Primarily Supercorp now. Though it looks like I have more Charlie's Angels works, the lion's share of my word count AFAIK is Supercorp.

5. Do you respond to comments? Why or why not?

I respond to every comment that isn't outright abusive (I simply delete those). Though it takes me a while to do so because I tend to have incredible anxiety after I post anything and I need it to subside before I can respond. I am deeply grateful for the comments though.

6. What’s the fic you wrote with the angstiest ending?

I never leave things at an angsty ending. I suppose if you're talking about stories that form part of a series then "Insensate No Longer" has the most angsty ending as a single work.

7. What’s the fic you wrote with the happiest ending?

😅 All of them have happy endings. It's so hard to pick one but if I had to the epilogue of Deliverance would be my happiest because I put Kara and Lena through a lot!

8. Do you get hate on fics?

Yup. Some people don't know how to close a tab. 🤷🏻‍♀️

9. Do you write smut? If so what kind?

Yep. I think there are others who have done it much better but I sometimes like to have a big payoff after all the pining. So I guess porn with plot?

10. Do you write crossovers? What’s the craziest one you’ve written?

Nope. I like to stay in the Arrowverse and stick primarily to the Supergirl characters and setting.

11. Have you ever had a fic stolen?

Not that I'm aware of.

12. Have you ever had a fic translated?

Nope.

13. Have you ever cowritten a fic before?

Not yet, but hopefully soon.

14. What’s your all-time favorite ship?

Nothing has ever seized my mind and my heart like Supercorp. Usually I have an idea or two for a fanfic but it doesn't see the light of day, or I write until I've said what I needed to with that ship. Supercorp has been different.

15. What’s a WIP you want to finish, but doubt you ever will?

I tried to do a PWP smut fic as a challenge but I think it's absolutely terrible. I don't know if I'll ever go back to it.

16. What are your writing strengths?

Oh. That's an awkward question. 🤔

I've been told I'm good with metaphors and a few people have said they felt my characterization was natural.

17. What are your writing weaknesses?

How much time do you have? 🤣🤣🤣

I struggle to keep my writing tight, which is why my stuff is generally longer than I thought it would be. I don't feel that I do comedy well. I am iffy about the smut.

18. Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language for a fic?

Primarily this means Kryptonian / Kryptonese for Kara. I think it's great and it's a matter of when and how you use it. I do try not to overuse different languages too much for fear that it would break the flow of the reader.

19. First fandom you wrote for?

Star Trek TNG (before the internet)

The X-Files (after the internet)

20. Favorite fic you’ve ever written?

I would have to say "What If" (coincidentally also my shortest and least read) because of the economy of language. There are days I can't believe I wrote it.

1. Are you named after anyone? No! My parents say that my dad had a dream about my name or smthg, but I am the reason all me and my siblings' nicknames start with the same letter hahaha

3. Do you have kids? Not unless you count my weekend students hahaha but no I don't have any

4. Do you use sarcasm a lot? Yeah, quite a bit. I've cut back a lot from when I was younger but it's still a bit of a bad habit I'm trying to break and use less of

5. What's the first thing you notice about people? First physical thing is either their face or shoulders/arms (face if same height, shoulders if they're taller than me lmao). Personality-wise, I've learned that it's easy to tell a lot about a person by the way they talk

6. What's your eye color? Brown!

7. Scary movies or happy endings? Happy endings, too aklsjdlkasjd scary movies and I Do Not Mix

9. Where were you born? in the hospital 💕 i'm a hospital baby

10. What are your hobbies? Woodwork! Writing and video games (solo games mostly bc online is so stressful for me) and baking as well. A bit of knitting when I remember I haven't touched my blanket project in months. And I definitely love eating bread too ✊️

11. Have you any pets? My family has a dog that, when we first got her, i was basically the one to raise her bc everyone else was busy back then. i moved out recently so only see her on the weekends but PLEASE look at her baby face i miss her so much

12. What sports do you play/have played? Used to do track, badminton, basketball, volleyball, itty bitty bit of archery, and like one special class of arnis and then i did like a couple months of self-defense (mostly krav) a couple years ago too. i was really sporty when everything was accessible and i had the time for it lmao

13. How tall are you? 149cm or 4'11"

14. Favorite subject in school? in gradeschool/highschool it was reading & writing (a singular class) and english. in uni it was either my genders class or my popular culture class!

15. Dream job? i'd love to go back to my roots and scriptwrite professionally someday. been so long since i've even seen an EXT - DAY line lmao

Just bought a collection of Supergirl Silver Age comics. I opened a random page to see a panel about Kara being a robot built by superman for some kids.

I can't wait to dive into this nonsense

Before the years end I'd like to thank you all.

This year has been a lot for me. I started it in the best place I've ever been in my life, and it slowly became the worst with each month.

But this year is also the year I've found this amazing supercorp fandom that helped me get through this awful time, gave me hope, and some amazing new friends that I'm so very grateful for.

I started drawing for this fandom originally as a love letter to you all for everything you have given me, and by doing that, I rediscovered my love for it after many years. I also learned to colour for the first time and discovered 2D animation that became a new passion of mine.

So thank you all and have a lovely New Year, my darlings😘

This is my first ever drawing I did for the fandom, and just by looking at it, I can see the progress I've made so far. So here's for the progress that is yet to come!

Also, I've been working on a special animation for the past 2 weeks and i can't wait to share it with you all tomorrow!

Don't get me wrong, I think it could potentially be an amazing tool when used correctly (with the right laws to enforce it), but that's not their aim. They don't want to boost our art potential. They want to replace us by using our own stolen art!

Part 3 of my dive to the supergirl silver age comics!

Back to some silly nonsense, introducing Streaky in his first appearance!

Starting off with Superman donating to the orphanage a bunch of dolls of himself, because of course he would...

Then we have a small science Kara moment that is somewhat overshadowed by the fact she's using a kid's science kit, that it doesn't work, and she immediately gives up. Throwing the experimented Kryptonite outside the window and never attempting it again (or at least not in this story).

She saves Streaky while walking down the street and decides to adopt him. Streaky later, walk by the special kryptonite and randomly get powers. (Also, we see his inner monologue the entire story, and he's adorable.)

Like the good boy he is, Streaky immediately destroys a Superman doll and steals his cape.

I'm not gonna spoiler too much because this story is pretty fun, but I need to share some panels. Like this one:

And these two, where Streaky is just chaotic, causing mayhem in what he views as heroic acts.

OK, this deserves its own post!

Superman is the biggest dick ever. I'm so mad!

This post is a continuouation of my dive into the nonsense that is Supergirl Silver Age comics. You can find part 1 here.

So, superman have left his only blood relative and only other survivor of their dead planet in a random orphanage in a different city and just left.

Kara had been accumulating knowledge on her new strange planet by herself while simultaneously trying to control her new powers and save people in secret.

Why secret if she already has a secret identity, you ask? Because Superman decided she should not let anyone know that there is even a Supergirl in existence! So, despite yearning to find a new family and a place to belong to, she sabotage her own adoption attempts and a chance to find a new home so she can keep her promis to Superman!

So one day, when she meets krypto, she is so excited and lets herself be free for the first time since she landed on earth. They play together underground so no one can see her. But big ol' Sups catches her and calls her out for disobeying him.

So, of course, he put Kara into a small rocket and yeet her out to a floating asteroid in space to banish her for A YEAR!

What the actual fuck dude!

And then she spent a week surviving by herself, watching her friends from a distance because Superman didn't tell her she couldn't watch them from afar.

She gets a message from Sup that she needs to return for one day because of a kryptonite bullshit. Unsurprisingly, people have been looking for her cause an orphan disappeared for a week! So she dirty herself to keep her identity a secret and manage to fight off all the reporters who ask her questions, all expect one. Clark Kent grabs her and starts accusing her of lying because her skin is so smooth. (WTF)

She realised it's Superman (who didn't tell her his identity until then) and reveals herself to him. He tells her it was all a test to see if she can maintain her secret identity!

So she asks if it means she can finally reveal herself to the world, and he says no.

This cruel test was so he could tell her his fucking name! THAT SHE FIGURED OUT HERSELF!

I hate him so much.

Rewatching some Ted Lasso and of course my mind decided to supercorpfy it so here we go

*beware of spoilers for Ted Lasso* (if you haven't watched it go watch it's amazing!)

So obviously Kara is the new coach from america that have very little knowledge about actul football but she is full of positive attitude

Alex joins in as Kara's assistant, she needs a change after a break up from her fiance Maggie. Kara also needed this change after her break up from her footballer boyfriend, Mike matthews.

Lena got the football team from her ex husband, Morgan Edge. The team was his favourite thing so of course she decides to run it to the ground in the most humiliating way she can. That's why she hires an american college football coach to lead a major league British football team. And because Lena can be more evil than Rebecca, she also hires Mike matthews to the team as a stealth hire without letting Kara knows.

Having mike on the team create a lot of conflicts, a. Because he's egotistical and annoying b. Because he's actually a really good footballer.

The teams captain is James Olson, who was an amazing player back in the day but now he is getting too old for this.

His sister come to visit sometimes, and this is how she meets Alex. They start dating soon after.

Brainy is also in the team who start dating Nia the marketing manager.

Winn is the kit man who helps Kara with his football knowledge and strategic mind.

Kara tries to get closer to Lena by giving her baked goods that she secretly bakes.

Lena ends up helping Kara with her anxiety attacks and eventually grows to care about her and the team.

That's what I have for now, might add more in the future.

And while i would love any rec for any cool show merch, I'm specifically looking for a supergirl dressing gown.

I've been scanning the Internet and so far, I only found the bombshells version that looks pretty cool, but I wonder if there's a secret shop on etsy or something that I've been missing, or even just a place that can make a very personalised robes that are more than just choosing one colour and putting your name on it.

Any help is very appreciated!

I have an animation that has been in the works for almost 3 months now, and I really hope to finish it by the end of the month cause I really can't wait to share it!

I had a thought about the Luther family.

I jokingly thought how they basically say hello with an assassination attempt and Lena was the rudest because her only attempt was successful.

But then I realised (correct me if I'm wrong) that no, almost all of the attempts we see in the show are orchestrated by Lillian.

Right after we meet Lena she has at least 3 attempts on her life and they are all Lillian realising Lena might be uncooperative with her plans. After that doesn't work she starts with the emotional manipulation and when she realises that doesn't work, she just frame her and sends her to prison just to break her out and to make sure no one will believe her ever again and she can still use her for her fucking blood! (If it wasn't for Kara that would've actually work)

And even her golden boy wasn't safe, because when she thought he went too far without being caught she tried to poison him and when it didn't work she went with the emotional manipulation  again.

(I see a pattern here...)

She was only cooperative with one of her kids when her life was threatened. Even with Lex, when he attempted to kill anyone against him.

What I'm trying to say is, I don't think I've realised how truly horrible that woman was. Not just for Lena but for Lex as well, who in some cases got the short end of the stick. Yes Lena was considered never good enough for Lillian no matter what she did and ended up with a supermarket lists worth of trauma, but Lex got all of this horrible woman's attention, all of her expectations and I believe also in a way all of her anger she had ( especially for Lionel after his death).

Even Lex's crimes are mostly about everyone seeing how he is superior to everyone and how everyone should adore him, all the stuff Lillian nurtured in him.

And this is not to say that Lex wasn't at fault, he most definitely is responsible for all of his heinous acts. 

But considering what we know of him as a kid I think it's fair to say that if it wasn't for Lillian, Lex could've been if not decent at least a normal human being that could potentially use his intellect to actually help people (or at the very least not destroy them)

And the saddest thing is, she truly believed she loved her kids. That was considered love for her. And maybe at some level it was, if so it's even sadder.
