Fingerprint Analysis: Unlocking Your True Potential

browsing IG I realize how well put together people are. Very image based and visual. (and I thought men were the visual ones?) There is some really cool art and typography. Makes me think, “My profile and my work are so potato.” AND, truly my work is sloppy. My appearance struggles as well. (So unless someone is ordering my weekly mani pedi, I take care of myself last.)
I don’t have the SF FOCUS -20 nor the SF DISCIPLINE -20. It’s more like SF ADAPTABILITY or I say SF “Attention Deficit Disorder.” Lack of detail is found also in SF CONNECTEDNESS +5 and I do have SF IDEATION +5. Rounding off I am more of a critic with SF INTELLECT +5. I talk for days without getting tired of it. My process ends up being more about the insight and less about the finished product. Kind of like a movie critic has to digest everything the characters go through? I would not call it 3rd eye but rather use a scientific name, “Intellect.” Where introspection, inner voice, and reflection are processes all on their own.
It’s not haughty taughty, because I have a very low pension for fancy things or spending my money. I’m rambling again.. but hey, sloppy profiles like mine must have a place for letting people know you are comfortable with their “mess”. less pretenses and more piss everywhere. sloppier and more like an animal that runs on instinct and duct tape.

みんなでストレングスファインダーをやって、2020年のチームビルディングをビジュアルで考えてみた。

こんな流れでやってみた
1. 個々にストレングスファインダーやる 2. 全員の分をリストにまとめる 3. 上位10つの資質、下位5つの資質を見る 4. 先生から資質をみて所見もらう 5. 所見を聞いた上で2019年の振り返り 6. 5を補足するまわりの人からのコメント 7. その人の2020年キャッチフレーズを考える 8. みんなからもらったキャッチフレーズから1枚決める 9. 模造紙の上に全員選んだキャッチフレーズを置く 10. 2軸を設定しそこでチームビルディング 11. チームの動きや、個々の動きをビジュアルとともに話す
ストレングスファインダーの基本
弱みを改善するよりも、自分の強みに意識を向けそれを活かすことで能力を発揮しようという考え。人の持つ才能をあらゆる角度からあつめ、5000種類以上あったものを34の資質にまとめたもの。1〜10位までの上位資質と最下位5つの下位資質に分けてみる。上位資質は意識しなくても自然にできていること、当たり前にできていること。脳のシナプスが高速に繋がるかのように自然に出ちゃうもの。資質へ投資して自分の武器に!。下位資質は眠っている資質。低速で、マネージメントする必要がある。資質は飼い慣らして活かしまくることが大事。ストレングスファインダーでは相反するような資質が共存することもあるのが特徴。

私のストレングスファインダー結果
先生から私の資質への所見メモ
「最上志向」いい人と繋がりたい、できる人のコミュニティにいたいと考える。「慎重さ」はリスクを見る資質で「信念」はこだわり、自分の物差しの中で行きたい傾向。「未来志向」「着想」はアイデア・面白いこと考えている。ひとりで全部完結してしまっている傾向が見えるNo.1 リーダーではなくNo.2 参謀タイプ、もしくはすごく異質なリーダー?譲れない価値基準にはとても頑固に抵抗するのではないか。「アレンジ」は変化を生み出す資質で混沌な状態に燃える。ただ自分の価値基準に固執しすぎるとアウトプットできない。「成長促進」マイナス→0にあげる動機 不確かなものをできるようにしたり、面倒見がよい、学校の先生タイプや子育てのこととかも、人の成長を待てる資質。
「指令性」が下位にあるため、パワーによるトップダウンな指示には抵抗しそう。信念に合わないとやらないのではないか。「戦略性」は問いをたてたら道���が見える資質。「慎重さ」と「未来志向」「着想」などの新しいことへのアイデアのバランス。
キャッチフレーズをもらう楽しさ

先生からのコメント、自分のふりかえり、まわりからのコメントののち、自分以外のみんなからキャッチフレーズをもらうのだけど、考えるのは難しいけれど、誰かから考えてもらったものをもらえるのはとても嬉しい。グラレコ してもらう、とか似顔絵描いてもらう、とかに近い感覚の嬉しさ。全員おわったところで一気にあけて、自分がどれを目指したいかで1枚をセレクトしました。
ビジュアルを使ったチームビルディング

縦横2軸を話し合って設定した後、自分のキャッチフレーズがどこに当てはまるかをマッピング。置いてみた上で、それぞれのメンバーの関係性や、2020年にどうしていくか、どう関係してよい補完関係をつくっていくか?といった話し合い。このときに模造紙にマーカーで自由に書き込んでいくのですが、関係性を矢印で表現したり、もこもこしたり、ほんわかしたり。ゴールが見えていない時点での関係性をすこしづつ探っていくときに、はっきりした���ジュアルではなくて、形容詞的な印象を補完するようなビジュアルの表現で描いていく。これがとても面白いのだけど、自分はとっても苦手な表現なんだなぁというのも実感しました。どうしても具体的な物を描きたくなってしまい、こういう表現は思いつかないことに気づきました。

2020年のチームイメージできあがり
上下軸は発信 / 受信、左右軸は自分軸 / 他人軸となっています。最終的にできあがった2020年チームのイメージ。その場にいない人があとでこれを見てもなんのことだかわからないものですが、その場で線をひたり位置をかえたり、チームの関係性をプロトタイプしていくことで、自分はどうしていくのがいいか、何をするのがいいか、といろいろ考えることができました。1枚高いところの別次元にいるのも、とても面白いアウトプットとなりました。

17/1/25【連載】ストレングスファインダーについて⑮
こんばんは(^^) 気が付けば最後にこの連載を更新してから2か月近くもの期間が空いてしまっておりました・・!
最近はみなさん出勤毎にしっかりTumblrを投稿されていますね!普段は秘密のベールで隠されている(?)みなさんの近況を知ることができるので「へー!おおー!」と新たな発見を楽しみながら読んでいます(^^)♪ 時間を割いて書いてくださってありがとうございます!!そして私ももっと更新を頑張りたいです。
そして、今週は珍しいことに、1週間毎日インターン生の出勤予定があるんです!滅多にないレアウィークですね!
ただ、ふと、思ったことがあるんですよね・・・。みなさんテストは大丈夫でしょうか??先生からみっちり教えてもらえる期間は今しかないので、勉強も含めて大学生活を満喫してほしいと老婆心ながら常日頃思っています(*^^*)
さて、ストレングスファインダーの連載を進めなくては!
前回は川本さんの3位の資質を紹介したところで終わっています。覚えていましたか? 今回からは上位5位の資質の中の4位を紹介していきます。

今回も資質が被っていらっしゃる方がいますね。
まずは齋藤さんから紹介していきましょう!!
【学習性を強みとする人の活かし方】
・状況が刻々と変化する分野で、その変化に即応しなければならない職務を任せる。そうした変化を自分の能力に対する挑戦と見て、意欲を燃やすタイプだ。
・この人は、そうする義務があろうとなかろうと、新たな事実や技術や知識を貪欲に身につけようとする。だから、学習により適した環境を求めて、あなたの企業を離れていかないように、この人が自由に学習できて、モチベーションを維持できる方法をあれこれ考えるといい。仕事を通して学習できる機会に欠けるようなら、この人の関心が向かいそうな地元の大学や教育機関の講座に通わせるのも一案だ。ただし、この人は必ずしも昇進を望んでいるわけではないということを忘れないように。この人にとっては学習することそれ自体に意義があるのだ。学習の成果ではなく学習のプロセスそのものがこの人を活性化させるのである。

齋藤さんの場合、どの資質を紹介しても毎回同様のことを言っているような気がしますが、資質の説明の内容が、そのまま「齋藤さん」のことを指しています(゚д゚)!
本当に素晴らしいほど、齋藤さんを言語化していますよ!!
きっと、ストレングスファインダーの検査を受けずとも、資質の紹介を読んだだけで、齋藤さんがどの資質を持ち合わせていらっしゃるのか分かってしまうんだろうな、と想像できるほどです。笑
実は、私の知人の1位の資質が学習欲だったのですが、そんな彼よりも齋藤さんの方がこの資質にピッタリだと感じています。笑
そのため、ストレングスファインダーのことを調べていて、齋藤さんの資質を読むときが一番面白いんですねー(^^)/
学習欲の資質の人には変化に応じた仕事を任せると良い、と書いてありますが、確かに、変化が無い職場だと齋藤さんの場合はすぐに飽きちゃいそうですね。
そして勝手なイメージではありますが「生まれ持ったセンスや感受性が問われること(芸術の分野)」や「現場仕事などの頭をフル回転させるというよりは体力勝負」のようなものは興味の対象にならなさそうだな、と思いました。
その代わり、常に新たな情報が次々に出てきてどこまでも深く掘り下げられるような事柄(最先端の研究や技術の分野)は、齋藤さんから見ると興味深いと感じられて勉強したくなる対象になるのだと思います。 実際にいま学んでいらっしゃるのも「機械学習」など、私には全然ワカラナイ分野のことです。「人工知能のことだろうな」くらいのレベルです。笑 最近齋藤さんのブログを見たら、いろんな数式が出てきたのでそっと画面を閉じたことを思い出しました(*_*)笑
努力する上で「楽しさ」に加えて「容易さ」を必須として掲げている私からすると、齋藤さんの学習欲はただ素直に凄いなぁと感じます。 貪欲なその様子にはとても刺激をうけます。きっとみなさんも同様に刺激を受けているのではないでしょうか(^^)? 同じチームの仲間に齋藤さんみたいな人がいるのは良いことですよね♪

The push and pull of embracing yourself
I am an INTJ, a 5w4. StrengthFinder tells me that Learner, Achiever, and Intellection are among my top themes. And I have always been a little ashamed of these descriptions.
I remember I once met someone with the same strengths in common. He joked and said, “Hey, you’re a robot like me, but at least you’re a nice robot.” (Harmony was another one of my strengths, whereas Competition was one of his.) It was one of the many instances in which I felt like my MBTI, enneagram, or strengths affirmed that indeed, I am somewhat robotic, and therefore missing something that others have.
I know I am more than what these personality tests can tell me, but I realize that these personality types capture the parts of me I am most insecure about. These are aspects of myself that I find difficult to embrace because it makes me feel less than human.
To me, to be human is to love, to express, to be vulnerable. And I am not very much of any one of those things... at least in the ways that I think I should be. For some reason (or for maybe good reason), I think that the essence of humanity lies within relationships. And not just any kind of relationship, but the kind that involves blood, sweat, and tears in the way you share and invest and engage with one another. Whereas the types of relationships that I feel suit my personality are the kind that are more functional, less frequent, less intimate.
The words that describe 5w4s are “intense,” “cerebral,” “secretive,” or “isolated.” They draw a tension in me: I cringe and desperately wish that other words would fit me better, while I am also excited by the thought of withdrawing to enjoy introspection and revelation. And this is the crossroads at which I stand. Part of me wants to embrace my desire to write, to think, to read . . . even at the cost of time with friends, family, building relationships and having fun. The other part of me mourns over the image of the recluse or the harried writer, who pursued her curiosities at the cost of distanced friendships and misunderstandings.
I know this is not all-or-nothing, but more likely an opportunity to expand my own perspective on what it looks like to love, comfort, and connect. The question I’m asking myself now is, what might it look like to share, connect with, and love others as a type 5 (while also being cognizant of the way they receive love)?
