I was trying to put them on those cool swings they have in circuses. Anyways, I used to draw them when I first watched sp!! One of my favorite characters, tho I can't find my old drawings anymore 😕😕 they need fanon names we can't name them "quintuplets" anymore

Winter Night Quintuplets 🐇

On May 28th, 1934, the Dionne Quintuplets were born near the village of Corbeil, outside of Callander, Ontario. Their names were Yvonne, Annette, Cecile, Emilie, and Marie.

The five identical girls, born two months premature to Elzire and Oliva Dionne, were the first quintuplets known to survive infancy. Shortly after their birth, they were made "Wards of the King", supposedly for their own well being as the government deemed their parents unfit to care for them.

The girls became a huge tourist attraction in Ontario, living in what was called the Dafoe Hospital and Nursery, where thousands of tourists came to see them every day.

Although eventually their parents regained custody of the girls when they were about 8, their family life wasn't happy. The sisters left home at 18 and had limited contact with family afterwards.

The money set aside for them in a trust fund was horribly mismanaged, with the government taking money from it to pay for things like research and photographers instead of paying for that themselves. This lead to them having to request money from the government in adulthood, in an effort to recoup what was stolen from them.

Today, the two surviving sisters, Annette and Cecile, who live together in Montreal, turn 91 years old.

just realized that literally none of the romantic pairs in my quints au has a normal family situation

first obv we got the quints, being literally a super rare occurrence that as only happened once in recorded history, and oh their mother is dead their bio dad is an asshole, and their stepdad is peculiar asf

fuutaro's is almost "normal" lacking a mother from a young age, making him have to be the breadwinner as a teen, his younger sister end up having to adopt the role that her mother left, and their dad is left raising two kids. a pretty common situation unfortunately but def not one would consider "normal"

then my ocs:

one had an abusive dad who died leaving a huge amount of debt behind, and his mother tragically died as well. this happened around his tweens, so he ended up living with his maternal uncle and his kids. hes also a half. and he now has to pay off his father's debts.

one was conceived during a fling or smth so hes just been raised by his essentric mother who never married

two of them are orphaned brothers, they ended up in an orphanage. the oldest was dedicated to making enough money to sustain the both of them throughout his life, even when his younger brother got a job.

im literally making a story abt a bunch of orphans and ppl with odd/difficult family situations falling in love
