Winx characters as Chaotic Things I have done

Bloom: fully burned a vegetable soup, to the point that when I finally took the pot off the stove — there was no water or vegetables left, just the slightly charred bottom of a cooking pot. I was home the whole time. I just fully forgot.

Icy: as a seven/eight year old, got into a screaming match with a couple of older teenagers because they were making fun of my baby cousin.

Sky: ate like 1/3 of a charred (not overcooked, fully charcoal-black, burned) pancake that I thought my mom left out for me. got food poisoning. still went and taught a lesson to a girl I tutored, twenty minutes later.

Stella: when presenting a product in front of a gallery of university professors and prestigious organisations (as a stupid high-schooler, no less), accidentally roasted a venerable professor by calling his courses boring and outdated. (i was nervously rambling)

Aisha: the chain on my bicycle (the one that allows you to stop it and control the speed with which you’re going) fell off while I was riding it. Instead of stopping and making the two minute walk to my house, I pedalled towards it, full speed. couldn’t stop in time. FULLY passed my house. the road was bumpy as hell, so, naturally, I crashed into the ground and tore the skin on my knees. I had to walk back, ashamed, bloodied and lugging a fucking bike behind me.

Musa: live in a big city, have no orientation in space. still kinda can’t tell you which street around me is which. once, was tasked with retrieving a pizza we ordered from a cafe. walked around for about thirty minutes and didn’t find it. I was living in that neighbourhood for three years at that point.

Flora: was in an intense argument with my cousin (we were both like eight at that point) and, to stop it, I kissed her on the cheek mid-sentence. (it worked)

Tecna: my primary school had a tradition of choosing one kid to be the “Elder”/Leader of the class, which basically made you a teacher’s pet in official capacity. I was one. During one of the lessons, the teacher had to leave class and asked me to make sure the rest of the kids did not get too loud (how I, their nine year old peer, was supposed to achieve that escapes me to this day). naturally, the class got very loud very quickly in their absence. so I, in a way I was never able to replicate since then, perfectly mimicked the teacher’s voice telling them to shut up — to the point that my classmates legitimately believed that to be them speaking and got spooked.

Sorry for disappearing again. I’m popping back on here to give a little update on my life for anyone who cares. August was a really really reallyyy awful month for me. First I was spiraling abt my ex situationship and then the first wk of the semester I started dealing w a lot of harassment from classmates and I realized it was my own “friends” that started it and spread a bunch of awful untrue rumors abt me as well as my private text conversations w them 😃 And the stress from all of that literally caused me to have a psychotic episode and spiral even more so that was fun. I actually came close to ending my life bc it was so bad. I think that was the first time I’ve ever had a full blown psychotic episode and it was absolute hell, like I’ve never been so fucking terrified in my life. I didn’t even know it was possible to have thoughts as dark as the ones I was having. This caused me to fall really behind in my classes so now I’m having to catch up while also being very scatterbrained. And this WAS going to be my last semester but now I’m gonna have to graduate later bc of all of this 🥰 It literally feels like they sabotaged me right before the finish line like I’ve never been so pissed off in my life. But one good thing that came out of it is I’ve now figured out I probably have schizotypal personality disorder or sth similar which would explain why I have such a hard time making friends and maintaining relationships. I think I come off a lot colder than I mean to and so I give ppl mixed signals on accident. It’s kind of awful knowing I’M actually the one that’s caused some of my relationships to implode without meaning to. Like I try soooo hard to be as nice as possible and to listen and be patient w ppl but it’s still somehow never enough bc I’m kinda stoic and am not good at expressing my love for ppl. Like I feel so many things internally but it’s hard for me to show them externally. And I also figured out that I experience apophenia (which can be related to psychosis and schizophrenia) and so I sometimes read way too much into things and see signs and patterns that aren’t there. On one hand it’s great bc it allows me to learn difficult concepts really fast and spot patterns and connections other ppl might not see, but on the other hand it can also cause me to experience psychosis. I’m trying to be more careful now w how delusional I let myself be but I’m not gonna stop analyzing music and I’ll let myself be delulu sometimes as a treat bc life is more fun that way :)) I’ve made several playlists that kind of serve as journal entries since I don’t really journal and that’s the closest thing I have to journaling. These songs are like the soundtrack of my life at the moment

The False Shepard, Here To Lead Our Lambs Astray

putting the background story and symbolism about this piece under the cut bc i feel like it really deserves an in-depth explanation

i can’t believe i’ve never properly discussed it before, but Liz’s main goal is to stop Chief turning out like his father.

after she tries and fails to kill their Chief Circle and instead kills his guard in Atlas’s defence (and i’ve decided that this is the incident where she loses her arm), she can’t risk taking any more blows like that. so instead of resorting to physical violence, she instead tries her hand at ‘positive manipulation’ to tear her problem from the root up.

she makes sure Chief has enough emotional ties to the lower classes (Atlas and Vance), irregulars (Ruth and Elijah) and lines (Liz, Ruth, Stella and Irene) for him to reconsider everything he’s been told about them. this is all to make sure that when Chief Sr. kicks the bucket they have a somewhat more progressive next-of-kin lined up to take his place. this works for her as Liz first meets Chief when he’s only about 15, so he’s still pretty young and an impressionable teenager.

but Chief Sr is still alive so boo. he has a strong grip on everything and has Chief Jr pinned under his thumb out of fear. while he doesn’t know about Stella, he does know that this ‘false shepard’ is up to something that involves his son. again, he still doesn’t know exactly who Liz is but he’s working on figuring it out.

so this image of Liz - a large, dark, looming, unnerving figure - is made to fit the circles’ depiction of her. how the next Chief Circle and his daughter are locked in her clawed grasp, and she smiles almost mockingly about it. her prosthetic is replaced by a white geometric hand and it sticks out like a sore thumb, as though it makes her ‘unhuman’ - but easily identifiable. her body is made up of a mass of lines, joined together in their force (danger !! women !!). the glass is only coloured around her head (the sun is the same as her colour palette when she’s not greyscale) and at her ‘feet’ (it’s more like the bottom of her torso but you know what i mean) which is mostly shaped with triangles - as if she’s breaking their world of grey out over the blood of the circles (again, i use purple as circle symbolism). the sun is rising in the sky, as the dawn of a new day and a new era begins.

essentially, she’s a revolutionary of the lower class, and a tyrant to the upper classes.
