 In an era of consumer biotech considerable focus was put on the medical and altruistic potential, yet in Makina-Hiria's technocratic corporatism it should come as no surprise that the city Admins offered up countless contract opportunities for their respective spheres. While some designed interfaces for the city's PSC and others like NiiS take millions in grants yet keep everything under lock and key, Massimo cleverly presented an alternative scheme.  The board gives him a comparatively smaller sum of funding for him to hire an army of small time basement biohackers to create for his brand inumberable small scale, single-purpose mods and augments. Despite this, the flashiness of their mods and Massimo's bombastic personality that's just brazen as he is towering, ProtoTech is easily able to sweep such controversy under the rug as Bosko's own usage of countless augments always leaves him with something to show off to divert attention.

I finally finished Rook's design for the project! Here it is:

At first, I didn't know exactly what to do with Rook's design and even thought about just reusing his Omniverse design. However, I remembered a significant detail about Rook that I have no idea how I could have overlooked: he was promoted to Magister toward the end of Omniverse. To reflect this new position, I added extra details to his Prototech armor that Magisters like Patelliday have been shown with on their Plumber uniforms throughout the series, such as the belt. As for the key in his hand, that's something I'll elaborate on later... :)

What I *will* elaborate on is the title of this project (mainly so I can stop calling it "the project"). I'll post the prototype logo later.
