The men in my life , my dearest friends, show me exactly this. It gives me hope and strength, reminding me that the Healthy, sacred masculine energy is thriving and evolving. And also how I focus on letting this energies flow into my life after years of trauma (related to.my previos relationship). It reflects that healing is possible is possible and taking place when both parts- the Feminine and Masculine alike- work together, helping the other grow and accepting that it is the core essence for a harmonious being, life and energy field when the Feminine and Masculine Energies within us are brought into balance and accordance. This requires intense breaking open processes that ARE painful. But they are needed in order to break the generational trauma patterns mentioned in the post. And it is related to all relationships in our lives, not necessarily or primarily romantic partners. Everyone carries both within and many seem to be out of balance . The more we are realigning with this core understanding, the more we heal collectively. I'd even dare to say that it could question our whole understanding of Evolution and who we really are. It is encoded in the heritage or our Ancestors, too. A message so clear and imoortant for the human species, it seems.

When a woman is consistently spoken to softly & treated gently, she becomes a new woman. You're helping her heal her nervous system, you're helping her heal generational trauma, you're allowing her feminine energy to flourish, you're helping her to remember who she is.

Transitioning smoothely into the season of darkness, mystery and alchemy. For there is so much to unfold and embrace. Only in the deepest darkness we can feel the power and radiance of our inner light. May the colder months serve us throughout our healing process. Resting, creating, regenerating. It is all taking time. The soil needs to be (re-)nourished so that we may grow and bloom again, shifting our shape continously, as nature does. Shadow work, soulwork has to be done as a Ritual and cleansing process. Also releasing pain , hurt and grief that this year brought as much as the joy, love and happiness and abundance that we felt. Reflecting upon these experiences and giving thanks for all of them on the full spectrum of emotion will guide us. Blessed Scorpio Season. May everything work out in our favor.
