Caboose: Hello!

Simmons: Jesus! Don't do that!

Caboose: Hey Simmons. Uh, were you guys coming to attack me? Uh, because I'm kinda busy right now. Do you think you could attack me later maybe like uh, like next week?

Simmons: We're not attacking you, I'm just coming over to spy on you.

Caboose: Oh, awesome.

Simmons: And figure out how you got your power turned on.

Caboose: Oh, you mean the invisible magic, yeah. Uh, you know it was already on when I got here. Very convenient.

Simmons: And I'm also trying to figure out what you're doing.

Caboose: Doing? Nothing. There's no reason to do anything. Why would I be doing something? I wouldn't, that's why. So I'm not.

Simmons: If you're not doing anything then why are you too busy?

Caboose: What?

Simmons: You just said we couldn't attack you right now because you were too busy.

1 David conferred with each of his officers, the commanders of thousands and commanders of hundreds. 

2 He then said to the whole assembly of Israel, “If it seems good to you and if it is the will of the Lord our God, let us send word far and wide to the rest of our people throughout the territories of Israel, and also to the priests and Levites who are with them in their towns and pasturelands, to come and join us. 

3 Let us bring the ark of our God back to us, for we did not inquire of it during the reign of Saul.” 

4 The whole assembly agreed to do this, because it seemed right to all the people.

5 So David assembled all Israel, from the Shihor River in Egypt to Lebo Hamath, to bring the ark of God from Kiriath Jearim. 

6 David and all Israel went to Baalah of Judah (Kiriath Jearim) to bring up from there the ark of God the Lord, who is enthroned between the cherubim—the ark that is called by the Name.

Grif: Waste time? I make time. Every second Sarge spends arguing with me is one second I don't have to do something stupid like clean our guns or whatever it is he's always making you do.

Not sure why, but this morning, a ton of honey bees found their way into our house and seemed to be just passing through, as they all collected against the screen door at the back of our house. So I've kept it open for them and 50 or so bees have since come and gone, and there are no more coming through.

This exhausted girl was the last straggler. she was alone and unmoving when I saw her, so I offered her some nam daeng [fruit-sugar water--honey bees are often seen taking sips from the open bottles that are left as offerings to shrines here], as I had nothing else to offer [no sugar in the house]. Unsuprisingly, it turned her into a little ruby, but it perked her up! The door is still open, so she can leave after she's done grooming herself.

“you have it now” ; what it actually means

a lot of people get confused by this phrase, especially when their 3d doesn’t reflect it yet. but “you have it now” isn’t about pretending or lying to yourself.

💭 assumption = accepting something as true, even if you don’t see it yet.

that's why it's called law of assumption. not law of effort.

if you find that hard, here’s what you can do, especially if you like visualizing or imagining:

🌌 relocating awareness = moving your conscious attention to the version of you where it's already true, not hoping, not doubting, just being that version.

so when you relocate your awareness to “i am already loved,” “i already have it,” “this is who i am,” you’re assuming the state. you’re not waiting for the 3d to show it. you’ve already moved your center of identity into it.

🗝️ that’s assumption.

treat your imagination like a memory. not something you want, but something you’re remembering. “oh yeah… that already happened.” and you rest there.

you’re not forcing belief. you’re not trying to make it happen. you’re simply shifting your awareness away from lack, and into fulfillment. quietly. inwardly.

effortless. internal. done. that’s what “you have it now” really means. 🤍
