History: Reese grew up in the bustling town of Costa Del Sol known for its various beaches and tourist attractions. She was born to normal civilians and raised along the shores of the beach. Despite this, being in the heat all the time made her develop a natural element of heat from working in the sun and a heat tolerance. Being the main port for Shinra, Reese grew up watching Shinra come through and instead of desiring to fight she had a desire to take care of the injured as often she saw tired SOLDIERS seeking refuge, or the SOLDIERS and Turks coming for a vacation. At the age of 14, Reese bid her parents goodbye and packed up to head to Midgar to live and pursue her desire to be a Shinra doctor. Her parents were friends with a woman who owned an apartment building and she let Reese rent a room and looked out for her while she studied and did clinicals.

Appearance: Reese is an average height woman with black curly hair down to her neck. Her skin tone is darker than most due to being born and raised in the sunny beach area of Costa Del Sol. Her eyes are a brownish color lighter than most. Her usual outfit is composed of a red sundress with sheer sleeves, red wedges, a black ribbon choker, and red lipstick. Her go to weapon type is gauntlets which usually stop mid arm below her wrist. She uses an assortment of gauntlets based on what the player equips her with but her standard weapon is “Ribbon Piercers” which is a pair of black gauntlets with pink bow ribbons that hang off the edges made of iron.

Family: Cloud Strife, Reese’s significant other, married after the events of FF7 but a year before Advent Children, year εγλ0009.

“One more?”

“No, dude. I’m tired,” Zam rolls over into the grass, grimacing as the sharp edge of a blade bunches against his face. “Even dogs get tired, you know.”

The harsh light of the perpetual early morning sun beats down on her as she lies on the edge of the mountain where she and Pentar had been fighting just ten minutes ago, unwilling to get up or gear herself just for more fighting. It isn’t until he hears telltale footsteps approach closer that he sits up, pulling his knees up to his chest as he peers over at Flame, who shrugs.

He holds a shield up over her head, and she almost flinches back for a second— Lifesteal reflex— before realizing that he’s simply holding it steady above her, shielding her from the sun’s heavy gaze. It’s a nice change of pace from all the fighting and stabbing they’ve been doing earlier, and Zam indulges in the quiet for all of a few minutes before Flame’s tail starts to smack lightly against the slanted mountain ground where he sits.

“Ugh. Okay, what is it?” Zam asks, deciding to just rip the bandaid off without any further preamble.

Flame’s lips twitch. He almost looks like he’s smiling. “You said you wanted to train, man. So is there anything else you need to know for prep?”

“Uh,” Zam takes a second to think on it. 

She’s been spending the better half of the day out here, beating and being beaten— well, mostly being beaten, but it’s not her fault she’s rusty from so much time without fighting! She’s a prince. This stuff isn’t her forte. Zam’s much more used to having to run away from every fight he’s unceremoniously roped into, hiding from pursuers with the nervous quality of some sort of skittish hamster. 

He’s about to admit he’s not quite sure himself on what to do, before the dim glow of the broadcast screen beside him alerts Zam to a new chat comment. He squints. “...How do I bypass a shield?” 

“Don’t you know how to do that already? Genuinely asking, I thought you knew.” Mapicc chimes in, brushing bloodied sidebangs out of his eyes as he makes his way up the mountainside to stare at the two of them, switching into creative mode when he doesn’t get a reaction he wants from the both of them. It makes Zam want to… well, it makes her want to do something about him interrupting her and Flame’s conversation. 

She’d never admit it, but her heart skips a beat every time she sees Mapicc bruised and bloody. Maybe it’s the part of him leftover from season five, who couldn’t help but want to dig his teeth into any prey he could get. 

Zam’s glad that piece of him is gone, but seeing Mapicc looking the way he does now still does something to him, and she quickly turns back to Flame before she can start to question what the hell she's doing.

“My chat brought it up. I’m sure I’ve probably done it a few times on instinct, but apparently I need to get quicker. Or something. I dunno! Ask them!” Zam throws his hands up in the air as Flame opens his inventory, handing her one of her dropped items from earlier when he sees that Zam isn’t claiming a kit. “Ugh– can’t you two just demonstrate?”

Mapicc raises an eyebrow, turning around to go with his hands held up in the air. “Hey, don’t look at me. Go get, like, Pentar or something. Not that I think you should, if you actually want to learn.”

He’s right, Zam groans to himself as she looks at Flame, who’s crossed his arms. Mapicc’s already run about a chunk away by now— goddamn speed effects. She should go in creative mode too and start harassing them, if they're just going to flex on her. “Yeah, if you want to actually learn—”

“Okay, fine. I know, I know. I asked for this, whatever. Help me up?” Zam reaches out a hand for Flame to pull her up, but a tail wraps around her wrist as well, yanking her forward into Flame, who stumbles for a second before steadying them both. “What the—”

“Shit— that's, uh, my bad. Reflex,” Flame mutters, his face turning a dark shade of red. Zam laughs, almost on impulse as she untangles the both of them, being careful not to tug too hard on Flame’s tail.

He’s not sure if it’s similar to how Mapicc feels about his extra appendage, but if it is then he really doesn’t want Flame feeling uncomfortable about it, lest he gets one Immortal Demon chasing him down across servers. Zam’s already had enough of that sort of life for one season. She doesn’t want to go back to it again, back to that place stuck inside of his own head where his every action only hurt those around him.

Speaking of problems, Mane seems to choose that exact moment to stop macing Pentar, who… actually hasn’t respawned yet. Seemed like he’d gotten tired of Mane constantly fucking with him, which, yeah. Fair enough. It was hard enough to deal with on an SMP. Here, with creative control, Mane was ready to be the worst, most menacing version of himself yet.

“He’s sitting on the respawn screen,” Mane complains as he flies over to Flame, who frowns at the mace in his cousin’s hand. His entire inventory is probably still filled with them from his inventory command earlier, and Flame doesn’t seem too happy about the disruption. “I can’t mace him when he’s not there. Let me screw around with your dog, Flame.”

Zam snorts at the comment, referencing his own— frankly shameless— words from much earlier in the day, but his attention is grabbed by the way that Flame’s hand tightens by his side. He’s not sure how he should feel about the fact that he’s paying so much attention to the way his muscles flex as his arm moves to his side.

“We’re training,” Flame says simply. “Go find Mapicc.” 

Mane’s lion pelt’s jaw extends slightly, its teeth baring, before the man himself reaches up to placate the thing. Zam still hasn’t figured out how exactly that works— is it some sort of sentient creature who was still alive up there? An animatronic who moved with its owner’s guidance? Who knew. Not Zam, that was for sure! He was not going to be the one to find out either. “Zam can’t complain when I start killing him, then.”

“I’m not gonna complain—”

“He’s busy, Mane. Just leave it,” they say in unison, before looking at each other, then back at the other Blindfold Brother, who, for some reason, smirks. He doesn’t say anything else, though, seemingly having exchanged some sort of silent conversation with Flame, who just frowns. Then, he’s leaving, orange elytra cape fluttering in the wind as he presumably goes off to find Mapicc.

“Oh, poor Mape. I hope he has fun,” Zam says, almost mockingly. (It’s all in good fun, though. He’d never actually wish harm on Mapicc, no matter what came between them.)

Flame snorts, nudging him as a way to get them both back on topic. “Let’s go. It’s not hard— I’m not even gonna fight you, since you just want to know how to shield disable. Just— switch back and forth quickly from your axe to the sword.” 

“What, like… with a mace?” Zam tests it out, briefly reminded of when Wemmbu started backseating him in chat on OceanSMP. Well, backseating was maybe too cruel a word to use, considering he was just trying to help, but Zam was nothing if not petty. “Oh! Okay, wait. Why isn’t it working? Am I doing this wrong?”

Flame, who also seems confused, looks down at his hands, before his lips move to form an ‘o’ in surprise as he brings up the commands menu, and suddenly, the faint golden sheen that Zam hadn’t even noticed around him was gone, and he was just FlameFrags again, the regular immortal demon instead of an actual immortal. “I was in creative mode. Bruh. I’m stupid, let’s try again.” 

(…It probably says something about her that she hadn’t even thought twice about the whole godly aura thing and simply took it as Flame himself, but she can’t think about that right now. She needs to actually just lock in.)

“Oh, dude— okay, fine,” Zam huff-laughs as he switches back and forth between weapons once more, doing his best to try and disable Flame’s shield. There’s no sound indication that it’s worked, at least that he can tell— Flame probably knows better than him, but he’s not saying anything, so until he can land an actual hit—

“There you go,” Flame says, sounding a mixture between proud and exasperated as his shield is finally knocked to the side by the weight of the axe swinging down on it, peering at the diamond sword clutched tight in Zam’s hand. Holy shit, her arms hurt. That took a while. “It’s not hard. You just need practice.”

“That’s probably true,” Zam frowns, lifting the sword up to examine her grip on its pommel. Something, something, the grip affects his posture which affects his attacks, he doesn’t know and frankly he doesn’t care as long as he gets it right. Zam also pointedly ignores her chat and how they keep telling her that she also needs to work on her cobwebbing. “I don’t wanna be called washed when the event comes.” 

“That would make this all irrelevant,” Flame agrees, amused. 

He reaches out to tuck a stray strand of hair behind Zam’s ear, hand staying just a little longer as Zam leans into the other man’s touch. It’s not unfamiliar territory for them, by any means— but Zam hasn’t been able to do this in a while, and she relishes in Flame’s touch. “I mean. You scheduled training cause a tierlist put you in C for PvP, right?”

At that, Zam reels back and crosses his arms, feeling attacked even though Flame had literally just restated what she’d told him. “They’re so biased it’s actually insane. I could beat the A tiers in there any fucking day! It’s GlitchSMP! How the hell am I C tier?! Yeah, chat. I got put in— hold on. I’ll show you the tierlist.” 

“What happened to being tired?” Flame teases, laughing when Zam shoves him a little. “Okay. I’ll log off for now if you don’t have anything else you want to do.”

Zam hums, twining their fingers together for a moment and squeezing his hand before letting go. She’s still not so good at expressing herself, but it feels fine to do this, at least. At least, even if Zam isn’t so good at showing it, Flame knows what he means. “Okay. Bye, Immortal Demon. I’ll see you later.”

“See you Friday,” Flame agrees, and right before he logs off, he presses a soft kiss to her forehead. “Bye, puppy.”

Zam, predictably, bursts into flames.

(He gets Flame back later, of course, but that’s neither here nor there.)

For the winx couples, I always liked the idea of Bloom and Stella. They'd be so cute together idk, just something about the friends to lovers storylines just does it for me XD

And on the other hand i also like the ship between Bloom and Stella but as an Unrequited love. Unicorn of war did this in his season 6 rewrite and its become my biggest theory. Like Bloom having a crush on Stella and her just pretending that crush doesn't exist because she loves her but not romantically. idk that dynamic is interesting :p

I definitely am not against this one, but it just doesn't super appeal to me because I really strongly see Stella as the big sister Bloom was meant to have. Since Daphne is dead and all that.

I love their friendship so much so I definitely understand why people ship them! Stella would definitely enable Bloom's anger more than Sky does and Bloom would enable Stella's chaos. If they became a full couple I think they would become the best kind of insane force of nature.

sun/eclipse - 10/10 - there is soooo much flexibility with this ship istg. probably why i always come back to it lol. it can be toxic, abusive, fluffy, enemies to lovers, fix-it, etc. *slaps suneclipse* you can fit so many dynamics in this bad boy

sun/solar - 10/10 - its on equal footing with sun/eclipse especially bc its the first ship i had in this fandom (tho i was very shy </3) cuz its just. ITS SO GOOD! its wonderful hurt/comfort and helping each other heal from the past they had with different versions of the other while also acknowledging that they arent the same and thats what makes them Better

Why don't you ship it? - It's Yang. I don't like Yang, and I think she's one of the worst characters in the show even though I can't even fault her for the way she is because her writers are misogynistic creeps. That being said, I just think Yang is very unpleasant due to how she treats people who are not Blake like trash in the recent volumes, like how she would dukes up against her uncle who tried to be calm (Vol 6), betrays Ironwood the second she got into the field as a professional (Vol 7), berates Ren for being rightfully angry at the dire situation that THEY got themselves into (Vol 8), and treated Ruby, her fucking sister, like shit until Ruby gave up (Vol 9). She and Blake need to stay the fuck away from Sun, because toxic ass bitches deserve each other.

What would have made you like it? - LET THEM INTERACT. Holy shit, they have so much potential with each other if RT weren't such cowards; let them go to the gym together, let them play video games together, let them get into shenanigans together PLEASE. Anything would've been great. And again, if Yang wasn't such a cunt I would've liked it more.

Despite not shipping it, do you have anything positive to say about it? - I'm a sucker for the sunshine couple vibe they have during the Beacon Era. And again, they would've been great gym buddies and Sun would fucking BE THERE for Yang emotionally and help her through her struggles without infantilizing her like Blake did in Vol 6.

More of why I ship Clips with Roxanne

Last time, I said I ship them because they remind me of my EAPS Laia and Clips, but this is more based on the episodes themselves.

Roxanne knows how to talk to Clips and is not scared to rip him a new one. Clips acts mostly like a kicked puppy if she does. He says something with sarcasm back, but you can hear in his voice that he gets quieter, like he's feeling guilty.

With others, it doesn't mean that he doesn't feel guilty or take it to heart, but he shows it less or responds by emotionally hurting them.

He's more open with Roxanne; he even cried in front of her when he was worried that he would never see his kids again. She saw him when he was at his lowest and hurting.

Roxanne keeps asking what she can do to help; she supports him. If he yells at her or is being mean, she doesn't take it to heart; she knows that he doesn't mean it and is under a lot of stress. He also apologized once!

And I think Clips wants Roxanne to be safe. He reacts with anger if she puts herself in danger. I think if he could, he would keep her in his lab all the time, but he knows he can't do that to her. He built an illusion disc so "they" can leave the plex. But c'mon, they didn't need that until Roxanne showed up, look at Ballora she goes out all the time. She is the one who loves to go out, and Clips chose her as his first test subject, it was made so she can go out.

Also, these two are hanging around a lot. Roxanne can go around the Plex, but we see her very often hanging around Clips. He taught her how to play a game at the theater. And she helps with the kids; she acts like a cool mom to them.

When Charlie was missing her dad, I swear if they could, Roxas would have pulled Clips by the rays to see Charlie, like a mom reprimanding her husband.
