I SAW THE FIRST EPISODE OF GOOD OMENS SEASON TWO AT THE SHOWING AT SAN DIEGO COMIC CON!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was SO good you guys. I was sworn to secrecy, but there ARE some things I think I can safely say.

There were characters. There were also scenes. Sometimes there were scenes with characters IN them! I’m pretty sure there was music, and there were costumes as well, along with some set pieces. The episode lasted for a duration, and we watched it on a screen.

Since the WGA strikes began, the studios have been trying—and failing—to turn fans against the writers (and now the actors). I reported on a very strange SDCC this year, which was full of labor conversations and solidarity along the full spectrum of the fan/creator divide. As one member of SAG-AFTRA told me during an awareness-raising demonstration across from the convention center, “The people that I have met today have been all thumbs-up, V for victory, hugs. We love it, and we’re very pleasantly surprised.”

IDW Sonic at SDCC 2023: Everything you need to know

IDW Sonic had a panel in this year's San Diego Comic Con and many new issues, one-shots, and collections were announced.

Major announcements included new covers for Issue 67, preview pages for the 900th Adventure, and a tease of an upcoming one-shot issue for Fang the Sniper and Knuckles the Echidna.

This year's panelists included Evan Stanley, Adam Bryce Thomas, Min Ho Kim, Caleb Goellner, Michael Cisneros, and David Mariotte.
