First time trying Turkish coffee - Saffron Cafe, located inside Riffa Fort, Bahrain - Turkish coffee is boiled instead of filtered like normal coffee which gives it a very strong nutty flavor.  And Saffron Cafe is a great hangout spot, the only one of the 4 forts in Bahrain to have a cafe.

Riffa Fort - located towards the center of the island, this is the newest of the 4 archaeological forts of Bahrain.  This fort represents the reign of King al-Fateh who went on to create the kingdom nation of Bahrain.  This is also the only fort in Bahrain to have a cafe/restaurant located inside the fort.  It was a great place to explore ancient Middle Eastern architecture.
