i know the joke has been when it comes to eat the rich ravi will be on the menu, but i raise this (and you can blame @tawaifeddiediaz):

ravi does extensive background checks on his potential tenants in LA and at the first sign of spoiled nepo baby, he ups the price by 200% knowing they can afford it

but keeps a different rate for those that had just recently immigrated to the US and/or re-starting life after being previously unhoused

that'll keep him off the menu (for a while)
