🥣 Baked Oats. Working on simple, healthy recipes for a new project coming this summer. Have you tried this trend of baked oats. This first batch was good, but much better when I added butter and more milk. TikTok bakers, right? Sorry I don’t have a finished product. This was oats, oat milk, salt, nutmeg, sliced almonds, honey and blueberries. After tasting it, I divided the batch in half and added cow’s butter and milk to one half and more oat milk and vegan butter to the other and sprinkled while sugar on both. Sooo good. Everything got cut into squares and we had fast, easy first breakfast for days. Usually we have an early breakfast while drinking coffee in bed so @slimzadie can take his meds and I can have energy to teach. Then second breakfast is eggs on toast or cheesy eggs and a bagel or a breakfast burrito. I love breakfast, so this new habit of second breakfast makes me so happy! Have you tried baked oats?
