🚨 A dear friend of mine is a Korean adoptee who is also trans and a disabled immigrant of color. They obtained US citizenship legally when young, but complications of their paperwork put them at great risk with this administration. Given that multiple facets of their identity and life are under attack, they need to leave everything behind to start from scratch in another country. They even had to rehome their beloved pets—which is further traumatic. My heart breaks for them. I’m so angry that it has come to this, but my anger and sadness won’t help. Money will.

If you have anything to spare, it would help immensely, as their adopters are more harmful than helpful and mutual aid is truly their last resort.
