I couldn't find it again on here so I had to go searching, but I was reminded of that time that ffxiv didn't have the 3D model for some food in a cutscene, so the animator simply scaled down an entire landscape hillside and made it green to use for broccoli.

something about gaz adopting a hybrid and it just has to be poodle!reader.

something about gaz being lonely when he's off base, in his bachelor pad by himself, no birds in sight, deciding to adopt himself a pet to keep him company on the quiet days. there's a fine line he's toeing during his search. he wants a breed that likes to play, but doesn't dictate his life with their need for exercise and attention. a low maintenance breed.

and all of this research, naturally, flies right out the door when he's looking on the website of the shelter he's working with, and sees poodle!reader's sweet face on the second page. the hopeful expression on your face, paired with the surrender date in your info that tells him how terribly long you've been up for adoption, has his mind made up, even subconsciously. even if he did keep looking and adopt another hybrid, he knew that he'd never get your face out of his mind.

something about owner!gaz throwing the tennis ball a little too far at the park one day, and it lands in the pond, too far for you to reach. gaz expects you to pause at the side of the pond and whimper in a way that's almost painful, before you look at him to retrieve your toy. he's prepared - albeit not without heartache - to tell you that he can't reach it, either.

owner!gaz who is not expecting you to run full tilt and launch yourself into the chilly water, your precious curls dripping water as you turn to him and hold the ball up with a triumphant smile on your face.

so, when i say chara and siffrin would get along, i mean they would have a complicated & sometimes antagonistic relationship, but they would, on the whole, understand each-other and enjoy each-other's company. they'd often think they understood each-other better than they did, which would be a source of conflict at times, but it also means they'd have a lot to talk about!

chara and loop, on the other hand, each take one look at the other, immediately project most of their own flaws, insecurities & trauma onto them, and are 90% correct.

what i'm saying is, they would absolutely despise each-other.

Another thing about the cybertruck. You can tell the engineers were either instructed to ignore or just decided to not run a fluid flow simulation. That thing simply is not aerodynamic. It’s designed to LOOK aerodynamic in the silhouette but in a way that is divorced from like. Actual fluid flow. No roundedness for air to flow over. The straight edges will create sooo much turbulence and I’d love to see the dead ass wake of that thing. Aerodynamic in the same way as a fucking glacier

mishanks mafia au where shanks is the don of the gol family and and mihawk is a hitman hired by the government (it's a conspiracy!) to kill shanks.

when mihawk shows up, shanks puts up a great fight, and even tho shanks loses (he's on the ground with hawk's blade at his throat!), mihawk decides shanks is way funner than the government and doesn't kill him after all. mihawk intends for this to be the end, with exception for perhaps more fights in the future, but shanks has already fallen on love and starts trying his damndest to get mihawk to work for the gols.

mihawk always refuses, but when the government puts out a hit on mihawk because he broke contract, mihawk finds himself thoroughly protected by the gol family anyways. shanks, however, doesn't save mihawk fast enough to spare the hitman some torture so, in retaliation, shanks brings down the entire government and exposes the conspiracy while he's at it, with the finale being a grand announcement that mihawk is his, actually, back the fuck off and don't try this again.

by the end, mihawk still doesn't work for the gols, but if he marries into the family, well. "there's still a difference, red." (shanks whines about this daily.)
