Romanticizing the amazing country of Netherlands!

Oh, Netherlands! How can I not be in love in its wonders? Everything seems so perfect --- the environment, the people, the food and so much moreee...

People would go to Netherlands because of Amsterdam to be specific, but for me, there are variety of reasons and cities around Netherlands that will take your breath away.

I love crepe. It is my comfort food every time I am in a trip abroad or I would just love to unwind here in the Philippines. I tell you that European crepes are the best that I've ever tasted! (I also love crepes in Eurasia, that's in Armenia to be specific! Well, that's another story to tell.)

During my visit here in Roermond, Netherlands, I just ordered another crepe and I rode the Ferris Wheel there alone. I enjoy my own company. I tell you I know that this is just temporary and I am definitely enjoying this season.

One of the best shopping outlets in Europe is located here in Roermond, Netherlands --- the Designer Outlet Roermond.

So, if you love to shop and also fond of discounts, there are stores there that you can visit. For me, you need many hours here if you are a shopaholic. In fact, there are some stores that are offering huge discounts that you will not find in the Philippines

Indeed, Netherlands has a beautiful sky, rich history and unique culture. It is also the home to some of the famous museum.

Zaandam is the city here where you can see the iconic windmills. I love the view there. It was so relaxing.

If you have time, add Cheese and Clog Factory in your itinerary because you will be amazed on how the cheese are being processed and how clogs are made. There is a live demonstration here and I truly enjoyed and learned new things during the visit.

Volendam is the fishing village here in Netherlands. It has many wooden houses that are picture perfect for you. Or maybe, just walking around the beautiful village will definitely complete your European vacation.

And of course, don't forget to visit the famous RED LIGHT DISTRICT because it was worth exploring. I think do not leave Netherlands without investing in this once in a lifetime experience. It is also a great place for night life with plenty of bar and clubs to choose from.

I am not a party person but I am in my YOLO (You Only Live Once) moment. So, come on, don't hesitate to try this activity.

As a tourist, you must also go to the country's Peace Palace. This is located in the Hague.

Also, please have your time to see the Mauritshius, the most beautiful museum in The Hague.

Actually, one of my bucket lists is to be able to cycle around Netherlands but I only took a photo opportunity with the bike here. I've posted a photo blog post about that before. Probably, someday that dream will come true!

Hello Rotterdam, Netherlands!

Super cute Rotterdam Cube Houses as you can see in the photo below! I love Europe because of its architecture and this cube houses will define how wonderful achitecture is.

I am actually in love with the beauty of Amsterdam. I also enjoyed the Lover's Canal Cruise. It is an almost one hour boat ride where in you will be truly overjoyed in the city's majestic canals. There is an audio guide during the canal cruise that you can listen for free or you can just have some talks with your friends, whichever you prefer is up to your decision. I am sure you will enjoy it if you try this activity.

Leuke anonieme trein reiziger,

29-01-2023 om 20:00 zaten we vanaf station Maastricht al bij elkaar in dezelfde coupe.

Ik had nog niet helemaal door dat er zo een leuke jongen aan de andere kant van het raam zat. We waren allebei ons eigen ding aan het doen maar keken elkaar wel af en toe aan. Heel toevallig moesten we er in Roermond allebei uit en door naar de Arriva trein. In de overvolle trein wurmde we ons beide door de menigte op weg naar een lege plek. Heel toevallig waren er nog twee zit plekken schuin tegenover elkaar. Jij had een bruine krullenbos, met een piercing in je neus. Met een bruine broek met meerdere zakken erop.

In Venlo bleef het achterste treinstel achter, waarop jij mij aansprak met de vraag: ’Weet jij heel toevallig of wij in het voorste treinstel zitten?’. Dit was niet het geval en we moesten beide naar het voorste treinstel lopen. In deze coupe keken we elkaar nog een paar keren aan. En toen ik uit moest stappen in Mook-Molenhoek en ik door de mensen massa naar buiten ging, had ik lichtelijk spijt dat ik je niet om je nummer had gevraagd….
