During New Years MK gets visited by Wukong and his siblings at work, and the convo ends up like:

Wukong: "It's ok, I understand you've been busy. Now give your mom a hug!" (*holds out for one*) MK: "Oh ok!" (*gives a cautious one-arm shoulder hug*) Wukong, scary voice: "I spent 14 years of my life carrying you around and this is the thanks I get?" MK: "Oh! I just didn't want to uh-" (*points at Wukong's stomach*)" Wukong, threateningly: "Give your mother a hug." MK, scared: "okie dokie." (*full body hugs Wukong*) Wukong: (*hugs back with enough force to kill a mortal*) Noodle Shop Gang in the food truck: (*look between eachother with fear/sympathy*) Mei, whispering: "Are all pregnant people that scary?" Pigsy, whispers back: "Frequently. Seen it all the time in the service industry. You just give them what they want and pray." Tang: "No wonder MK isn't afraid of you." Pigsy: "I just hope he's returned in one piece." Wukong: (*still hugging MK tight cus he missed him*) MK, gasping: "Mom. Air. Getting awkward." Wukong, relaxes hug: "That's ok, I want to order some food anyway. Kids, go pile on your brother for me while I order." Rumble, Savage, Yuebei, and Luzhen: "YAY!" "GEGE!" MK, realising his mistake: "nO!" (*gets buried under swarm of baby monkey*) Noodle Shop Gang: "Aww!" Mei, snaps a photo: "It's the cutest widdle defeat!"

I just love the idea of Wukong being an uber-affectionate parent. <3
