thinking about the hug thing again . something about how Rae is used to physical affection like that - used to people giving him hugs for comfort, holding him while he cries; he wouldn't necessarily see it as something bad, as a means to get closer, because everyone else does it. whereas icarus *isn't* used to it - and trying to use that to get closer would make it seem suspicious, because really, up until the finale, the only one who gets that close is centross. If Fable gave Ic a hug instead of keeping it out of reach they'd have to at least find it a little suspicious - and Fable doesn't want that . or something

When Rae wakes up, he cant find Netherum anywhere in the house- not in her room, the library, the basement- anywhere.

If he checks outside, he’ll eventually find him at the bottom of the garden, sitting against a quartz memorial. Her face is red from crying as they doze against the pedestil bearing a goddess’s mural.

The real reason fable smp is ending at 3 seasons is that they just really don't wanna have to give rae another boyfriend

youre still the scientist, working with your lab assistants to figure out dimensions, the one who made friends with a farmer who had an explosive crystal in his house, the one who tore his eye out to help his friends

youre still the friend, the brother, the cousin, who worked so hard to get everyone's memories back, the one who risked himself to help his cousin/nephew, the one who tried to protect everyone even if it meant hurting himself.

Good! I actually had a good dream for the first time in years

Thinking about centross getting the execution armor back, and putting it back on after he got the reaver back and found the book

Thinking about people reactions to it

How the souls said he wore it differently now and how different eye duo reacted to seeing it due to the differences in how they saw it in season one

How Rae panicked and locked him in a bubble because for him, that armor was a sign of danger

That armor was a sign that ominous bane Enderian’s solder was there, and that something bad was going to happen

Some one was going to get threatened

Something was going to get blown up

Some one was going to end up hurt

How Icarus’ reaction was to jump back and question it, because for Icarus that armor wasn’t always a threat

It became a threat overtime as ominous bane became more toxic and their desperation for Enderian’s approval intensified, but it hadn’t always been a sign of danger for them

At one point it had been a sign of their power

A sign not to mess with any of them or there would be consequences

A sign they had been somewhat used to seeing, even if it had been a very long time since they had last seen it

apparently I’m scary because I don’t use or own a stylus or drawing tablet? I’m just over here drawing on my phone and an iPad that was free because it was so badly broken that someone I know was told to dispose of it from their work.

Yes I draw with my finger and occasionally get blisters from it, it’s totally fine.
