With a tasty spice rub, cooking steaks in the air fryer is a quick and easy way to make them moist and tender.
Ingredients: 2 boneless steaks 1 inch thick. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon paprika. 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary. 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme.
Instructions: Preheat your air fryer to 400F 200C for 5 minutes. In a small bowl, mix together the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, dried rosemary, and dried thyme. Brush both sides of the steaks with olive oil. Rub the spice mixture evenly over the steaks, ensuring they are well seasoned. Place the steaks in the preheated air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not touching. Cook the steaks in the air fryer at 400F 200C for 10-12 minutes for medium-rare, 12-14 minutes for medium, or adjust the time based on your desired doneness. Flip the steaks halfway through the cooking time to ensure even cooking. Once done, remove the steaks from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve the moist and tender air fryer steaks with your favorite side dishes.

With the flavor of garlic, Garlic Fried Rice Chahan is a tasty and simple fried rice dish. It's an easy weeknight supper or side dish that comes together quickly.
Ingredients: 2 cups cooked rice. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. 1/2 cup frozen peas and carrots mix. 2 eggs, beaten. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Green onions, chopped for garnish.
Instructions: In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Stir-fry the minced garlic for about 30 seconds, or until fragrant. When the carrot mixture and frozen peas begin to soften, stir-fry them for a further two to three minutes. After pushing the veggies to one side of the skillet, fill the empty space with the beaten eggs. Break the eggs into smaller pieces as they cook, and scramble them until they are fully cooked. Make sure the rice is heated through by adding it to the skillet and stirring-frying everything for three to four minutes. After adding a drizzle of soy sauce, stir-fry the rice for an additional two to three minutes, or until it becomes slightly crispy and coated throughout. Stir in the black pepper and salt for seasoning. Add some chopped green onions as a garnish, then serve hot.

With a tasty house sauce, you can enjoy the savory Smoked Gouda Smash Burgers. You can make these burgers quickly and they'll taste great.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 4 hamburger buns. 4 slices of smoked Gouda cheese. 1/2 cup mayonnaise. 2 tbsp ketchup. 1 tbsp Dijon mustard. 1 tsp pickle relish. 1/2 tsp garlic powder. 1/2 tsp onion powder. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 lettuce leaves. 4 slices of tomato. 4 slices of red onion. 4 pickle slices.
Instructions: Set your grill or griddle on the stove to high heat. Put mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, pickle relish, garlic powder, and onion powder in a small bowl. Mix them together to make the house sauce. Put away. Make 4 patties out of the ground beef that are all the same size. Add salt and pepper to each patty. Put the patties on a hot grill or griddle and use a spatula to flatten them out. About two to three minutes on each side for medium-rare to medium-done. Place a slice of smoked Gouda cheese on top of each patty and cover it for the last minute of cooking. This will melt the cheese. Also, toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster until they are just barely brown while the patties are cooking. Spread the house sauce on the bottom half of each toasted bun before putting the burgers together. On top of the sauce, put a lettuce leaf. Then add a tomato slice, a red onion slice, a pickle slice, and finally the smoked Gouda smash patty. Place the other half of the bun on top and serve right away.

Parmesan Chicken & Roasted Tomato Sandwiches
Bright tomatoes and crunchy arugula set this Parmesan chicken sandwich apart from the competition—and the fact that it's only 375 calories doesn't hurt, either.
Ingredients
6 small, thin chicken cutlets
3 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 pt. grape tomatoes
2 c. arugula
1 baguette

Directions
Brush the tops of chicken cutlets with two teaspoons of olive oil. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and sprinkle each with two teaspoons of grated Parmesan.
Place cutlets on one side of a foil-lined broiler-proof pan. Place tomatoes on the other side and drizzle with one tablespoon of olive oil. Roast at 450°F for six minutes, then broil until golden brown and cooked for about two minutes.
Smash tomatoes on the bottom of a split baguette, then top with chicken cutlets and arugula.
