Catie Enrichment Time!!! The Catie Corner is fantastic btw. George and I are very very happy. Anyways onto my question!! If Query and Echo could work for anyone besides Edward, who would it be??

Query: “Hey again, Catie! Been a while.”

Echo: “Question… oh. Well, I can tell you who we sure as hell wouldn’t work for.”

Query: “Right. Oswald Fucking Cobblepot. Seriously, Ozzie. Pick up a new hobby or something and quit emailing us.”

Echo: “But who else would we work for? Huh… never considered it. Let’s just go down the list.”

Query: “Okay. Hatter?”

Echo: “Hell fucking no. Have you seen the guy? He’s a total creep.”

Query: “Two-Face?”

Echo: “... honestly? I don’t know a lot about the guy, but he doesn’t seem like he’d be the worst guy in the world to work for. I’d be more worried about his little guard dog.”

Query: “Fair. Scarecrow?”

Echo: “I’d be okay with the risk of getting fear toxined. Jonny is chill. Just, like, buy him a book and boom. You’re on his good side.”

Query: “Sirens?”

Echo: “God, I wish. Harley keeps telling us that we could be a part of the Sirens, but they don’t accept henches and the other two haven’t agreed yet. I’d love to hang with them more often.”

Query: “Music Meister?”

Echo: “... Does he even have any willing henches? I think he just, like, does the mind control thing and he’s got like a million henches. I don’t think he has a permanent staff list.”

Query: “Yeah, you’re right. Uh… I think that’s about it! Hope that answers your question, Catie! And you gotta stop by for some takeout again.”

Echo: “Just don’t let Edward catch you coming into our apartment. He might call you Catherine again.”

Riddle us this!

I really do love echo and query’s dynamic with the riddler in most media, they are genuine but unlikely friends and I think that’s a lot of fun. With how much Harley media we have been getting for the past few years I think that a story that would be actually interesting to touch on is how other villains treat their henchmen or co-conspirators, what healthy relationships can look like in an industry like this. To me there’s a lot of story potential there but even so I think it’s fun to think about these two painting green question marks around the city
