likely for economic reasons. But this particular state has an extremely conservative government that is ostensibly in favor of gutting the Clean Water Act entirely, so they don't want to look too much like they're enacting stricter laws than what is currently going on at the federal level. After all, why spend so much time fighting for federal deregulation if you're just going to turn around and impose state regulations?
Its a fantastic catch-22 that would almost be amusing to watch play out if ecological harm wasn't guaranteed to occur.

Florida wildlife conservation raided a facility and killed over 30 snakes. Even went out of the way to kill the legally owned boa, incorrectly, causing it to suffer for at least 20 mins before passing. This is after being told repeatedly not too by the caretaker that was presnt. Made a bloodbath of the floor.
The officers were having so much fun.
This is animal rights

i'm not saying this to make any sort of point but as someone who works in canadian theatre, the wga strike is going to have an interesting effect on live entertainment too, like i know multiple people who have lost their jobs or will lose their jobs soon because so much american television is produced here and obviously the iatse union is standing with the wga which it should and i also know that when film crew are out of work like this they often turn to theatre because it's a different local of the same union (and a lot of them started in theatre) and they wind up pushing permits out of work because film crew are usually members which means they get first dibs on all calls even if they don't have much live entertainment experience and even though attitudes in theatre and film are VERY different. And i really really hope the wga gets everything they want, they deserve that and more, but i also hope it happens quickly before young iatse permits get priced out of this city and we get into into another situation like the one right after the pandemic

I think I'm decently confident in my idea of going back to school to do a program I intend to get a job with but in the meantime I really, really need to be making more money. I'm no truly amazing cook but I have a ton of kitchen experience and I think I'm decently qualified to be a sous chef, depending on the place--except every job offering I would consider also requires a driver's license. in a beautiful twist of fate, I also want a better-paying, full-time job so I can finally learn how to drive and get my license and maybe afford a car (god I DO NOT want to)...
