Effect of Internal Technological Training Programs on Educators’ Teaching Effectiveness, Learning Achievement, and School Performance
Problem Statement In the present digital generation, learning has significantly shifted from traditional instruction to modern technologies. While the teacher effectively controls learning, students face a deficit in achievement due to educators’ lack of technological skills. Teachers have consistently faced a challenge in updating their skills because new technological systems, tools, and…

Objections Up Front
Posted with Love from Linkedin
Richard Smith VP of Sales @ Refract
One of the best ways to nullify an objection on a cold call, is to take it out of the prospects mouth before they've had a chance to say it. One of the problems we used to run into at Refract was prospects thinking that their CRM was a solution to the problems we solve. "We handle all of that in our CRM" or "We get that visibility in Salesforce/Hubspot" The reality is, many people buy Refract because their CRM doesn't give them the visibility they truly desire into their sales team. It doesn't solve the problem we solve. So how do I avoid this objection? Simple, it sounds like this in my problem centric pitch: "Many CRO's we speak with share with us the frustration of having a lack of visibility into why their sales team are losing deals they should be winning. They've tried getting this from their CRM, but ultimately this just gives them a load of opinion, versus real data on whats actually going on in deals. Does that sound like a familiar situation?" It's now much more difficult for the prospect to give me the CRM objection. Vocalise the objection before it comes up. A classic in Sales but as effective as ever. Give it a try

An excellent article for nonfiction writers, including academics, on how to write an abstract. This is the introductory paragraph to an academic paper, explaining the: motivation, problem statement, approach, results, and conclusions of a paper. Although the author, Philip Koopman (Carnegie Mellon University, 1997), comes from an Engineering background, writers from all areas of nonfiction can benefit from this advice. In fact, I would recommend that fiction writers also consider reading this, because the implications of concision and explaining the development within a piece of writing are important.

Almost finished..
Right now we are at the last fase of our app design. But this is here, that we need to be clear in what type of information that is nessecary to the client to be informed about. We want the customer to have an estimated time. Since this what the root to our problemstatement, we have made an solution where you can realtime track your order. Now we just need to implement the last elements and then we are ready to hand in the assignment.

Project Problem Statement
Problem statements can be divided into 2 parts, the first of which identifies the problem and states the solution, and the second of which focuses on the metrics to evaluate the success of the solution.
Here are a few versions of the first have that I am considering:
For Penn students arriving in the US for the first time, it isn’t easy to navigate to campus and get around Philly. Penn’s new inPhilly tool will help them with the right resources to find their way around Philadelphia.
International students arriving in Philadelphia need a better resource to understand how to get themselves to campus and around the city, which will be solved through Penn’s inPhilly tool.
International students arriving in Philadelphia and the US for the first time struggle to get to campus from the Airport. Penn’s inPhilly tool will help them prepare for their arrival and help them better adjust to getting around the city of Philadelphia.
Chinese students in the US for the first time don’t have access to enough offline resources to navigate around the city upon around. Penn’s new inPhilly tool will provide both online and offline resources to make this transition easier.
Chinese students arriving in Philadelphia for the first time have an issue with reaching campus and getting around the city, which will be solved by Penn’s new inPhilly tool.
For the second part, I have chosen to go with the following:
Its success will be measured on the % of international students using the tool and periodic interviews with new students to understand their arrival experiences.
Currently, the problem statement for inPhilly is the following:
Chinese students arriving in Philadelphia for the first time have an issue with reaching campus and getting around the city, which will be solved by Penn’s new inPhilly tool. Its success will be measured on the % of international students using the tool and periodic interviews with new students to understand their arrival experiences.
