Hi tumblr I started animaticing the duel. I’m insane so I want to have the scene before hand as well. Was only able to finish the pre-scene before school starts back up again, but hopefully I’ll continue over winter break! Incase I don’t lmaoo ^^^
This alternative cast video was messy af, but my man Bereczki Zoltán put something in this performance.... something that made history, something that changed the world as a whole, he started a revolution, he saved lives, he restarted culture, society was never the same and I love him so much I care about him and his mercutio so much and I want everyone to know about him look at him
It’s what it says in the user, a (drawn) mercutio (every)day. Specifically, Mercutio à la Bereczki Zoltán, Rómeó és Júlia (but maybe there’ll be other Mercutios). Doubling as an ask blog/rp acc if things go swimmingly if not you never saw that, but regardless hit up the inbox with requests or whatever!
Inspired by the daily character accounts from the fear and hunger community :)
I was playing around with my video upscaler and made an upscale (1080p) version of the Párbaj mixing multiple settings to make it look as natural (less artificial) looking as I could.
I just love how they always try to give Mercutio a recognizable little quirk in all the best RetJ productions.
Like Italian and French revival Mercutios are exceptional singers with a tendency to voyeurism to deliver the sorrowful, hidden mad side of their character.
Hungarian Mercutio, on the other hand, is an incredibile dancer, and Bereczki Zoltàn rarely took a break in the whole show. His Mercutio is high-spirited and energic, delivering a completely different take on Mercutio's madness. He's a tickling bomb, always moving and dancing, but it's in the rare moments when he stops.... and takes it slow..... that he really conveys that deep, sorrowful side of his character.
I love both interpretations, I just love how they always find a way to deliver Mercutio's layered personality through different acting quirks that are unique to him
