Enjoy a vegan avocado spinach smoothie that is both healthy and creamy. It tastes great and is full of good things for you. It's a great way to start the day or recover after a workout.
Ingredients: 1 ripe avocado. 2 cups fresh spinach leaves. 1 banana. 1 cup unsweetened almond milk. 1 tablespoon maple syrup. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. Ice cubes optional.
Instructions: Take the pit out of the avocado. A blender should have banana, almond milk, maple syrup, fresh spinach leaves, and vanilla extract added to it. You can make the smoothie colder by adding a few ice cubes. Mix everything together until it's all smooth and creamy. If you think it needs more sweetness or thickness, you can add more maple syrup or almond milk. Pour into glasses and serve right away.

Instructions: In a blender, combine almond milk, frozen banana, chopped apple, chia seeds, cinnamon, nutmeg, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy, adding more almond milk if necessary to reach desired consistency. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more maple syrup or agave nectar. Pour into glasses and serve immediately, garnished with a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired.
