Sibling Rivalry By: Akuzondelivery
Warnings // vanilla sex, threesome, oral sex, Levi x MC x Mammon
It was a Saturday, and the usual trio sat in Levi’s room playing games and reading the latest manga magazine release. Levi and Mammon had been going round after round in the fighting game, Levi always ending victoriously. Mammon was getting better and better each time though.
You rooted for them both while you thumbed through the magazine Levi had bought just for you.
“Dammit! I was so close that time!” Mammon shouted as he threw his controller down.
“Loool! You wish!”
“Nah he was close! You have my respect Mammon.”
“At least you see my growth MC.”
“Anyone who get close to beating Levi has skill.”
“I...have skills too...” Levi poured.
“Well duh, you’re the top of the top!”
The two brothers looked at each other a moment.
“So...which of us is better?” They seemed to both say at the same time.
“Huh?”
The two stared at you with serious, intense expressions. You were completely caught off guard by the friendly atmosphere suddenly turning tense.
“Wh-what kind of question is that?”
“C’mon! You’ve been with us both. Tell this gross otaku I’m the best.”
“Mammon!” The heat in your face showed how flustered you were.
“Ha! You wish Mammon. No scumbag could be better than me...right? MC?”
Again they both intently stared at you, looking for your verdict.
“Th-thats between me and you both! And you’re both good at...different things.” You couldn’t believe you were even humoring them this much. What a strange sibling rivalry.
“Grrrr, that’s not good enough for me. Now I’m real frustrated.” Mammon crossed his arms and poured.
“Well it’s not something you can compare at different times...” Levi mused.
“Should we try at the same time then?” You chuckled. Putting your magazine aside but couldn’t bring yourself to meet their gazes. Unsure of how they’d react to your “joke”.
“Yeah I guess we could do that...”
Your head snapped up as you heard Mammon accept the idea.
“If it means proving im at least better than Mammon...” Levi’s envy was guiding itself as pride.
“R-really!?”
The three of you moved to Mammon’s room; there was no way the three of you could use Levi’s tub and your bed wasn’t big enough for what they wanted to do. Sitting on the bed, you looked up at the two competing demons as they shed their shirts. Mammon threw his shirt to the side and sat beside you. Kissing your cheek as one of his arms pulled your closer by your shoulder.
Levi sat on the other side of you, hand rubbing down your thigh as he stole your lips from Mammon. They were already fighting over you. Mammon hissed as he moved to your neck. Leaving little bites and marks along his way. He knew how much you loved being painted with love bites.
Levi occupied your mouth, only letting a few of your labored moans out. Slowly they crept their hands below your clothing. Levi slipped you free of everything, including your underwear and leaving you exposed. Mammon smoothly ran his hands up your chest, moving to sit behind you, and slipping your shirt free. With his hands roughly kneading at your chest, Mammon let out a haughty laugh.
“You look so cute like this MC...” his fingers found your hardened peaks, pinching roughly to make you jump.
“Mmn!!”
Levi knelt between your legs, pushing your knees apart. Your sex was already begging for contact. A bright flush ran across his cheeks. We’re you really enjoying this that much? So soon?
“Levi-! Haa!”
Levi couldn’t resist taking a long lick across your heated body. Finding that bundle of nerves he was all too familiar with, Levi sucked and teased you.
“How is it MC?”
Mammon was being extra talkative. He wanted to know who and what made you feel the best.
“Rough. You’re so rough.” Mammon eased his pressure a moment before he heard you continue. “I love how good you are.” Immediately he went back to rolling and pulling your peaks. Kissing you deeply to keep you to himself.
Levi was beginning to lose confidence as your moaning became quieter. Hesitantly pulling away, he stopped when your thighs squeezed against his face.
“Don’t stop Levi...please.”
The little begging tone brought Levi back to himself and began indulging to his hearts content. Loving the taste of you as much as you loved the feel of him.
With both of them playing with you at once you felt yourself building up. Your thighs squeezed harder around Levi’s face, and your kisses with Mammon got wetter and hotter. Mammon’s cock was beginning to graze your back as his hips moved involuntarily. You could only imagine how Levi was faring.
Really, he had already been pumping his shaft in excitement. Teasing your entrance he moaned against your skin as Levi thought of being inside you. Stretching you out and hearing you moan just for him. He would make sure you moaned louder for him than Mammon.
“MC, flip over.”
Following Mammon’s command, Levi pulled away so you could reposition. Now your hips were over the edge of the bed, the perfect view of your tempting entrance. Mammon sat on his bed with your face now in his lap.
“Open up...good MC.”
The flush across his face showed how much he was enjoying the sight of you lowering your mouth around him. Bobbing your head, the moaning from Levi’s ministrations vibrated around him. Mammon cursed under his breath.
Growing needier, Levi’s cock began pearling with precum. Though Mammon was the one being pleasured, Levi could taste how much more aroused you were. Thinking he’d been one upped, the otaku stood to move himself more on the mattress.
“MC, I’m going to make you feel even better.” You heard his whisper just before the tip of his cock pressed into you. Slowly he stretched and filled you with his length. The grunt behind you told you when he was finally fully inserted into your tight warmth.
You moved from around Mammon’s cock, saliva trailing from your lips. The two demons loved the sounds you made when you were penetrated. The whines and whimpers made them both harder. Replacing your lips with your hand, Mammon guided your wrist over his member.
“I want to hear ya moan. Just use your hand MC. I’ll let ya drink my load down...”
“Mammon!” You felt a little embarrassed, he loved knowing how much you loved his cum.
“Hmph. I’ll make them cum twice before you get a chance to make them moan like this.” Levi grunted in a challenge. His hips snapping faster and harder. “MC you feel so good around me. I want to go even deeper.”
“Fuck. I’m close, MC open your mouth.”
Mammon used your hand to quickly pump his cock, milking himself into your open lips. His loud sighs and groans filled your ears as you swallowed what you could.
The lewd slapping behind you grew louder as Levi also reached his limit.
“I’m going to cum so deep inside you MC. I know how you love being filled up.”
You felt the heat in your core begin to unravel. Levi had been pressing against your favorite spot the whole time.
“Levi!” You moaned as you felt his warm seed fill you up. The pressure inside you helped ease you over the edge into your own strong orgasm.
The three of you paused to catch your breath before you felt both of them separate from you. As your heavy panting slowed, you saw Levi was now in front of you; and Mammon behind you, holding your hips.
“Alright, my turn. Get ready to cum even harder MC.”
“Pffft. MC...touch me too?”
Still in a blissful haze, you carefully stroked his cum covered member. The slick feeling on your fingers helped you move your hand faster. Levi’s moaning was shaky and breathy, having just came himself he was feeling extra sensitive. Seeing you ease his cock down your throat mesmerized him as he moaned lowly.
Mammon rubbed his cock around your used entrance, slicking himself up and enter you roughly. His girthy length drilled into the same spot Levi had been hitting before.
“MC you’re still so tight. Didn’t Levi stretch you out enough?” Mammon grinned as he cockily commented.
“Shut up Mammon. I made them cum faster than you will.”
The two bickered a moment, drowning out your moaning. Both of their hips were moving on their own, moving faster as the bickering continued. Growing tired of their careless thrusting you tightened your lips and your walls around their cocks to finally stop them.
Both twitching from the sudden pressure, they suddenly remembered that you were being used so roughly. But without giving an apology they continued to carefully move in and out of you.
“MC. How does it feel?” This time Levi asked.
“Good...so good.” Your voice was slightly raspy from sucking him down so far down your throat. “Levi you taste so good. And Mammon, you’re hitting so deep. I might cum again.”
At that, the demon behind you snapped his hips faster, building your tight coil in your stomach again. You could feel Levi twitching in your mouth as well.
“Cum MC; Cum around me inside you.”
Your muffled moans were your only response as you continued to suck on Levi’s cock. Though he was hitting the same spot as Levi, Mammon filled you in a different way. And the coil you felt was ready to burst.
“MC...MC...” Levi chanted your name now that you were back to licking and harshly sucking his tip.
After a few more thrusts, Mammon felt himself release unexpectedly after your tight walls clenched around him. The fullness added to what had filled you before left no room for more. Spilling out and around his cock. That was enough to finally make you orgasm spring, body spawning and trembling.
“Fuck.”
Levi wasn’t far behind, holding your hair out of the way as he thrusted into your mouth through his orgasm. The small trail of cum slipping from your lips left him a gasping mess.
Heavy panting and whines filled the room as you three stilled for a few moments. No one had the energy to move.
“So...who was better?” Mammon asked, determined to somehow “win” this contest.
“Don’t ask that now stupid. I made them cum the fastest still so...I win.”
“No way, ya just got lucky because you went first.”
“Fine. Let’s keep going until MC can choose a winner then.”
“Wh-what!? Wait!”
A winner wouldn’t be declared tonight, but the two demons who loved you so much were too caught up in their rivalry to care.

Playdate
My first posted g/t story! This follows Human Patton and his Borrower son Virgil having a play date with Human Janus’ twin sons Roman and Remus (who are also human)
@arc852
(For context: in this universe borrowers are known and seen as equals)
Words: about 1350
Tw: none I think. Let me know if you find any.
Anyway, on with the story!
————————————————-
Oh no.
Oh no oh no oh no oh no-
Virgils thoughts raced as Patton continued to explain his and his friend Janus’ conversation from earlier that day.
Virgil got the gist of it; Janus wanted to bring over his twin sons, Roman and Remus, for a play date with Virgil. Nothing out of the ordinary, but there was one problem.
Virgil was a borrower.
It wasn’t uncommon to hear about Borrowers and humans living together as roommates, but a human like Patton adopting a borrower child? Completely unheard of. There were just too many problems to name, but Patton was determined to overcome any obstacle for his little son, even if current obstacle was something as simple as a play date.
Don’t get them wrong, the twins weren’t bad kids, but both Virgil and Patton had seen the way they play with other humans.
Loud. Rough. Hard-hitting games of tag and wrestling each other to the ground.
Sure, when playing with other humans this was alright, but Virgil was just too small for that. Too easily hurt.
Patton had tried to explain this to Janus, but he didn’t seem worried, so, eventually, Patton said yes.
“And you said yes?!” Virgil exclaimed, worried.
“Janus said it would be ok, kiddo. And I trust him. Let’s try it out, just this once?”
“B-but…” Virgil trailed off. His head filled with images of how wrong this could go, no matter what Janus claimed about his boys.
“Kiddo…” Patton persisted,”I’m just as worried as you are, believe me, but the twins have been wanting to meet you for so long. We can’t deny them a chance just because of what they are.”
Virgil was quiet for a moment, thinking.
“O...okay. I’ll give them a chance”
A grin spread across Pattons face.
“Wonderful! I’ll call Janus and let him know.”
*time skip cuz I can’t write transitions*
Patton and Virgil were passing the time watching tv when a knock came from the door.
“That must be them!” Patton got up and heading towards the door, leaving Virgil to stew in his worries on the coffee table.
Barely a minute later, Patton and Janus walked into the living room, followed closely by the twins. Both Roman and Remus were carrying huge (to Virgil) duffle bags, presumably filled with toys.
As soon as they spotted Virgil, the 2 kids rushed over and knelt down to greet him.
“Hello Virgil! Nice to meet you!” Roman said with a huge smile.
Virgil stumbled back a few steps when they approached, startled.
Patton, who was sitting on the couch next to Janus, gently placed his hand on the table next to Virgil, trying to reassure him.
“It’s ok Virge, say hi.”
“H..Hi….” the borrower said nervously.
Remus leaned in slightly, his eyes sparkling with excitement. “Do you wanna play?” He asked, careful to keep his volume down for the benefit of tiny ears.
“S-sure. Play what?”
Roman but in, “we could play a board game, or draw, or...uh…whatever you want!”
“Oh umm…” Virgil thought for a moment, trying to come up with a game that hopefully won’t be too much.
“How about….pretend?” Virgil responded, pleasantly surprised they were asking him what to do.
The twins smiled.
“Ooooo yeah! We could...we could play fairytales!” Roman said excitedly. “I could be the knight!” He puffed out his chest.
“And I could be the monster! Grrrr.” Remus growled.
Virgil chuckled, feeling slightly more comfortable around the bigger kids.
“And you could be the Prince, Virgil!” Roman said, suddenly reaching his hand towards the borrower.
Both Patton and Virgil flinched at this, Virgil quickly hiding behind Patton’s hand, his fears returning.
The twins softened at this, disheartened.
“Oh no… I didn’t mean to. It’s ok, Virgil” Roman said gently. Virgil took another look at his hand. It hand had stopped a couple of inches away from where Virgil had been sitting, palm facing up in a clear offering.
“It’s ok.” Roman repeated. “I won’t grab you, I promise. C’mon, don’t you want to start the game?”
Virgil gave Patton a brief glance, before hesitantly stepping towards the hand, climbing on.
Roman smiled softly.
“There you go.” He carefully lifted his hand and carried Virgil to the tv stand, setting him down.
Remus stood up.
Ok! Let’s get started!” He exclaimed, dumping out his and Romans bags. They were filled with costumes, dolls, and more toys than Virgil could name. Roman searched through the pile and found a foam sword, holding it at the ready. Remus found a dragon hood and put it on, growling again, before stopping.
“Wait hold on!” He said, searching through the pile again. He pulled out a little king doll, taking the crown off, and handing it to Virgil, “Here you go Virge!”
Virgil placed the crown on his head. The doll was a fair bit bigger than he was, so he had to hold it up to keep it from falling. Remus gave him a huge, toothy grin, and Virgil gave a more hesitant one back.
Finally ready, the twins leapt into action, hitting each other with their toy weapons.
It should have been frightening, but the twins were surprisingly quiet, doing their best to not startle Virgil with their playing.
Roman landed a final hit on Remus, and the darker twin let out a dramatic “Oh No! I’ve been bested!” falling to the ground in “defeat”.
Roman laughed victoriously, striking a hero pose before going over to Virgil. He hovered his hand near him in a silent question. After a moment, Virgil nodded and Roman scooped him up, exclaiming, “Yes! I have rescued you fair prince! Now we will live happily ever after!” Patton and Janus softly cheered. Remus got up.
“Let’s do that again! But this time, I get to win!” He said.
“No, the monster can’t win! How will we get a happy ending then? How will I save Virgil?”
“It’ll be more interesting, and Virgil will just be stuck with the dragon forever!”
“I’ll come back and beat you then!”
“You can’t just ‘come back’ that’s cheating!”
The twins argued back and forth as Virgil thought.
They kept arguing until they heard a quiet, “Well….”
They turned to Virgil, the borrower having gotten their attention. Virgil nervously continued.
“How about… well… um… I was wondering….could I maybe...be the knight?”
The twins were quiet for a moment, before their eyes lit up wide.
“Of course you can!” “Oh yes! That would be fun!” Roman and Remus answered, Roman quickly but carefully setting Virgil on the ground before going through their pile again.
“It should be right….aha!” He exclaimed, pulling out a tiny, plastic sword from another doll. He handed it to Virgil.
“There! Every knight must have a great weapon!”
Virgil laughed, turning to point the sword at Remus.
“Have at thee beast! I will save Prince Roman!” he shouted. Remus got right into character.
“Not if I have anything to say about it. ROAR!” He pretended to blast fire at Virgil, who quickly dove out of the way of the imaginary attack.
“Not so quick beast!” He ran towards Remus’ knee, hitting it with the sword.
“Ah no!” Remus cried. He pinched the back of Virgil's jacket, lifting him up and placing him about a foot away again.
Patton flinched when this happened, about to say something when Janus placed a hand on his shoulder, shaking his head and gesturing to Virgil, who was still laughing and dodging pretend fireballs.
Patton sighed, sitting back, still worried.
Eventually, Virgil landed one last hit on Remus’ hand, causing him to shout in imaginary pain.
“Nooo! I can’t believe you defeated me! There’s no way! The prince is yours!” He said, sinking down before playing dead.
A big smile spread across Virgil's face as he turned to Roman, who cheered.
“You saved me, great knight! Three Cheers for Sir Vee the Brave!”
Janus clapped his hands and cheered along with the boys, and Patton grinned as they quickly set up the game again.
Maybe this playdate wouldn’t be so bad after all.
And there you have it! This is my very first writing so please let me know if there’s anything I could’ve done better. Constructive criticism is greatly appreciated. Thank you and I hoped you enjoyed reading!

Part II
Percy refused to talk to Annabeth the entire ride back to Camp. Most of his team was lighting up on the way back besides Percy and Will who were furious at Nico for overworking himself over a game. Percy would turn his head every time Annabeth spoke to him however when they got off the bus, he snatched her bag out of her hand and threw it over his shoulder. Annabeth tried to not laugh- sure, he wouldn't talk to her but he would still hold her bag for her.
“Percy, bro cmon, it was a game.” Jason slapped him on the back.
“That we got beat in!”
“That was your fault,” Calypso laughed slightly as Leo wove his hand into hers. He had forgiven her for practically yeeting him across into a creek. She still felt quite guilty when she saw the bruise across his back but he had waved it off as if it were nothing.
“I did warn you that we were going to win,” Annabeth repeated. “ C’mon Perce, it was just a game!”
“Hmph!” Percy shook his head away from Annabeth even though he was holding her hand and her stuff. It was by far one of the funniest things Annabeth had ever seen him do.He clearly did not see the irony.
“Do you understand what you did? It was a game Nico, a game! Do you understand what those words mean?” Will answered his question before Nico could. “ It means you don’t overexert yourself and have fun. Have you ever heard of fun before!?”
Nico was trying to keep a poker face and not laugh at Will. He watched as the blond teenager continued freaking out, throwing his hands about and lecturing him. Nico was sitting down on his bed in the infirmary, supporting his weight with both his arms. Yes, Nico injured himself so often that he had an actual bed assigned to him in the infirmary.
“What are you smiling at!” Will turned on him.
“Nothing.”
“Liar.”
“It was you and your little freak outs. Happy now?” Nico raised an eyebrow.
“Oh.” Will seemed significantly quiet as he attempted to fight the rising blush on his cheeks.
“Nerd.”
“Says you.” Will retorted as he sat next to Nico, shuffling so he could get comfortable. Nico shuffled a bit so he could lay his head on Will’s chest who in turn rested his chin on Nico’s head.. Will felt warm, safe and his heart had steady thumps- something that calmed Nico as his eyes closed and he gently drifted into a sleep. The last thing he felt was a soft kiss on his forehead.
“Anyone seen Will and Nico?” Piper asked as she took a seat.
“Infirmary,” Reyna confirmed as she decided to take a seat by Frank and Hazel. Just as Annabeth was going to take a seat by Piper instead of Percy, she felt a hand grab her wrist. She let Percy drag her to his lap- he was still frowning. His eyes weren’t cloudy like they were when he was truly angry, instead they were his regular sea green hue. His hair was messy form the game and some of the ends had splashes of yellow paint dired to the ends. There were even some splodges on his face and bruises on his arms but despite all of that, Annabeth still thought he looked as handsome as ever.
“So you’re still going to interact with me but you won’t talk to me?”
“He’s stubborn,” Leo called out.
“Grudges really aren’t your thing Percy, leave that to Nico,” Hazel admitted, her legs resting on Frank’s lap.
“She exploited the trust we had so she could win,” Percy huffed out the few words. Piper literally cackled. Percy was probably the one of the best soldiers in battle but he really wasn’t very good at losing.
“Percy,” she wheezed. “It was a game. You should have seen it coming.”
“Seaweed brain, I said I’m sorry but come on, you have to admit it was funny!” Annabeth pleaded. She watched as Percy struggled to keep his face under control. The corners of his lips twitched upwards and at the same time, the dimples on his cheeks appeared momentarily before disappearing. His eyebrows creased together in a dramatic fashion, clearly trying to prevent a smile from spreading across his face.
“Percyyy please!”
“Percy, you realise no one is on your side right?” Reyna reminded.
“I’m going to my cabin, in case you traitors wanted to continue anymore of your protesting,” Percu huffed as he got up and stormed away in a dramatic fashion. The rest of the group remained in their seats, trying to resist snorting.
A knock resonated from the door. Percy was considering if he should answer or not. The chances it was a quest or someone in need of his help (he really was close to screaming fuck all the gods except Hestia) and the chance it was Annabeth were both a fair 50/50. The knocking was persistent and finally Percy sighed before getting up and in a violent manner, pulled open the door.
To his surprise, Annabeth stood there with a plate of blue cookies (that looked like one or two had been burnt), blue nachos (with some famous 7 layer dip which Annabeth had to iris-call Sally to learn the recipe) and a bottle of blue soda which stood by her foot.
“Sorry?” Annabeth offered, her arms a bit full. Percy didn’t know how to react. On instinct, he helped Annabeth, taking the nachos out of her hands and propping the door to his cabin open so she could walk in. As Annabeth walked in, he stuck his head out the door, to make sure Chiron wasn’t watching.
“So..” Annabeth trailed off, looking at her feet.
Percy sighed, rubbing the back of his head. “So…”
“I made cookies,” she smiled weakly.
“I saw. How many did you burn?”
Annabeth gasped in mock offense. Her hand flew to mouth dramatically as she struggled to hide a giggle.
“What! There was no way that Leo didn’t help you with those. He’s the only one who can actually make food here,” Percy laughed slightly. Annabeth, caught red handed, let out a nervous bubble of laughter as she sat herself on one of the chairs in Percy’s cabin.
“So… have you forgiven me?” Annabeths eyes looked shiny and hopeful.
Percy had forgotten that he had meant to be mad around Annabeth- when the girl you’re in love with walks into your cabin with blue food and cookie ingredients across her face, you kinda have to stop thinking grrrr. In Percy’s eyes Annabeth looked so adorable- she had flour on her face and hair, her clothes were clearly in a food dye accident and her hands were stained blue.
“Maybe… I will have to give everything a thorough taste test to determine it though.”
“Oh of course, we can’t have anything not up to your standard,” Annabeth joined in on Percy’s mucking about. Percy took a bite out of the blue cookie that lay on top- expecting the worse however, he was pleasantly surprised when it tasted pretty good.
“Wow, this is way better than I thought it would be.” The words flew out of Percy’s mouth before he could stop them.
“Glad to see you believe in my baking skills,” Annabeth drawled sarcastically but her lips were still smiling. Annabeth also took a cookie and was shocked at how good it tasted.
“Wow, these are pretty good.”
“Well you see, I have this super competitive but awesome girlfriend who cannot cook or bake but she has really good battle strategies that seem to also work when coming to blackmailing her friends to make food.”
Percy wrapped his arm around Annabeth's waist, pressing a kiss to her forehead just as she gave him a playful punch, causing him to pout and rub his arm. They set out the food and argued about what movie to watch.

Episode 17 Thoughts
I think Aydan is going to be the one to tell Eda the truth eventually. She wants to tell her so badly!
Serkan honey she deserves the truth and you know it!
Oh Eda you are such a fibber. The fact that you know you need to dig is only going to make you more determined to get to the bottom of it!
I love Engin! Hes still pulling for EdSer regardless. He knows things will work out in the end.
Oooo both Eda and Serkan beating out all their frustrations.
Of course you're feeling sick Eda, you're working out a ton, you're pissed off a.d probably dehydrated.
Grrrr Efe, still don't trust you at all. Even if you are working for Eda's grandma you're still shady as hell 😡😡😡
Having hoped i was pregnant several times (i wasn't any of them), you can be nauseous and sensitive to smells and other pregnancy symptoms and not be pregnant at all.
Ooo bitchy assistant is not gonna fly with anyone in that office.
Serkan has wanted to scrap that car and buy her a new one since day 1, but Eda would never allow it.
Yaaas sassy Leyla! Put Erdem in his place!
Lmao baby Serkan!! Omg Engin trying so hard not to laugh at his joke.
Engin's face when Eda is suggested to work with Serkan. He's like "I couldn't have planned it better myself."
Lmfao their faces when she said she would be alone with Serkan!
Ha! I knew that she would be pregnant again. Breast feeding doesnt always prevent pregnancies, i know a few people who it happened to and they ended up with 2 under 2!
Using Leyla to spy on Eda tsk tsk Serkan. Although considering her symptoms I can understand why he might have suspicions of pregnancy later on.
Serkan i think you would enjoy Eda beating you up far too much 😈😈
Somehow i imagine the valet is very invested in their relationship and hopes everything turns out okay with them lol
Always worried and taking care of Eda when shes ill 😍😍😍
Ferit and Celin fighting over dog custody, *sigh* just give the dog to Ferit, Selin. You won't have time for it anyway
Lmao his face when the dr asks if she could be pregnant. He's like "No...No...No?" 🤣
Lmfao Serkan, why is the first thing you mention nausea canbe a symptomof Ebola 🤣🤣🤣 This man and his overreacting
I love the mimosa plant! Lmao Eda calling Serkan out, saying he's cowardly and preferring solitude like the plant.
Oooo the husband is pissing me off, and clearly upsetting his wife too.
Serkan you should know by now that telling Eda not to do something is a sure fire way to get her to do exactly that.
Perfect response from Aydan about why she makes video calls 🤣🤣
Eda saying if she didnt want Aydan to call she would say so🥰
Lmao Aydan's face at not only a baby but him being called Little Serkan
Lmao I'm dying at the mischievous look on Eda's face when she suggests that they could take care of Little Serkan. And Serkan's look of "God help me with this crazy woman I'm in love with and can't say no to!"
His face when he overhears them talking! Omg Serkan sweetheart, deep breaths.😂😂😂
The fact that he keeps looking at Eda's stomach has ne dying 🤣🤣🤣
Kerem honest to god has the best facial expressions for everything, i cannot with this man's talent🤣🤣🤣😍😍😍
Lmao looking at the pregnancy test in the trash and just having his brain go 🤯🤯🤯🤣🤣🤣
Aydan immediately going to wild theories of running out and adopting a baby. Sure she couldnt have been pregnant and had a baby because of the timing, but they could just run out amd adopt?🤣🤣🤣 Even with all the Bolat $$ it would still take longer than one day to do an adoption!
Serkan is totally the helicopter husband 🤣🤣🤣
Serkan always has to explain to Engin when he needs him for stuff other than what he is saying lol.🤣🤣🤣
Ooo Engin you need to make it clear that you are off the market!
SIRIUS!!!! He's so cute in his little jacket!😍😍😍 Omg the thought of Serkan putting it on him to keep him warm and dry 😍😍😍
I've missed our sweet boy! And he has missed his Mama!!🥰🥰🥰🥰
Engin's pure joy at being an uncle😍😍😍
And rightly pointing out that Serkan and Eda need to talk!!
He found a house and is moving in!!! Tell me its the doctors house!!
What is Efe plotting now, and why is he telling Selin....🤔🤔🤔
Lmao he is so panicked about little Serkan its adorable🥺🥺🥺
Omg telling little Serkan he's luckier than other Serkan's cause he got to spend all day with Eda🥺🥺🥺🥰😍😍😍
Also side note, that baby shouldnt be sleeping in a hat, blanket and coat! Too many layers and its dangerous to sleep in a hat (can get caught over their nose, mouth or throat) (Sorry I have a degree in child development and I worked with infants for 3 years, so i know a lot about babies!)
Lmao omg telling baby Serkan about architecture and the Roman Empire (the Roman Empire is something i could totally see my husband telling a child about lol)🥰🥰🥰🥰
Serkan saying the baby is a business man like him 🤣🤣
Omg Ayfer and Aydan being so confused about the baby and possible pregnancy lmao🤣🤣🤣
Serkan's face at having to burp the baby🤣🤣🤣
Lmfao Efe that is the best thing you have ever said 🤣🤣🤣
Ooo jealous Serkan is back!🤣🤣🥰🥰
Im so glad that Ayfer and Aydan's talks with Eda and Serkan cleared everything up😂😂😂😂😂
Selin you need to stop being such a bitch to Ceren. And Ceren has every right to stand up for herself and Eda.
Ugh hes so proud of her, and he loves to watch her work and be herself.🥺🥺🥺
These two I swear! Just kiss and make up you are killing me😭😭😭😭😭
The sudden💡 as everything becomes clear to Serkan. 🤣🤣
Eda is going to kill him for his assumptions, and not coming right out and asking her.
And yet despite everything Eda wants to help Aydan.
The poetry 🥺🥺🥺😭😭😭💔
Efe causing trouble of course!!😡😡😡
Omg i love that Eda did the VR visit to London for Aydan❤❤
I would like Ceren and Ferit to end up together but they need to give it some time before they start a relationship.
Lmao Eda and Aydan shushing Serkan during the play🤣🤣
Oooo Efe holding that meeting when Serkan said they didnt need one.
Ceren taking Ferit to get a new dog 🥰🥰🥰
Lmao oh Engin, honey you are just so clueless with women.
Serkan and Ferit teasing Engin 🤣🤣🤣
Efe what the hell did you do to the attic!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
The truth has to come put about Efe, Eda's parents and everything!!!
Omg what if whoever Efe is working for isn't grandma, but instead the person responsible for Eda's parents death? And that wasnt an accudent, but was someone trying to get revenge on Alptekin? Perhaps Kaan's father?

Summary (from Elle Kennedy’s website)
Five months in, NHL forward Ryan Wesley is having a record-breaking rookie season. He’s living his dream of playing pro hockey and coming home every night to the man he loves—Jamie Canning, his longtime best friend turned boyfriend. There’s just one problem: the most important relationship of his life is one he needs to keep hidden, or else face a media storm that will eclipse his success on the ice.
Jamie loves Wes. He really, truly does. But hiding sucks. It’s not the life Jamie envisioned for himself, and the strain of keeping their secret is taking its toll. It doesn’t help that his new job isn’t going as smoothly as he’d hoped, but he knows he can power through it as long as he has Wes. At least apartment 10B is their retreat, where they can always be themselves.
Or can they? When Wes’s nosiest teammate moves in upstairs, the threads of their carefully woven lie begin to unravel.
With the outside world determined to take its best shot at them, can Wes and Jamie develop major-league relationship skills on the fly?
Blurb
“Vancouver is a beautiful city, but I can’t wait to leave it.
We’ve just finished the longest road trip on our schedule, and I cannot fucking wait to go home. Standing in a fancy hotel room overlooking the waterfront, I shake the tissue paper out of a shirt I just bought at the boutique around the corner. Since I’ve been living out of my suitcase for so long, I’m out of clean laundry. But this is a great shirt, and it looked at me as I passed the storefront on my way back from signing autographs at a charity luncheon.
I unbutton it and slip it on. In the hotel mirror, I check the fit, and it looks fine. Great, even. The cotton is a fine weave, and there’s a lime-green checked pattern shot through the fabric. It’s very British, and the lively color reminds me that it won’t always be February.
Now that my dress code includes a suit and tie three or four times a week, I’ve had to pay more attention to my wardrobe. In college I wore a suit maybe three times a year. But it’s no hardship because I like clothes. And the hotel mirror says they like me, too.
I’m a sexy motherfucker. If only the one person I care about was here to appreciate it.
Last night we obliterated Vancouver, and it’s not bragging to say that I was the reason why. Two goals and an assist—my best showing yet. I’m having the kind of rookie season that makes headlines. Though right this second I’d trade it all for a night in front of the TV with Jamie and a blowjob. I am beat. Whipped. Knackered.
Luckily, all that’s left of this trip is one more ride on the team’s jet.
I grab my phone off the desk and unlock it. With the selfie cam, I shoot a picture of my abs, the shirt parted to reveal my six-pack, my hand over my crotch. It took me a while to figure out that Jamie has a thing for my hands. I swear he likes them more than my dick.
I send the picture. No commentary needed.
The hotel room gets one last glance, but I’ve packed everything. I’ve learned in a hurry not to leave charging cords and toothbrushes behind. We’re on the road so often that packing has become my new skill.
My phone vibrates with a text. Grrrr. Just get home, would you? I don’t need any pics. My poor lonely dick is so hard.
That reminds me of old vaudeville jokes. So I reply, How hard is it?
Hard enough to pound nails into our bare walls, he replies. It’s true that we haven’t exactly decorated our apartment. We both work a lot and there’s been no time.
But, as always, sex is a greater priority than home decor. Show me, I beg. There’s a reason I keep my phone locked down. Jamie and I like to indulge in some private photography.
He doesn’t answer, though. Maybe he isn’t at home. It’s afternoon in Vancouver, which means it’s later in Toronto… Fuck. I’m sick of doing this math all the time. I just want to go home.”
(review under the cut)
Review
(audiobook) After I fell in love with #wesmie, I needed to have them back in my life, so I listened to the second book of the series, Us.
Wesley and Jamie are now a couple and they live together. But Wesley is a rookie in the hockey team he’s joined, and he doesn’t want bad buzz ruining his career. He’s gonna come out at some point, because he doesn’t want Jamie to be a secret, but for now, they need to be roommates for the outside world. You can imagine he won’t go well--secrets never stay secrets for long.
We knew what the situation would be at the end of the first book, so no surprise here. But the authors throw in a bunch of colorful characters, a flu epidemic, and a burgeoning career for Wes while Jamie is losing faith in himself. Fun, angst and steam guarenteed!
If you loved Him, you’ll love Us.

Prism Rush Main Story Episode 7 Chapter 2
Your Dreams and Mine #2
First Previous Chapter
Translator’s Notes: Oh.. it’s th... it’s this... chapter.... we’re finally here.......um ..... no spoilers this time.....not even in the tags............. I don’t think I need to explain why this is the chapter that shocked me the most out of all of them... I th... I think you’ll know.........
Tumblr media
Shin: *catching his breath*
Okay! Once more from the top!
Ouch!
Leo: Are you OK?
Shin: Sorry... I got a blister on my foot.
Yukinojo: I’m not surprised. We’ve been practicing all day since morning.
Kakeru: Shouldn’t we all take a break? My feet are killing me.
Shin: But...!
Taiga: I’m not ready to quit...!
Shin: Taiga-kun...
Tumblr media
Taiga: The next goal we’re working towards is... The Prism King Cup.
Shin: Yeah...
Taiga: It’s a tournament to determine the top star from prism stars all over the world. We can’t rest for a minute! We haven’t practiced nearly enough...!
Tumblr media
Minato: Kougami.
Taiga: What?
Minato: You’ve been limping on your right foot a little since a while ago. It hurts, doesn’t it?
Taiga: !! It’s nothing...!
Minato: If you overdo it now and end up hurting yourself this will all have been for nothing.
Yu: Just chill out and take a little break already.
Minato: You better not go overworking yourself either, Ichijo.
Shin: ....Okay, got it.
Taiga: I guess there’s no other choice.
Yu: So... the Prism King Cup, huh.
Leo: I wonder what it will be like.
Yukinojo: The peak height of prism shows. It’s the most highly regarded tournament for prism stars.
Kakeru: But we don’t even know if we’re going to be able to participate or not yet.
Tumblr media
We don’t know how many spaces they’ll give to entrants from Edel Rose.
Shin: I see....
Tumblr media
Taiga: In other words, all of us here are rivals now.... Grrrr....
Tumblr media
Leo: EEK! Taiga-kun looks so scary!
Minato: Let’s not be hostile towards one another.
Yu: But every performance we have done so far at Edel Rose has been completely different from this.
Taiga: Yeah. If we let our guard down we’ll be stomped on.
Shin: I see... We’ve got to work hard!!
(Hijiri’s office)
Tumblr media
Hijiri: The growth of the Edel Rose students has been remarkable... First the Christmas concert, then the countdown concert....  Edel Rose is prevailing thanks to their bright radiance.
Tumblr media
I’m sure the world will love th--Huh?! This.. this is!!
(Later)
Tumblr media
Kakeru: This is....
Shin: Ahh... What a nice bath... Hm? What’s everyone looking at?
Leo: Shin-kun.... Well, it’s a prism show magazine... but...
Shin: Oh yeah! They came to cover our concert, didn’t they? How did the article come out... Huh?!
Tumblr media
They... They didn’t write about Edel Rose at all... Why?!
Kakeru: They’re probably under a lot of pressure from Schwartz Rose like always. Schwartz Rose has all the money in the world, so they can regulate the media and keep us from getting coverage.
Shin: How could they...
Yu: It’s the same situation online. There’s nothing about our concert anywhere.
Tumblr media
Leo: But we worked so hard.....
Yukinojo: I guess this mean no matter how hard we work, it means nothing in the face of Schwartz Rose....
Taiga: Dammit.... Those jerks....!
Tumblr media
Shin: ...G... Grrr.... !
Yukinojo: S... Shin?! What’s going on?
Taiga: He’s starting to shake all over?!
Tumblr media
Shin: I.. I AM... I CAN’T TAKE IT... I’M ANGRY...!
Minato: Ichijo..!
Shin: Even after all that hard work!  After we all came together! How could things end up like this...! I just can’t accept it!
Tumblr media
BUT I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TO DO...!
Tumblr media
Leo: Woaaah! I’ve never seen Shin so angry before!
Tumblr media
Yukinojo: He’s not used to being angry. He’s really bad at it.
Tumblr media
Taiga: Hey, hold on..! Calm down OK!
Tumblr media
Shin: I... I.. I CAN’T... I... I’m going outside for a run...!!
Leo: S-Shin-kun!!!
(Outside)
Tumblr media
Shin: *catching his breath* I’m... beat.... I ran really far without even noticing. Hm? Is that...
Tumblr media
Louis: Hey, Shin. We meet again.
Shin: Louis!!
Louis: How have you been?
Shin: Terrible! Schwartz Rose is trying to erase our reputation...
Louis: Oh, I see....
Shin: Hey, Louis. You’re in Schwartz Rose, right?
Tumblr media
Why? Schwartz Rose does such terrible things....
Tumblr media
SO WHY?!
Tumblr media
Louis: That’s because... I have a goal to accomplish. I have no choice but to be in Schwartz Rose to achieve that goal.
Shin: A goal...?
Tumblr media
Louis: I can’t tell you what it is.
Tumblr media
Shin: ...
Louis: What’s your goal, Shin?
Shin: Huh?
Louis: Do you want to perform great prism shows and get famous for that?
Shin: That’s not it....
Louis: It may be strange to hear something like this coming from me...
Tumblr media
But I think to keep on moving forward, no matter what hardships you face, is what makes a prism star a prism star. Don’t you think?
Tumblr media
Shin: Oh, I see... I had forgotten something very important. Louis, thank yo--....Hey wait? He’s gone again....
(Back at Edel Rose)
Tumblr media
Shin: I’m back!
Tumblr media
Leo: Shin-kun!! I’m so happy you’re back here safe.
Tumblr media
Shin: L-Leo-kun... Could you get back a little... your face is....
Leo: Ah, I’m sorry!
Shin: Um... I... I’m sorry for troubling you all!!
Yukinojo: Shin....
Shin: I had forgotten. What’s really important isn’t something like getting a lot of press... It’s being able to express ourselves through prism shows. I want everyone out there to know that the world is shining... ! So, let’s try our best not to let things like this get us down--
Tumblr media
Taiga: You idiot. We all know that already.
Shin: Huh?
Kakeru: We have already been through so much together. We already know that this sort of thing can’t stop us.
Yukinojo: The more hardships we face together, the stronger our hearts will become.
Minato: It was probably a big shock to you since you were the one who worked the hardest out of all of us.
Leo: Up until now you’ve been carrying all of us. But now it’s our turn to support you!
Yu: You’ve got that amazing solo song I made for you, right?
Tumblr media
It’s the best possible song for you so... with that, you’ve got nothing to fear right?
Shin: Everyone... I’m so glad... I have friends I love so much.... There’s still a lot I’m worried about, but with everyone here on my side, it will be OK....
Tumblr media
No matter what happens we will always keep going forward!
(Meanwhile)
Tumblr media
Hiro: Kazuki! How many rice cakes do you want?

CH 48
Liz stood just off stage in a dark hallway as the presenting actor continued on, chatting up the young woman that had escorted them back and leaving Liz to fend for herself. She looked down at the award and envelope in her hands, quickly removing the playing card from the envelope and slipping it into her dress before someone snatched it from her. She looked up and down the hall, trying to determine where she was supposed to go when she felt a hand on the small of her back.
“Hey,” Dave said quietly as she turned to look up at him.
A relieved smile spread across her face and she moved to put her arms around him, but changed her mind at the last second.
“Goddamnit, Dave!” she laughed and shoved his shoulder a little with her free hand. “You didn’t tell me you were gonna be here!”
“Yeah, I did the…,” Dave pointed over his shoulder to the stage, “Did you not see Taylor and me do the thing?”
“No!” Liz shook her head in confusion, trying to figure out how she had missed it, “Oh, Josie and I went on a little adventure... You still didn’t tell me you were going to be here. Oh, I have a gig,” she tried to mock him, but her smile gave her away.
Dave laughed and checked the hallway before leaning down to kiss her, “Congratulations”
“Ugh. Feels more like a punishment, honestly,” she looked down at the award in her hand and had the sudden urge to fling it down the hallway. “But thank you. Can we get out of here?”
“Yeah, the green room is that way,” he pointed to their left and Liz set off in that direction.
She made it several feet before realizing Dave wasn’t with her and stopped, “Are you…?”
“Yeah, just…,” he cleared his throat and hurried to her side, “just admiring your dress.”
She slipped her hand into his and leaned into his side as they walked. “Did I ever tell you that I hate surprises?” she smiled as he opened the green room door for her.
Dave was about to make some sarcastic comment, but Mark stood just inside door with a panicked look on his face. He took Liz’s award and envelope the moment he saw her and grabbed her free arm, “You have a press call right now.”
“Oh, but...” Liz worriedly looked back at Dave, but Mark continued to drag her away.
“Bring him!” he hissed, “We don’t have time!”
*
Liz once again found herself standing alone on stage, holding an award and facing a crowd of people, this time the press, but she felt much more at ease knowing that Dave was just off stage. She answered several questions before Mark announced that she would take only two more.
“What do you think Abigail Adams would say about this award?” a woman called from the back.
“She would probably think this entire process is asinine and self-congratulatory, then return to building our country’s foundation without asking for anything in return… while raising five children, keeping a home, running a farm and wearing a corset.”
They clamored to ask another question and Liz caught Mark shaking his head out of the corner of her eye. Her attitude was a PR nightmare sometimes.
“And how do you feel about this award? It’s no secret that you don’t subscribe to the traditional Hollywood mould,” another woman asked.
“I think it’s very nice to be recognized for doing hard work,” she said simply. Truthfully, she didn’t care what the industry thought of her work as she wasn’t doing it for them. She smiled politely and stepped away from the microphone, but a man in the front row yelled a question that she couldn’t resist answering.
“Why didn’t Grohl escort you on the red carpet?” She stopped and stared him down as he continued, “Any comment on why your boyfriend wasn’t with you? He’s obviously here as he performed the In Memoriam song.”
Most of the reporters were hurrying to ready themselves for the best actor winner and weren’t paying any attention to Liz and the tabloid reporter, but she spoke loudly enough so the reporter could hear, “He was too busy waiting for me backstage.”
*
Dave was replying to a text from Taylor when the blue sparkle of Liz’s dress caught his eye. She smiled at him as he looked up and didn’t wait to be completely out of view of the press before slipping her arm around his waist and leaning into his side. The cameras behind them lit up like the sun to capture Liz’s affection before the best actor appeared on the opposite side of the stage.
“That went well,” Dave said, looking over his shoulder at the flash.
“Yeah,” Liz shifted a little on her heels, “Hey, what are you doing after this?”
He stared at her, trying to figure out what she was asking him.
“I mean, I thought you could come with me to this thing I have after,” she fidgeted with the award for a moment, avoiding eye contact with him when Mark interrupted them.
“Back to the hotel to change and then we’re due at the Vanity Fair party,” he said quickly, then snatched the award out of Liz’s hand and stomped off. She glared at his back as he left them alone.
“Are you asking me on a date, Elizabeth?” Dave teased.
“I’m asking, David, if you want to go to a formal event with me that doesn’t involve you lurking around corners only to leap out when I least expect it,” she said.
“I do that a lot, don’t I?” he laughed.
“Yes! You’re like a crocodile at a watering hole and I’m the idiot wildebeest. Anyways,” she waved to someone she knew then turned her full attention back onto him, “So are you going to this adult prom with me or not?”
“Fine, but only if you help me spike the punch.”
“I’m not sure how I feel about you in a suit, Dave,” Liz lied. She knew exactly how she felt about him in a tux, so much so that her body physically reacted when he was near her. She leaned against the elevator wall and looked him over again, not even trying to hide the fact that she was checking him out.
“Believe me, Liz. I hate me in a suit, too,” he mumbled, distracted by the floor numbers illuminating above the door and oblivious to her staring.
“I didn’t say I hated it,” she held her hand out for him, smiling when he reflexively took it and let her pull him closer. She turned his face to hers and finally recognizing the look she was giving him, he smiled and brushed his nose against hers.
“I only own the one,” he whispered.
“One is all I need.”
She made an involuntary purring noise when he kissed her, prompting Mark to awkwardly clear his throat from the opposite corner of the elevator. Liz pursed her lips to keep from laughing as the doors finally slid open and they waited until the last possible second before the doors closed on them again to give Mark a generous head start down the long hallway. Dave put his arm around Liz’s shoulders as they walked, marveling at the fact that just two weeks ago he was anxiously standing at her door at six in the morning, trying to build up the courage to knock. His life from the album release up until he met her had been a series of harsh blows, raining down one after the other in regular increments until all he was able to do was brace himself for the next. But then she happened and she was wholly unexpected. Paul had first mentioned her in the studio, telling Silva that he had found a new drummer and he was determined to bring her into the business. That conversation had stuck with him for some reason, either for the notion that a new musician had impressed his idol or for another reason he hadn’t figured out yet, but Paul would bring her up at least once a day while they were working. He was too exhausted by the recording process and the daunting two year tour that lay ahead to think too much about this mystery drummer, his life was falling apart behind the scenes and he was just trying to grab for the one thing he knew would keep him afloat. But then there she was, shyly shaking his hand backstage at the Grammy’s, beating the life out of a drum kit and holding her own against some of the biggest icons in the industry all in one night. She was refreshingly real, another flawed human walking among the false gods in a city full of myths and legends.
“Josie just has to help me change and then we can go,” her voice pulled Dave from his thoughts and he looked around the sitting room, trying to forget about the last time he had been there.
Just as Liz opened the door to her bedroom, Mark sighed from the corner of the room and hung up his phone, “You’re going to have to figure out the dress yourself, Liz. Josie and Travis are stuck in traffic. We have to leave in fifteen.” He turned and left the sitting room for the opposite bedroom to make more phone calls.
“Grrrr… eat,” Liz mumbled as she watched him retreat and lifted her chin towards Dave, “You wanna help me out of a several thousand dollar dress?”
He bolted towards her, his eyes locked on her dress and walked right into the low marble coffee table, swearing at the pain and sending her brand new award to the floor.
“Can you maybe not bust your other leg just before this thing that I’m supposed to be at?” Liz ran to his side and shoved the heavy coffee table aside, “You okay?”
He looked up at her worried face and then down to her award lying face down partially underneath the couch next to it, “Yeah, but your new man… I think I killed him.”
Liz glanced down at the golden statue and laughed a little, “Fuck him. I bet he’s terrible in bed.”
“You never even gave the poor guy a chance!” he teased, finally standing upright again.
“I’ve already got more than I can handle,” she tugged a little on Dave’s arm, “Come on, I want you to see this other dress,” she whined.
Dave followed her, wondering what she meant by already having too much to handle and stopped in the doorway to her bedroom. Her bed was unmade, but for the chaos that the morning had inevitably held, the room was fairly clean. He closed the door behind them and wandered over to the tall upholstered vanity chair next to the large mirror while Liz checked her makeup.
“The zipper is around here somewhere,” Liz searched for the hidden zipper sewn onto the side of the dress, twisting a bit to see if the light would give its location away.
Dave spotted a seam and held her still with a hand on the small of her back, pulling the zipper from just above her handwritten tattoo to the curve of her hip, dragging his knuckle along her skin as it was exposed. Smiling a little when she shivered, he casually sat back to watch her slip the straps off her shoulders.
“Thanks,” she whispered, preoccupied with whatever was on her mind. She held the gown up with an arm across her chest, breezing past him to the closet and disappeared inside.
Dave stared at the space she had just left for a second before following her into the small closet where he found her hanging the gown on a wooden hanger. He cleared his throat partially to avoid startling her, but also because his mouth had gone dry at the sight of her in nothing but her silver heels.
“Had I known you weren’t wearing anything underneath…” he started, her laugh interrupting him.
“Yeah, apparently not eating anything for an entire day is the equivalent of wearing one of those horrid spandex underwear things,” she muttered, pulling the shell comb out of her hair. She shook her head to loosen the curls, letting them fall over her shoulders as she reached for a white garment bag. “And that fucking dress was so heavy that I think I lost another ten pounds just lugging it around.”
Dave leaned his shoulder into the door frame and loosened his tie when she glanced over at him, “Don’t look at me like that,” she laughed, “We only have a few minutes.”
“Between that blue dress and what you’ve got on right now, I’m only gonna need a few seconds.”

So what I am doing right now is essentially elaborate fanfiction. Season 2 of Supergirl was written extremely clumsily; it had a few great ideas that didn’t get explored enough and a few horrible ideas that got explored too much. The trailer and recent announcements that Mon-El will return really don't inspire much confidence and I am not even sure I will continue watching if things will proceed as poorly as I fear they will.
We reached the point that I am convinced a fanfic writer can do better, and so a fanfic writer shall.
To further handicap myself, I won't retcon the established plans. Reign is still gonna show up, Maggie is still there but is getting even less screentime, Supercorp and Karolsen are still not happening, Kat gets to be in 4 episodes tops and Alex's dad is still out in the woods somewhere. Okay? Okay. Let's get started.
So let’s make like the Supergirl staff and put Mon-El first. Short version: no, Mon-El isn’t in this season. If it were up to me, we’d be done with his character the moment season 2 ended. His arc was done. He serves no further purpose other than distracting attention away from Kara. Any capable writer would at least give Kara time to mourn and/or develop before even hinting at bringing him back, otherwise what was the point? So, Mon-El is benched for at least 1 season. I’d bring him back for the season dealing with Kara’s clone (whenever that may be) because there he may actually add to the plot. If however we are contractually obliged to keep him in the CWniverse, I would have him recruited by the Legends of Tomorrow. This would be a chance for him to further explore what it means to be a hero, give him a chance to show us what he's like without Kara's infinite patience/support and actually place him in the position of the moral compass for a change. That could actually be fun. Show us what season 2 kept telling us and actually let him show that he is a hero now. Get Steel out, get Valor in. They basically have the same powerset anyway. Instead of history expert Nate, they now get alien expert Mon-El.
Now let’s discuss Kara’s arc; 5 words that were never spoken by the writing staff of season 2. Now Kara is understandably a little lost after the events of season 2. She's upset, she feels alone, she barely shows up to work at all. Of course, she insists she is fine, but she doesn't conceal her emotions very well. We get glimpses of her Scooby Gang visiting her, trying to cheer her up. We get Winn, Lyra and James visiting her, trying to take her mind off of things by explaining monopoly to Lyra. Lena calls her, very blatantly hinting at an invention that could easily make the frontpage of Catco magazine. She is genuinely surprised to be visisted by Snapper instead. Eliza visits, J'ohn visits, even Maggie and M'Gann visit, but no one really gets through to her. Finally, we get a very emotional couch scene with Alex, who tells Kara to grieve for as long as she needs. It’s not strange, no one thinks less of her for it, she has every right to take some time to heal.
But this is a superhero jam, so things needs to go down and we get the first appearance of Reign. She just crash-landed on earth and is lashing out, laying waste to an entire city. J'ohn tries to go at it alone with M'Gann, but it is swiftly made clear that they lack the firepower. Kara is called into action and when Alex explains that J'ohn is in danger, she leaps right out the window. Reign, being made by a Zor-El, ceases her violence against the martians when she sees Supergirl appear and recognizes her crest. The two begin their fight, while Reign demands to know why she was made. A question Kara can't answer. Mirroring Man of Steel, we see some large scale destruction going on. Kara saves who she can, but it only results in her further getting pummeled. Reign being one of the big bads this seasons beats the snot out of Kara, but because of a timely intervention of Alex, Kara manages to wound her enough to force a retreat, ending the first episode.
The second episode we find Kara in civilian clothes at the DEO. The news shows Supergirl fighting Reign and blaming her for yet another alien that attacks humanity to get to her. Kara tries to shrug it off, but is put on the same story by Snapper. "The Daxamites were looking for her specifically, this grey woman is after her as well. Grrrr endangering the public grrrrr." Kara tries to defend herself, but Snapper explains that objectively, we are 2-for-2 in hostile alien invasions seemingly caused by Supergirl. To make matters worse, Livewire has been spotted in National City again, and seems to be calling out Supergirl specifically to get under her skin. Livewire goads her, taunts her and seems to have gotten significantly more powerful. Finally, she goes for the cheap shots and mentions 'that cute sidekick that used to hang out with her.' and asks if he kicked the bucket so soon, laughing at his incompetence. Kara loses it and Winn depowers Livewire through science magic and James’s help. Even beaten to near death, Livewire continues taunting Supergirl, finally daring 'the girlscout' to kill her already. Kara seriously charges her eyes, and screams in anger, about to kill a person, but Alex talks her out of it. Livewire is put into DEO custody by a trembling Kara, who begins breaking shit in a rage the moment she is out of sight. She tries to explain her frustration, but breaks down crying and is hugged by Maggie and Alex in an attempt to calm down.
We end episode 2 with a red streak in space, getting closer to earth, zooming in on the US, zooming in further to National City, zooming in further and further until it reaches Kara's appartment and crashes down. 'Kara Zor-El of Earth. You have great rage within you. You have been chosen to join the Red Lantern Corpse."
That's right, this season will essentially be Supergirl's Venom arc. Different logistics, same core deal. This may not be the most original course of action, but I see some major benefits. We get to explore Kara, her emotions and relations to the other characters, it puts the agency back with her, opens up a realm of new story possibilities and space shit gives J’ohn something to do besides barking orders and fumbling his relation with M’Gann. Melissa Benoist is a good Supergirl and definitely not a bad actress. Giving her the chance to express more anger and extreme emotion in her character would make for a fun performance. Finally, it gives her a costume change (because come on, third season without a new outfit?). It's not a permanent change because duh, Venom arc. The ultimate enemy this season will be both Reign and Kara's own self-destructive rage/grief. She’ll return to her classic outfit for the finale, having learned to healthily deal with her anger. Of course, the Red Lantern lore needs to be changed a bit to make it fit, but that's nothing CW isn't used to. Chances of a CW Green Lantern are pretty low and no one else is using it, so let’s go nuts with it.
Kat Grant, during the first episodes of the second half of the season will be the one to talk some sense into Kara. “Supergirl is a symbol of hope, not this little ball of insecure rage she’s pretending to be now. I swear, it’s that red kryptonite episode of hers all over again, minus the sex-appeal”. “Of course she’s angry Kiera. Everyone gets angry. Ghandi got angry, but we don’t let that anger define us.”
So, Kara decides to try and take the ring off, but a part of the red lantern lore we’re not changing is that this is impossible without aid of a blue lantern. Still, Kara very consciously tries to keep her anger in check from here on out, but ends up killing a man by flipping out in rage near the end of the season. I suggest bringing back Maxwell Lord to close off that chapter and because my self-indulgent ass deserves something nice. By the end of the season Kara manages to take the ring off and defeat Reign in her classic outfit, as is the standard for Venom arcs. To take the ring off, she will need the help of temporary Blue Lantern Alex, James, M’Gann or Lena. All 4 of them inspire/experience great hope in one capacity or another. Green might be a better fit, but you know, story purposes.
When bringing peace to Kara, both red and blue rings get rejected by their owners and the season finale can commence. My inner supercorp shipper says Lena has to be the blue lantern. Bringing her in contact with Saint Walker would be a fun exploration of her relation with aliens, but I really want the series to continue exploring the relationship between the Danvers sisters. Speaking of which…..
Alex needs to close her daddy issues arc and she needs to close it fast. What started out as a fairly interesting subplot has lost all pace, agency and consistency. Homecoming was one of the most embarrassing episodes of season two and the sooner we’re done with the Jeremiah arc, the better. So here’s what’s gonna happen. Seeing Supergirl get reckless and more aggressive sends CADMUS into panic mode, because ‘omg, evil kryptonian waiting to happen’ and they task Jeremiah with one last job. He agrees, but demands to do it *his* way. Cut to the next scene/episode and dad Danvers surrenders himself to the DEO. Obviously, no one trusts him and J’ohn is determined to keep him under constant surveillance. Alex and Kara hear about it immediately and they try to talk about their grievances, but Jeremiah is shady af. He explains seeing Kara as a red lantern concerned him, but we’re still in the early parts of her arc at this point; she is convinced she got it under control and is stronger than ever. Meanwhile, he sees the dangers of a kryptonian going mad with rage. He tries to convince Alex to see it his way, but after his last stunt in season 2, she remains supportive of Kara. In CADMUS’s attempt to retrieve him and Jeremiah’s inevitable double cross, Jeremiah dies while taking down Hank Hanshaw. It A) makes his sacrifice worth something and B) rid us of Hank Hanshaw. I’m sorry but he doesn’t work as Cyborg Superman, getting rid of him is a kindness. Unfortunately, a sample of Kara’s DNA was delivered to Lilian Luthor for project Galatea, leading into the Power Girl arc in one of the following seasons. Important! Alex, Kara and Eliza get a chance to mourn. Give us a few scenes, a few establishing shots, showing that Jeremiah’s death is acknowledged by the characters. Show how Eliza reacts to the sudden closure of their tragic relationship. I know, duh, but I feel like it should be mentioned because as established; I don’t trust the Supergirl writers. Also, it is kind of a theme this season. Alex’s engagement and probable marriage to Maggie this season may have to be the B-plot for her. Considering Maggie is getting less screentime, this’ll give us some scenes where she can support her gf with her plot, while the two are fantasizing about and planning their wedding. A season-spanning plotline for Maggie would be fun, but is unlikely to occur and even less likely to be handled well. Going by the promo, I suggest turning the plot upside down and allow Maggie to cut her homophobic father out of her life entirely because she is a grown woman and doesn’t need that toxic influence in her life. If the SG writers think of that themselves, kudos. If she has to be the bigger person and forgive her homophobic relative just because he’s a relative, my eyes might pop out of my skull from rolling too much.
I am honestly not sure what game the writers are playing with Reign and Lena. It is actually the only plot for season 3 I am sincerely interested in seeing play out, along with the Sanvers scenes. Allegedly Lena and Reign are linked somehow and I sincerely hope we’re not getting a distant siblings/lena is half alien reveal. Because that’s stupid. And really dumb. And stupid. Instead, I suggest making her what Mon-El should have been; a reflection of Supergirl. Reign/Sam becomes what would have happened if Kara had not been raised by the Danvers and used her powers for selfish ends. She isn’t even looking to conquer. She just wants answers about her existence and live in the comfort she feels she deserves, but goes about her quest with no regard for human life or decency leaving a trail of destruction in her wake. Unintentionally however, she becomes entangled with Lena Luthor and the two become good friends. As Sam, she becomes Lena’s secretary, sadly dropping fan favorite Jess but furthering her parallels with Kara. Meanwhile Lena helps her find out about what she’s made for as bessie mates. Sam will try to physically destroy Lena’s enemy for the season and Lena will have to play moral compass. ‘I’ll kill everyone in this room.’ ‘Sam no.’ ‘Sam yes!’ This will cause some fun tension between Sam and Kara too, as they can only shoot each other nasty looks when Lena is in the room. Reign being a CW villain probably isn’t going to survive the season finale, which is a shame cause they could really use another recurring villain. Considering CW has been trying to paint Lena as a potential villain since the beginning of season 2 however, this is as good a time as any to do it. Supergirl won’t deal the killing blow to Reign but Lena, primed by Lilian, will blame her nonetheless. Bonuspoints if she discovers her identity in the process, reducing her friends list from 4 to 0 in one bad day.
So those are the main plotlines I’d lay out for Supergirl season 3, connected by a theme of dealing with grief. Kara learns that it’s okay to be angry in her grief but to not let it consume her. Alex mourns the death of their dad in a pretty healthy way, surrounded by friends and family, though perhaps feels a little guilty for being so glad with getting closure and her upcoming wedding. Lena deals with the death of Sam in an unhealthy manner, tries to push Kara away and might go down the path of an anti-hero next season.
I know this is just elaborate fanfiction. Of course I do, I said so at the beginning of this thing. But, I felt it necessary to make a point. Season 2 was an awkward, clumsily assembled mess and even folks with only a passing interest in storytelling could have done better. I am not excluding the possibility that the Supergirl writers/producers will surprise me next season, but if they continue the trends set by season 2, I will probably drop the show by episode 5.
I mean, I can always watch the Sanvers and Reign/Lena scenes on youtube later.

9 Lessons from my 9-Month-Old Nephew, Who’s Taught Me How to Live
“The mediocre teacher tells. The good teacher explains. The superior teacher demonstrates. The great teacher inspires.” ~William Arthur Ward
Oliver.
Ahh, my heart skips a beat at just the sound of his name.
In 2018, a tiny human being arrived on the planet, one who would change my life. In the short nine months my nephew Oliver has been in my life, I’ve learned a lot. I’m not talking about changing nappies and bottle-feeding, although I’m getting to grips with these essentials too. No, Oliver has taught me valuable lessons about life itself. Here are nine of the biggest.
1. Love and be loved.
Those who meet Oli can’t help but love him. He has big, beautiful, blue eyes and a smile that you can’t help but reciprocate.
Although he’s beautiful on the outside, it’s his spirit I love most. He’s gentle, innocent, and curious. I see the good in him, and even though I know he’ll make mistakes as he grows up, I also know it won’t change my unconditional love for him.
Loving Oli in this way has taught me to be more loving and less judgmental of others because I recognize that in every adult there’s an innocent child who’s just trying to do their best.
This has also helped me better open up and receive love. I feel how deeply I want to help Oli, and how much it means to me when I can, which makes me more receptive when others want to help me.
2. Make time to play.
Oliver’s social schedule is impressive, better than most adults! He goes to birthday parties, visits family, has trips out, not to mention the numerous baby classes he attends. Regardless of where he is, whether it’s a class with friends or a rainy day spent at home, I can count on one thing—he’s playing!
One morning, while watching Oli play, I asked myself, “Do I make enough time to play?” Adulting can be a serious matter at times, but that’s not to say we can’t pass time in a way that lights us up. Maybe I’m a little old to play with toy cars (or maybe not). Still, it’s important I make time for fun.
So I now make time to play piano and watch movies instead of telling myself these things are unimportant, and I try to infuse a spirit of play into everything I do instead of taking it all so seriously.
3. Praise ourselves.
Recently, my sister taught Oli the song “If You’re Happy and You Know It Clap Your Hands.” He’s always a little out of time, but he’s mastered clapping itself. It melts my heart to see him clapping away with his mini hands.
I hope when he’s a little older, he’ll clap for himself after all his accomplishments and learn to praise himself for a job well done. Children are usually great at this. Sadly, when we become adults, we become more critical of ourselves, and words of praise become words of criticism. We become our own worst enemies, which makes it hard to ever feel happy, proud, or successful.
I formed a habit at the end of last year, to praise myself for three achievements at the each of day. Big or small, it doesn’t matter. I simply praise myself. I’m a lot less critical of myself since starting this ritual—and a lot happier as a result!
4. Give encouragement.
“C’mon, you can do it.” This seems to be my catchphrase when I’m spending quality time with my nephew. He’s forever on the move, grabbing on to the side of the sofa and pulling himself up slowly.
Rather than helping him directly, I sit back, smile, and encourage because I want to support his growth instead of just doing things for him. f my family are in the room, they’ll join in and it begins to feel like we’re a group of cheerleaders rooting for our favorite sports team.
Oli loves encouragement. Don’t we all? Life can be challenging sometimes, and hearing someone say, “I believe in you” can help us push through when we’re tempted to give up.
I now put more energy into encouraging my loved ones—and myself. Replacing my inner dialogue from negative, doubtful messages to pure encouragement has been life changing. Our thoughts determine our feelings, which influence our actions. For this reason, even a little self-encouragement can dramatically transform our lives.
5. Express how you feel.
Another important lesson Oliver has taught me, and taught me well, is to express how you feel. When Oli is hungry or tired you know about it! He doesn’t hold back. And he always gets his needs met as a result.
For a long time when I was living with anxiety, I wore a mask and hid my real feelings, putting on a “brave face.” I was afraid of being judged and I falsely believed that “real men” shouldn’t show weakness or ask for help.
I’ve gotten better at expressing how I feel, though there’s still room for improvement. As a result, I’m also better able to move past my challenges and get what I need.
6. Be determined.
One of Oliver’s cutest idiosyncrasies is his growl. He’s one determined little man, and his determined actions are always backed by a “GRRRR.” He’s advanced for his age, and I bet it’s because of his determination. If he fails the first time around, he tries again.
As adults, we’re sometimes too quick to form conclusions about what’s possible and what we’re capable of doing. Babies don’t have this kind of internal monologue—they just keep going when they have a goal in their sights!
Watching Oli has inspired me during recent challenges to really dig deep, get determined, and keep on going.
7. Know when to rest.
As playful and determined as he is, Oliver knows when it’s time for a nap.
In the past I’ve been guilty of pushing too hard, working too long, and not resting enough. I sometimes think I’ll get more done if I work harder and longer—probably because I often heard growing up “You can be successful if you work hard.” But I’m actually more effective if I allow myself to stop working and rest when I’m tired, since I can then come back stronger and recharged later or the next day.
I may not require as much sleep as a baby, but I do need to listen to when my mind and body is saying “enough.” It’s not about working harder, but smarter.
8. Try new things.
The last time I saw Oliver, my family and I took him to the English seaside for the first ever time. It was a cold and windy day, but we didn’t let the weather prevent us from having a great time. We walked for hours along the coastline, breathing in the salty sea air and listening to the sound of the waves crashing against the shore.
Having a baby in the family is the perfect reason to go and experience all the world has to offer, to show them its wonders for the first time.
As adults, our lives can get routine. We drive to work the same way, eat the same foods, and see the same people day to day. According to Tony Robbins, one of our six core needs is the need for uncertainty—or variety. Without new experiences, life starts to get boring.
There’s so much joy to be had when we enter the realm of the new with a curious pair of eyes. Trying new things also helps us discover new things about ourselves—new interests or strengths, or traits we didn’t know we had.
After this outing with my family, I made a list of new things I’d like to experience, from foods to devour to countries to explore. I may be far beyond Oil’s age, but we’re never too old to try new things.
9. Live in the present.
Perhaps the biggest lesson my nephew has taught me is to live in the present moment. He has no concept of time. The past and the future don’t exist in Oli’s world; he lives completely in and for the present, which ultimately, is the only time we can ever live in.
Oliver hasn’t yet learned how to remember. He hasn’t learned how to worry. He is pure. Like we all were at one time. If he falls down, he forgets it quickly and goes right back to playing, completely connected to the joy of what he’s doing.
It’s never too late, I believe, to return to living life in the present. Although over the years, thoughts may have pulled our focus like a tug of war rope, back and forth, between the past and future, we can always return to the now, right now.

Onshape In-Context Assembly Design is Unlike Anything You’ve Ever Seen
Presented by
Throughout all the years (decades? yeow!) I’ve use 3D modeling software, I can’t think of a time where I didn’t use some type of in-context assembly design. Not building out a design like that gives me the shakes – I honestly can’t grasp how to get accurate fit and function without it. “That there is what them there hammers is fer!” EXACTLY. You just go ahead a beat that fuel line into submission. I’ll stand waaaaaaay over here.
But there are valid reasons why people don’t want to use in-context design in traditional CAD software. Some companies actually ban it or require all reference be destroyed. Why? Simply put, errors, and the potential cost of those errors. The worst case scenario of in-context assembly design is when a part changes and that change trickles down through designs, drawings and manufactured parts. We may not even see an error in the assembly. But then there’s when we do get those errors; when the assembly just blows up with rebuild errors, missing references or corrupt design files. In traditional CAD, you’ll see this effect immediately when you move an in-context part in an assembly. We should flippin’ be able to move parts in an assembly without affecting their features!
Onshape has addressed all of this. ALL. OF. IT. Now, Onshape allows you to create an Assembly Context that gives you the 3D modeling super power of editing parts in context of the assembly WITHOUT all the pain mentioned previously. Pardon me.
With these Assembly Contexts:
Models always update in a predictable manner
Motion doesn’t affect in-context relationships
You can capture multiple Assembly Contexts
You can use them to edit single or multiple parts
You can update the Assembly Context if needed
The approach they’ve taken to implement in-context assembly design is exact, beautiful in fact, and captures the spirit of design in Onshape that already makes the modeling process such a smooth one. So, how did this feature take shape?
Long ago (last year)…
What’s a Part Studio? A Part Studio allows you to create one part or multiple parts in a single context. A Part Studio may contain multiple parts, just like assemblies may contain multiple assemblies. It allows you to model an entire assembly that can be used in other assemblies or referenced in other Part Studios. To learn more about how Part Studio work, watch this video.
Onshape came out of beta with a unique way of working with multiple parts – Part Studios. Most people/companies I know don’t model multiple parts in a single part file… unless the part is a purchase part or used for reference. Most model each part and put them in assemblies (bottom-up), or model parts within the assembly to take advantage of referencing other parts (top-down). However, Part Studios are set up to simplify building parts together. If you know they’re related parts, you get some efficiencies by building them together in a Part Studio. For instance, edits are much more controlled and predictable.
However, you may not always be able to anticipate how parts will affect each other until they are assembled. That’s where Onshape’s new in-context design capabilities come in. So, how does that work? Let’s watch the video on the new feature first, then break down what sets it apart.
How Does In-Context Assembly Design Work in Onshape?
So, you have an assembly in Onshape. You need to add clearance between one assembly part and another. *record screech* Previously, you would sit back, pull on your neck skin and consider how to modify the part. Do you mock it up in the Part Studio? Do you measure it and transfer dimensions in the Part Studio? *grrrr* Either way, it’s not controlled by the part in the assembly. *GRRRR!* No more of that. Now, you can control every aspect of the part in the context of the assembly. Here’s how it works.
Back to our assembly in Onshape. You need to add clearance between one assembly part and another. In the assembly, right-click the part you want to edit and select ‘Edit in context’. The instant you select ‘Edit in context’, Onshape creates a snapshot of the assembly at that moment in time of your design, then opens the Part Studio. You’ll see the part you’re editing, of course, but you’ll also see any assembly part that was visible as a ghosted part. You can then start or edit sketches using those ghosted parts as reference for dimensions or constraints.
Here it is in three steps:
Activate In-Context Editing from right mouse button menu.
Select the part to edit and start or edit a sketch.
Add your dimensions with reference to other features.
However, this isn’t meant to replace or fix creating all parts together in a Part Studio or using the Derived feature. In-context features on Multi-part Part Studios or Assembly Contexts are  different, but complementary methods of a production level design environment. You’ve seen how Part Studios can be used. In-context assembly design is for when you don’t quite know design intent up front, when you do know design intent and want to drive assembly parts with other features, when you’re working with lots of imported parts, working on somebody else’s document, or working at the same time in the same document with others.
Here are just a few real-world examples where in-context assembly design gives you an advantage over bottom-up or multi-part design:
A bracket can be designed to connect two sub-assemblies
A latch keeper can be located and edited to account for interference or function
A tie-rod can be adjusted correctly to determine varying lengths
An entire assembly can be driven by a base feature
What Sets Onshape’s In-context Assembly Design Apart?
Along with a clean methodology of editing assemblies in-context, there are some very important aspects that set in-context assembly design in Onshape apart from any top-down, in-context design within other traditional CAD software. Because a database captures everything in your Document, that snapshot taken when an assembly context is made, that sucker is kept forever and does not change, which adds benefits you may have only dreamt about:
A context will NEVER be broken, or lost, and if it becomes outdated you can update it
Geometry of a part doesn’t change when the reference part is moved
If a design change is required you control when and how each context is updated
You can create a new Part Studio in context of the assembly
A part can be edited in-context of itself (multiple instances of the same part in the assembly – they interfere with each other and you want to correct it)
It’s feature agnostic. You can edit a feature created BEFORE the context was created and reference downstream features (circular references!)
If a part is used in multiple sub-assemblies, you can edit it in context of each sub-assembly, so the same part can be used in several different scenarios (although only works in current Document; support for linked Documents is on the roadmap).
During their first year, Onshape added a lot of great features – you can probably name the one that convinced you to give Onshape a serious go of it. If you work in assemblies a lot, the new in-context design feature may be that one for you. It does for me, as one of the must have features. It’s apparent the Onshape team took the time early on to think of these features and how they would work . Which, incidentally, makes me anticipate how they will implement some other features we’ve been waiting for–features I shall leave unnamed *ahem*. I can’t wait for those. But this, this is the feature that tips Onshape over to a production-ready, professional level software platform and I’m convinced any company that uses in-context assembly design will want to take a deeper look at Onshape.
